Sign a message from the addr holding these coins and post it here. Along with other details such who is going to escrow this deal. If you fail to post the signed message - then this is nothing but a straightup scam Goodluck

Few exchanges have filed case against RBI for their circular againts cryptotrading. The Supreme court have moved dates of hearing to July. The news about taxation came much later, but it cannot be said as a proper signal that India (RBI) will lift the ban on exchanges.
It's a very uncertain situation right now.

2. Anonymous project. If you want to scam people, best way to do it is by hiding your identity. Therefore you should never trust a project that does not display it’s team members, company information nor physical address. No matter how good the project seems, there is a reason why they are hiding their identity. This isnt always the case, I have always felt suspicious of ICOs when they link to the team members linkedin profile. Well, this may be legit in many cases as they want to build a positive trust by showing off the team. But, I also have seen people buying 20-25 old linkedin accounts through this forum.

Recently I have found this project while browsing and I was very impressed Kauri: The Knowledge Network for the Ethereum EcosystemBriefly speaking this is a source of curated content educating about Ethereum blockchain. Read more hereThis can indeed be implemented in every educational system, because everyone uses the internet to find info and as we all know internet is rich with misinformation, therefore a platform such as this will be greatly helpful.

I have felt really hurt when I saw many innocent people buying Bitcoin White and hoping that it will reach 1000$. Their telegram group is just so heartbreaking man.

You can learn about mining and how to configure/run a miner by simply trying out different cpu/gpu mineable coins like ethereum, monero etc.. There is only need for dedicated ASIC hardware if you are trying to mine BTC, litecoin etc. Even though the hardware used are different the fundamentals of mining are mostly similar or same. Go to ANN thread of any coin, for eg: Ethereum ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=428589.0) Usually, all the info about the coin and how one can mine it will be available in the ANN thread. You can see if it is mineable using your cpu/gpu and then go to the pool, download the miner, configure and start mining. It is very interesting to learn and very satisfying too. I strongly suggest against investing any serious amount of money into buying hardware whether it is GPU or ASIC before you get familiar and have clear understanding of the technical aspects as well as the profitability of mining and market knowledge. Goodluck

A question crossed my mind, how professional traders learn trading? Is there any kind of education to this?If no,is there a specific wiki to learn trading online (like openclassroom for programming for example) Thanks
I don't know about any courses dedicated to crypto trading, but there are indeed many courses regarding trading forex etc.. I personally have learned about different kind of indicators and technical analysis in general from this site : http://www.fxacademy.com/There is also a paid course from investopedia, but it was too expensive for me as a noob : https://www.investopedia.com/articles/forex/08/forex-trading-courses.aspI guess one can learn about the various methods used in technical analysis and implement the same in crypto trading.

I just saw their "ANN" thread and I don't see any revolutionary ideas being discussed there : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3288216.180Their whitepaper looks attractive, but all they are doing is covering up an already well established industry with attractive blockchain wrapper. This must indeed compete with huge players in the market like Amazon and moreover there are much development in the BTC world as well, with the introduction of lightning network and many exchanges such as coinbase implementing payment gateways for e-commerce. It will be really hard for this project to challenge already established and developing projects.

I don't believe there is any connection between them. This is the forum which have been there from the time bitcoin started, lot of other communities like ethereumforum etc came along, may be the dev/creators of these forums have been and are still members or even mods of this forum, but I don't think the people behind creation of bitcointalk have a reason to make another one for altcoins.

I am trying to deposit fiat into Quoinex, I was using Gemini before but the 1% trading fee is a huge put off.
While trying to remit the money there is an option of recipient country. I know Quoinex is from Japan yet the account holder is Swapforex Limited which is from London. So I am not really sure which country to put. Overall, it seems more confusing to send fiat there then Gemini.
Can anyone guide me?
They have a pretty good trade volume, see here : https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/quoine/There are discussions about this exchange over at reddit which you can check out here. It don't look like a scam to me. If you feel unsure about making a deposit, you may try other exchanges like Kraken

What Is the main Factor causing this drop of Ethereum, and other Ethereum Base Tokens are Dipping also is this another a Bear Market approaching? What do you think?
I have recently saw an article posted in reddit. I very much agree to what is being said in it: The price of bitcoin, ethereum and other cryptocurrency is determined by the mood of investors rather than any economic indicators. Most of them buy from exchange and just hope that it moons, and when it goes down by a good % - starts to panic sell, which triggers more panic selling. People are just diving in and gambling away their money instead of actually planning and making good decisions about their investments. The wrong notion that BTC and cryptos are a get-rich-quick scheme must go in order to see some stability.

https://whattomine.com/https://www.nicehash.com/profitability-calculatorYou can use these to find ROI. But it will only be accurate w.r.t current difficulty and market price. It is really hard to predict what will happen in the crypto market and mining profitability heavily depends on the market price and difficulty. If you are seriously thinking about investing with considerably big amount, it ll be much better to buy cryptos from exchanges and hold long term. One good project is IOST (link in my sig).

Disclaimer: I know that members of bitcointalk or anyone who is familiar with BTC will not fall for these scam, But I am posting this here - just in case a newbie will read this and save his precious coins.I was approached by someone impersonating an American Woman, offering me 200% weekly returns for my BTC. If you are wondering about the company name - it is called "options return" (very legit ) I told them about the current situation and all about RBI, they promised me "anonymous" trading and that I will receive my profit to my wallet or bank. Everything is autopilot, I just have to send them my coins. I played along and got their "company" wallet address and agreed to pay 1.125 BTC. Here is the screenshot of my transaction: Poor dude must be googling desperately to find his coins. Good for him/her, atleast he can learn something about BTC and blockchain - this way. Knowledge is powerMoral of story: Don't get rekt by fools like these who promise quick income or a way to become a millionaire in a week.

RBI V/s Cryptocurrencies: Supreme Court Pushes Back Date of Hearing in July The court stated that it would not entertain any more petitions regarding the April 6 circular that was issued by the RBI banning banks from having any kind of working relationship with cryptocurrency exchanges in India. The case was being heard in the CBI court on Thursday. A three-bench led by Chief Justice of India, Dipak Mishra, DY Chandrachur, Ajay Manikrao Khanwilkar were hearing the matter. Last week RBI had sought transfer of cases as there are too many cases of same kind in other courts such as Delhi High Court and Calcutta High Court, which was granted. News Link
