POV dari permasalahan ini sebenarnya simpel, si korban merasa ada yang mengakses akunnya dan berhasil membobol untuk mencairkan saldo voucher sebesar 200JT, namun ketika korban mencoba untuk menghubungi CS Indodax, responnya sangat lamban, padahal OD bilang bahwa CS Indodax itu aktif 24 Jam (24/7), terlebih lagi akunnya si korban ini akun Prioritas (saya kurang begitu paham dengan apa itu akun prioritas).
Sebelum menerbitkan voucer seharusnya ada pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu ke emailnya bahkan untuk login saja di device yang baru pun ada persetujuan ke email dulu. Apakah si korban tidak memperhatikan aktivitas terbarunya di email? Atau kasus ini berbeda tanpa akses ke email? Karena sebelumnya saya juga mulai kesandung kasus yang sama namun belum sampai terakses keseluruhan aplikasi di hp saya. Bermula dari ig yang diakses di orlando , miami , dll hingga merambat ke 5 gmail ku namun gmail langsung notify ke saya bahwa ada akses baru yang tidak di kenal perangkatnya. Sehingga saya mengganti password dan masih beberapa kali lagi terjadi. Kenapa 200 jt bisa lewat ssemudah itu, itu sih yang mengkhawatirkannya di pasar crypto indonesia. |
