261  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Recommend some books about investing please! on: November 06, 2020, 05:55:44 PM
It sounds good knowing that there is still some person who want to read books than just searching for things on the internet but I don't think that there are some good books to for you to learn how to be a good investor or will teach you to do good investment because for sure it is all about buy low and sell have l high, that is the basic and that is the common lesson that you but have from the book.
However, if you want to develop an investor mindset, I would recommend you to read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert kiyosaki. A must read for everyone from every segment of life!
I already heard about that book before but I havent read it yet, buy because you mentioned it,I get interested on it, I will read it for some other day on my free time Grin.

Its likely not a tangible book that he meant. In today's age, ebook is preferred by anyone unless the guy loves smelling brand new books. I don't know if there is a crypto related book today that becomes popular.

But when it comes to investing in cryptocurrency, its the news that we buy. A token will make a buzz in the crypto space before its even on sale in the market, you will come across the information and read about it when there is news from crypto-related blogs/vlogs you follow.
262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin do you think will become next Ethereum? on: November 06, 2020, 05:20:26 PM
Which coin do you think will become next Ethereum?

Which coin do you think will become next Ethereum? by comparing all the factors including the community support, trading volume, use in daily life or business or anything which matters to make any coin on top of all the coins?

There are many good promise cryptos, but if they don't have enough acceptance among the crypto community they won't be like etherum.

But I daresay there is hope for EOS, XLM, ADA, TRX, LINK.

Just to mention a few ...

ADA if I have to choose one among the 5 you mention. EOS is almost close to becoming a giant but still not ranking up on the top 10.  ADA manages to be on top 10 without yet having some dapps but just its own technology on the line.

We already know what TRX, XML, and EOS have under its hood and all of them already have some projects behind them, yet there aren't prices running up. The only time their price goes up is during the bull run.
263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency Massive Adoption on: November 06, 2020, 04:15:02 PM

Amazing how many countries today express their interest in developing digital currency and then theres IRAN adopting BTC. Columbia is just one of the country in South America adopting BTC through the number of ATMs.

If the majority of the countries are adopting BTC takes place, the price of BTC could really pump up to more than $50K and you can imagine how much an altcoin could be when it fly to the moon too.
264  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin reach $20k fee will be huge? on: November 05, 2020, 06:05:22 PM
I am getting really concerned about the impact this can have on the mainstream adoption of cryptocurrency. Right now, there is a lot of hype regarding integration of Bitcoin to the PayPal platform. Imagine the case of a first-time user hears about this from his friends, or from the media, and try to purchase Bitcoin. When he gets informed that it costs around $20 to make a single transaction in BTC, how he is going to react?

They will react base on what they see in the future. If they see BTC will have higher value in the future, the $20 transaction fee isn't going to count for them. But for someone who will just want to say fud, everything is gong to be bad.

Somehow though altcoins is going to have usecase for this because some of us who use to send BTC could save few bucks if they use altcoins like XRP or Doge.
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: lose money by swapping a fake coin in uniswap on: November 05, 2020, 05:51:03 PM

So many warnings given by the users about fake tokens in uniswap yet there are still victims. Since anyone could just add anything in the dex, anyone with the intention to scam can add tokens like fake USDT. This is why its very neccessary to simply copy paste the right contract address before making transaction.
For someone who knew how to do this is gong to be safe.
266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do You think about YFI ? on: November 05, 2020, 05:28:37 PM
in my opinion, for the time being, try to hold it first, because the decline experienced will give a warning. I advise not to be tempted by a large popa but at the time the price of parachuting feels abnormal. This is usually done to lure investors to be trapped at a high price, and then lose a very large nominal value. even double what was invested.
always be alert and watch his movements. take the right moment, and execute according to your considerations.

Very risky I wouldn't buy if I were you.  I bought at $14K after it peaks at almost $40k but it instead drop to $8k. I'm at loss, this is because I beleive to that vlogger on youtube who kept spreading good details about it. BTC is rising up, this is just going to make altcoins bleed more in the coming months. They may be green for now but it will not go up to its ATH if BTC keeps spiking.
267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hidden team members or not make any difference? on: November 04, 2020, 06:21:12 PM
There are various kind of old crypto projects that has no team but still they are among the best projects today, I believe this happened because many old projects followed the footstep of Bitcoin, bitcoin would have been in tougher situations if the team or ceo is public I believe but today it's a complete different story or should I say experience? Since the birth of ICO we've seen tons of scam projects that aren't scared of revealing their faces even when they knew they are going to exit scam on investors fund, so for me hidden team members or not still doesn't make a difference..
did you just promote projects that have anonymous devs? Wouldn't it be more reassuring to invest your money if you know the team behind the project? IMO, it's an important factor for a project. It would also be more convincing if the team aren't afraid to show themselves.

Yes the are more convincing specially if the team members has the repurtaion connected t other projects too.

But I wouldn't mind as long as I can see a product that is very much developed. There are several projects with anonymous team. We've seen many projects where team members had showed thier faces including youtube videos but they still scam their investors.
268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good news for ETH on: November 04, 2020, 05:35:16 PM

Having their own blockchain is far better than using Ether network. Another country that will soon be using blochain to its finance system, next thing we know all countries already have thier own digital currency and they all follow certain standard for crosschain that even cryptocurrency and digital currencies can be stored in one same wallet with a hybrid exchange too.

270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Which is the best CPU mineable coin at present ? on: October 26, 2020, 02:52:38 AM

What sort of GPU works best in mining XMR?

It seem very profitbKlle to kine XMR right now, the price constantly shoots upwards. Probably setting up a turbine and solar panel to have free electricity will make a miner earn financial freedom. XMR I thunk will be used more when the digital fiat finally is deployed by governments.
271  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|⚡️Free BTC|⚡️$3mln Divs paid|⚡️$200K Jackpots|⚡️$1mln Cashback on: October 26, 2020, 02:31:15 AM

How much should you play on betfury to earn the BFG tokens?
I have tried playing for two days with just TRX but I dont see BFG tokens in my earned tokens.

The casino is well designed and does have a faucet that one can just claim 25 satoshi every time and them bet again because the casino allows betting this small amount.
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do some people stop their crypto project? on: October 25, 2020, 08:07:41 PM

Teams sometimes are doing it strategically. Sometimes it needs timing to update the community about the development. If the price somehow looks bad already the team will release a report to show they are not leaving the project.

And sometimes the ya re just waiting for the bulls to come. There are proejcts that I almost forgot already but last week I saw some of their twitter profiles are tweeting. And just in time the price also of BTC break the $12k.
273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DEFI & CEFI] Psyche.Cash | The Future of DeFi | Private sale on: October 25, 2020, 07:30:26 PM

A stablecoin but doing an ICO, this is the first that I've heard of. Aren't stablecoin supposedly going to be audited by some org for verification of its funds?
I'm just not sure about the idea, I like irfan_pak10 but its the project that has to prove successful. I'll check later.

minimum buy for pre-sale is $ 100.  is that not too big considering many small investors, maybe want to buy Psyche tokens for under $ 100

Even though $100 is not too much, but some people may want to go for $50 or less. they should rethink the min price.

Its a sure profit to buy just $50 while its token is worth $0.20. Good try. You have to see its a stablecoin, after the sale its going to be worth $1. That's 5x already.
274  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] Coinzilla.io - Bitcoin Ad Network - Banner and Popunder Advertising on: October 25, 2020, 06:04:01 PM
-- snipped
If that is case then I think URL Shortener are best for earning site promotions. I found many faucet owners are using Shortener to promote their sites. And if you say no to URL Shortener then saying yes to faucet doesn't make much difference.

So the reason why he said to bring conversions to the clients, not just clicks is because shortener can be used to just spam everywhere including the messaging app. Visitors sometimes doesn't have any idea where the link goes and when they did click, they quickly get out too after learning the contents and this is because its not a targetting traffic.

CPM adnetwork is what you looking for. I hope there is in crypto.
275  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Need Freelancer Or Programmer Can Make Site Like MellowAds For ME on: October 25, 2020, 05:51:39 PM
Creating advertiisng network site like MellowAds is useless nowadays. Because there are already many advertising companies like CoinZilla and Cointraffic which has used by big sites and advertisers.
You need huge fund to promote your site first.
For freelancer you should publish this thread in Service section.

Crypto indutry has just started and I think there is more room for adnetworks and other industry to be inserted here like SEO in crypto.
There are adnetworks that started in the early days of crypto but some of them are already gone. I have worked to some of them but there are just too few traffic to exchange with. This time crypto now has wider audience.

OP, do you have an adnetwork script?
276  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you buy BTC from PayPal now that they are letting people do it? on: October 24, 2020, 09:33:48 PM

I'm not very aware of what paypal is offering but I heard some users can't withdraw their BTC to store on their own wallet.

I may also buy is things will be different and if they have lower price. ITs easy to make transaction now out of the money earned from freelancing to investing crypto. But there is always a voice inside me also telling not to use paypal.
277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 24 eth instead of 24 usdt....What Will You Do If.......? on: October 24, 2020, 09:19:35 PM
To be honest I am definitely tempted by 24 ETH, and I will consider it mine. But if the exchanges ask me to return it,
I will do it. Because from the start it was not my right. But I won't refund if not asked, I know what I did wrong.
But on the other hand it's a pretty big amount of money, and I'm just an ordinary human who has greed too.

99% of us people wont really return this money for sure. This is indeed a big money on where most people cant really even earn for sometime no matter how hard they do their 8-5 jobs.

It might be sound harsh but people are naturally greedy and theres no way that people cant just easily slip that big amount into their hands which they would rather consider it as a blessing instead.

I highly doubt to those people who do tell that they would return the amount that had been accidentally been sent out but when you are in the actual situation then i would say that honesty will really be in big question.

Lol  Don't lose hope for humanity brow. There are good people still, it may bve hard to beleive but deep down inside these people there is a good intention to return back the coins. Circumstances though can change minds of individuals, there is the need to weigh-in for them whether to return or not. Its tempting because its a big amount.
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin do you think will become next Ethereum? on: October 24, 2020, 07:40:19 PM

The closiest among and had been on top of the game are TRON and EOS. The rest are platforms that weren't preferred by the developers. Its very surprising though that the prices of these tokens are not going up. TRX still is less than $0.05 but I can remember the token was worth more than $0.30 when it first started. ADA seem too late to come in, this has slow development but its price is wat higher than TRX, I don't get the picture.

279  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling could be used to pay for covid problems on: October 23, 2020, 08:55:02 PM
Essential for government since we know on how gambling sites do make out big money which would means that tax will also comes into play and its not a surprising thing that
government would always love to go in things on where they can see that they would able to benefit out.

Most government now do really having this kind of solution since this pandemic did really give out some massive hit in means of economic state.
They had already opened these establishments and do continue their operation. They know that it will really be useful in times like these.

When it comes to regulation then expect for something like that.Fiat casinos is much more centralized where KYC would always be a norm.

The pandemic forces the government to find alternatives to get some funds, not just taxes from indivduals but also tp online businesses. Casinos are the easiest gateway for laundering I'm sure they have that in mind and they are not going to make it easy for casinos.

They make a lot of money considering that they are not affected with the pandemic and instead continue to enjoy making more money.
280  Economy / Exchanges / Re: KuCoin Has Found The Hackers Who Stole $281 Million on: October 23, 2020, 08:38:23 PM
Whoever stole funds from KuCoin is now trying to cover his tracks. In the ETH-mixer Tornado Cash hacker sent 11 520 ETH, lots of 100 coins and has already managed to mix almost 3000 ETH

These hackers exercised no patience. Roll Eyes

I don't know much about Tornado Cash (obviously an ETH mixer) but it definitely doesn't have the liquidity for that much ETH. I'll almost feel bad for these guys if they're dumb enough to send it to exchanges now, and I really feel bad for the other users of Tornado Cash.

Third party services are going to be looking at those depositors with a fine-tooth comb.

In a hurry to get caught. Some hackers like the ones who hacked bitfinex took years before they bother to make a transcation but were still monitored. The wallets are sure being traced. If they send it to an exchange, its truly going to be frozen. $281M is not going to be easy to liquidate without an alert.

If they've managed to hack Kucoin, they must be good at covering their tracks too. Won't they get away with the Wasabi?
