I love the auto exchange feature but it would be nice if we could exchange from BTC to something else.

You can't mine BTC so you would have had to have converted to BTC in error.

The pool is intended not to be used as an exchange.

How do i check my miner? Did I configure this incorrect?

I am mining:

https://image.ibb.co/iEXj65/minign12.jpg

but when I check my Status I get:

https://image.ibb.co/fu93zQ/mining21.jpg

Did I do something wrong?? It's been over 30 minutes and nothing has updated.

I am paid over $30 to nice hash and I haven't seen any changes on the Pool.

Please help?

Why are you spending money on NiceHash if you don't know how the pool works first?

It's switching between Zcash and Zclassic.

Hello,

I have been trying to mine from a day now and I mine using the Auto Switching X11 but for some reason my mining account is only stuck to DASH mining.

Can someone please help me why??

This is my configuration:
https://image.ibb.co/ckOtYk/mining5.jpg

and this is what my account shows:

https://image.ibb.co/bVxRm5/mining6.jpg

and

https://image.ibb.co/gtKp65/mining7.jpg

It's port 17007.

The ports are on the homepage: https://miningpoolhub.com/

I think my balance was moved from the exchange wallet to the exchange at 2017-09-15 14:27:51 UTC (3 hours ago?). Everything is in batches so it's slow moving stuff about; I find it's best just leaving auto on or off and not changing. Can take like a day for balances to build up.
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: September 15, 2017, 04:34:12 PM
@Call_Me_Bambi Just a point about the auto exchange. If you had auto exchange off then turned auto exchange on, you would have to press the arrow to move your current balance into the exchange wallet. It does take a while though to then move to the exchange because everyone's coins are batched up together to avoid fees.
266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: September 14, 2017, 05:59:34 PM
I'm sure this has been asked and answered many times, but couldnt find the answer
So can any one tell me how to calculate my profit based on MPH norm profit and my hash rate ?

Multiply your hashrate (ensure the scale is correct as it needs to be GH/s) by the non-norm BTC/GH/Day from the homepage which will give you the BTC/Day.
267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: September 14, 2017, 02:32:59 PM
It's not about a feature. You clearly don't understand that there certainly was an error, but whatever I'm not going to get my crayons out and try to explain it to you.
Feedback like this is necessary to to improve systems.

You ended up having so many responses; the root cause is most likely down to your initial post. In future it would be better stripping out the opinions and just posting the bug or feature request with all the unfiltered first-hand information that you have.

Take of it what you will but this is how I read your post:

"this pool is terrible": this is an opinion that sets the tone of all the proceeding lines
"updates the balance slower than anything I've ever seen": missing information i.e. what have you seen? Why and how do you expect the balance to have been updated faster?
"doesn't give you any indication of an estimated hourly average": what's the purpose of this statement? Is it to request a feature? Why not just divide the 24 hour balance?
"only assume they must do on purpose": this is a distortion of the above statement and reasserts the negative tone set at the beginning.
268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: September 14, 2017, 07:47:22 AM
Yeah this pool is terrible. Updates the balance slower than anything I've ever seen. Also doesn't give you any indication of an estimated hourly average.... Which one can only assume they must do on purpose.

What pool are you comparing it against?

There is no way a pool can pay you some sort of hourly rate. Miners effectively pay themselves; the pool is just distributing the rewards from the combined efforts.

The information provided is very detailed:
https://ethereum.miningpoolhub.com/index.php?page=dashboard
https://ethereum.miningpoolhub.com/index.php?page=statistics&action=blocks

I'm comparing it to every other pool I've ever been on.
Thanks for the response but I think you're misunderstanding. I don't expect an hourly pay at all and I'm fully aware of how mining works.
I do however expect to be updated of my returns in an acceptable time frame and if not then at least have an average calculation of my returns and not just a 24 hour balance that is updated extremely, extremely slow.

I don't really understand what isn't updating? The main balance page may lag by 10 minutes or so, but the coin wallets update virtually instantly.

About a month back in this thread someone made an app for monitoring balances maybe that would have the info you are looking for?

This api is very standard and easy to use so making an hourly average should be a simple task. If coding isn't your thing, there are plenty of code-for-hire sites, its less than a 30 minute job.

Estimating future hours is obviously more challenging/meaningless as the difficulty swings wildly on most of these coins.

Not with me. 4-5 hours mining with 13 GPUs and loads of blocks later and 0 in my balance. Only later after I posted here did the balance start to update slowly. Not normal.

Edit: I don't care about an hourly average in general but I would when there's no indicator of your returns and your balance is 0 for hours.

Sia has a 24-hour confirmation time. Pool is running on a PPLNS basis. That said you need at least 24 hours to even see an initial income from Sia and mine longer to start receiving an average. Why are people expecting so much from a few hours of mining, regardless of GPU numbers? The more GPUs you have the longer it takes to get your average due to scale and probability. MPH is not perfect at all but your statement above just shows a lack of understanding the payout system and the mined coins. Please do some research before complaining.

I'm talking about it being updated in the balance (unconfirmed). Not confirmed. Sia does not take a minimum of 24 hours to be shown in your unconfirmed balance in a pool running on a PPLNS basis. Either it's your comprehension skills or you don't have a clue what you're talking about.
I'm also not talking about receiving an actual average but again if you read properly I said an "indication of an estimated hourly average" for which you don't need to be mining long at all. Granted, it gets more accurate over time but that's irrelevant and not what you meant.
Seriously please make an effort to read thoroughly before you even attempt to reply and talk about the lack of understanding of others...

Just post your feature request without all the nonsense.
You can post it on GitHub also as it is an open source project:
https://github.com/MPOS/php-mpos/issues

The pool is distributing what we find correctly. You will not get paid hourly and will continue be paid at highly inconsistent times and amounts.
269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Auto profit switching / Auto exchange to alt coins on: September 13, 2017, 10:42:32 PM
I tried this and it didn't seem to work.  I'm mining scrypt with the original gridseeds (5 chip gc3355) and they need a difficulty around 256.  I set the password as 'd=256', but nothing changed.

Does this pool merge mine scrypt?

It 'just gives us hint'; the pool will adjust accordingly anyway.

Why do they need the difficulty at 'around 256'? Does it crash?

No, the difficulty only adjusts down to around 2k.  I'm using the cpuminer-gc3355 that auto-tunes each chip and it throws that off.  The software tries to fix them by restarting:

[2017-09-13 17:29:12] 18: Restarting GC3355
[2017-09-13 17:29:13] 18@0: Lowered GC3355 core frequency down to 875Mhz
[2017-09-13 17:29:13] 18@1: Lowered GC3355 core frequency down to 900Mhz
[2017-09-13 17:29:13] 18@2: Lowered GC3355 core frequency down to 900Mhz
[2017-09-13 17:29:13] 18@3: Lowered GC3355 core frequency down to 975Mhz
[2017-09-13 17:29:13] 18@4: Lowered GC3355 core frequency down to 925Mhz

I don't think the pool is doing anything wrong; sounds like the miner just isn't compatible with variable difficulty pools.
Maybe look at some alternative ways of setting up your miner?

Hi. I can no longer login to my account. I guess my account either got hacked or I am locked out. I have received no emails though. What can I do to get this checked into?  Huh

Thanks!

I am still locked out of my account. I emailed support already. No response. How long does it normally take MPH to respond?

Still no contact or further information from MPH. Hello! Is anyone there?

Press forgot password or setup a new account.

Can't get an answer out of anyone?

WTF does Confirmed for Auto Exchange mean?   And On Exchange?

Credited is that I actually have in my wallet I can cash out that is the ONLY damn thing I can figure out on this confusion of a balance page.

It exchanges the coins into another currency (like bitcoin) automatically.

It's in the title of the forum.

Still a bit confused..

Digibyte-Qubit    0    0 (7.69827248)    38.17963365

I'm auto exchanging it shows I have 38.1796 on exchange but than for auto exchange what is the 0 (7.69827248) mean?  Why I have 38.xx on exchange but only 7.698xx for auto exchange?  This is where my confusion comes in.  What does the numbers in the ( ) mean?

The number outside parenthesis is your earned coins that are mature (confirmed). The number inside the parenthesis are your earned coins that are immature (unconfirmed). The numbers under "Credited for Auto Exchange" are coins that have not yet been sent to an exchange. The number under "On exchange" are coins that have already been sent to an exchange.

Add up ALL the values to get your full balance for that coin.

FYI, coin confirmations are part of how most coin networks function:

The ethash pools seem to be down, none is working.

What is the command line that you are using and what is the error?

Anyone mining EXP in the last few days?  I ran for three hours and only got .132 EXP, that's terrible, I should have gotten at least double that.

You need to mine for longer; the pool is working.

The pool is distributing what we found correctly:

You are generalizing, be specific. Which pools and what information are they showing you?

The payment distribution on this pool is PPLNS so you need to keep mining to get accurate amount of shares.

The pool cannot distribute any rewards if there is none produced by the miners. If you have received nothing for a period of time then there is nothing to distribute. Pools are not paying you anything; the rewards can only come in as fast as the miners find them and is nothing to do with the pool.

The only accurate picture that you can obtain is over days.

If you want to request a feature then simply post it but stating that something is the 'only' assumption is misleading.

Hi,

I've been mining on this pool the past 4 hours. Dual mining Music and Sia Coin. Musicoin works fine but with Sia I'm not receiving anything in my account balance? I don't believe there's a mistake on my part as my dashboard is showing the shares and hash rate.
If anyone has experienced this or has a clue what it could be please let me know. Thanks.

Pools don't pay you for your hash rate. Miners pool their resources together in order to find and get successfully confirmed blocks. You will receive your shares of the blocks but you have to wait.

279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: September 07, 2017, 10:17:39 PM
When you post issues, please wait for MiningPoolHub to respond.

Every pool ends up with people flaming about low payouts; hashrates are direct influence to payments but pools are not paying you for hashrates.
If you have a genuine issue then kindly report it and wait for him to respond.

In the meantime, you have access to all the information about the pool's findings and your shares:
https://monero.miningpoolhub.com/index.php?page=statistics&action=blocks
https://monero.miningpoolhub.com/index.php?page=dashboard

on the other hand, mining pool hub has HUGE issues with vardiff, (or had have not used it for over a month now) it negatively effects income, i had a detailed post about this some pages ago and there is no fix.

Share difficulty does not cause problems like this.
Low difficulty would cause higher bandwidth required to the pool and higher difficulty would cause lower bandwidth required to the pool.
As long as you keep mining and there are no connection issues then you get the same amount of shares.

I did not get an answer to my questions.

I got my Baikal Miner 2000 Mh/s setup on your pool

1. How can I tell what coins are being mined?

2. Is there a way to see what I am hashing?  On ZPool I see all the coins that have been mined and being exchanged

3. Is it ok to use my Poloniex exchange wallet for deposit address?  I have not had a chance to setup and start using a new exchange and learn there interface. Got to decide what exchange to use.

4. Do you have best practice for Baikal Miner mining setup?

Thanks.

1. Says on the home page.
2. Each coin has a dashboard and workers page. There is also a unified balance page for all the coins.
3. You can just exchange it on the pool and avoid the fees but you can also put individual wallets in each coin page. You don't need to decide on which exchange to use.
4. I can't see any reason why this pool would be any different to setup.
