261  Economy / Economics / Re: Governments and their irrelevant projects just to steal public funds on: April 09, 2024, 11:31:29 PM
You know that those things happen if the people seated in the government are corrupt? Governments are not made to steal funds but the people seated there are the ones who do that. Its strategies shouldn't be done in a way to get more money, but to help the public. It just so happens that they want to pocket in return which is evil in every aspect.

What made you post something like this OP? Is it because of the corruption in your country?
262  Economy / Economics / Re: When your Fiat currency fail, reboot and launch a new one -Zimbabwe ZiG on: April 09, 2024, 05:41:50 AM
It has been a leading concern with the inflation that they have. Knowing that they have so much produced money and with just paper you already have Zimbabwe dollars and stuff. I think they need to really pull themselves together and study economics and finance for the country and hopefully recover from what happened with them.

Having Bitcoin would definitely be a great asset for them to back on and not backup their actual dollars or something.
263  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: F1 Formula Sports Racing - Sportsbet.io promotions & discussion thread on: April 08, 2024, 01:23:13 PM
Honestly tired of max winning every race ever  Shocked

Gonna bet on him next F1 just so he loses  Grin Angry
Are you saying that when you bet on something, it's a tendency to lose?  Tongue Maybe you can start now for the next race and hopefully we get to see the race be exciting in terms of racing, like equals with other cars and it's all up to the strategy and the ability of the driver.
264  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Understanding bull and halving. on: April 08, 2024, 02:23:05 AM
Imagine having less than 5 bitcoin after the halving. It is really that much of an impact especially when we arrive in the later years, it’s more scarce and that is what we can take advantage of right now. We can then take more and buy more BTC now and hope for the best later to profit.

Thanks for sharing OP.
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I created my cryptocurrency - CSS on: April 07, 2024, 10:10:25 PM
Mostly, airdrops happen if there are wallet addresses that hold a certain asset, whether it's NFTs, coins, tokens, etc. You could easily verify that in the block chain and you can then check whether it's the factor that you want and then give it to those addresses.

I don't know how to do that but I know that's where people who want to airdrop do. Just like in BASE L2, it's done like that.
266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: "Meme" coins are ruining everything on: April 07, 2024, 04:42:05 PM
As far as cryptocurrency goes, I believe that meme coins are here to stay and are somewhat helpful in establishing more in the cryptocurrency space. With the BASE network, it's important to get ahead of it since it's just quite new and there are many things that I know of like NORMIE, HIGHER, DEGEN, etc.

The meme coins are going to last in terms of how much it has impacted the market. Like the SHIBA and PEPE with all those coins.
267  Economy / Gambling / Re: The Future of online poker - PokerFi on: April 07, 2024, 04:34:08 PM
I'm quite confused about what PokerFi is advertising because it's not the poker game itself but the ability to launch tokens, nfts, and other stuff. Why not focus on offering a different kind of game with poker or something.
268  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stopping the curse of losing streak? on: April 07, 2024, 04:06:31 PM
That's quite an experience mate. It's really hard to see how much one person could lose continuously. It's part of the gambling game I guess. I read multiple times that it happens like that and you cannot really push the limit if you continue to gamble in that space. It's hard to change and I think what you suggested, playing another game would help alleviate that in some way.

That's my experience as well.
269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to invest 1k in altcoins on: April 06, 2024, 05:23:45 PM
That would depend on the risk appetite that you have. If you want to buy 10 alts, then you can decide to put $100 each and then you can hope for the altcoins that you bought to increase in price. When diversifying, you are already spreading your risk toward the possibility of losing.
270  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betcoin.ag scam on: April 06, 2024, 04:32:24 PM
How come they dont want to compare their kyc to my binance kycs? Binance made me send a lot of documents and they verify that theres no multiusers and IMO they are a more serious platform than betcoin
You do know that they different entities right? How do you propose they compare the KYC in Binance and in Betcoin? I'm pretty sure those type of documents are not just out in the open to be shared. It's between the user and the entity. No one should be comparing with another entity.

OR

Possibly your documents were used on Betcoin already. That just explains why you were tagged as multi-user.
271  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is the halving already priced in? on: April 06, 2024, 02:49:01 AM
I don't think it will ever be the same as the price is now because as there are known scarce amount of BTC that will ever be, it's supply would just be less and less and if we are just here and the price is already at this range, as long as no one sells their BTC, it would increase more in price. The longer we stay in a certain range, the more likely it could go up because people would get used to that price already and would not want to sell for that amount.
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Manta a promising project? on: April 06, 2024, 12:21:56 AM
I see a lot of traders trading MNT but it's not yet listed on some famous exchanges. There is still room to grow IMO. I haven't had the time to research but  I traded it because the chart looks good and he technical analysis I did is good.

Are you planning to hold it?
273  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: !!HELP US GROW!! on: April 05, 2024, 03:57:02 PM
I'm curious as to which members have that kind of reach here. Are there members who have a social media presence here? I'm not aware that there are members here who are like that unless I haven't read about it.

In this forum you could advertise through signatures like what other casinos do, it's best to do that as well maybe.
274  Economy / Speculation / Re: Binance/Bybit. Is that possible to hedge a futures contract with PUT option? on: April 05, 2024, 07:14:34 AM
Neglecting the liquidation is kinda weird. I am confused about ignoring the liquidation price. When I think of Hedging in futures trading, it's the time when you flip from short to long and vice versa.

Is that what you meant?
275  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: F1 Formula Sports Racing - Sportsbet.io promotions & discussion thread on: April 05, 2024, 05:35:01 AM
The Japanese Grand Prix is about to begin tomorrow with practice sessions and the final race on Sunday,
Here is the Suzuka track they will be racing on for this race weekend:

This would be a challenging track for the drivers with the S-Curves around the first sector, it's pretty amazing to see some action there. Most cars would have to change in configurations with elevation changes and DRS zone positioning. I can't wait to watch the race.
276  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Land Based Casinos in the Digital Age on: April 04, 2024, 03:51:25 PM
It's not going anywhere anytime soon for sure. It might be easy to access and all the benefits like convenience, variety of games, bonuses, play anywhere, etc, it just doesn't answer to land-based stuff because of the feeling of actual people being around you or something.

They would manage to hold their ground literally  Cheesy
277  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lately I've been thinking about this a lot. on: April 04, 2024, 03:27:46 PM
Well, that just means it is match-fixing. It's cheating but it's still a win. If it's not a movie, it's liable to criminal charges you know. I think this is not a brilliant idea because it's sometimes obvious. I do remember an NBA player who is unknown but too obvious that he is stat farming or something. He didn't want to rebound because he might add up so early in the game. I forgot the name but I saw it on YouTube.
278  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: House always wins? The case of Trump Plaza. on: April 04, 2024, 03:07:02 PM
Maybe there's more to the story of why it became bankrupt. There's some scandal or cheeky or shady operations stuff and the only way out is filing bankruptcy? The house definitely did not win here and maybe it's just closing a chapter on Trumps love or something.
279  Other / Off-topic / Re: How much gambling can change a person and how low his mind can go. on: April 04, 2024, 02:24:30 PM
There must be a reason why that kid can gamble continuously. Even if the father knows that he gambles, he doesn't do anything about it but only talks about it and is sad. I believe you need to do something to help your kid because we all know that the kid won't help himself. It's important that you gather yourself into helping the person you love especially if it's your off spring. You need to understand that it's going to take you effort to help him but it should be done if you want the kid to grow into a fine adult. Letting him continue to steal from you and gamble wouldn't make him to a better person.
280  Other / Off-topic / Re: No interest in gambling if there is no profit or fun to be accountable. on: April 03, 2024, 11:06:38 PM
I don't know why people are somewhat making justifications with themselves that it's only "wins" that make it fun when gambling. Yes, winning is fun but you have to understand that gambling is a risk and that's something that you should be able to take and understand. It's not always going to be profit profit profit, you know? There would be ups and downs like in the market and accepting that would be a mature thing to do.

If you are not interested in something, then just don't do it.
