2601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5G could be the next big Opportunity 🔋🔋🔋 on: February 20, 2019, 05:45:56 PM
We at Quantum1Net believe so and here is why.

As we move towards 5G, real-time automation which ranges from local computing to distributed large-scale computer to mission-critical compute experiences will be realized, this automation will generate unheard amounts...

https://quantum1net.com/is-the-5g-coming-tsunami-the-opportunity-decentralization-is-looking-for/

Latest qualcom snapdragon chipset already support the 5G network but usability is under question for obvious reasons. If i remember correctly only China and England agreed to give legal lisence for using this hertz of network. I am sure this one will be game changer.
2602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: GAS Price Prediction 2019 on: February 20, 2019, 05:43:38 PM

#1 Trading Beasts[/b]

Trading Beasts is a crypto prediction website which believes that by the end of 2019, GAS might even cross $10 mark and may reach $11.85 from a conservative point of view, and $17.43 from a bullish point of view.

#2 Digital Coin Price

Digital Coin Price has given GAS predictions till the year 2026. They have predicted keeping in mind the volatile factor. By the end of 2019, they predicted that GAS coin might reach $4.16, and by 2025, GAS might rise high up to reach $11.85.

#3 Coin Fan

The Coin Fan community is very optimistic about GAS’ performance in the coming years and believe that by the end of 2019, GAS might reach $73.43. They even predicted that by 2020, GAS might even go way past the $200 mark.

Please let me know your thoughts as well...thanks

There is positive correlation between fuel and main platform. IMHO Neo will take leadership with help of government of China but question is adopting projects to this platform. If things turn quickly then these predictions will have meaning.

Euno's Director Of Operations update on our Mobile app development!

Here is the YouTube video link https://youtu.be/EJ4zHCyVcOQ

I am not good in coding and programming. I have few questions related to app development. Is is more easy to enter desktop app sector or mobile apps for new starters?
2604  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Panic selling and postpone from trading, which one is the worse one? on: February 20, 2019, 05:37:24 PM
The dynamic situation of cryptocurrency these days in general responded by three ways: selling panicly with the risk of cut-loss in order to save the remaining assets from more fallen, hold the assets and playing save by not doing any trading activities, and view the phenomenon as a diamond chance then buying coins in huge amounts of investments while the prices are low. Of course, those three ways are logically humane and each has their own pluses and minuses.

I am intrigued upon the first two: panic selling and postponing from trading.

On doing panic selling, ones tend to sell their assets in the price lower than in the actual price. The main goal is to sell their coins faster to save themselves from the worse situation, without consideration upon the impact of their behaviour towards the market in general.

Meanwhile, ones could also hold their assests and postpone from doing any trading activities, in order to keep their assets safe and even maybe went on hiatus from digital assets bussiness while waiting for the bullish days to be back. They don't want to sell their assets in low price, but the act of not doing any trading is logically also has impact in general. At least, it is contributing on slower the trading traffic.

In your opinion, which one is the worse way among the two?
Worst case is trading with emotions and joining crowd. Selling in blood bath is logical if there are good reasons for this. If there is no concrete explanation for downfall then it is better to leave on its own. Just shut down the pc and go walk. Just my usual 2 cent Smiley

2606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your general sentiment on soft-caps for ICO's? on: February 20, 2019, 05:27:51 PM
Is it necessary for an ICO to have soft-cap or does it show a sign of weakness and missing confidence?
For completing first steps of development team need cash which mainly they get via public sale. If there is no other alternative like private funding then it is necessary to reach soft cap. Projects don't work with hope and they need serious amounts for competing with others but i have seen projects that didn't cancel the public sale after 3 unsuccessful attempt in public sale. They mainly extend, but extending time doesn't help in bear  market.
2607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: buy the blood: CMCT on: February 20, 2019, 05:23:38 PM
here i am again, with another great call

Crowd machine, $cmct , is a blockchain-agnostic platform(you can choose on which blockchain you want to execute smart contracts)to allow you to write decentralized application, without even knowing how to code. The potential for mass adoption is huge

they suffered from a hack back in september, and within some minutes it crashed from 200 to 50 sats

Since then, it went to 100 sats couple of times and then back

now it is back to 55 sats, but the big difference is that some days ago Bittrex reopened the trade

a good news is that police arrested the hackers, and most of the stolen tokens will be recovered, and in the last AMA, CEO said they will start the marketing soon

i just finished filling my bags, at these levels this is the easiest x2 that you can make (:
Thanks for speculative idea. I already make small bag with mentioned coin. Hope i will not regret it Smiley
2608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: EOS web wallet!! on: February 20, 2019, 05:21:16 PM

Also you can check this sites that i found on google but i am not responsible for any loss: https://eostoolkit.io/home and https://eoswebwallet.io/
2609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is WAVES so.. on: February 20, 2019, 05:16:16 PM
Why is WAVES so, wavy?  I mean the thing bouncing all over the place more than other coins.  What's going on with this thing?

Waves is a good coin, you can create the token in waves network easily and just need some small amount of waves.
if im now wrong, i heard waves launch their application few weeks ago in google playstore, so the price was going up.
The price of coin will depends on the development of the project itself. It is better to have a wavy price than a falling price.
Waves needs more development for reaching to alternative platforms and price fall which doesn't let to go further is not fault of them. My groupmates also created token in Waves network and they confirmed the easiness of platform for average student.
2610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 15 Proven Ways To Earn Money From Cryptocurrencies In 2019 on: February 20, 2019, 05:11:31 PM
It is 2019 and cryptocurrencies, in spite of the major correction, are here to stay. Bitcoin’s price saw more than 80% correction but the product development and adoption is just increasing. Same is the case with most cryptocurrency projects. There are a lot of ways to make money in this market even in 2019.

Let us look at how to make money with cryptocurrency in 2019:

1. Crypto trading

If you are experienced in financial markets or trading, you could trade crypto tokens on various exchanges. How to make money buying and selling cryptocurrencies is one the most talked about topics today.

Centralized Exchanges

Some of the biggest exchanges in the history of cryptocurrencies have been centralized exchanges. This means they are run on a company’s servers and the orderbook is controlled by them in a private database. This kind of order books are largely off-chain, which means users are trading with each other but no tokens are being moved on the actual blockchains.

Decentralized exchanges
Decentralized exchanges have just arrived on the scene and the technology is in a nascent stage. While they operate on the blockchain and their order book is transparent, most users avoid them because of their bad User interface and slow transactions. Also, since all transactions happen on the blockchain, fees tend to be higher.

Read in detail here: https://coinswitch.co/news/15-proven-ways-to-earn-money-from-cryptocurrencies-in-2019
I read article but, you need to clarify few things regarding earning crypto with different ways. Nowadays mining profits decreased due to bear trend on crypto markets and expected profit doesn't cover expenses. So if someone doesn't have big mining farm then it is meaningless listening to this advice.

Fix your mind that the best altcoins to buy are those who can be able to survive the market instability. They are the coin of future and to find out what are they, that's your duty. There are so many good coins to buy now on the market.
I think It depends what you want. If you want to hold for long term, You can choose according to your choice which is profitable for you. don't take anyone's advice.

I am not agree with your opinion. Looking for reliable project and speculating prices for profit are two different things. Bear market let us to filter good projects from others but it doesn't mean all dead coins are useless.
2611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Best Performing Coins Now in 2019 [Feb] - Latest Cryptocurrency Analysis on: February 20, 2019, 05:06:02 PM
Cryptocurrency market has seen a significant jump in overall market-cap with the addition of $10+ Billion recently and can see the effect on top performing cryptocurrencies.

Overall market-cap has jumped from $120 Billion to $132 Billion at the time of writing which shows bullish momentum for coming days/weeks. Let’s have a deeper look at the 5 best cryptocurrencies 2019.

#1 Bitcoin: BTC/USD (Coinbase)
Bitcoin pair has seen a price surge of around 18+% after testing the support level $3400-$3300 mentioned in the previous article. It has proved to be the most valuable cryptocurrency over the period.

Let's look at the 4-Hour Time frame chart for analysis.

Click here for the Charts, I am not allowed to post images.

Bullish Case:
Bitcoin pair is testing a preliminary resistance (red bar) around $3900 price level, at the time of writing. We might see a healthy pullback to $3600+ price level and needs to hold for further bullish momentum.

Also, if the pair manages to break the major resistance level around $4200 then it would be strongly bullish and we might test $5000 level in the coming weeks.

Other bullish signs are that the pair has crossed the 200H-SMA (Simple Moving Average) and accelerated through the Ichimoku cloud which will act as preliminary support in the near future.

Simply put, buying around $3600 price level with tight stop-loss, can be profitable for traders as well as investors for coming weeks.

Bearish Case:
If the support level $3600+ doesn't hold in the coming days then it would be early signs of the bearish sentiments and breaking $3300 level after would be super bearish for the pair.

STOCH-RSI and MACD are also moving into bearish zones which depicts a pullback.

Simply put, if someone bought at around $3600- price level then it should sell asap if the $3300 price level breaks downward.

When can we see other altcoin placed on rank one? I don't think bitcoin will last that long, there are some altcoins which is considerably better than bitcoin in some case and they should be rank top in some time.
Why not ? Bitcoin has dominant power among other cryptocurrencies and alternative coins should come a long way for passing dad in terms of value and price. I can't understand meaningless arguments backed by ideas that based on the end of bitcoin.
2612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Aelf is skyrocketing (30% up!) before launch of own blockchain on: February 20, 2019, 05:02:31 PM
Warned some time ago... aelf is ready to skyrocket.

I wont be a surprise that Aelf enter TOP20 of coinmarketcap in the next 2 years. The development keeps going on, day by day.. non-stop!

Lets see
Thanks for sharing valuable information. Your prediction is right but i didn't check others. Wish i saw your post 3 weeks ago before investing to other coin. Maybe you can give more tips for buying well known coins, tokens.
2613  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Steem Community is Launching a Promotion Campaign on Social Media! on: February 20, 2019, 04:58:49 PM
From the 20th of February till the 27th of February, the Steem community is launching a promotion campaign on social media under the hashtag #sixtyseconds.
This is a community-run initiative to promote Steem on other social media platforms.

For this campaign, a couple of video advertisements have been created, some are actually pretty good.

Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=41-KcNmZgrA

If you're a member of Steem, you can join in by reading the following post:

https://steemit.com/marketing/@surfermarly/join-the-60-seconds-of-steem-social-media-party-and-help-to-promote-steem-on-a-global-scale-tomorrow-20th-of-february-starting-from-10-00am-est-583ed362a19b4est
Are there extra rewards for promoting this? I look through the steem link but unfortunately, i didn't get main idea.
2614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Google keyboard with bitcoin symbol and ethereum on: February 20, 2019, 04:56:40 PM
this was a funny find where Google twitter handle says they don't believe in legality or long term viability of the altcoins such as ETH

Good catch. Vitalik's answer is understandable but answer tweet looks like Google administration are hiding themselves behind the bunch of words. Customization is necessary and they should let everyone to add whatever they want to see on personal keyboard. Just my 2 cent.
2615  Economy / Economics / Re: Recommended reading - Moneyland - I really enjoyed this book on: February 20, 2019, 04:53:31 PM
I've just finished reading this book: Moneyland: Why Thieves And Crooks Now Rule The World And How To Take It Back

It gives a very good overview of the landscape of opaque accounting. Many currencies are universal but the financial and regulatory laws in countries are not; so people are using these principles to steal money, dodge the law and avoid paying tax. It also makes me wonder how much of this money has moved into crypto.

Has anyone else read it?
Interesting concept for writing book. Does author write about cryptocurrencies and its potential for recovering economy? I have seen such discussions related to idea of book on zerohedge that mainly criticizes current economic system and capitalism.
2616  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: About New MEW Interface Apps and The Old Ethereum Wallets! on: February 20, 2019, 04:43:20 PM
I think MEW has made a good upgrade, but to be honest I still like the old MEW, because for the new one I haven't been able to find the tokenethplorer to check the balance token.
Same for me. New user interface is more difficult to navigate around addresses and tokens. Old MEW was super easy than new one but it looks like there are no more options for going back.
2617  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Expert Opinion about the Crypto market 2019 on: February 20, 2019, 04:41:52 PM
ICObench is happy to announce a new interview with Edward W. Mandel for our weekly YouTube show "ICObench Top Experts"
https://youtu.be/U5Nkoj9LhxA?now
Nice to see experts talk about blockchain and its features. Making educational videos will help to grow crypto community and expert advices are welcome. One episode from interview attracted my attention: " I am not trader and i am more about hodler". Is his profession economy?
2618  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Will Coinbase Partner Google In The Future? on: February 20, 2019, 04:36:12 PM
Google won't buy coinbase, I think. They will re-innovate Google Wallet which will give them more cost saving and control.
IMO Google will not take such such decision for buying crypto service for a obvious reasons stated by forum members. Maybe they can create their own service for mentioned purposes but buying coinbase shouldn't be a priority for a big it company.  It will not happen without any help of states and this is not problem between companies.
2619  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Steemit is dead. Is there any better alternative? on: February 20, 2019, 01:11:43 PM
I looked on Google for results and most people think like you. If you are looking for alternative, do not know the projects that have the same system. But, if you want to ''write articles'', you can try the medium.
2620  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Another trap for ETH? on: February 20, 2019, 01:00:35 PM
There’s a great pump with ETH this week, but I think its not a strong pump that it will go dump again after having a short pump so don’t be too excited. The price of $200 will hit again by ETH but it will go through dumps also before that. So what’s your thoughts about the recent pump?
These depends on developments. If the market continues to increase at the same time, Ethereum's price may even increase. But, otherwise, your scenario will likely continue. Also, take care that Eth is not worthy of its present price.
