Hi how can we see how much XAU we get from our shares on multipool?

You can't yet, when the whole procedure will be automated and done per one Xaurum coin, right now you can only calculate approximately by the formula provided. You can insert empirical data from the same sources, but the results will have a margin of error, how big depends on the difference of market prices between the times you and we do the calculation.

Oh yea, and at the time of payment we can publish how much xau was mined per share.
When's the payment time? Grin

If there's around 100k coins why did you make the MN price 1028 coins?
It seems too much. It could be 2^8 = 256 coins.

2605  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / How To Stake Efficiently PoS Coins on: May 05, 2015, 10:30:30 PM
This topic is quite controversial, and there're 2 sides of this one.
One side says; bigger tx's means bigger rewards
Other side says; smaller tx's, smaller but more often rewards.

And recently "DPoS" became popular. How to decide what's best way to stake more?

First of all you need to learn something: "min stake age" is very important!
How so?

Let's say I've mined xxcoin and I've total 10K and I got them at once to my wallet. I've waited 4 hours for the "min stake age". And it staked, quite good right? But there's a catch! You've to wait another 4 hours to stake again! Because when you create a pos block your input is divided into 2 tx's and it's age becomes zero.
So, if you're mining a pos coin; withdrew your coins at a time as 500,1000 etc.
After 1 hour your first withdrawal; you'll withdraw 2nd one and you'll get another 500 coin etc.
After your first tx created a pos block then your wallet won't wait for another 4 hours to stake again.

With DPoS I suggest; split them as much as you can. If one wallet has 1 x 10k tx and other one has 20 x 500 tx's
First wallet misses the DPoS coins after the first stake. But the second one will be able to create PoS coins because it has 19 aged tx's.

Also There's another issue: "Max Stake Age".
Let's say you've mined on the first day and PoW lasted 3 days; and PoS started after PoW. Min stake age is 4 hours and Max stake age is 1 day.
On the 3rd day your coins will be too aged and you won't be able to stake, Because they're too old to stake.
But you can easily solve this problem: Calculate the time;
For instance;
block time: 1 min
pow ends and pos starts at: 4k
min stake age: 4 hours.
current pow block: 3.5k

calculation: 4 hours = 60*4 = 240 blocks. So If you want to stake immediately you need to move your coins at (4000-240)= 3760th block or 1-2 early etc.

Finally; if there's a "min stake age" you need to split your inputs in case of starving.
2606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [Ninja][Launched] Goat [IGoat][HerdNodes][DPoS] on: May 05, 2015, 02:16:16 PM
I ask this question because I can't get my head around staking. I have mined 1000 coins will there be any benefit in making smaller withdrawals and/or using multiple addresses to improve staking?

Cheers. Huh
I withdrew my mined coins (~4.5k) each part ~100 coins And in 10 hours I've found 11 pos blocks.

I don't know higher amounts. If another friend posts their statistics it would be cool.

This coin's name is only GOAT and it's ticker [IGOAT] as you can see on the title. So it's not same dude.

Do you think no one will be confused?
https://www.allcoin.com/trade/GOAT_BTC
https://empoex.com/trade/GOAT-BTC
https://yobit.net/ru/trade/GOAT/BTC

Of course there're confused people but it's empoex & yobit's fault. Also it's OP's fault. He wrote the ticker as Goat on OP and IGOAT on title. It's confusing
They should've used the correct ticker.

They're running exchange site and they don't know how to look up the ticker? They should change the ticker into IGOAT ASAP.

Pool & CPU miner are 90% done, just testing and waiting to find a block..

Ultra-Slow Algo as expected:

That's too bad. What're we gonna do with 4 cores Grin Also it's not gonna worth even 1 litoshi. I'm out of this shit...

DPoS Reward Schedule

Block 0 - 2400 = 100 Coins
Block 2401 - 4000 = 1000 Coins
Block 4001 and Up = 50 Coins

Is it normal that my first stake was 50 GOAT?
Yes it's normal. Wallet shows you staked 100 Goat but you get 50 goat because of the Herds, they got the half of the stake.

"keypoolsize" : 101,
"paytxfee" : 0.00000000,
"mininput" : 0.00000000,

}

And:

Block 0 - 500 = 1000  Coins
Block 501 - 1000 = 500  Coins
Block 1001  - 1500 = 400 Coins
Block 1501 - 2200  = 300 Coins
Block 2201 - 2400 =  1000 Coins

approximately left blocks til 2400:

250 * 300 / 2 = 37500
250 * 100 = 25000

100*1000 = 100.000
100* 100= 10.000

There'll be around 850k total coins when the PoW is over.

DPoS Reward Schedule

Block 0 - 2400 = 100 Coins
Block 2401 - 4000 = 1000 Coins
Block 4001 and Up = 50 Coins

When block 4k hited 1.6 mill will be added.
So there'll be around 2.5 mil total coins till 4000th block.

Remember to buy 4 hours before the block 2400 to gain 1k coin pos stakes!

Half of the pos coins are going to herds I'm thinking to create a herd there're only 5 now and they're getting half of the PoS stakes.

DeOxyRibose is now released!
So everything on OP is now for the new release? like the .conf file and the wallet and everything?

Yes! Oh Yeah!

The Nodes:

IP 52.28.61.59 port 8333
IP 182.56.90.144 port 8333

Those nodes are not working. Probably you're instamining OP!

Also why didn't you change the Port? It's bitcoin's port...

Can't get any connections in wallet. Any nodes?

addnode=153.92.96.5:27879

What would be the name of conf file?

goat.conf :-)

Ocminer, I can't beleive this. I said to you many times, that nicehash don't work on supernova. I will make a printscreen now.

It is currently the same with all pools. Its not related/fixed to suprnova, your Order at nicehash will start eventually and stay stable.

No, I think not. Every other pool works fine, expect yours. I always mine on your pool, but this is my problem (just in this week.)

Why have other pools a separated port for nicehash?

Dude, you should adjust your "max hashrate".

For instance; current diff is ~820 and your rented rig's diff is around 9k.
That's why suprnova rejects you.

Don't be greedy raise the HR slowly...

Just look at satoshicity; it gave away 6.4 BTC with 2.5 million claims: http://www.satoshicity.org/stats.php
And now owner of it opened another faucet under name of satoshigarden: http://www.satoshigarden.org/
With higher reward but higher time (30 minutes).

First one should've made earn much more the given amount.

As I said before; If you've budget you can double, triple it...

So how we fix being on the fork? do we delete everything and re-sync?

First of all OP should provide us a "correct chain" & addnode. Then yes we'll try to resync.
Apparently the node the OP gave is not working.

Also hey OP! Why the hell you're using the same port with bitcoin? Why didn't you change it?!
