They are multiple alternatives to hetzner like Digital Ocean and Linode that you can host your nodes, to ensure 24 hours operations. Though, since these cloud hosting companies are centralized, expect changes in future. It's well clear that choices differ and people may prefer to run nodes on cloud computers, but electronic devices like laptops, raspberry Pi etc, works better, and maintains decentralization; removes fear of getting banned.
