The only coin that used by gamble which was sometime increasing a lot without tried to see the bitcoin chart. This pump is actually triggering by something in the crypto. I can't say what it is but i do believe if the pump is causing by something. To be honest even these days fundamental didn't matter a lot. It seems you're trying to diversify your investment across various staking platforms but then again if there is such great platform like binance I see no reason staking outside binance considering sometimes the APY kinda similar.

Maybe right before next halving of btc, after all at this moment usually cryptocurrencies are getting better in terms of trend, though right at the time of halving usually the value went downhill because as you could figure out, the rumour are stronger than the news.
Regardless the current state of altcoins in general are already losing majority of its value, I'm thinking that maybe in the future near enough we gonna see some small recovery though altcoin season gonna be coming really later in to the future.

solana is indeed a great coin with great performance though it seems they aren't really surviving the crash unscathed, you see their chart kinda resembles the chart of other altcoins in general, meaning they are still getting affected heavily by the crash.
so basically the are still crashing, but maybe their recovery is better than the other altcoins, even though from my perspective altcoin like avalanche performs better than solana honestly. I guess it's matter of investment preference.
