2601  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Coin Fee Info (BTC/ETH) 💰 💰 💰 on: February 26, 2018, 05:16:20 PM
Guys, how much is an average exchange comission?

what are you talking about?
its not an exchange and it doesn't have/show any comission
the bot is used to calculate a median transaction fee at a given moment,so you do not overpay
or just be able to estimate the time period in which your transaction with a certain fee will get confirmed
2602  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★★★ CryptoPlayer.net ★★★ 🎁 100% Bonus 🎁 14 Coins ★ Lottery every hour on: February 26, 2018, 04:28:37 PM
I can confirm I recieved my competition prize
it was an IphoneX,but since there was a minor clusterlove,I could not get it sent to the US so the owner was very kind
to send me the money equivalent of the prize in bitcoins

thank you very much and good luck with your business!
p.s. IMHO an undervalued new betting site,it has many currencies to bet(more than 16)
a faucet and three lotteries, still unpolished and new but can become one of the good places to gamble your coins at
worth registering and trying it out

2604  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Trading without spending money from wallet on: February 26, 2018, 02:22:06 PM
To all newbie who wants to do trading but do not want to spend a centavo from their wallet, why not join signature campaigns? Signature campaigns is one of the profitable way to earn money here. It helps you to earn money without any capital. Just by wearing thier signature, you can earn money. You are paid weekly if you meet their requirements. But ofcourse you just have to post high quality topics to increase your rank. The higher your rank, the more stakes you gets. It starts from junior member upward so you can participate.

The money that you can earn in signature campaign can be used for your profit in trading.

do not encourage newbies too much,in order to earn something from campaigns
they got to read alot first, they have to be able to post useful information in decent english
this forum is not meant to be a place for people to try and earn their living but a means to share and find information about cryptocurrencies
also trading without spending anything is nonsense, you earn money first, then you invest them in trading, but that would still be your money
even if you have earned it here participating in signature campaigns
advice:forget about earning at first, look around, read, read and then read some more
post only if you have something new, interesting to add to the discussion
merit, ranks and possibly, money will come-just do the things right
2605  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitDice New Design Feedback Request on: February 26, 2018, 09:33:26 AM
the old design, with some tweaking,is way more professional than the new one IMHO
ninja symbolises what exactly? there is no real connection for me to the pictures
doesn't feel like I am at a cryptocasino, more like I'm at some computer games portal
I can see the idea and the theme, but I don't like it much
maybe because of the gaming associations the images are creating
I would like to see more pictures related to gambling and cryptocurrencies rather than random game characters

2606  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice Affiliate on: February 26, 2018, 08:29:01 AM
Hm, why knowing the only Username of signed up referal is bad for privacy?

I want to reward referals with tips after they sign up. It will improve retention, and will make whole experience more smooth for newbies.
Obviously, I want to reward only those of referals, who made a deposit and played, so they show loyalty to gambling website (Primedice in my case).

think eldrin explained it pretty well, the site doesn't like players to incentivise others to join
offering rackeback for those who joined under their affiliate, ask them about the reasons for such a stance if you wish so
but it is what it is
I can't think of a casino that would disclose full stats on your affiliates including nicknames and wagered amounts to be honest
why don't you request a screenshot of your affiliate deposit and wagered amounts, granted they can be photoshoped, but still...
2607  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: February 25, 2018, 06:07:46 PM
I don't know how many of you guys play dice on FortuneJack since as I can see you love their slots, but imo dice is just amazing there. It is really super fast even with the smallest bets like 10 satoshis. Also, maybe I was just very lucky, but I've never seen more than 8 reds in a row playing on 2x multiplier so far. Some might think that this comes as no surprise for a dice game with 1% house edge, but as one who plays dice a lot on different gambling sites I'm telling you, it is a very nice surprise for me. Smiley

All in all, I've managed to go to 17k satoshis from their faucet today. Great site. I'll be back for sure.

~

thanks for nice words betwrong <3 we are waiting for you here.

btw, you can join us on discord and be more involved in community >>> https://discord.gg/xa4scaN

Thanks for the invitation, FortuneJack! I've registered and joined JACKMATE. Looks like a nice community to me. The two most active members, ClashLuke and Mariajuana, make some fun posts. Hope talk with them in the future, probably they are sleeping right now. Smiley

~

I do agree that FJ dice bets are quite fast and you can see that difference when you play automated bets. I played more dice game on FJ than slots because I don't like slot games much.

Yes, the difference between the speed of automated bets on FJ and most of other dice sites is big, it's like 2-3 times faster on FJ. It's more fun trying different strategies when the speed is good. I made it to 25k eventually, but then busted all. Smiley Anyway I think it was a good achievement to go from 0.00000523 to 0.00025142. That's almost 50 times the initial balance! I'll be back. )

yeah I liked their autobet speed and the overall feel of the dice game
but since they introduced a wagering requirement for the deposits and dice plays do not count
towards the wagered, there is no chance for you to deposit and then withdraw
I think this is a bit silly and many players who have been playing dice only have changed their allegiance and are gambling elsewhere
well, unless the rule is no longer there, haven't been following the announcements to be honest
2608  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice Affiliate on: February 25, 2018, 05:45:09 PM
Hi,

Is there any chance to get more info about reffered users? I.e. I need nicknames of people, who have signed up by my reflink in order to make for them some bonuses program.

you can not do that due to the privacy reasons stated above
but you can go for the "sister" Primedice casino Stake and create multiple affiliate campaigns with different codes
this way you can track the users who signed (or haven't signed under you)
for example: you create 10 links and send them out to 10 different people,a new one to each affiliate
this won't give you info on them, but allows to see if that particular user signed under your reflink or not
besides stake offers 20% affiliate and primedice only 10% Smiley

2610  Other / Meta / Re: Stop Signature campaigns. I need theymos to see this. on: February 25, 2018, 04:14:42 PM
banning signature campaigns has been discussed at length many a time
campaigns is like a double edged sword, they both bring more users and more posts
and the posts' quality deteriorates, which is only normal since the total amount of posts increases
granted, nowadays, for every relevant answer you have to dig through several meaningless spam-like posts
or you prefer for the topics remain without any answers at all, just because nobody cared to answer?
ICO ann thread bumping is prohibited now,so instead of banning all the campaigns, maybe enforce the rules better?
2611  Other / Meta / Re: Running polls for all Forum members. on: February 25, 2018, 03:12:36 PM
I think this forum is quite liberal. People get to contribute what they know to help others grow in the cryptocurrency world. But I haven't seen any general polls run in the course of making decisions that affect all members(maybe I'm a kid here). Are periodic polls run on any section that I don't know of? What do you think are the pros and cons of running a general poll for members of this forum ?

polls can be run by both: general public members and admins/mods
the ones that are held by users can be stumbled upon in different sections and they are usually to determine what people are thinking about a particular site or event
they have zero influence on what admins decide or do,the polls held by admins or moderators are rare
besides, this forum is not a democracy (which was considered by the ancient greeks the lowest form of the goverment,by the way )
but ruled by a gentle but firm hand of theymos, one could call it authoritarian but thats the way it is
thus do not oversestimate the power or the usefullness of the polls-the crowd is usually as smart as the least smart individual in it  Roll Eyes
2612  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 20 Billion Bets | 111+ BTC Jackpot! on: February 24, 2018, 12:33:04 PM
Pending withdraw of 0.65 btc is at 4 hours and counting. Is this the new normal for pd?

Definitely this isn't normal. Maybe your withdrawal is pending for manual approval. Try to contact live support on PD site or try to send them an email.

absolutely normal, all big payouts are reviewed manually
also hot wallet can be empty Smiley that is the most common reason for this message
don't worry, your money will be on the way asap
you would want to contact live support on site, they will tell you more about the status of your withdrawal
2613  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: guys can you check please if my fees are very low? on: February 24, 2018, 10:28:59 AM
seems like the blockchain spam is over (for now?)
the fees are back to normal, now it is under 10 sat/byte to get confirmed in under an hour, usually faster-
https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/

That site is still estimating fees 10 times what you need to pay. Use https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#1,24h to see what's really in the mempool and what is being included in blocks. I was able to make a transaction at 1 sat/byte this morning while they were still recommending 30 sat/byte.

Here's a thread I started when I was trying to work out why they get it so badly wrong.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2990283.msg30742682#msg30742682

tl:dr
They store old transactions in their mempool that the mining pools have dropped.

Also use https://coinb.in/#fees or https://whatthefee.io/ instead.

yes,the site is suggesting you overpay your fees,I used to recommend it and ,actually, used it to estimate my fees
now it can only be used to see the amount of transactions unconfirmed/total per sat/byte and even these figures are off it seems
using this one instead https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#1,24h now
https://coinb.in/#fees  is perfect, actually, thank you for suggesting it

2614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [2018-02-21] Venezuelan Petro on Pre-Sale, How Has it Been Received? on: February 24, 2018, 09:49:25 AM
i would never trust a coin made by Venezuela government

yeah much better to trust some random coin made by unknown people Smiley

The whole point of Satoshi Nakamoto's cryptocurrency design is that trust plays no role.

The code tells you exactly what it does, therefore you don't trust anything or anyone, you know how the coin works.

Sorry if I'm missing something in the bigger picture, but even with a decentralized currency like Bitcoin you have to trust the network. And in case of Bitcoin specifically, you have to trust the consensus of miners, which can have their own agenda. And given heavy mining centralization as of recent, it doesn't look like particularly different from trusting a fiat currency printed by a central bank. It seems there is no way around this bottleneck, though I'm not very familiar with trust issues of POS coins which may be a way out.

On topic, I agree that this coin is mostly a ridiculous shit show.

I think this coin is not a "ridiculous shit show" as it is backed by real product
unlike most of the cryptocurrencies, treat this as the crypto fiat money just without the control of the central bank
I think this will be issued directly by the country itself, not associated with the international bankers
well it may become a failure if it is technically immature or has bad code
but if there is nothing wrong with the coding, this coin could be a success and help their dying economy
the preconceptions like "oh it is Venezuela,so it must be a failure" are based on stereotypical  fallacies, lets wait for the coin and then see
2615  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Selling ultimate gambling strategy of bet low/high or heads/tails on: February 22, 2018, 07:23:50 PM
gosh just get a vouch copy and see for yourself what sort of a "unique" strategy this is
players who use this sort of "strategies" have never heard about probability and streak calculators
I've seen several different paid strategies selling for 0.005+
the funniest one was 1.1x martingale on dice with 10x multiply on loss
where the author claimed that this strategy never fails as he never got 6(!) reds in a row  Grin
they are almost all the same just the multiplier is different,a few ones were reverse martingale

2616  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bistler block accounts without presenting evidence,They are stealing the money o on: February 22, 2018, 06:56:38 PM
they have  a rule of only two accounts per person
why would they bend the rules to suit one particular gambler?
especially the one that  goes around accusing them of stealing the money without presenting any evidence
he can be genuinely unaware of any other players sharing ip with him or just using public vpns or proxies together with other "smart" players
doesn't matter-if the system detects several players sharing one IP it will block the accounts
stealing deposits I think is a slight exaggeration on his part, probably some small change made from the faucet
2617  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🌟Bitvest🌟 - Investor Plinko, Dice, Slot, Roulette, Bitspin | ETH/LTC Launched! on: February 22, 2018, 01:25:59 PM
Guys, this is my 2 cents and I feel like I should share. The site has been fun, good community, everything going right for it. Yesterday I deposited .40 into the site which was my biggest deposit ever. Within about 20 minutes my pw was changed and my account was hacked per the site administrators. My fault for not using 2FA I understand that, but just be careful. I tracked the bitcoins and they where in my gaming wallet until today in the morning per blockchain.info. I know these sites have different wallets and it is almost impossible to trace, but I for one have lost some faith in this great looking website.

Basically long rant short, not necessarily accusing bitvest of any wrong doing... it was just a little too timely that everything happened so perfectly. Either way, just please be careful with your bitcoins. Put 2FA authorization always and use strong secure PWs.

admins of the site hacking player's accounts is a novelty
bitvest is a trusted gambling site with years of reputation and clean record
I'm sure admins have nothing to do with this, what makes you think they could be the perpetrators?
there is a high chance your machine was infected or you password was weak, without  2fa you are always at risk of losing money
it is very frustrating to lose money like this, sorry about it Sad but this should be a very good lesson to all of the gamblers-do not take your account security lightly
2618  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Selling ultimate gambling strategy of bet low/high or heads/tails on: February 22, 2018, 10:41:49 AM
ANY VOUCHER IS WELCOME Smiley
This can be the best offer that OP can give to the forum members, but for my own opinion, better to give at least 5-10 vouches to have different reviews about your strategy, the price is too good to be true as you are claiming to earn 500-1000$ a month for just 6hrs/day playing, we do all knew that in this type of gamble only luck will permits us to win, chances to win against the house is much smaller when you will play much longer time.

are you being serious? a hero member writing such nonsense is strange
what vouches are you talking about Smiley who in his right mind would ever want to buy a variation of martingale that never ever works
especially for 29$ especially when OP claims he is making good buck with it
NO STRATEGIES IN GAMBLING WORK IN THE LONG RUN
it is all about the house edge and bank management and luck
2619  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What to do if you lose $2,000 in trading? on: February 22, 2018, 08:16:39 AM
a 2000$ loss can be damaging if your initial trading bank was small
losing 2000$ out of 3000$ or even less than that could be something you won't be able to recover from
but losses of 5-10% of your balance as a trader is nothing new
if you start with 20.000$ cutting your loss at 2.000$ is a good move, you only lose up to 10% and can easily recover afterwards
OP is right about stock market being different from crypto trading, although the principle is the same
there is much more volatility in cryptocurrencies, plus bitcoin price has influence over almost every alcoin out there
so if the market is bearish, you are almost certain to see the downward movement on almost all of the altcoin markets as well
2620  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-02-12]The Head of the Chechen Republic has Decided to Buy Bitcoin on: February 22, 2018, 07:06:32 AM
It is unlikely that Ramzan Kadyrov, with his big fortune, wants to buy some part of one bitcoin. Apparently, here we have in mind some of the bitcoins available in the bypass, and this may amount to thousands of bitcoins. Otherwise, it would not make sense to write about this in social networks. Well, in principle, the news is not particularly significant, especially since he critically reacted to the crypto-currency as a whole.

since he has announced it himself,I think it is pretty obvious he did already
it was announced on his official telegram channel, here is the russian news outlet: https://frontnews.eu/news/ru/23361
Kadyrov is not known as a man who throws his words to the wind and I don't see why would not he buy some bitcoins?
bitcoin is not haram, neither there is any law in Russia prohibiting political leaders from investing money into cryptocurrencies
although if he invested in Vitalik Buterin project,it would have been more ... patriotic  Grin
