OK, so let's pretend nothing ever happens with the update, what would be the result? I think if the EPC is kept the current version, it will do well. We simply need to tell more people about it. I believe experiencecoin is cool, and I also think that it is undervalued. Currently there are about 18.8 billion EPC. If the block reward doesn't change, and we keep the current wallet and block reward of 17,500 EPC, there will be about 10 billion EPC added to the supply each year. As a comparison, there are currently about 112 billion DOGE in existence with a block reward of 10,000 DOGE. This means about 5 billion DOGE is added to the supply each year. This means the production rates of EPC and doge are similar, however, there is about 6 times less EPC than DOGE currently in existence. ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif)

I just want to let everyone know my opinion. If the wallet update doesn't happen, I personally won't be sad, I think the current block reward is fine. That being said, I think the block reward reduction would be cool. It just seems the devs may not release it. So I am expressing my own opinion that I think EPC is excellent no matter what happens. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

Agree. I also believe in the possibilities of EPC project. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Does EPC have an official account in Telegram and Discord ? What can I do to spread this passage in Korea and China and Japan? I think you can start a telegram or discord if you want to help spread this project, I think mentioning it in forums could bring more people in.

This is a very good coin. It is being sold at cryptopia and yobit for 1 sat with no buy orders. Currently the wallet is in the process of being upgraded to V.3 which will decrease the mining reward from 17500 to 64, which is sceduled to happen at block 1,080,000. The website has been updated recently as well, experiencecoin.org.

Try to sync my wallet, stuck at block 1078204!? I use v 5.3.2
It is normal to be delayed, everyone's wallet says that. It is because EPC is relatively new, fluctuations in how many people are mining cause a delay. It will be fine, and as experiencecoin becomes more popular, the block times will stabalize.

Fantastic news, keep up the good work. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

After searching %appdata%, open folder called Experiencecoin.
Delete all of them, but not:
wallet.dat peers.dat
everything besides these is fine to delete. It will need to redownload the blockchain.

You do not need to leave the wallet running at all, unless you are solomining. If your balance shows, and your wallet is out of sync, you can still send the coins without syncronising the wallet. Also, you may send coins to your wallet's address without the wallet running or in sync. Any transactions will show up when the wallet syncronizes.

That is correct block, you can check the current block here: https://prohashing.com/explorer/Experiencecoin/The blocks are delayed, so the wallet is waiting for the next block. As EPC becomes more popular, the mining time for the blocks should become more consistent and be closer to one every 60 seconds.

have some trouble again with Yobbit to withdraw EPC.... ![Angry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/angry.gif) be carrefull What kind of trouble? I personally have never had any withdrawal issues from yobit. I actually like how they send the tx instantly. Did you send it to the correct address? yes correct adress "in progress" but no transaction ID i hate them really....and i know support will not help me Your best option is to contact support, that kind of thing happens on occasion. However, judging by the massive drop in bitcoin as well as pretty much every other coin's price, yobit is probably being hammered pretty hard with withdrawal requests and support tickets, so patience is probably the best thing to have. Good luck, and stay positive.

If you close the wallet and open it again too fast, you can corrupt the blockchain index. It is mentioned here https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/issues/11812I have found this is a problem with most qt wallets. I personally backup the chainstate and block index every so often when I am syncronizing a qt wallet. I do this on windows by searching "%appdata%" in the start search bar, and simply copy those folders needed, or you can just delete them to redownload. Don't delete wallet.dat!

You can verify what block your wallet is on by hovering your mouse over the small check mark in the bottom right part of your EPC wallet.
You have not worry, EPC is good coin.

OK, I am glad that the update will fix that. My wallet so far has not shown any chains longer than what prohashing shows.

How did you discover this anomoly? I am only curious.

Block 1077346 is ok? or wrong?
We don't have much control either way. It is the nature of a decentralized network to resist control by anyone. We do as we know which is a valid chain for this project and which is not. We follow the valid chain and ban the misbehaving ones. OK, I personally use a VPN proxy, because my internet is behind a firewall, that would make ip banning useless, also I don't think banning ips would be necessary, as the longest chain is always the default chosen by the wallets.

The blocks went passed that one. I think the wallets automatically keep people on the main chain, that is the reason for orphaned blocks, the valid chain is always the longest one.

Thank you for working on this project. The new artwork is excellent. I am very excited for the wallet update. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)
