not to this scammer fuck Tongue and it was just 1 miner Smiley
crashoveride54902 means the 200 BTC we recovered.

267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Small, but really profitable Scrypt mining project on: August 02, 2014, 06:27:17 PM
scrypt mining is just so dull right now.
maybe move your thread to the altcoin section, see what they think

dull as in dying? kinda regretting my scrypt asic purchases now...but hopefully they will ROI...someday Wink

btc n ltc are the gold n silver coins...the rest are pretty much useless...all ya can do with them are trade on exchanges...look at how many coins have already came n gone...i'm sure most alt coins will die off...just depends on how long that will take...i don't see any altcoins lasting more then a yr...just my opinion thou

and OP after 1 day you say no interest? its only been 1 day, but sadly the scrypt market has gone south...very fast...look at that A2 90mh/s unit sold for 10k when first came out, now get one new for 3999...and i'm sure that price will continue to drop...fast

269  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] NiceHash.com - innovative professional cryptocurrency cloud mining service on: August 02, 2014, 05:33:38 PM
WOW,what is going on with X11 revenue??? its the lowest out of all the pools I am following....

Is this Nice/West hash idea is what creating this low revenue?Huh

i'm thinking so, if you think about it...instead of all the ppl buying hashing power on one site...there is now 2 to split up the hashing power...so they can get more hash for a lower rate...but if they think this is best for them...

I don't see why if they can't keep it all together with one site, then why not just get more servers for nicehash to handle the load? surely there are tons of DC's in eur....or is it the same problem as before...you have to have all the servers at one site? idk how all that stuff works
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: My pool experience with cloud zenminer dot com on: August 02, 2014, 02:41:01 PM
i noticed something fishy today , everytime i changed pools i got diffrent outcome . Tryed it again today to see if there were any changes to  the estimated payout , but i just realised all was the same ..
hmmm a Falcon even have dropped to 0.01988+

how is Your Falcon acting phillip

yep i see the same thing...all pools the same...i wonder if the update to the website has anything to do with that...it use to not say 21 days left free...wonder if that was cause i asked how do you really know if they are taking out the hosting fee or not from start...guess you still really have to trust them...my war machine got .041 yesterday and .042 the day before that...estimated says now .039...so we'll see tonight how close that is

nice has is currently paying 0.5404 BTC/GH/Day / 1000 * 54 = 0.0291816 vs my .039 estimated payout...hmm i guess i'll take an extra .01 Grin oh well it is what it is...
but their current payout changes alot during the day i think

I did manage to get my other 80mh/s over to nicehash but like i said before i think i missed those great payouts Sad but i seem to be still making more then on clever or anywhere else which is nice

right now scrypt mining has me a bit scared/nervous.  I have 70mh + 32 mh.  The stability in price makes me want to back off a bit.

I listed 2 of my 14 in house  gridseed blades on ebay.  I am looking to increase s-3's.  the deal above for 1 s-3 is pretty good.

I now have 2 s-3's in house 2 s-3's at my friends office. 1 s-3 active at zen and a second s-3 to be setup on zen.  gives me 6 s-3's

and I have a dragon miner in china.

ya the jump up n down has me scared too...can't really figure out a ROI if one day you get .056 and next ,042 and if it keeps dropping fast who knows Sad I currently have 6th/s on btc which is way more stable and easier to predict ROI...3th/s in my home n 3th/s hosted in china...

I still don't know if i wanna buy more scrypt or btc miners or just let this all ride out and hang up my mining hat...i mean you can literally just keep reinvesting the btc ya make from all this and buy more miners and do that over n over but in the end what is the point? you'll just keep making about the same per day and in the end you'll just have more hw to try and sell...tough choices to be made that is for sure

EDIT: oh and nicehash split their service up...also have westhash now too for usa...you can't just use nicehash and be on both...its weird like that...one or the other...currently westhash paying better for scrypt right now

westhash lower diff. rate my ass Tongue have 3 units on 2048 and 1 1mh/s unit on 1024 wth?
and i just refreshed again...now one unit is 4096...guess back to nicehash i go if diff. rate isn't lower there Sad

This was probably vardiff kicking in.
Try now. We have made it more loose on WestHash, since we have 0% load there - we can afford supporting really low diffs for now.

Sliver fish 28M asic have all reject like this:Invalid extranonce2 size

Unfortunately, we can't do anything on our side to fix this. Your miner is simply sending wrong extranonce2 (in size, but also as a number), which means that your shares would be 100% invalid. I really suggest you to put pressure on provider, because their miners software is not according to stratum protocol and that has to be fixed (you are limited to number of pools you can participate in).

I'm not having much luck on Westhash, I seem to be wasting hashes because when I check up on my progress the speed accepted in the worker is near nothing but my 5 minute speed accepted is 20+mhs.

Sometimes my worker accepted is 50% and my worker speeds rejected is 50%, is this because there is not many orders to fill on Westhash?

My Cgminer is:

0: ZUS ttyUSB0: Thunder X3     328 MHz   | 30.84M / 30.61Mh/s WU:26721.0/m

OHH.. also how do I give workers a name? is it user : btcaddress.workername ?

5min speed is most important (or if you mine from one payment to another - then check round speed - even more important). Your workers may loose speed shown on site, if your miner does not support extranonce subscription and is therefore often disconnected. But as long as 5min speed is close to your real speed, then everything is fine.

ok its working right now...1024 is the highest diff rate now..Thxs Smiley

275  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: LAST CHANCE - [RAFFLE] Antminer S1 - Tiny Ticket Cost on: August 01, 2014, 11:25:27 PM
Ok, so I got called into work and was late. But that's not even the bad news. I seriously dropped the miner and the left board is cracked right in half. I took it to a small electronics shop and they said they may be able to bridge all the connections and it'd cost around $150.

So I propose either doing a drawing for the BTC received from tickets or giving refunds. I'll let you decide. I feel really embarrassed and can't apologize enough.

Theres about $52 USD in BTC from the tickets: https://blockchain.info/address/18XAvA6heaq48VQ6T7jfPiEqgcQ1ohuTxh

276  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] NiceHash.com - innovative professional cryptocurrency cloud mining service on: August 01, 2014, 12:03:55 PM
I'm really not a fan of forking the service like this.  Sellers will have to watch two or three sites now to determine which is the best paying.  Buyers are going to have to watch two or three sites now to see which has the lowest price.  Sorry, but I feel this is going to dilute the service and make things more complicated for everyone.

I can understand having multiple stratum frontends to spread load out but those frontends should be trunked on the backside so they still operate as a single service.  For the buyers, they should either be able to select an exit point for the lowest latency to their pool or the service should choose an exit point by doing a ping test from the different exit points.

Ya I agree...was scratching my head over this one...
