I've been thinking about starting to learn how to read charts and do some technical analysis for myself. The problem is I see it ridiculed on pretty much every forum and people saying it's useless for crypto.
What are your thoughts? Worthwhile?

Running a small little research around here. For example, Bitcoin has (or will have) a total of 21 million coins, tops. Litecoin seems it will have up to 84 million coins, total.
In your opinion, when a new altcoin is created, how many coins is just too much? I have seen projects with like 10,000,000,000,000 coins. That looks almost like... a spam coin :/
The token supply is not really that important. But if it's too much, it will increase the chance for whales to easily manipulate that altcoin in the future. In addition, the oversupply of resources makes the values of the tokens lower and allows traders to hold more tokens. |

I here and see that a lot of people are selling their altcoins for this reason or for that reason. In some cases I here that people are even spending their altcoins to buy Bitcoin. Now that one really has me confused. To me it’s way to early to be selling your altcoins. It’s like selling an original painting before it even gains in value or while it is still gaining in value. What smart investor does that unless they are selling out of fear or because they are desperate. For me I am holding all of my coins for now because it is way to early to even think about selling your altcoins; what say you?

But now I'm feeling our market is being driven by big guys. This market is not for me, those who want to invest in value. The altcoins really have no responsibility in developing and have let the organization manipulate. That is the saddest thing I want to say. |

I am a bit broken hearted now i know like i know emotions have no place in trading. I am trying my best not to feel a thing but i was so delighted when it went $177 thought that is just paving the way so bull can enter. Now i dont really know when ETH would be tired of going down and finally starts to climb up.
Its current price is only $ 135 and that is a real crisis. Our crypto market has been hit hard by the recession. We need to keep calm and continue to hold. The market will grow again. |

The scenario that we've been experiencing lately, made me learn a lot of angles which every traders or investors did speculate after certain dips happened in the market of bitcoin. Relentlessly I've been feeling so low after all upon seeing the price dropped 10% and continually it goes down at the dipped value now.
I tried myself not to be stressed with the current downfall happening, and just think of a positive drive that could give me enough strength to handle situations like this that bull run can be surprising.
As many experts and no experts predicted bull run to happen this last months of the year, bearish market increased but it doesn't stop their because people now were more mature as they more particular on listening thus predictions at very last tolerance to possibly happen that bull run could initiate and will surprise everyone at a random date this year.
I think that will not happen. Only bear run appears and the market is now a red. That was a very annoying thing for me and I lost over $ 3k6 in a week. A market that is unreasonable and it irritates me. It seems I need to leave the market sooner before I lose it all. |

I bought a lot of ETH at $ 225 and I was very regretful. My portfolio has fallen more than 30% in the last 5 days. That is a bad thing. I think ETH will go down to $ 100 and that will be its bottom price. |

In my opinion, the best time to sell is when the market price of the coin is 20%+ higher than the market price at which you bought the coin. Dont wait till the market price is 95%+ before you sell. That only happens when you got your eyes glues to your machine 24/7. Dont be greedy... Make a little profit and grow it over time. Cryptomarket is growing and full of terror! Be careful
