Is there any problem now? Almost any coin can be bought in 15 minutes. It is very convenient and easy. I recommend buying coins at the most reliable crypto exchanges (Binance, Bittrex, Poloniex, Kucoin, Huobi.pro, Gate.io).
Afaik bittrex has closed new registration for new account, which meant you can't trade on there if you don't have bittrex account. Idk about binance, it was closed and re-opened too, and then closed again. |

There are two options. 1st. Be able to choose quality projects and not to take a huge amount of them. 2-nd Take everything and do 50+ campaigns simultaneously, in the hope that at least 10 of them will give a decent income. Your second advice is almost impossible to do. How can a person join on 50+ campaigns simulataneously? Do you have calculator in your house or you can even use online calculator. You can calculate by yourself how long you will be become a millionaire if you keep making 1% daily from your balance. And, it's not interesting, not even once. theorically yea sounds logical but in this kind of market, you can't guarantee you will win each time, you can loose more than you won from start.

every bounty is good, but you need to know the most important this project is successful or not, if success means we feel the success, and vice versa. essentially we keep trying.
I think every bounty is not good to join because there are many scam ICO's which we cannot identify them in the beginning. Once after raising amount we can able to see the owner will cheat both community manager and participants by not paying to them. So we have to be very careful when choosing a project. If you saying every bounty isn't good, does it mean the bounty which you joined now also isn't good and they will be turned into scam? Choosing the best bounty from other bounties isn't easy, even though it participated by many participants, it can't guarantee it will be a good bounty. |

Actually it's depends from the rules from each bounties. Sometimes, there are some managers who choose to close new registration for new person due to full seat or the campaign will be end around 3 weeks later. Why you want to join in the middle of campaign when you can join from the start?

Best practice is to choose good campaign to see its hard cap will they reached or almost reached to 70% to 80% another thing is rating
join 4 and above rating campaign and also do research about team and what they offer.
It's mean you want to join on ICOs which will end because you wait until they reached atleast 70-80% from hardcap. It also mean you will get less stake because of late joining on ICOs |

I don't too understand what do you mean with your question on OP. But it's impossible to give you information which ICOs will be success (reached softcap and hardcap) since their bounty will be stopped when their hardcap is reached.
