Half of the people here lost faith in the project calling it a scam, other half still clinging to dear hope, seeing this as just challenges the project is facing. We need to hear from them now what is the course of this project and its investors.
It is not a scam but it could sure use some better management and promotions. The game is fine but they need to push the link between the game and the token and close down that gap. I use my bitcoin often for many stores. There are more places online and a few offline. Perishable items are what is the most difficult to find to buy with bitcoin. Because the fees are high I usually buy bigger things and spend more when using bitcoin. Or I convert to fiat and it is easier to just handover cash when the amount is only a few $ worth.

There are 2 big online markets similar to how Amazon work and both accept bitcoin. I always spend bitcoin there when I can. There are a few other smaller businesses accepting it through a payment processor like bitpay that way the people selling don't need to know how bitcoin works because they will be paid by the third party company you pay the bitcoins to and they get paid however they want. It makes it much safer then sending straight away to the seller.

It amazes me that good allow this. They should know the wallet is not out yet and this is a scam. I knew that that were bound to be lots of fake wallets making their rounds, it doesn't surprise me it is an ease back for a scammer to make. Please be careful everyone and always transfer your bitcoin to a new wallet so that nothing can be stolen.

I've tried the Android wallet today. Looks good so far, but everything is a bit too small an my Samsung fullHD display. The GUI needs some scalability depending on screen resolution, otherwise it's not easy to press a button. Had 2 crashes too, first one at first start and then later another. But given this is all still very new, I'm sure this will all be resolved soon. Good work, thanks, and happy staking But price is zero. there is no one willing to buy even for 1 satoshi. I sad you can sell for doges if you want to get rid of coins. But wait a year and price will rise as project will develop That is what I am doing holding on my doges. It is also a good idea to buy up some more inflationcoins while the price is low so you can be an early adopter. I have staked so many so far and when the stakerate drops hopefully I will be one of the larger bag holders. |

In order for 808 to grow a great amount it needs to be marketed. We need instagram ads, facebook ads etc. I think that we should start a pool to donate for the marketing. There's a TON of people looking for something like 808coin but just dont know that it exist. Donating a lil bit of money can help grow the coin and make us 10s of thousands in the long term. Also need a new site and potentially a logo. My cousin designs websites and said he would accept payment in 808 but Mr.eggman hasnt responded and neither has anybody on the 808 twitter or instagram when we need a new site BADLY.
Almost all crypto projects have the same problems:
1. Lack of communication
2. Terrible customer service
3. Crappy marketing
4. Lack of community team work
Seems like we have one or two of these and things can easily be fixed with small amounts of daily effort and the community working together. This coin has potential to retire us all from jobs and buy our damn lambos!!! Lets not be like other coins! This coin reached top 20 in cryptopia with barely any effort. Imagine what will happen if we put good effort in?!
Out of the 4 you mention, I believe 808 only needs to work on more marketing. There are a few of us out there promoting 808 coin but we need a lot more help. Just look what happened yesterday with 808 coin on Twitter, it blew up in a matter of minutes. Yes I also believe the site needs to be updated to attract more people to join the community, I think the coin has held up well as almost all alts are taking a hit. Not sure if it is to do with the upcoming btc fork as from I am seeing not many exchanges will be supporting the forked coin. From what I have been seeing with 808 coin is when BTC starts to go down so does 808 coin, that seems to be the trend recently. Also because like many have said people dump their 808 coins into the buy orders which brings the price down fast. I believe it went down to 12 sats yesterday on Cryptopia. Someone got a good deal on some cheap 808 coins. I also like to point out that 808 is much better then all masternode coins out there and is a lot cheaper and ROI is a lot faster. Take dash for example it will cost close to 300k USD to run a masternode, just put 1% of that into 808 coin and you'll make a lot more then running a dash masternode and getting your return a lot faster. Its a no brainer. I agree the twitter has been looking good..  Yeah it is looking good with the amount of traffic its getting. We just need one of the major crypto twitter users to tweet about 808 coin and then it could really blow up. There is a few that can really create a lot of Buzz around a coin so hopefully one of them picks up 808 coin. I try and get the word out there about the coin, just now my re-tweet has had 4 re-tweets and some likes. We just need more people doing the same thing and lets make #808coin trending on Twitter. Im trying to bring more investor's & user's with a following to help promote but we definitely all can help however, all we gotta do is re tweet even if you're following is as low as 100 peers. This is why the price has dropped. It has not dropped this low for a long time. It usually goes to just over 20 and then it goes back up. Now it is a little less then 20 satoshi. Way more impressions this month then usual   Hopefully the price will go up because of this. |
