I insist!!!  Honestly, I can't see the relevance of this question at this point. If we have 7 tx/minute I would be happy since it would show that people are using NEM. Technically NEM could have more than 7tx/s since a block would have 7*60=420 tx and on a decent computer a verification will need about 500 micro seconds in the beta version. That makes abouts 210 milli seconds to verify a block which would be acceptable. But with that throughput, the chain would grow pretty fast so if we ever reach 7 tx/s then we need blockchain pruning. is block chain pruning something you guys know how to do or have a good idea of how it can be implemented? im sure it wouldnt actually be needed for some time yet though. We haven't been discussing that yet. 7tx/s seems to be very far away. Thanks for the response. I agree with you that 7tx/s seems so far away but with a currency like NEM and its target of becoming as big as posible I think the scalability is an issue that is needed to address as soon as posible. Anyway I guess that although you have not discussed the details the scalability is something, a priori, feasible? It would make a lot people calm and be confident about the issue. Cheers, jaspita |

I hate to say it. But +1 Please get this never ending logo story to a result. Trust me when I say it, this was a very energy consuming problem for us all. I am very glad we are approaching the the official vote and hope we'll choose a logo with which both the dev team and the community will be happy so we can finally move forward. If you're expecting to make everyone happy, good luck with that.  I guess that what xtester means with "the community" is a fair majority of its members  |

I think the 4 logos you showed should be in the votation.
Personally, my vote will go to #1, looks neat and profesional. I am not worried about the similarities with Qark/Ripple. I do not think the are so similar.
How do you want to handle the votation? Any person with a BTT account will be able to vote or only stakeholders?

@jaspita: even if it is not intended, have you tried downloading and installing the newest release manually?
I have now downloaded client 0.0.73 and opened nis.bat and ncc.bat. I navigate to http://localhost:8989/ncc/web/index.html, enter my wallet password. Then it ask me to boot a node, I input the nodes name and when clicking BOOT nothing at all happens. I can only close the window clicking on the corner X. I start harvesting but no blocks harvested so far (already a couple hours) Importance 0.06% |

Since I have installed the one-click client I have not been able to boot the local node. I get this error

NEM Infrastructure Server is not available
I have not harvested any single block since then (though I am apparently harvesting), despite I was regularly harvesting several a day prior to the new installation.
Hope devs can put some light on my problem,
