As we said, Bitcoin faucets are not a way to earn serious money. they are just a way to help promote Bitcoin and let newbies learn how to use the digital money. it is true. but you can have too much profit once you are patient people and can collect in a 100 faucet site per day.  Personally i use faucetbox once im newbie and my profit per day in faucet is 0.01 BTC but it is way back last year. i don't know the rate of faucet now because the price of bitcoin is inflated. BTW it is a good source of income for newbie. |

It depends, fastest 10 minutes, lowest maybe months.
Once I saw a transaction stuck for unconfirmed status for 3 months, so 3 confirmations may be very long, like many months. We have to pray for you, good luck.
i didn't encounter that confirmation took too long for a month. normally it takes 1-3hr for 1 confirmation and the following confirmation is just a minute after the first one. i think your bitcoin encounter the problem or the software you use. because even blockchain is being ddos attack, i still can't believe for that time to confirm. |

Only those who has an active big investment in that site are expecting for a revamped since they still can't move on to what happen.
There are lots of announcements and even some withdrawals emails from the ho itself wherein if an investor like to have their investment refunded they must send some fees to them. And the funny part is, many ho enthusiast believes in these email shit.
Some of them are really expecting and yet believing when theres fake HO existing and telling they gonna do some refund if they will deposit to track their investment and some of fool investors believe and deposit, so again they turn out to be scam victim by those another scammers, people really need to be vigilant and needs to move on and realize that cloudminings are not worth where to spend your money with, because in the end of the game investors will end up crying and they will be surely be a scam victim. you can't blame them because some of them almost a 1000$ so risking for that small chance that there investment will get refunded. I pity on them. but I'm sure that Hash Ocean will never get back again because they scam a huge amount of btc and leave without leaving trace on the owner. The best exit ever. they use the bitcoin halving as excuse that they can hold anymore and announcing that they are attack by hacker. hahaha. very fool excuse. |

Maybe i suggest if you have money and you want to buy a bitcoin do some trading to gain your money and increase it. If you gonna buy 1 btc and wait the bitcoin get high maybe you need to wait when it that happen. But if you gonna trade it in altcoin to wait thar time you can earn big by gathering all you income while waiting the bitcoin get into higher level.
Using Bitcoins you buy to do altcoin trading only adds risks. Especially for people not knowing how to calculate these risks, and what mess the altcoin market really is. It's a gamble. You either hit big, or lose. It's simply not worth it. yes alt coin trading is very risky because of its price volatility and newbie on trading might experience a great lost. Investing in Btc itself is a good investment. you will got some profit every year if you have the patience to wait that long time. But if you really want to try alt coin trading. choose an altcoin with good devs and listed in big exchang like polo,bittrex, kraken and so on. Personally I would trust an individual escrow of my choice here at bitcointalk a lot more than Waterhole, regardless if photo ID was provided or not. We already had numerous scams where scammers did provide all kinds of identity proof. I consider demanding personal data unethical, useless from a security viewpoint and even dangerous taking a privacy perspective. So there is no reason to use a more expensive service like Waterhole. A great advantage of selecting an escrow here at bitcointalk is that you are able to browse the member's post history, which can often be used as a good indicator for trustworthiness.
Talking about the profit side of providing escrow, I think it is very difficult to live from it. There are a lot of free (donation-based) escrow providers, so the potential margin is very low. In addition you have to cover the risks associated with this kind of service. In my view, you should see providing Bitcoin escrow primarily as a way to help people (and the Bitcoin economy in general) and not as a good to make profit.

yes it is difficult because you must first build trust in the forum and i think it will took too long time and can cause a lot btc to prove that you are a trusted user here. the best example here is buying a physical coin in marketplace to trusted seller then pay it without hassle in that case they might give you a trusted feedback. but escrow service is not a good source of income. you must join campaign rather than that service if you really want to earn. |

If you want to start trading make sure you get an amount of bitcoin you are comfortable at losing with. Especially in the beginning, the risk of losing part of your investment is quite big.
I advise poloniex as your exchange as this has the highest volume of all, after that, watch the long term graphs of all the high volume coins to see what is generally going on in the markets.
Next, you will want to study the coin you plan to buy on the altcoin announcements boards to see if there is any controversy, potential news to be released, etc. This will help you choose the right coin to invest in.
Finally, try to set limits for when you want to sell and take a profit / cut your losses. This will help not to get emotionally invested and increases your chance of profit.
