261  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Sending BTC from Gambling Site to Binance? on: May 31, 2019, 02:17:36 AM
Don't take advice from anyone you see on a forum saying it's all alright. Better go there, do some research and find out for yourself and then maybe come here and tell others what did you find out. If there is nothing related to gambling funds in their TOS there shouldn't be any problem but the safest answer will come if you contact them directly. I don't even know how they could possibly detect funds that are coming from a gambling website since there is no special wallet or address to look for. For extra security you could run that bitcoin through a mixer and send it directly to Binance.
262  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Security and Education of Microfinancing in Developing Countries on: May 31, 2019, 02:04:31 AM
In developing countries, this is exceptionally hard considering that those who may wish to get a hold of such a financial service are either in deep debt, too poor to offer a collateral or mostly scammers using fake identities to later default on the loan. Fast cash is accompanied with high interest rates and a short repayment term, so while the idea sounds promising, it just wouldn't work on developing countries and would only worsen the state of those people who don't know how to handle their finances.
Well, that's exactly why microfinancing was created, to help the poor people create a business and get out of poverty. I haven't done any research to see if this companies that offer this kind of services can maintain a good overall profit range since it's always risky loaning money to a person that's living in poverty. But they offer lots of micro loans so they can pretty much be assured about ending up in profit because the fraction of loans that are not paid will be recovered by the interests made from those who are paid considering the fact that the interest rate is much higher than it is for normal loans offered by banks.
263  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top 63 c-gambling projects list | April'19 survey on: May 31, 2019, 01:42:24 AM
wow every interesting to see that at least freedogecoin has more traffic than every other casino website ?

regards

maybe because it same as freebitco.in?

i just wondering why parimatch is higher than stake/primedice? as i know primedice is the top bitcoin gambling sites
Other websites are in front of Primedice because they get more traffic monthly and that's how he choose their ranks. That's exactly the problem here, websites like Primedice that is one of the oldest and most trusted gambling site is on 25th rank and that's just wrong. It should definitely be somewhere in top 10.
264  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top 63 c-gambling projects list | April'19 survey on: May 30, 2019, 05:14:46 PM
I think this kind of ranking in not very accurate because you can say a casino is better than others just because it gets more traffic every month.

It might not be totally accurate but I think the data are generated through the traffic too because a good site would always see people going to play with them always and those on bad list would always have low turn out until maybe they adjust their weakness.
The problem is that traffic does not determinate the rank of a casino if we classify them from best to worse. Just take a look at the website on first rank. Freebitco.in is in fact a faucet website that's offering gambling games and also sports book recently. Most of the visits they get on their website come from people who go there just to collect the faucet and not gamble. Same with the website on 2nd rank.

There are also some websites in the top that I've never heard before and they don't even have a thread opened on bitcointalk. That's because they are mostly fiat based casinos that are also accepting bitcoin and that's why they get so much traffic when in fact we can't really call them crypto gambling websites just because they have bitcoin as a payment method.

This is why I said this ranking system is not quite accurate but I understand the OP just created this thread and I support him for the effort he has put in to help this community. He asked for a feedback and recommendations and I said what's my opinion about this.
265  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is Bitcoin? - An Educational Guide for 2019 on: May 30, 2019, 04:55:47 PM
I read a few pages of that guide and I can say it's a really good one because it explains everything a newbie needs to know and it's very easy to understand it. We need this kind of guides to be promoted more since there are a lot of people out there wasting their time doing research on dozens of websites and still not fully understand bitcoin while by just reading one article of this type you could get a pretty good understanding of what bitcoin is and how it works. If I ever come across a friend that wants to learn about bitcoin will definitely tell him to read this at first.
266  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin usage and misaligned expectations on: May 30, 2019, 04:48:54 PM
If we just think at the fact that bitcoin can be used to send transactions worldwide and almost instant then this fees wouldn't seem so high. Think about what fees do banks charge for a worldwide transfer. Most of them around $15-$25 but it could go up to $50. Besides that you also have to wait at least a few hours in best case because usually it takes a few days to be processed. Now compare that with bitcoin. It's enough to pay a maximum of $5 in fees and your transactions will surely receive 6+ confirmations in less than 2-3 hours. And this is just one advantage because there are others more.
267  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Wall Street really interested in Bitcoin? on: May 30, 2019, 04:31:45 PM
There is a reason why so many many companies have started to accept bitcoin as a payment method and that's because they see it's growing every year and I'm not necessarily referring to the price here but to the number of people and services that use it. Now it seems that even Wall Street has recognized bitcoin as a good investment for the future since they are buying huge amounts.
268  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Pre-match Opinion from a fan of SEER on: May 30, 2019, 04:23:16 PM
Looking at their boxing history it seems like Ruiz is the more experienced player here since he played 10 more matches than Joshua. But Joshua is undefeated in his career winning by knockout in 21 out of 22 matches played. Alslthis will be the first match he plays in America, a good reason to gather himself and put on a good show. I agree with your pick and for higher odds I will also try Joshua to win in first 3 rounds.
269  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: From Janitor to Millionaire on: May 30, 2019, 04:07:59 PM
Don't be fooled and think that just because you are a poor person and a hard worker you should deserve to win a lottery. There are literally tens of thousands of people that are in the exact situation as yours maybe even worse. Actually I think almost everyone that plays at lotteries are in a bad situation financially because that's the kind of persons that lotteries are targeting as their players. I agree that there are certain factors that could improve your chances at winning the lottery, like law of attraction but at the end its still all about luck.
270  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top 63 c-gambling projects list | April'19 survey on: May 30, 2019, 04:01:47 PM
What are the grounds that you have considered in ranking these sites? However, I could see an accuracy but we have different perspectives. There are sites where we're comfortable using yet they're listed on the lower rank. The good thing is, most of the gambling sites that I'm currently using are listed on the top 15.
He mentioned  that the ranks are based on traffic and popularity so it doesn't necessarily mean that the website that's on top of the list is the best. I think this kind of ranking in not very accurate because you can say a casino is better than others just because it gets more traffic every month.
271  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I Work As a Sports Trader For a Top 5 Betting Company - AMA on: May 30, 2019, 11:40:08 AM
It's doesn't matter for which company does he work for. The real question is what is he doing here and what's his goal by doing this. He just came back from a long absence of 2 years on the forum and one of the first posts he makes is this one saying he is a trader at a top 5 company.

There are two options here. Either he really works at that company and now has some free time he's willing to spend helping people or he is lying about all of this just to build some fake trust behind his profile. I will go with the second option unless he's going to convince us about the reason behind what he's doing here.
272  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slot comparison: Mechanical Orange VS Perfect Gems (both released May 30, 2019) on: May 30, 2019, 11:14:57 AM
If I were to choose from these two then I would go with Mechanical Orange because it's a design I've never seen before. The game is very easy to play, there is only one line for winning and you only have to hit 3 of them same simbols in order to get a win. Perfect gems is pretty good but I've seen this type of game before, they only added new simbols and new sounds.
273  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Avdvice needed on: May 30, 2019, 07:48:30 AM
I've see dozens of people trying this type of strategies with all kind of odds. Some were betting only odd 2 other only 1.5 and I've also see some who choose to bet on very low odds like you want. I tell you from the beginning that you chances for all 124 bets to be won are almost impossible. Don't be foolish to think that just because it has odd 1.05 to win that's going to happen for sure. I've seen dozens of surprises in both football and tennis. Players coming back from 1 set down and 0-4 in second set, football matches were a team lead by half with 3-0 and then lost 4-3 at the end of the match. Of course this kind of matches appear very rare but think that you have to make over 100 bets and the chances are one of those bets its going to be on a match with an outcome that I've explained earlier.

Besides that you also have to choose you events very carefully meaning you will have to wait a few months in order to make all bets and complete the strategy. Sure that would be worth it if at the end you win $34k but it might be just a waste of time that you could use for something else. Anyway, we are talking about $100 and if you can afford to do it then go and try this strategy. I don't think it's impossible I'm just saying the odds are against you. Good luck
274  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Common sports betting types on: May 30, 2019, 06:16:56 AM
Is straight bet the same thing as direct win you mean?
Like betting a particular team to win directly above the other team? If that is what you mean, I hardly bet directly because a team predicted to have a sure win do disappoint at times so I rather look for other options.
Straight bet is different than direct win or money line because you are betting on a team to win the game by covering the point spread. This type of bets exist in almost any sports because all of them use a scoring system based on points or goals to determine the winner.
275  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could the time traveller’s “2019 BTC price” become true? on: May 29, 2019, 11:11:36 PM
Literally thousands of people are making predictions every month about bitcoin price and its logical that at least some of them will prove to be correct. What's interesting here is that this guy guessed the right path of bitcoin from 2010 to 2017 and he also added to his story the fact that his a time traveler. Anyway its just impossible to belive what he's saying is real. Most likely he got bored one day and decided to invent a story about bitcoin and post it on a forum to amuse himself by the comments.
276  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin = Nerd money or not? on: May 29, 2019, 10:59:31 PM
I think people consider bitcoin users nerds because they belive using bitcoin is something complicated that only intelligent people can do when in fact even grandma could send a bitcoin transaction if you spend 5-10 minutes teaching her how to do it.
Btw, if someone was already a nerd before using bitcoin does it mean now they are a genius ?  Grin  Grin Grin
277  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in thinking, Do not worry later. on: May 29, 2019, 10:51:37 PM
It's always a stupid idea to invest in something you don't understand just because you see it is popular and a lot of people are telling you to do it. Before you decide to invest your money into something take your time and analyze everything, talk with experienced persons, write down what could go wrong and think if it's worth the risk of losing your money for the percentage of profit you would get. And last but not least do not forget to follow your gut
278  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betinance - 💹 Predict Bitcoin Trend 💹 And Win Every 5 Mins! 💵 BTC GIVEAWAY💵 on: May 29, 2019, 10:44:52 PM
One thing is recommended is to prepare and launch a smartphone app so that people could easily play your game. This way players could receive notifications every time the new round starts/ends and also the result at the end of the round without having to check the website to see it. Of course you probably don't have the required time to do it now as you are working on improving the website and add more features but you might consider this an option for the future.
279  Economy / Gambling / Re: Diceum.com | Faucet | Invest | Affiliates | 10+ currencies on: May 29, 2019, 10:32:04 PM
Diceum.com This is a fairly simple, casual casino website of a Low Graphics. And if you look at the cash outside only 0.5% I think it's fairly a low amount. When we withdraw from other casinos websites we have to pay more than that. Diceum.com is much better than that. There is only one game here, more than 2 to 3 games would be better.
Overall this is not a bad dice game but the problem is the owner did not spend much time and effort in promoting his website and you can see that by the number of bets that's are being made everyday. You can rarely see one person every few hours playing a few rounds on low stakes and that's pretty much all. This shows the owner is not that interested in the progress of his casino
280  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 29 Billion Bets | 112+ BTC Jackpot! on: May 29, 2019, 10:23:26 PM
Oh whale chat could be sooooo much fun! You can even put different levels into it, like keep the main channel open and everyone can get into it but make the other parts more special, like take it from 1+ btc gamblers first but they can't join the bigger channel that is 10+ btc gamblers then 100+ btc gamblers.

Maybe that could be enough, but those three channels where whales talk will be a place that is basically a myth and people would wonder whats going on there, maybe 10+ or 100+ would be very hard to reach so people won't try to get there unless they were already on their way but people would find a way to do whatever they can to reach at least 1+ btc wagered, on average that would make you lose 0.01 btc anyway (could be more losses or you could win, just talking about house edge averages) so people may pay up that much in chance just to be there. AMAZING idea.
What's with all of this huge numbers like 10 or 100 BTC just to join a VIP club? We don't need such high wager requirements because most people can't even afford to wager 0.5btc. I think 1btc would be more than enough because already very few people can do that and if that channel gets to big at a certain point then we create a new one for 5btc and so on.
We can't forget that Bitcoin price now is much different than what it was 3-4 years ago (or even 6 years ago when PD was released) so a 100 BTC VIP Channel could look bad as many wouldn't be able to hit it nowadays and mostly all of these whales who can easily hit it would not be chatting so that chat could be kinda a dead chat.. I believe a 10 BTC would be more than enough for the highest VIP rank for an exclusive channel (it is if they will ever agree with such a feature lol)
The only way they could take this feature in consideration is only if a group of whales that wager a lot of BTC would ask them to do it so it guess it kind of useless to talk about this since anyway its not going to help many of us. I see the main problem that people are trying to fix when talking about this VIP clubs and ranks are spammers and beggars that disturb them and this problem could be fixed in a simpler way that is going to help all of the members of this community.
