I can't remember at this point if it was payment for opticbit.in, or the basic hosting for a month. but never got service.

sent an e-mail- got a request for my invoice, but i never got the invoice in the e-mail have't gotten any e-mails since.

looks like the site has changed a bit, and useing the same script the others are useing.

http://www.btcwebhost.com/web-hosting.php - went to click order got a 404...   Went to the order page and it seems to work.

I just got hosting from webhostlayer a week ago.  Also got my domain from cinfu.  still in the middle of transferring stuff.

This order was not placed through BTCWebHost.com.

For one thing we have never accepted direct bitcoin payments, Bit-pay has handled our payment processing since day one. There is no record of your order in their system what so ever.

When you emailed me about this, I emailed you back and told you there is no record of your order and you should contact Bit-Pay our payment processor.

I recently acquired some domain names from two bitcoin web hosting companies that went out of business and its possible you purchased from them before they went under.

Those domains are bitcoinwebhost.com and bitcoinwebhosting.com

Please stop spreading mis-information - we host many of the worlds top Bitcoin related web sites and we have a rock solid business record.

yes the problem i have is from one of your recently acquired domains

Try this?

They use bitcoin.
Have you been paid by this site? The empty FAQ section makes me nervous

I've exchanged traffic, didn't go for the pay out since its low.  I haven't looked at it in a long time.  I've only seen the page with the human detector every 20 sec, If it has auto surf I'll leave it on all night tonight.

To anyone who thinks we are not early adopters right now-- you have no imagination or skill apparently. There are thousands of businesses and projects that haven't been started yet. Get off your fat, lazy, D&D loving asses and do something useful.

+1

You're exactly right, Wright. In this respect, we're all early adopters in that regard. We all have the power within us to profit from whatever project we develop that incorporates Bitcoin. Who knows, for during the interim one may stumble upon a completely different profitable business plan, one not even reliant on Bitcoin as its main revenue source.

270  Other / Meta / Looking for the Thread on rewards for getting local stores to use BTC on: April 06, 2012, 06:54:24 AM
I did a couple searches on Google, and in here, and went through my post history, I know there was a thread somewhere with some people who had pledged some rewards for getting local places to accept btc.

if its still active heres my post for it so its date stamped.

I just started talking to Fair Trade Cafe in Phoenix off Central ave.  I might talk to some artists tomarrow too.

looks like returns would go back to where they came, i guess i'll send two to myself, and hope it sends from that addy so i can keep track.

Tried contacting to have them send to a different addy than where it came from, but the process was a little anoying.
