261  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tips to actually start earning from Trading & END LOSES on: May 24, 2019, 05:50:52 PM
Trading is very rewarding and at the same time its very difficult to as stated by thread stater. A newbie makes a good profit in the beginning sometime but after few days of trading all this profit gets washed away along with the principle amount and I think many of us have faced such situation. Trading always need to done with planning, keep all emotions aside which is the most difficult task to do, keep your greed and fear in control, keep trade size as per your risk appetite and accept your losses as well.A planned never stressful. Do not take high risk as market is always here but you equity must be there to take a trade. Never fight with the market, if it is going in opposite direction just accept the loss and keep practicing your trading skills on demo or small account before going live. These are some golden rule to become a successful trader.
262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CORRECT ME ON THIS PLEASE. on: May 24, 2019, 04:38:01 PM
Many times i have seen people use HOLDLER for people who are keeping their coin for future while some use the term HOLDER. please which of the 2 is the right term used in cryptocurrency slang.

Hold and HODL have the same meaning, the only difference is HOLD is an english dictionary word used for "not selling or keeping it with for a certain or uncertain period", HODL is a slang used in financial markets specially in cryptocurrencies which means the same "not selling or keeping it with for a certain or uncertain period" HODL world is the slang used "Hold on for dear life". I hope it clarifies your query.
263  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What trading strategy do you guys use? on: May 23, 2019, 04:23:44 PM
I am into forex trading and I do not any fixed trading strategy to take a trade. I think a static trading strategy is not so effective so I always trade dynamically. First of all I see what does the bigger trend is saying, is it at saturation point or still trending then I go to lower TF to check if there is no resistance/support nearby and then the lowest TF to take a trade. Pls not a bigger trend can contain many small trends but small trends must follow the bigger trend only. If bigger trend is bearish then try to find good selling opportunities on lower TF , if bigger trend is bullish then look for buying opportunities on lower TF.
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 1-Month Investment: ETH? BCH? on: May 23, 2019, 04:05:13 PM
I would suggest you to go for ETH. Although 1 month period is very less to invest in such high volatile coin as it may come down but it may give you good profit at the same time. ETH seems to be in bull run and it may give you desired profit in one month. Pls remember investment for short period is always risky, sometime coin value decreases and you just get caught in the trap, in that situation one doesn't have other option than to wait. I see ETH as good option to invest for a short time.
265  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I quit my job to do full-time crypto-trading on: May 23, 2019, 03:57:30 PM
Good luck my friend, it is always a hard decision to leave fixed income job to do full time crypto trading. I tried it in 2018 but could not succeed, I am not purely into cypto trading, I do forex trading as well. Crypto market was very low in late 2018 and I could not do much trading in forex trading as well and that is the reason I had to join another job. I wish, you get success in your trading career.
266  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC and Gold? on: May 22, 2019, 04:31:30 PM
If someone ask me to invest either in Gold or BTC I would definitely chose BTC but this is about part of my investment, I cannot invest the whole amount into Bitcoin at any point of time. Yes if it comes to Gold I can even invest 90% of my cash assets into Gold, this the difference betweeen BTC and Gold.
Bicoin may give you better return but it is not stable whereas Gold is much stable and have other uses as well although return on Gold investment may be lesser. It depends how much amount and for what period you are ready to invest, how much risk you can take, investing in Gold and BTC has their own pros and cons.
267  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Indian btc traders suicide paying off senior cop for investment made during ATH on: May 21, 2019, 05:42:13 PM
That senior cop and his brother need to bring to justice. They have forced someone to commit suicide. I am sure the deceased businessman must have told them about the risk in BTC investment. If BTC price slipped down how can he be kept accountable for that unless he has assured them of some fixed return. Published news signifies that demand put by cop and his brother was in genuine, both of them must have harassed that businessman which ultimately forced him to take this extreme step. One should avoid investment from such people who can misuse their power.
268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Technical Analysis 101: How to Identify Market Patterns on: May 20, 2019, 04:18:40 PM
This is a good article explaining different chart patterns. Head and shoulder pattern, ascending/descending triangles and falling and rising wedges are indeep some of the good patterns in technical studies of charts.Aside to this double bottom (W) and double top (M) also plays a vital role. If all these patterns are combined with some convergences like PIN bar, Engulfing bar, dogi candle, it can be a good point of entry. Personally I love to trade based on chart patterns. Many analyst also use trend lines, channels to take and exit trades. It is a good article, keep up the good work.
269  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Rising, Scams Rising on: May 20, 2019, 02:51:26 PM
If people fall for such scams which promise to multiply their investment then they really need do some deep analysis. Why would someone give you money for no reason? Greed is a bad thing, if you have money just invest it in some potential coins, you may not have much profit but you investment will not be scammed by anyone. People should be sensitive to share their account information on any unknown link. Scams can be avoided with little precautions taken.
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty that paid you some good reward on: May 17, 2019, 04:53:21 PM
The last one good bounty for me was Aidus which rewarded me around 9700 tokens which I sold for $150, this price was below than ICO. This reward was for 1-2 weeks task only. Current price of 9700 tokens is around $230.They distributed genuinely the reward and listed on a good exchange. Rest 3-4 projects did not pay me yet although none of those project declared scam yet. Most of the bounty projects are either taking much time to pay bounty hunters or they are just not paying. Doing bounties is not a profitable business as of now.
271  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Idea needed for my situation on: May 17, 2019, 02:02:27 PM
First of all I would like to you to suggest you pls don't put this money into trading if you really need it after 2 months. Trading is always risky unless you are a professional trader, rather professionals lose money many times. Trading is an unpredictable game thats why the first rule of trading is "Invest only the money which you can afford to lose". If you can really afford to lose the some amount you are holding in you wallet then go ahead to trade with calculated risk. I am not discouraging you to trade but I am asking you to be ready if something worst happens to your account.
272  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: start trading again carefully and don't be too ambitious to get big profits ...! on: May 17, 2019, 01:50:31 PM
Best way to trade any financial market is to plan the trade first. It includes analysis of bigger trend means what trend is there on higher TF then middle trend and then small trend. Small trend always follows the bigger trend. Planning your trade means before taking any trade you should know the point to enter, point to exit and point to cut your position in case of loss on a bigger TF then the right opportunity to be awaited to pull the trade on lower TF. If one follows such plan he/she could have good winning:losing ratio.
273  Economy / Speculation / Re: RED is spreading like a wildfire on: May 17, 2019, 01:18:42 PM
I remember the day when BTC was around $1200 and suddenly it fell to $760 in Jan 2017, people were panic but they kept invested and it touched $19000+ before the bear trend. I see this price decrease as correction before it goes to moon. BTC is positive bull trend so such correction are the part of the game. Once BTC will acquire momentum potential altcoins will also start inceasing. I see this level as the right opportunity to buy more BTC.
274  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If you think so please stop! on: May 16, 2019, 06:11:10 PM
I have seen some recent posts after this somewhat "unexpected" Bitcoin pump that people are greedy and hence should cash out! Really!!? I don't know why people are saying so but we have endured the longest bear market ever (I suggest Theymos should give all of us a tag  Grin for that achievement  Grin), with insults from people that we're greedy, charlatans, etc. And funny enough! there are people amongst us who have seen thousands, hundreds, of Dollars drain down to "coins" and now that we are about to smile some are saying we're greedy and should cash out! I don't know why they are saying that but for those who have been in the game fr a long time know we are no where near where we've been before. Please if you want to cash out, fine you can but don't call HODLers greedy! In fact, we deserve a citation rather lol...

If you have faced this long bear trend then it is your right to enjoy the bull ride, its not greed in any way but every trade/investment should be well managed. One cannot target infinity for any coin to achieve, there should be logical target and that too secured by proper SL. Suppose one person buys BTC at $5000 and now its $8000, many of us know this is not the TOP , BTC will grow better than this so the investor should wait for the next level with SL put at BE so that his base capital is atleast secured. With the growth of purchased pair SL should be moved up in parallel.
275  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: About to throw down $20K and need some advice on: May 16, 2019, 05:43:29 PM
Hello everyone, I'm brand new to this board but have been buying bitcoin (exclusively) off and on for 5 years. I'm ready to invest another $20K and was wondering what your thoughts were on my investment. As of now, I'm leaning towards the following
$10k Bitcoin
$5k Etherium
$2k XRP
$2k LTC
$1k Stellar

Thoughts?
Regardless, I look forward to engaging in talk with you all in future. Much love, Thomas

All you investment bifurcation seem good, I see all these coins as potential coins. I would like to go for investing my $20K like you if I had this much of amount into my wallet. I want to suggest you something on managing trades. Since you are investing a very good amount, I would recommend you to set a target for each pair so that you do not regret if it comes down after hitting the target. Planning at trade and executing it well will not let you regret at any point of time.
276  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance hacked. 7000 BTC stolen. on: May 15, 2019, 02:20:44 PM
Its a bit hard to believe that exchange like Binance can be hacked for such a huge amount. Good thing amount such big exchanges are that they keep their customer on priority so no user funds will be affected. Binance has resumed deposit and withdrawal of funds after one week. All users must use 2FA security and should keep safe from telegram channels which assure you to return more ETH or BTC if you deposit some of the coins there. Sharing your wallet information on any unknown weblink may lead hackers to hack all your funds, be safe all the time, keep your funds in different wallets instead of keeping it in a single wallet.
277  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC to 50K, China banned miners on: May 15, 2019, 01:47:45 PM
Whenever there is a strong trend many predictions come in the way. As per thread starter statement if there are lesser miners then BTC price will go high which does not seem logical. Market runs in cycles, there are downtrends, sideways and bull trend. BTC was in bear trend since last year till 3K range and then there was a sideways trend. After sideways trend it may go down further or reverse from there, since it was a long bear trend it was expected to rise BTC from there. If you are riding this bull run better manage your positions wisely instead of waiting for BTC to reach $50K.
278  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We should Unit against Scam Project As a Crypto Community?? on: May 15, 2019, 01:21:34 PM
Surely we should get unite against scam projects rather I suggest to have some forum like forexpeacearmy in forex where any crypto user can log his complaint and if any ICO or any project declared defaulter it should be published publicly on that forum. I invested money in one of famous project (not revealing name as of now)related to health app whose community is around 80K. First of all they did not credit tokens against my amount into my wallet and then after a long followup they credited the tokens purchased but again all my tokens disappeared and when I asked question on their telegram channel they just blocked me, I am trying to contact their admin but he is not answering. So such cases happens everywhere, we should have some common platform where we can raise our complaint.
279  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hope I can still ride the bull. on: May 14, 2019, 04:22:53 PM
Binance will remove restrictions on depositing and withdrawing of funds in this week as per update from them. Bitcoin is already in good form, I would suggest you to divide your investment. Buy some BTC at current price and wait for sometime if some correction happens buy more. Bitcoin is a long term investment, set up a good target and close some position there and let the remaining position run with locked profit.
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stop badmouthing new projects on: May 13, 2019, 01:53:51 PM
No doubt any new project can come with an unique idea that can grow investor's money many folds but in today's scenario it looks like a dream. Market conditions were so bad that any project launched on exchange loses value many folds even if project idea is good and it has hard working team at backend. This is the reason investors are more interested in choosing old and trusted projects as compared to new one, so that their money remains safe. BTC is again rising but most of the altcoins are still to gain momentum, once market conditions get stable even new projects will have good return.
