Ну вопрос в том, для каких конкретно целей это нужно и какое отношение оно может иметь к биткойну.
Приватный ключ для биткойнов или подписей можно выразить в качестве строки символов всего лишь чуть более длинной, чем обычный адрес - а его в QR-код запихнуть тем более легко.
Возможно вы видели примеры таких ключей на форуме - они начинаются с цифры "5".

What will happen, when I will add 15 machines into one worker account in deepbit?
I know, that I will don't have monitoring, but
what with speed of mining bitcoins -
it will be slower, or faster?
It will have more stall shares?
Nothing will change. If you'll add more than 20 miners to one worker accounts then long polling will not be available and you'll get more stales. |

Если ты не генерируешь блоки - то ничего не изменится.
Если генеришь - то они все будут инвалидными после смены вознаграждения.

А вы еще не определились сами чипы будут припаяны или как процессор и материнка.Я отталкиваюсь от того,что если в "системе" какой-то чип даст сбой,то если идет припаяка,то посуте уже ничего не сделать,а если сокетная система,то вынул заменил.
И по части питания,какие-то защиты в конечном устройстве предусмотрены дабы не сгорело устройство\компоненты ?
Несомненно припаяны. Сокеты сделают систему несравненно дороже, да и надёжности это не прибавит. В устройстве RM можно будет сменить вышедшую из строя плату, оставив остальные. Защита в плане чего ? От того, что пользователь воткнёт неправильный блок питания ? |

I am mining using Radeon 6670 2gbx2, Radeon 7770 1gb, and a Radeon 6950 2gb. I get around 600 Mhash/s from these. I switched to deepbit today and am using the PPS method for mining. I was wondering if this was the right way to go for me or if I would make more from doing Prop. I realize that prop is luck based and pps is more steady, but this pool seems to find blocks fairly often. I just wanted to know which would make me the most bitcoins on average. The fee is much higher for pps, so that results in less btc coming my way, but with prop I don't know if my hash rate is big enough to make more that I would with pps or if the problem with pool hoppers would result in pps giving me more btc regardless of the fee. Your hashrate doesn't matters, but time does. If you are going to mine long enough (some weeks or more) then you'll get more bitcoins in proportional mode because of lower fees, but on short term luck may be worse that normal, so PPS may be more safe. |

Tycho, what do you think about this Stratum thing eleuthria has going on? Good move or no? Actually that Stratum thing was created by slush, AFAIK. It's not available at Deepbit yet, but I think that it may be good for ASIC miners (while making things much more difficult for pool management). |

It's not just me I'm sure. Every time someone gets assigned a new IP they can't use deepbit for 24 hours and that's ok?!
EDIT: now you removed the 46 IP... Why are you adding and removing round robin IP's from the DNS all the time? No, of course not everyone gets blocked for 24h, it's a rare event. Yes, IPs are changed from time to time because I'm switching servers, enable and disable proxy paths and so on. |

ok, the 188 ip doesent work... so please use one ip (don't change it please) until you fix the 188 instance!
EDIT: Ok so now you readded the 91 IP... just remove the 188 and we'll be fine... It's not working for you, not for everyone, otherwise it wouldn't be there - that's why I asked if your browser and miner see this host as different IPs. Usually blocking is removed automatically in 24 hours. |

Technical question out of curiosity: how do you plan to implement the "settlement" of those futures?
I take it, that at settlement time, the seller isn't expected to send a truck with oil to the buyer ;D No, just as with BTCUSD futures you'll receive your profit/loss in BTC. |

a bit to much switching IP adresses so this makes me feel have to switch away to a other pool. First IP change in last few weeks is "too much" ? :) With normal DNS server it shouldn't be noticeable at all. |

Но вопрос остается вопросом, зачем биту, при наличии средств, привлекать сторонние инвестиции?
Не проще ли уж если все в ажуре, то взять кредитик, выпустить первые образцы, снять сливки, а потом уже продавать?
Или же как раз этот момент с кредитом решили обойти, привлекая средства из битков, но тогда народ понимает, что разработав чтото, сначала снимут сливки, а потом отдадут?? Чтобы продукт получился конкурентноспособным, денег надо заметно больше, чем если нужен просто продукт. Нет, майнить сами мы не собираемся. |
