261  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [BETA]PhotoBTC - Earn Bitcoins selling your Photos and Illustrations on: June 13, 2015, 10:00:58 PM
As an artist who just draws for a hobby but would interested in earning a bit through freelance means I approve of this idea.

I would say open up the market for all Artists, photographers and graphic designers alike.

Just a suggestion.

No Christopher Lee cant die! He was such a talented actor.

At least he lived a long life, I mean 93 is a grand old age!
264  Other / Off-topic / Re: How did you find Bitcointalk? on: June 13, 2015, 04:51:32 PM
Always on google trying to find out little bits of info on Bitcoin. Nearly always ended up on here reading the answer so decided to sign up. Lurked for months just reading threads and not really posting, decided to start posting a couple of days ago.

Back to the planet of the apes, the original one from back in the 60s or 70s, correct me if I'm wrong as I'm not too sure.

Booze in a social setting like a party or hangin out with large group of mates. I sometimes enjoy a bit of a spliff if I'm just chillin out watching a movie or to help me sleep. I think I smoked way too much weed in my younger teenage years.  I'm 23 years old now and no longer enjoy it. Had to quit smoking due to the fact that it started giving me panic attacks. Anyway say no more through fear of self-incrimination  Tongue
267  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: ★ What's your contribution Bitcoin? ★ on: June 13, 2015, 04:24:26 PM
I'm a faucet owner (see the link in my sig if you're interested) hoping to help people get started in the world of Bitcoin.

I also spend alot of time educating people in real-life about the advantages of bitcoin as a currency. Don't know if this counts but in my mind it does.

I intend to do more soon once I get a bit better at HTML, CSS and javascript.

269  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which Bitcoin Client do you use and why ? on: June 13, 2015, 03:07:02 PM
I use blockchain because it feels like a trustworthy and secure wallet. I feel safe with my Bitcoins in there.
270  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC in your country on: June 13, 2015, 02:16:06 PM
I live in London UK and I know a few people who use cryptocurrency. Some are into just Bitcoin but I know others who go for Doge or Litecoin. Generally speaking though the mass population over here is just not ready for it yet. Most people tell me "there will always be some kind of physical money".

Only the future will tell.
271  Other / Off-topic / Re: My ISP talktalk blocked torrent sites in UK, how to get around? on: June 13, 2015, 12:13:54 PM
Use tor browser. It worked for me. Although sometimes when it comes to actually downloading stuff it can get a bit complicated. That might be just because my laptop is a lump of junk sometimes though  Roll Eyes
272  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 17-year-old Bitcoiner faces prison for tweeting about... You guessed it! Bitcoin on: June 12, 2015, 11:16:12 PM
So he was nicked for posting his theory on something a bit controversial. Farfetched much?

Shows the power of spin-doctoring and how facts are not always reliable.
274  Other / Off-topic / Re: Asians are the most evolved race on: June 12, 2015, 08:42:41 PM
Another thing about Asian is language. Learning a language like mandarin or any similar form of Chinese/Japanese apparantly uses both sides of the brain, so therefore when Children learn to read and write in their native language they develop their brain at a faster rate than we do when we learn to read and write in our languages with normal A - Z alphabet.

Correct me with I'm wrong but my Uncle has been learning Mardarin and he told me this.

Still all thiss reverse racism is pathetic. Every race has good AND bad qualities. We're a diverse species and that's what makes the world interesting. If only we could leanr to accept others as they are.

I'm done with this.

276  Other / Politics & Society / Re: WW3 is only a matter of time. on: June 12, 2015, 08:21:50 PM
Out of all the end of the world scenarios this seems by far the most likely. Mankind destroys itself.

It's coming. There's been an exponential rise in war and violence in recent years. How will it be decided when WW3 officially starts?
As if we're gunna turn on the TV one day and it suddenly announces "emergency broadcast: World war 3 is about to begin in exactly 3 minutes." Roll Eyes
277  Other / Politics & Society / Re: [Rumour] Top Gear Presenters going to Netflix on: June 12, 2015, 08:17:17 PM
You know we're going to be the same repeats on Dave for the next bloody 20 years.

I love  them guys though, used to watch all the reruns every morning before we started getting the Horror Channel. Got extremely bored with it after a while though mind you, to the point it was getting annoying.  Tongue
278  Other / Off-topic / Re: Answer the question above with a question. on: June 12, 2015, 06:49:52 PM
How much wood could a woodchuck fuck if a woodchuck could fuck wood?

why should I give a fuck about a wood-fucking woodchuck?

Is it because woodchucking fucks wood fucking chucks?

Don't you mean foodchucking wucks and fuckwooding choods
279  Other / Off-topic / Re: Asians are the most evolved race on: June 12, 2015, 03:43:40 PM
You are just stereotyping people now. The only reason it may be true to an extent that Asians are smarter is due to the family setting in which they are raised. Most come from very strict families who's parents take their future very seriously, bad grades and such are unacceptable.

I'm not Asian myself but I went to a very multicultural school and live in London which is generally multicultural.

Evolution has nothing to do with their intelligence, upbringing does.
