261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coronavirus is ravaging a large portion of cryptocurrencies. Is this permanent? on: March 14, 2020, 09:56:39 PM
I think we are living in a very interesting time period when huge changes are coming and something extraordinary events are happening more often with every next year. And every such crisis is an opportunity Smiley
262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Positive World Response on: March 14, 2020, 09:53:34 PM
I hope that all this world panic will lead the people to mass adoption faster Smiley The sooner we destroy the old fiat system the sooner we will see this brave new crypto world Smiley
263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the Corona drop over or will it continue? on: March 14, 2020, 09:51:56 PM
People can't make such dumps, they don't care about the virus when selling or buying BTC in fact. Huge pumps or dumps are made by the whales and other traders are trying to explain these manipulations with corona virus or some other world events.
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MESSAGE TO BOUNTY MANAGERS on: March 14, 2020, 09:47:56 PM
Hello guys,

In a bid to fight bounty scammers and spammers on the telegram campaign, there is a great wisdom in the format adopted by julerz12 in his GEOMA bounty campaign (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5223521.0), you are first told to answer questions on a google format just to test your simple knowledge on Cryptocurrency and then still require you to apply on google form together with Proof-Of-Authentication on the bounty thread.

Some hunters just quickly come to the google application form, deplore several telegrams or even steal some bitcointalk users telegram username  who are not participating in telegram campaign, and use it to cheat. This is why we do see over 2k-8k telegram applicants on a single campaign on the spreadsheet which sometimes will give the BM and his team a hard time verifying and sorting out real workers from cheaters and spammers, they may not be able to fully do a perfect job.

This style employed by Julerz in GEOMA bounty campaign is a step in the right direction which I believe has helped to chase off some telegram scammers and spammers off this campaign and thereby reducing applicants to only serious campaigners and at the end will lessen the overall job of the BM. There were days I got discouraged seeing over 8K in some telegram campaigns.

Let me hear your suggestions too. Thanks.

Let me add a link to the questions (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfDi-1RXiX-G37RLcEAs9RN8UUiXS8mANJ8T_vWJHYSuPFykg/viewform), on the application form, there is equally a code you must enter to proof you are not a bot.

Yeah, such a scheme makes filtering fake accounts task easier, but it also filters all those guys who don't know English well or doesn't want to pass this exam Smiley But maybe it's even better for the campaign to filter those ones.
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are calling projects as scam when they are in a bear market? on: March 14, 2020, 08:47:09 PM
Yeah, people are thinking with their heart not their mind Smiley
Arrgh, I've lost 50$ of my investments if I sell at the current price, damnit... This is scam, all the devs are bastards! Smiley
266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The best time to fill the bag? on: March 13, 2020, 11:56:18 PM
I think it's the best time to enter the market is now, we'll hardly go deeper and we'll definitely get higher this year. So the risks are minimal now. Imho, this is not a recommendation of course.
267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too good to be real projects on: March 13, 2020, 11:52:04 PM
People like bright ideas and fantastic future technologies. All these projects give people some dreams and hopes for their future. Boring projects won't get many investors Smiley
268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will coronavirus encourage people to use crypto more thoroughly? on: March 13, 2020, 11:35:08 PM
Hm, using cash is a threat to your health and even life? Damn, this is awesome idea, haha  Smiley
We are living in a very interesting time period, guys. Keep watching the world events and learn Smiley
269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To All Bounty hunters on: March 07, 2020, 11:18:08 PM
You can't always predict accurately whether the project will be worth hodling or not. Good advice is to sell a half of your coins upon their exchange listing. Don't be too greedy Smiley
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Bitcoin and Altcoins bullish together on: March 07, 2020, 11:14:58 PM
There may be different situations, one can't predict. Usually altcoin market is falling down when BTC is moving up or down fast. And altcoins usually grow when BTC is lowly growing/falling.
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Managers and Shit projects on: March 07, 2020, 11:12:30 PM
It's quite hard sometimes to evaluate the project and find out whether its bounty is worthy or not. Bounty managers are trying to earn here by doing their job properly. They can't predict everything.
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will crypto really go to zero? on: March 06, 2020, 08:32:50 PM
Back in the day, Vitalik once said that crypto will be going to zero. There has been many concerns about the longevity of cryptocurrency as a serious form of money, given that it's relatively unstable within the mainstream world. It's been 10 years since Bitcoin was created where crypto has had its ups and downs. However, many are afraid that crypto will be going to zero as the blockchain hype ends and governments start rolling their own digital currencies. When we take a look at most cryptocurrencies on the market, most of them aren't even useful at all. Perhaps, the only one is Bitcoin but it's terrible as a currency for daily transactions.

Which is why, I'm starting to wonder if crypto will really go to zero in the future? If this happens, then most of us will lose our hard-earned money as crypto becomes worthless. What are your thoughts? Huh

I can barely imagine this situation when all the crypto goes down to zero point. This is impossible now I think. There too many people that use crypto for reaching their goals. This is an incredible instrument and the whales won't leave it and make it die. Not in the nearest future at least.
273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin season question on: March 06, 2020, 08:29:22 PM
Altcoin season begins only when the BTC market is strong enough and moving slowly and steadily. In this case money is able to flow from fiat-btc pairs to btc-altcoin ones.
274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Here we go again on: March 06, 2020, 08:17:31 PM
The market doesn't care as we may see now Smiley And this is good as for me. All this situation shows us clearly that all these "important" world events mean nothing in fact Smiley
275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: For newbies only on: March 06, 2020, 08:06:55 PM
Yeah, I remember those funny times far in 2017 when this kind of phishing became very popular. MyEtherWallet, most popular exchanges and crypto applications... Hundreds of people got scammed by the hackers...
276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does it have volume ? on: March 06, 2020, 08:00:42 PM
That's right. First check price, then check volumes, and then check what is the exchange. The last part is quite important also, noname exchanges sometimes show us some strange movements on different lowcap coins Smiley
277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't hate long term promotions on: March 06, 2020, 07:55:59 PM
I'm here to talk about bounties with long duration, I know we all have our experience with short term bounties and long term bounties but I have come to understand that it doesn't matter, here is my own experience
Last year I promoted E3T bounty project for 4weeks duration and I earned 30$
In 2018 I promoted Airwallet for more than 14 weeks and I earned over a thousand dollar

Durations doesn't matter, small duration bounties can pay high rewards and long duration bounties can pay worse rewards, it's all vice versa, what matters is the quality of the project you promote

Man, if you count in everything and check this situation with your logic you will understand that in case of taking part in 10 bounties a year you have 10 chances to earn something valuable. If you took part in 3 bounties at the same time, you will have 3 chances. That's simple Smiley
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coronavirus ain't helping on: March 05, 2020, 10:14:50 PM
Coronavirus situation shows us very well that all these world events and news mean nothing for crypto in fact. Its movements are caused only by whales' manipulations.
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to survive if you lose more than 80% of your Capital? on: March 05, 2020, 10:10:08 PM
Patience is the main factor - that's for sure. Fighting your greed and fears is another part. It's quite difficult to fight FOMO and FUD sometimes when everybody around is on panic Smiley
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Consider All Altcoins Bad on: March 05, 2020, 09:38:56 PM
Altcoins are usually considered bad when people enter this market on pump and temporary lose their profit. If you buy altcoins in the right moment you will praise them like we did in 2017 Smiley
