Recommend to use centralized exchanges is the worst part of your article. It's better if you use decentralized exchanges (e.g. IDEX, etherdelta) since you don't need to submit any personal information to make a purcase.

I don't like submitting personal information as well, but other than that it's a good article. It's good for newbies, they start
with quick explanation about crypto-currencies, how to open a wallet and how to make a deposit. I assume that experienced
people don't have problems with that.
Nitrogen sports is the site I use, what I think is that OP should add more sites. I am sure there's more than 3 casinos where
you can bet on sports with ETH.

263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is 5 years old today! on: August 05, 2020, 08:04:04 AM
During this time, Ethereum has reached incredible heights and we ourselves see how many partners are working with Ethereum and how many investors are constantly investing in Ethereum, and most importantly, this is just the beginning for Ethereum and new opportunities and new technologies from Ethereum await us in the future.

It's the reason why Ethereum have so many supporters, it's great in many aspects! Here we follow the progress and we are up
to date with all announcements, we know that Ethereum developing is not over, there's a lot more to do. Ethereum is still far
from ATH, but I believe we will break it in next year or less.
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New normal world will make crypto better on: August 05, 2020, 07:03:44 AM
Quite true but there is still alot of ground to be covered in third world countries, it will be nice if experts create more YouTube videos on the different opportunities of blockchain technology. Blockchain technology is wrapped up in alot of misconceptions that ought to be removed soonest.

David Graced20 because there's a lot of ground to be covered, not just in third world countries, we can imagine how much can
crypto-market grow in next decades. As adoption is ongoing, more people will joining, demand will rise and with all that we can
assume with right that the prices will follow and crypto-market will boom again. It's what we are waiting for, don't you agree?
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are buying when the price is going up and not when it is down on: August 04, 2020, 07:51:55 PM
They buy it chasing a quick profit with short-term trading methods but this is very risky because every movement of the increase there is a correction, for those beginners are not ready with it.

Falconer I agree with you, beginners are not ready for fluctuations in the crypto-market. They wait the price to show the signs of
recovering and to buy that, but they don't understand is they missed buying opportunity when the prices were on bottom.
I needed time to understand that in the beginning. What means buying bottoms and selling tops, everything in the middle means
less profit, for maximum profit you need to buy when others are dumping, and to sell when others are buying!
266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cardano to reach 1$ before end of year? on: August 04, 2020, 06:44:23 PM
I voted yes, and just two votes for that. I don't believe it will happen, but I wanted to be positive about Cardano future.
If it happens this year it will be great, to start next year with $1 Cardano, from there $2 will be much closer to achieve.
Cardano is one of the good projects, and I believe it will have a great future. We need to be patient and give this project
more time to develop, and more people to join and start using it.
267  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fortnite Betting? on: August 04, 2020, 05:45:02 PM
[
there is a big/huge interest to see eSPORTS like Fortnite in Olympics Games! (Starting soon with Tokyo 2021).

Ha ha, good old joke. This talks, about adding computer games intro Olumpics is going around 10 years or maybe even more, but for now it's only dreams of some people. And i doubt that they will become true now, later - i think yes, but not now.

And yeah, Fortnite is pure bullshit.

I agree most eGames won't be forthcoming into the Olympics for a long time, the tournaments might get more and more popular though.

As regarding Fortnite, the game isn't trash unlike most games out there this is suited to a sightly different audience and let me tell you that the young ones like it. It may not be for everyone, specially for the more senior gamers but it still keeps you up on your feet.  I guess its a matter of preference.

JohhnyUA is right, they talk about this for years, but I agree with him, we will not see some computer games at Olympic Games
soon. I don't see a reason to add computer games in this competition where is all about sport, physical sport, with running, jumping,
and everything else.
And from all computer games I saw kids playing Fortnite is my less favorite game. I find old Counter Strike, Dota and Lol much more
interesting.
268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When is altcoin season??? on: August 03, 2020, 08:15:35 PM
altcoin season has arrived, but indeed not all altcoin has increased to 100x like in 2017, we are already different,
of course there are many supporting factors, but if BTC dominates at 40% I am sure many altcoins will go up

Kapalmabur I don't think that alt-coin season arrived. I know it's all matter of perspective, but what we are experiencing now
is just an uptrend period, I imagine alt-coin season as a period when some coins and tokens will grow a lot, much more than
now.
For that we need to patient, it's coming! People are getting more interested in what crypto-currencies have to offer, and beyond
that companies and countries are showing interest as well. As crypto-currencies are getting popularity and usage cases the price
will rise, and when masses turn to crypto-currencies that will affect the price to rise a lot!
269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: eth going strong on: August 03, 2020, 06:46:55 PM
Yeah recently crypto has moved on pumping to a great level and eth is going more strong where they have introduced the world with their v 2.0 and making them more strong blockchain network. We are hoping the changes will keep go on and make the coin one of the best alt coin as many crypto giants are assuming. The best time to trade yours.

Maldini we expected this, we were hoping this positive days will come, and they came! And I am sure that we believe that
this is not the top, this is just the beginning of something even greater.
Now we can be sure in Ethereum success in long-term, and if we don't invest more in near future we will have to invest
at higher prices. I don't intend to wait for that!
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunting tips for newbie in joining bounty campaign. on: August 03, 2020, 05:48:27 PM
Good tips, If I remember there are only 2 good and reputable manager in the forum It is Hhampuz and yahoo62278, but they are rarely having a full bounty campaigns which has social media, blogging, etc. They focus on Bitcoin paid signature campaigns. When I join a bounty before my mindset was join as much as you can, but that is completely wrong, quality over quantity, just select those who has more potential with facts.

You forgot Bubalex! He is one of the good guys, all bounties where he was manager paid their participants, he chose bounties
carefully, and he takes care of his reputation!
I agree these are good tips for newbies who are trying bounties for the first time. From choosing the right campaign will depend
will you be paid and will it be worth your time and energy!
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Stolen money from Binance on: August 03, 2020, 05:06:21 AM
There are two factors that your binance account being hacked. The first factor, the hacker know your password account and have an access to your email or even to your phone. Because once you try to sign in you have to fill a code that sent to your phone number it always like that.

And the second factor is, you use google authenticator feature to sign your account and the hacker know the code of the google authenticator so as they can stole all your asset in your account. And there is another chance for the hacker stole your money through the binance exchange directly like has happened last year. But at that time all money that was stolen it was compensated by binance exchange.

Ridwan Fauzi what you want to say is that personal account got compromised, not Binance! And I believe this is a case right
here! This is a good topic for learning, how we need to keep ourselves safe all the time, security is important when you deal
with money!
I feel sorry for OP, I hope he will learn something from his mistake! He should try to find a source of the problem and to
tell us how hackers got him, we can learn from that as well!
272  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do hackers steal huge amounts of bitcoins? on: August 03, 2020, 04:19:22 AM
Hackers are always done with sharp wit they have enough knowledge about all the techniques to hack. They try to deceive people in many ways. They constantly try to deceive people in various ways and adopt new tactics. We need to be careful about these hackers as cryptocurrency is not legalized in many countries today. Countries where cryptocurrency has been legalized can take legal recourse.

I don't think hackers are deceiving people, scammers do that, hackers hack! They have knowledge to compromise digital
devices, you need to have skills for that. Why they steal Bitcoins, because it's digital, you can't steal gold with hacking. Why
people steal is known, for financial gains, for the excitement probably as well!
273  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🌟Just seen someone win $42,000 in btc on bitvest.🌟 on: August 02, 2020, 12:41:43 PM
This is awesome win, but for big winnings you need to have big capital! We can't see what games he played, and his bets.
I would like to see his history, I wonder about did he had some strategy or this is just lucky bet with huge capital?
Anyway congratulations to this gambler. I am sure that winning this much is very exciting! I hope he will not give it back in casino,
he should withdraw and spend it on other things, and to put something in saving account!
274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ethereum Classic undervalued? on: August 02, 2020, 10:47:11 AM
Since this coin idea is from bitcoin and ethereum, which do you think investors will invest, to the original right? but there is always a potential if they upgrade something really great which can compete with ETH 2.0 on 2021, who knows, One whale can really pump it and ride the news but I don't like that scenario which manipulated. I don't really heard some new development for this coin, For me, its price is just right.

I don't like forked coins, I like to invest in original ones. But we can't deny that some forks are holding good all this time, and
they have many supporters.
I think there're many undervalued alt-coins in crypto-market. Is Ethereum Classic one of them I can't tell, time will show. We
invest in alt-coins with hope that some of them, if not all, will make huge progress in the future, that will affect the prices to rise.
275  Economy / Economics / Re: What profit has brought you to bitcoin? on: August 02, 2020, 08:41:52 AM
I started buying at the middle of 2017, and I am investing in Bitcoins for 3 years. I have a nice profit from that, but I don't think
about that profit at all, I think how to add more before price goes much higher. It's good with Bitcoin that we can invest any amount,
it's how I invest and now I have good amount.
It's not all in the profit, it's achieving your goals in life, and my goals are high! I know I will need more Bitcoins, and a lot of patience
for my dream to come true.
276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay away from centralized wallets on: August 02, 2020, 06:23:06 AM
Great educational thread! This should be in the first things to do when starting with crypto-currencies, doing research about
wallets, private keys, what all that means. How to be your own bank, how to protect your funds and how to have full control over
your funds. Decentralized is always better than centralized, it's what I learned with crypto-currencies!

277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt coins worth buying on: August 02, 2020, 04:58:36 AM
Not all altcoins are worth investing they might run away with your money because not all of them is you worth of your time and money, other altcoins just die every fast after their sale.
it's not all but the whole of top coins really worth for investing right now. I have been starting to accumulate more money from holding ethereum right now as it was very bullish since yesterday. i have expected we will see $500 will have achieved as soon as possible.

X-ray many alt-coins are in bullish trend in the past weeks, which is a good thing for all of us, and many of us are in good profit, many
of us who hold top coins.
I think this is just a show off what crypto-currencies can really do. This is good for all the people who doubted, now they can be sure
in what crypto-currencies are capable of doing, and if people don't invest in near future they will have to spend more money on
buying them if they wait too long.
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto giveaway scams and how to spot them on: August 01, 2020, 08:27:41 PM
This is a nice and a well reported research work. Despite a good job done here, people's greed will still keep pushing them to lose more funds to all this giveaway scams. Elon Musk's name is the latest name being used for a giveaway scam in the past few days now.

Miaallen you are right this thread is a product of good research work, OP explained
how some scams work. I believe most of us spotted many kinds of scams, who is
longer here spotted more scams than newbies.
Elon Musk is just one of the famous people who's name is used to scam people.
Who can forget the Twitter hack from several weeks ago? These things happens all the time.
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you agree with the experts? on: August 01, 2020, 03:39:25 PM
corona has affected  the economics globally  but has also dampened the growth of crypto-currencies. Until the dreadful disease get wholly wiped off, it is not possible to see any improvement in the crypto market.

Various experts are constantly monitoring the market and saying this. I agree with them.

What do you think about this? Do you also monitor the market?

You don't need to be an expert to see the effects of lockdown on global economy. Covid-19 pandemic is not over, and
who knows when we will see the end of that virus. Economy is on its knees and some businesses are suffering a lot!
But all that has nothing with crypto-currencies, everything is as usual. This bullish period and the rise of some coins
shows that crypto-market is alive and well and that problems in global traditional economy doesn't affect the progress
of crypto-currencies.
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This could be a big WIN for an entire crpyto community on: August 01, 2020, 01:55:44 PM
Finally some form of legalized it from the authority. Though I think there are still more things to do before come close to the mass adoption, this is still a piece of welcoming news.

On other side of the world Russia is banning using crypto-currencies for any kind of payments. Putin seals law to ban
crypto payments in Russia, source: https://www.teletrader.com/putin-seals-law-to-ban-crypto-payments-in-russia/news/details/52844280?ts=1596290051184
Some countries are opened for crypto-currencies, while some are not! I think we will wait and see what will some
countries do, and I am sure we will see many regulations and different rules for each country.
