261  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Is Better Than Digital Gold on: December 21, 2023, 06:54:51 AM
Both are valuable resources.  As gold is popular among all, bitcoin is a little less known.  But both are valuable assets. We should invest more or less in both.  If you have enough money, I would say to buy gold. You don't have to be aware of any risk in buying gold. But in buying bitcoin, you have to have enough understanding about it and be aware of its risks.

I think people who know about cryptocurrency most of the time prefer to invest in bitcoin than gold. But I think it is much safer to invest in gold than bitcoin. I like to invest in bitcoin even though there is some risk in bitcoin. That's why I invest in bitcoin most of the time.  When you see some amount of profit, you sell bitcoins. If you invest in gold, it is an asset.
Personally, I prefer to invest in bitcoin over digital gold. Well, while both are good and valuable investments, I think the general person would choose digital gold over bitcoin. that's because most people in my circle prefer digital gold to bitcoin. The reason is because the price of bitcoin is very unstable, they are afraid to invest in bitcoin.
However, for people who already know about bitcoin, and its potential, I'm pretty sure they will be more likely to choose bitcoin. Additionally, I would probably consider real gold over digital. Well, both are good investments, the only difference is how we use them so that the investment has big profits for us.
262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Craze for Meme coins never ends? on: December 20, 2023, 03:30:30 PM
Well, this is the reason why people still invest in meme coins. They don't really know when their money is really very high. Maybe he didn't expect much about the investment he made in the meme coin, but when the price rose, he might be surprised to have made a lot of money. I think, because of this, people might try to invest in meme coins even for very small values.

263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When do you take out your investment when in profit? on: December 20, 2023, 06:04:23 AM
Currently, I also have assets that have risen several times, but I am still holding them and waiting for higher prices. This might be called greedy, but I would probably sell it when I know that the halving is still a long way off. However, considering that the halving will occur next year, and may have a positive effect on crypto prices, I decided to hold, and continue to add to the assets I currently own.

265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mainstream coins or altcoins? on: September 22, 2023, 04:37:33 PM
I'm confused about Mainstream coins, are they coins that are often mentioned by name like ethereum, bnb, or something else? or coins that are currently hyped?
However, you should know that, apart from Bitcoin, other coins are generally referred to as altcoins. So, chances are your question leads to a comparison of two similar things. However, if you want to know which coins are currently good enough to be an investment, and most people choose these coins as an investment other than bitcoin, then you can go to the coinmarketcap site and start looking at coins with high positions. You can start your research from there. Personally, I prefer ethereum and bnb in altcoins, and I focus on accumulating those if I want to invest in the long term.
266  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading or investment! What's your take? on: September 22, 2023, 09:36:10 AM
...
Now over to you reader, which aspect of bitcoin is best or worst experience? Where are you good at! Trading or investment? Bursts our brain with your expertise
Should have good knowledge for both investing and trading. But trading requires more intelligence and knowledge than investing. Investing should be done for a long time, if you invest for a long time, you can expect more profit. Chances of loss on investment are less. But should not invest in altcoins, it is better to invest in bitcoins. Trading is done for a limited period of time. Traders buy when the market is down and sell when there is some profit. Investing is also risky but trading is slightly more risky. I have invested in Bitcoin. I prefer investing to trading.
In fact, in investing, intelligence and knowledge are really needed, just like you need it when trading. I also tend to choose investing over trading because of many factors, but to choose a good investment, we need research, analysis, long-term calculations, and others. I see a lot of people underestimating investment until they are deceived in an investment. I feel that investing and trading have many similarities, it's just that in trading we buy and sell in a faster time period.
267  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If only property I have is bitcoin on: September 21, 2023, 03:26:41 PM
This is a problem that people have been talking about for a long time about Bitcoin. The only way is that you have to find someone you really trust to share private keys with. If you have a wife, then she is probably the right person, or you have a very trusted family.
However, you need to make preparations if you plan to make bitcoin your only property. However, the advice I have is that you should have other property to inherit, maybe you can use the bitcoins you currently have to build it little by little.
268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Where to invest 7k usdt on: September 21, 2023, 06:09:44 AM
The only thing that can make you $30 in one day using $7k capital is by trading. By trading, you can earn even more than $30, however, we know that even when you are very professional at it, we cannot guarantee that you will earn $30 consistently. In fact, the risk of capital reduction is also large. Besides, even with stakes, you need more than $7k to make $30 every day, and we don't even know whether the price of the coins you stake will always be the same or decrease.
The best thing to target is to target it monthly or weekly, not daily. For example, there is still a big possibility that you can make $300 in 10 days with $7k capital in trading or any other business you are working on.
269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trade altcoins during the bull run or just hodl? on: September 20, 2023, 03:05:30 AM
Given these facts, I can say that many altcoins now available on the market have the ability to follow Bitcoin's upward price trend when the bull run begins next year. BnB, Ada, Vela, Matic, Arb, Bonk, Shib, Pepe, Aidoge, Doecoin, and others are a few that I can say are fine for me.

If I just had a lot of money, I would buy a lot and hold it until the bull run because, to be completely honest, I am confident that it will also support my observation and opinion.

I will also do the same as you. I also quite believe that altcoin prices will follow the trend of bitcoin prices, and I am optimistic that bitcoin prices will rise. So, I'm probably going to try to buy as many altcoins as I can and hold them until the bull run happens, and I'm pretty sure that a bull run will happen in the near future.
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What altcoins would you invest $ 1,000,000 in? on: September 20, 2023, 01:19:13 AM
in fact, if I had $1 million, then I wouldn't invest all that money in crypto, I'd probably be more inclined to choose real estate or other investments in businesses that I could actually control.
However, if the situation is that I have so much money, and have to invest $1 million in crypto, especially altcoins, then I will choose popular coins for that. Maybe I will divide the investment into 3 or 5 coins, and my preferred coins are ETH, BNB, XRP, ADA, and MATIC. it is the top 5 coins in CMC. However, if the opportunity arises, I also tend to choose Bitcoin, and that's where I tend to have a greater investment value than altcoins.
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to collect altcoins now or later? on: September 19, 2023, 02:54:28 PM
I can't just expect that the market seems to prolong the time for accumulation. And to ask if it is the time to collect, indeed, we're still in good time.
Later? People must stop thinking about the bottom price because we never know when. So instead of waiting for the lowest price, why not take the chance this time?  However, we should also be careful in choosing altcoins because not all cheap coins are worth, some are shitcoins. And I would suggest to just take top altcoins and well-established projects.
Yes, I also think about achieving this while there is still a chance. Instead of waiting for a bear market, we should collect altcoins that we think will be expensive in the future because we don't know the bull market is coming. When we doubt, these feelings will keep coming until we finally regret it. It's just that you have the decision to make it, but thinking too long will make you miss the moment.
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in new projects. on: September 19, 2023, 05:59:17 AM
Investing in new projects were of high risk than investing on a known project. The top altcoins on the market gives the increased chance of profiting whereas we don't know what happens with the new projects. This can reach big or it could drop down in no time. For this reason most of the time people never suggest to invest on new projects. Even if someone wants to invest, it is good to go with the amount what one can afford to loss.
Well, choosing to invest in a new project does have a big risk, but by choosing the right project, the potential profits can be very large. it's just that, as you say, we need to use money that doesn't even change our lives when it's gone. However, choosing the right project is not easy, we may not even be able to get it when we have done in-depth research on the project.
273  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading not for everyone! on: September 15, 2023, 06:50:25 AM
It is a risky job if you treat it as your main job. There are real life traders and they know that doing this as their main source is hard.
But with experience that they've gathered all over these years, the risk seems to be cute to them anymore because of that built up that they've gone through.
I agree that for newbies, it's best for them to stay as holder first before they commit into a real life day trader. They also have an option to remain investors and holders.
However, we are all aware that this job is a very risky job, and we need income from elsewhere to keep us on a steady income. Trading does have great potential to increase our finances, but the opposite also applies. Because of this, there is a lot of advice from people who have been in trading for a long time such as using money that doesn't change our lives when it is lost, or this is work with a high level of patience, or this work is done by conducting analysis and a deep level of research. . Very many people who don't meet the requirements try it and fail. therefore, this job is not for everyone.
274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $28M stolen from CoinEx - are your funds safe? on: September 14, 2023, 04:44:44 AM
I rarely hear about this exchange, so I never even made an exchange in it. Additionally, I feel that CoinEx is not a well-known exchange, so I think hackers will try to attack it. Additionally, the allocation of stolen money is so large, I'm not sure that CoinEx will replace it soon, and the people who used it will likely try to withdraw their money from there. Well, I also hope that people who use this exchange can save their assets.
275  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My experience as a beginner trader on: September 13, 2023, 06:16:28 AM
Yes, actually lose in trading is an experience. From these defeats, it becomes an experience that makes us more careful and perhaps know how to avoid it. Yes, but almost all beginners in the world of trading experience this failure. Personally, I also experienced that, I even chose to invest in coins that were scams. However, the pieces of failure will come together to become a very valuable experience for the future.
276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins that you trust most on: September 13, 2023, 05:02:47 AM
I don't trust altcoins but if you want to get the safest choice of the highest chance not getting scammed, probably the top 10 altcoins in the market right now. If you aim for profit and doesn't care if it take years, maybe hidden gems like new projects that you see potential on, most likely they will be noticed by the market when bull market arrives and probably will sky rocket that can produce you big profits. I learned from the past of not investing on the same token again that I invested on the last bull market, most of those coins might actually got their all time high that they can't reach anymore.
Well, it's best not to hold much trust in altcoins, and only invest using cold hard cash when we want to invest in the long term. Apart from that, I also agree, that if you want to choose altcoins and hold them for a long time, then the top 10 altcoins on CMC are the best. in fact, for myself I choose ETH and BNB. But, I still choose to invest using money that doesn't change my life when the money is gone. additionally, the potential price increase of the top 10 coins is huge. Most of these altcoins will rise when the price of Bitcoin rises, or when a bull market occurs.
277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Only good coins are listed on top exchange? on: September 12, 2023, 08:16:20 AM
Basically, coins or tokens listed on popular exchanges are very good coins. Considering that there are so many requirements for listing on the top exchange, and also quite large costs, makes many people think that if they want to list on the top exchange, then they have to really believe in the project they are working on, and continue to develop it.
Even though there are several tokens listed such as meme coins on top exchanges, I think exchanges are also taking several opportunities to make money from several projects that are currently hyped. But, in the end we are really advised to do research before choosing this coin as a long-term investment.
278  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government vs Bitcoin on: September 12, 2023, 06:43:55 AM
The development of bitcoin is not something bad, but because bitcoin has a decentralized system, which means that it cannot be controlled by one party, the government issued policies to suppress the development of bitcoin, such as banning, prohibiting using bitcoin as a transaction tool, and others. Apart from that, quite a lot of people use bitcoin for illegal and other things, making the government create policies that put bitcoin in a corner.
279  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto or Real estate on: September 11, 2023, 04:52:51 AM
The fact that I know that real estate does not depreciate  regardless of weather the property is built on prime land or not, it will never lose value and for this I pick Real estate unlike crypto which is highly speculative and will only hold good value depending on good market conditions such as good Political environment..which could branch out into favorable regulation, technological advancement, etcetera

And btw, when it comes to risk, of the two I believe Real estate is a low risk industry and can guarantee a stable income unlike crypto which is seasonal and cannot always guarantee profits when one invests in it.
Yes, in the end real estate has quite a big advantage when we have truly strategic real estate. However, it also requires quite a lot of time and money. Both of these investments have their respective advantages and disadvantages. however, I have to admit that my goal in crypto is to increase the amount of money and income I have, and after that my ultimate goal is real estate. I also believe that real estate has many advantages, and these can even be leveraged into our children even when they choose to focus in any field.
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins that you will be hold till next Bull Run on: September 11, 2023, 02:37:58 AM
as of now, I only have BNB to hold. although there is quite a lot of FUD being spread, and I am trying to brush it all aside and focus on collecting it little by little until the bull market arrives, and hope that the BNB price will rise high. Apart from that, I plan to put ETH back in my portfolio, but maybe I will focus on collecting it when my BNB has reached a certain amount
