2601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: To everyone converting BTC to ETH on: May 25, 2016, 05:30:19 PM
ETH will be great to get some extra BTC off all the idiots that think it's going to take over Bitcoin's #1 spot, so what can I say? Let them keep hyping it out, im considering buying some myself and try to short it, but you never know when this thing will collapse.

I feel bad for those going long term on Ethereum, but not everyone can win.
2602  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin already using too much power by 2020? on: May 25, 2016, 05:25:12 PM
The Bitcoin network will keep self adapting to any scenario. If there is not a profit to be made anymore by x miners in y location, those will simply stop mining and get out of the business, this lowers the difficulty, which means other people will fill incentive to start a mining business.

No thing as too much power, just the required one, as long as its profitable.
2603  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: David Haye vs Arnold Gjergjaj (Heavyweight box match tonight). Any sites to bet? on: May 22, 2016, 03:36:01 PM
It turns out I was right. David Haye was the better boxer, knocked out Arnold in 2 rounds. Arnold was one of those guys that remain undefeated because the never fight a world class boxer before. I hope the rest made the easy money too last night.

Looking forward to Shannon Briggs vs David Haye next september probably. I hope Shannon can make a big upset and knock David in the first rounds, he may be old but the guy can punch and has a steel chin.
2604  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When gambling makes you cry. on: May 22, 2016, 03:29:23 PM
I never cried with gambling but one day I was about to cry, I did a bet for only 0.1 BTC and turned it into 10 BTC in the 20 line slot machine, but I was too greedy and keep playing, I saw my 10 BTC become 0 slowly, I didn't know to stop, but at the end of the day I only lost 0.1 BTC.
Ow you made 10 btc i never experience it yet. but if i am in your place i will cash it out.. because 10 btc is huge amount of money if you withdraw and convert it into fiat..  and you are right you can cry only if you win a large amount with a small amount of capital to bet.. like on lottery they are crying because they won  to be a millionaire.. but if lose i dont see that they are crying and i think its nothing to them..

If I did withdrew the 10 BTC, I would not have cashed out to fiat... if I did that, I would find out that 10 years alter that 10 BTC could have been anything from 100k to 1 million dollars, now THAT would be something to cry over to.
2605  Economy / Economics / Re: If bitcoin price is $10.000, will fiat be worthless? on: May 22, 2016, 02:22:59 PM
Fiat will never be worthless, as long as fiat is accepted in most places. In the future, due insane devaluation to keep the system going, it may take 100 dollars to a buy a McDonalds meal, but so what, as long as its accepted, no body will care, because the process is so slow that it takes generations and the new people that's born don't even notice this devaluation process.

So Just buy Bitcoin and retire in 10 years.
2606  Other / Archival / Re: should i save btc for future? on: May 22, 2016, 02:15:46 PM
Well, any member that has reached at least Full Member and above, shouldn't be asking if he or she has to have bitcoin for the long term ,because I would expect better for such a high grade of a member, since anyone that has been long enough here, knows that you MUST have some BTC for the long term, anything else is a deadly mistake.
2607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH touching cloth of $14 tonight on: May 22, 2016, 02:09:49 PM
ETH has a couple of good pumps left within itself before it starts to deflate to single figures again, what im wondering is when to gamble and get in to profit from said pumps and dumps so I can make some extra BTC out of the ridiculous hype.
2608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In 2 years time you will thank me but for now you need to buy Ethereum a lot on: May 22, 2016, 02:06:44 PM
Again... Ethereum has a big design flaw when it comes to being a currency, it's hard coded into being turin complete, this is an absolute monumental disaster than can lead to unforeseen exploits, endless of them, this is exactly why Satoshi did not make Bitcoin turin complete in purpose, so please, keep dreaming with another altcoin that will surpass Bitcoin, because this will not be it.
2609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Bitcoin be surpassed by Ethereum??? on: May 22, 2016, 02:04:13 PM
Unfortunately, Ethereum will never surpass Bitcoin. Ethereum is a failure when it comes to being a currency because its turin complete, which leads to endless weaknesses for this end, this is why Satoshi made Bitcoin non turin complete in purpose.

2611  Economy / Gambling discussion / David Haye vs Arnold Gjergjaj (Heavyweight box match tonight). Any sites to bet? on: May 21, 2016, 03:22:03 PM
Im trying to find where to bet bitcoin for this match, I would like to bet a win for David Haye. He is looking ready and he is the better boxer in my book. Sure, Arnold G is undefeated, but I think Hayemaker experience is just too big and he may face his first defeat tonight. So this seem like easy money to me. Please let me know some sites to bet since I don't have any fiat now since I bought Bitcoin this month so im all on Bitcoin for extra money.
2612  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: May 21, 2016, 03:18:12 PM
It's impossible to quit your job for Bitcoin, the concept is absurd and makes no sense. Signature campaigns pay nothing compared to minimum wage and you can't make Bitcoin any other way that isn't working, and there are barely any serious jobs for Bitcoin so there's just no way to "quit your day job and go full time on Bitcoin"
2613  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: May 21, 2016, 02:00:26 PM
You can't go wrong by going yolo on Bitcoin, if you go long term. The problem is, a lot of idiots hear about Bitcoin and they want to become rich overnight, so they buy a lot of Bitcoin, the price goes 30 dollars down, and they panic sell.
Well, what I can say, those people don't deserve to become rich from Bitcoin.
2614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Ethereum ? on: May 21, 2016, 01:57:11 PM
Ethereum will never replace Bitcoin because it has serious problems, the main problem being that it is turin complete, which is a big mistake in design to run internet money, so it's not even competition against Bitcoin. In fact, Ethereum should be scared that Bitcoin can run Ethereum clones like Rootstock in sidechains.

But maybe ETH will pump again so you can make more BTCs out of it, that's all it's useful for Cheesy
2615  Other / Off-topic / Re: How kids can "earn" Bitcoin ? on: May 21, 2016, 01:53:25 PM
You can try to engage kids in bitcoin using games as a medium. There are few games in playstore which pays bitcoin like Abundance and Bitcoinblock game. You can give him/her also a faucet rotator , which have good collection of high paying faucet.

But really it just a waste of time and they find it for kids to be boring and if they feel boring they well throw your gadgets and play with their friend, but in some point there are some game can be enjoyable to them like coin flapper and frogy games maybe they will get enjoy to that because thats animals game knowing kids loves animals and unique things that can catch their attention.

There are a lot of servers now that will start using Bitcoin as the ingame currency for Minecraft servers, and every kid loves Minecraft, so if you spend a lot of hours there playing, you may end up making 0.1 BTC, maybe in 10 years when the kids are adults all the money they make on Minecraft is worth a small fortune.
2616  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Core have been derelict in their duties. on: May 21, 2016, 01:25:49 PM
Core is doing a fantastic job by not giving up to the cries of armchair coders about how the system will collapse if we don't raise the blocksize when they say so. Meanwhile they have come up with great stuff like SegWit and more.
2617  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: May 20, 2016, 03:41:50 PM
It's the thrill of testing your luck that keeps people coming back to gambling. You never know if you can turn a tiny 0.001 investment into 10 BTC if you have enough luck, it can happen, and that "it can happen" possibility, is the key of what makes gambling a worldwide success.
2618  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: May 20, 2016, 03:17:56 PM
I can't wait to see who finally wins the champions. I think it will be a though matchup. I think that Aletico has a big opportunity to finally win, they are way more hungry to win than Real, but lets not forget that Real is overall the better team. If Ronaldo has a good day, then they will have a really hard time trying to stop goals coming in.

Atletico want the revenge of champions 2013-2014, if Atletico scores the first goal they will have possibilities because are very good defending. But in my opinion the favourite is Madrid.

I think Torres can deliver a great performance that night, he is really focused and motivated, he is on top shape, a lot of people overrate this player because he is "old and past his prime now", I think this is bullshit. I hope he scores a lot of goals.
2619  Economy / Economics / Re: I have 12 BTC in my Account, How should I invest this?? on: May 20, 2016, 03:08:28 PM
Everyone is telling me to waiting for halving; however, the last halving, the price did not change at at all. Will the next one be like this as well?

it never hurts to try or you will be a little regret. but I'm sure at least we can see $500 the effect of halving.

Don`t you see that OP wish to make some serious money. LuckyBTcCasino ( check my signature ) offer you nice 100 % deposit bonus. Try it with 1 BTC, If you lose then on second deposit you have 75 % bonus so try it with 3 BTC. With that kind of money you can play very progressive and your chances to earn some good money are very high.

Alt coins are also good, try several with some small amounts. I don't know why people ask what to do with money they have. How did you earn 12 BTC in the first place?

Just don't put all your coins on one place in one hit. Do things slowly and I think you can make something big.

If he earned 12 BTC through hard work (and that means slowly building up that amount of money) I don't think he will be willing to gamble, because he should know how hard owning 12 BTC is in 2016.
I think investing (after extensive research) is more reasonable than to rely on 100% luck.
2620  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Eth will skyrocket the next days on: May 20, 2016, 02:39:14 PM
My crystal ball shows me that ETH is not going to skyrocket anymore, that part is alrdy over. The price is overvalued/overhyped, it is maxed out.

Buying now is FOMO and you're ready to getting REKT.

I actually think ETH still has some sort of pump before it finally collapses. I don't know if it will correct again before this aforementioned pump happens, or if we will go higher than the current price, what im saying is, there's still some money to be made off ETH's ridiculous hype.
