2602  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling 0.30BTC (BT UK ONLY) on: January 05, 2014, 01:01:56 AM
I can take it for £150 let me know if thats any use to you?

regards

Sorry i can only do £160, at this current rate its cheaper than MtGox
gox is overpriced due to withdraw issues. localbitcoins is cheaper. my offer still stands.
2603  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: bit121 on: January 04, 2014, 09:58:06 PM
From Jim Iddiols (CEO - bit121)

7. I note that one of you has had a problem with email but unfortunately you have made a typo error in the email address. Our email is info@bit121.co.uk and NOT info@121bit.co.uk.

email address was taken from your so called exchange. so this error is only thanks to who ever made that school project.

and NO u not competetive. if I want to pay 20 quid extra I will choose okpay and currency conversion to usd and then btc-e. or even better I will choose localbitcoins.
2604  Other / Meta / Re: Someone trying to GUESS? my pasword on bitcointalk[possible attack?] on: January 04, 2014, 06:57:22 PM
Well what is his goal with this ? it looks like that persons just spamming your inbox as using the "forgot my password" function just sends an e-mail and not refreshing the pass (unless you click) and if that person had access to your e-mail it wouldn't require more than one.
Is this some kind of DDOS attack? and doesn't the website have some limitations on it?

What i done at the beggining, i posted image with link to reset the password. Maybe someone tried to get image like and just type letter by letter and number by number in to search bar.
Once i realised link is visible i changed password at forum, secured my email with 2 authentication code and deleted image from post.

I dont know.
Im not good in any of these hacking stuff but once you got within 2-3 hours more than 140 attempts to reset your password you asking yourselve questions.

Obviously bitcointalk have no limitation in such thing like login or resetting password.

If that would be DDOS attack its quite weird.

2605  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: My CEX.IO account has been hacked and has been drained dry. on: January 04, 2014, 04:52:21 PM
Hello all,
My cex.io account has just been hacked and drained dry.
I am in contact with Admin and they are investigating it.
The offender used the following weblink as his means of doing so.
mineramicasa.com/minera/
I am doing this as a means of helping others avoid this same trap.
I am a bit SAD because the BTC's that I had invested in the site are on loan to me, and I do not have any means of paying it back.
But I have some faith in the CEX.IO Admin team to hopefully recover my now empty account.
Imagine a world without SCUMBAGS, wouldn't it be nice?
Thanks.

So my understanding is that your machine been injected with java from website and this way someone sucked all info from webrowser or computer.
No spyware or good antyvir installed?? What browser you using?

My browser blocking this plugin to run, so u had to click on it.
Safest way is to disable java in browser
2606  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling 0.24BTC (BankTransfer UK ONLY) on: January 04, 2014, 12:16:45 PM
Amount: 0.24BTC
Price: £110
Method: UK Bank Transfer Only
Location: Stoke On Trent

Hi bud, i will take it.
Let me know if we can proceed.
2607  Other / Meta / Re: Someone trying to GUESS? my pasword on bitcointalk[possible attack?] on: January 04, 2014, 12:05:50 PM
Hmm maybe the guy thinks he has access to your mail account... I'd change the pass.
If it continues spamming you should ask theymos to do something. Maybe banning that IP or limiting the number of passworg-forgotten requests per hour.

I thought that forum have this feature about flooding with login attempts. but obviously not. Plus the fact that even if Ip will be banned -its only proxy service.
Password already changed for very flippin difficult.

Plus 2 way authentication.
2608  Other / Meta / Re: Someone trying to GUESS? my pasword on bitcointalk[possible attack?] on: January 04, 2014, 11:54:59 AM
The forum doesn't block images but you must put the image URL and imgur.com/xxx isn't the image URL
Put i.imgur.com instead

Thanks for advice.
2609  Other / Meta / Someone trying to GUESS? my pasword on bitcointalk[possible attack?] on: January 04, 2014, 11:19:15 AM
Hi i did open my mozilla client to check emails and was flooded by more than 100 emails from bitcointalk that password has been forgot.

Photos of my mozilla:

and one message:

and now to check who trying to get access: http://217.174.254.150.ipaddress.com/
which is proxy. so someone trying to guess or get access to my account.

Anyone have same issue?
2610  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Group Buy 1] Avalon 200Gh/s - 1.2Th/s on: January 03, 2014, 11:15:02 PM

Please can you stop spamming my threads round here, you are one of the biggest trolls on this website.

You can check that I am not a troll and I support other miner companies why I buy there products ?

Funny that YXT has been outstock for more than a month now - http://www.asicminer-shop.de/?product=cube

Many users also complain that you troll on here.

This is not my problem I still get sales and good customer service rating ?

Yxt out of stock? I think, check better before posting such a crap.
im not spamming, i give advice.
As far as i remember you been told by mininghardware to stop trolling their post.
You tried overtake outcast3k with your raffle group buy which ended on ebay.
Now u selling for 1.1btc cubes which anyone can get from cchan or yxt for .99btc delivered.
Ohh and u calling yourselve international seller in one thread.

And NO any hardware will not be subjected to tax within euro zone.
I bought few things from people on this board from different euro zone countries without issue.

What you offering is joke made in china. You cannot even buy one or two units to prove your honesty.
Mininghardware showed working units, outcast3k was always honest about his group buys.
You made 2 funny to called "group buys" which ended up being raffle something and ebay sale.

And this is your first group buy?
Being honest is not about crying u gonna report me to moderator.

People asking questions- i think i have answer so i can write what i want.
If this is called spamming you should be banned long time ego.

And one more thing: Can you actually post pictures clearly with you forum nick and date.
I just dont like people using someone else photos.
This will give a bit of honesty to your thread.
2611  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Group Buy 1] Avalon 200Gh/s - 1.2Th/s on: January 03, 2014, 10:41:22 PM
Hmm ... im intrested too ... but .... who can vouch for seller? Dont get me wrong ...

I suggest-check his thread history and see for yourselve what kind of seller he is.
If you lucky u will get raffle ticket.
Like his first group buy users.
2612  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Group Buy 1] Avalon 200Gh/s - 1.2Th/s on: January 03, 2014, 10:38:29 PM
hi everyone

i'm just wandering about if this deals is hot

when sushi is selling for $2300 or 3btc with free immedeate delivery  antminer s1 overclockable to 200gh or not overclocked 180gh

see here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=392860.0

you can also purchase this for $1500 through taobao and use an agent there

see here    http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a1z10.1.w6781323-5181736728.3.Cqof1L&id=36670648668#

and here    https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=392860.msg4240415#msg4240415

alternatively you can get the avalon one here as well for $1200
see here http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Avalon-second-generation-2-2-module-gbms01-coins-200g/1580020369.html

so i am just wandering what to do? Huh

any questions pm me

Check his history of "group buys" on this board and have popcorn ready.
He like to make group buy and then sell units on ebay.
He is real troll for normal people like outcast2k,mininghardware, and few others.
Complete time waster.
If you have btc to use go for sushi group buy or reliable user(yxt,outcast3k) with history not this troll who have better leads to miners even when companys like mininghardware and other offering good deal.

His group buys: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=396539.msg4280377#msg4280377
What a joke-he selling them for 1.1btc when u can get directly from yxt for .99btc without custom tax and other duties.
His first group buy was made as "raffle"...Really?

My advice is: Leave this muppet and go for reliable source.
Search for reliable uk/eu groups and buy directly from them.
