An interesting observation, TheTruthisOutThere makes a post and then their account is immediatley shown to be offline. Could they be logging in and out of various accounts? I wonder who this account belongs to if this is the case.

I adamantly believe that the ICNX will be managing assets worth $1,000,000,000 within 1-2 years from public release. When this happens, it will generate $30,000,000 in ICN buy backs per year from the 3% management fee alone. This isn't even counting ICNP profits, DAMP fees, ICNX entry/exit fees, or Cofound.it revenue.

Been out of the country for a week, can anyone give me a quick rundown/cliffs notes of whatever drama is unfolding with ICN so I don't have to read through a dozen pages of FUD?
Oh God... there is no drama. We are just under fud attack by a troll/trolls again. They switched up their tactics from the last batch and are using concern trolling to fly under the radar. Why Daparski is allowing this is beyond me.

Just bought some more trying it out, works like a charm Good time to buy.I dont think price will go down any further from here. I think it might. We are in a bit of a downward channel.

Iconomi is now fully available on Shapeshift now.
I have a few questions about Shapeshift, are there limits? What are the fees? Does Shapeshift buy ICN from the open market to have some in stock?
|
|
|
I have never used ShapeShift before, does anybody know what limits they have?

Mendeleev, I know you are a troll but at least troll in a coherent manner so we can properly communicate with you.
Buybacks: - Defer capital gain taxes until the asset is sold - Add liquidity to ICN rather than to ETH - Remove legal implications that dividends might cause - Add buy walls to the order book providing price support - Eliminate the possibility of sending ETH to lost/unused/exchange addresses
Dividends: - ETH gas fees would be slightly cheaper than maker/taker fees on exchanges - Dividends are a more commonly known model of profit distribution which would generate more hype from new traders - The dividend model was promised early on to ICONOMI investors
Yes, I saw you post this non-argument a few pages ago. As I say, I'll wait for the team to officially respond to the concerns that have been posted by myself, and by others. If they can prove to us that our arguments don't hold up, then I will happily eat crow. People like you, and MoveCrpyto, are adding nothing but fanboy nonsense, because you can't construct a decent counter-argument, and are fuelled purely by an emotional attachment to a project that is currently under immense scrutiny - and you have no idea how to deal with it. I hope these may be able to help: http://www.wikihow.com/Have-a-Good-Argumenthttp://study.com/academy/lesson/what-is-logic-definition-examples-quiz.htmlhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PhilosophyAnd if you really feel up to it possibly: http://www.butte.edu/departments/cas/tipsheets/thinking/reasoning.htmlSorry, but you keep referring to what you are saying as an argument and I don't know what the fuck you are talking about. This may be the most helpful: http://www.jimpryor.net/teaching/vocab/argument.html

It's obvious to anyone who has been paying attention. Yes. We know what's going on.

We are in a cup and handle. Cup and handle pattern for reference:

Here is an interesting tidbit I thought I would share. This is from the recent Q&A article on Medium:
"ICONOMI Digital Assets Management platform is currently in beta testing. We are gradually inviting users to beta test our new platform. Users who applied for the beta testing program were added first, followed by the ICO participants based on the amount they contributed to the ICO, and then everyone else."
Notice the wording is in past tense when they refer to those who applied for beta access. I also talked with a fellow in Slack who told me he never applied for beta, but he was given access to beta. Both of these pieces of information lead me to believe that those who applied for beta now have access and they have now moved on to adding ICO investors.

"get buy orders filled before the flood of good news: product releases, marketing campaign, increased transparency." so you are saying they are screwing with investors to get cheaper ICN??? Not a sign of a good team. They are suppose to be transparent with us from the beginning.
This user is a known spammer and troll along with CryptoInsiders and WarrenBuffet. Do not take this account seriously.

Regarding the profit distribution methods of dividends vs buybacks, despite distributing the same amount of wealth mathematically, buybacks provide numerous advantages over the dividend model. Those advantages are:
Buybacks: - Defer capital gain taxes until the asset is sold - Add liquidity to ICN rather than to ETH - Remove legal implications that dividends might cause - Add buy walls to the order book providing price support - Eliminate the possibility of sending ETH to lost/unused/exchange addresses
Dividends: - ETH gas fees would be slightly cheaper than maker/taker fees on exchanges - Dividends are a more commonly known model of profit distribution which would generate more hype from new traders - The dividend model was promised early on to ICONOMI investors
??
Am I missing anything? Feel free to add.

k shit, like this coin but yet again this thread turns to ass.
devs some clean updates pls? i know it seems icn whale insiders don't post here but it could use some decent news for an uptick and eventually pump to new floor price. it doesn't help btc is going up i guess...so have to wait for moonshot. this coin is very undervalued like etc.
Iconomi posted the last update 4 days ago. And again 2 days before that: https://medium.com/iconominet

I just noticed today, Liqui has added ICN/ETH and ICN/USDT trading pairs.
|

With ICNX's returns, I can easily see it having a $billion dollar market cap in 1-2 years. That would translate to $30,000,000 in buy backs every year from the ICNX maintenence fee alone. That is not counting the trading fee, performance fund profits, or DAMP fees.
Considering there is just under 19% of all ICN on exchanges, let's just say $30,000,000 in buy backs would make a dent.
