So, what do I need 2 do to get the information to the right people and avoid breaking the forum rules?
You have two options here to make your quest topic. The first one is Bounties (Altcoins), where there is a high chance to see insubstantial posts from bounty hunters. The second one is Service Discussion (Altcoins). The chance is quite low to see useless posts in that section. Service Discussion (Altcoins) is the most suitable place for the quest discussion between those two. The best thing would be to create a self-moderated thread and delete insubstantial posts for avoiding all kind of uncertain inconvenience. In that case, you (the quest topic creator) have to observe the replies of the topic on a regular basis.
2603  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Most Popular Crypto Casino & Sportsbook - Watford & UFC Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: January 31, 2022, 06:22:54 PM
Judging from the "Chat" it looks like people are winning a lot less and when they win it seems to be lower multipliers than usual. When I started at Stake, I won regularly with different "Seeds" .... but lately things are looking pretty bad.
Is this just me... or have other people noticed the same? (Do you think the RTP are less.. with all of this aggressive marketing going on?)
So, you are having a feeling like ‘Stake is manipulating the games’. Those are some general complaints. You will see similar type of talk in every casino chat. These complaints are more frequent in Stake as there are a lot of users. Some players are getting good multiplier too. I follow some Stake players on twitter (neither sponsors, nor high rollers) who post their big multiplier wins occasionally.

This wasn't reported - just part of my long overdue sweep of the first few pages of threads in Altcoin Discussion.
Does the moderator merge reported post? I have seen that you merged a lot of post in some topics of gambling section. Were those post reported by the forum members or you have done those randomly? As example: wintomato casino, Playbetr casino. All of the merged posts of PlayBetr weren't made in the same day by the OP. PlayBetr situation is somehow same like zasad@ case.

How the moderators are taking the real consecutive posts? I have reported about 8 consecutive posts which were made by the user Thunderpick here. I have reported on the 8th number post by adding a comment ”8 consecutive posts by newbie. Need to be merged”. The moderator has deleted my reported post only. And there is still 6 consecutive post in the topic which was made by the OP within an hour.

zasad@, don't consider it as a off-topic post. I'm curious about the matter and I want to know that why those actual consecutive posts weren't merged.

Stake.com has increased their daily race prizes to $100k from $10k! This is not a joke! I can't imagine how much profit Stake making everyday that they can take such decision. Nowadays, the number of online users always staying around 10k at Stake. I think it is a good move from Stake team. The prizes will be shared among the top 5k users everyday.

2607  Other / Meta / Re: Ninjastic.space - BitcoinTalk Post/Address archive + API on: January 31, 2022, 01:50:38 PM
No problem on Chrome. But the problem is occurring in Mozilla Firefox browser.

~snip~
Open the settings of Firefox browser. Then search with the keyword ‘certificate’ and disable “query ocsp responder servers to confirm the current validity of certificates”. Hopefully it will solve your problem.

It gives me the same error too, Secure Connection Failed, but only when I try to use the Tor browser (I think it's based on Firefox).
Error code: SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE
Do the same thing (which I have said above) on TOR browser settings. It will remove the error.

With 2 days left in week 1 and some big score on the leaderboards, if you are thinking it is too late to get in on the leaderboard promo, you are not correct.
The BitcoinTalk exclusive prizes are still very much up for grabs!
It is too late if anyone thinking to get in the top 5 of the leaderboard. But it won't be difficult to get in the bitcointalk exclusive prize list. I think it was a bad decision of me to enter in the contest on the 5th day. Now it seems like I'm not going to enter in the top 5 list. Perhaps, ‘panjul07’ is going to get the 1st place and ‘roycilik’ is going to get the second place in the overall leaderboard.

BTW, I have one confusion here. Why the ‘Current Activity’ of PlayBetr showing the bets of betcoin.ag players? I have a suggestion too. Try to add BEP-20 or TRC-20 network based USDT. The fee is quite high on ERC-20 network.
2609  Other / Meta / Re: Where to discuss a Quest with hidden prizes in altcoins and Bitcoin? on: January 30, 2022, 03:46:13 PM
This is not going to work like a normal giveaway where forum member posts their usernames/crypto address, isn't it? theymos said,

Most giveaway threads are no longer allowed in the Alternate cryptocurrencies sections. From now on, posting or replying to such threads could result in being banned. Existing threads will be locked.

Specifically, you are not allowed to give people any incentive to post insubstantial posts in your threads. You can't offer to pay people who post their addresses, usernames, etc. You can do giveaways off-site and link to the giveaway page in a thread, but you can't give people any bonus for replying to your thread.

Similar threads are already restricted to Games and Rounds in the non-altcoin sections, but the giveaway-related post volume is so high in the altcoin sections that I've decided to just ban them entirely here.

Where the quest will be given? If I'm not wrong then the Quest was posted outside of the forum and OP (quest_777) had updated it in his thread. However, there shouldn't be any problem if you are going to post the quest elements in your topic. Because, forum members aren't going to receive prizes by replying their usernames/address in the thread. And the chance is really low to see ‘insubstantial posts’ in that thread. It will only work as a discussion thread to reveal the quest. In that case, the altcoins quest (giveaway) thread will not break the above rules. Or I'm missing something here? You may run this in Service Announcements (Altcoins) or Service Discussion (Altcoins)

I think that I saw some gambling websites in Altcoins section that are not accepting Bitcoin, so that would be perfect place... I can't remember exact place, maybe there is Gambling in Altcoins thread.
Altcoins gambling site ANN threads are made in the ‘Service Announcements (Altcoins)’. As example: check this. There is no specific gambling board in altcoins section.
2610  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake.com retard support staff/ poor support SCAM on: January 29, 2022, 07:32:40 PM
I faced pretty similar issue like you in 2019. Someone got the access of my Stake account and set 2fa as well. The scene is different in your case, but the issue is pretty same. I had reached their email support to resolve the issue. I also created a topic in their forum support section (My stake account hacked!). Stake email support had asked me to provide some details to verify the ownership of my account.

I can see that they have asked similar questions to you as well. However, my issue was resolved without much difficulties. I had 7 conversations with their email support. I had provided them my account username, email address, current account balance, the address I used to make deposits, my public IP address. I had also provided some deposit screenshot which I made from my primedice account. I don't know why they are making it so difficult in your case even after providing some necessary information. Try to create a topic in Stake community about your problem.
2611  Economy / Gambling / Re: TwiceDice Casino | 110% Bonus | Accepts: BTC, ETH, USDT, DOGE, XRP, BCH, LTC on: January 29, 2022, 04:25:19 PM
Why everyone judge casino by KYC, should be from promotion, deposit and withdraw speed, platform interface, game and other things.
~snip~ they should have noticed that KYC is not something "taboo" these days because most casino has the right to request their players to complete KYC based on their official terms and conditions. I think they are just too worried about it but they do not know the fact because they never tried.
Actually, people try to judge the crypto casino by the terms of KYC. Because, most of them consider crypto casino as an anonymous betting platform. This belief was true in the past, but it has been changed now for the regulation of crypto casino gambling license. I have made a list here: Information of Crypto Casinos License and KYC requirements. Currently there are 42 casinos in the list including TwiceDice casino. Only 3 casinos don't have KYC policy among those 42 casinos. However, TwiceDice have gambling License and they reserve the right to ask for KYC verification to their users (based on the terms).

BTW, I agree with both of you. Bettors should judge a casino by the promotions, speed of withdrawals, availability of support team, not by the KYC. Real gamblers judge a casino by those factors. Non gamblers worries much about the KYC. We should remember that KYC isn't a mandatory thing yet.

There is more chance for the final to happen between Australia and India. In today's match India will win, as of now Bangladesh have lost 6 wickets scoring 50 runs. This time the winning has moved towards the second batting team, because Bangladesh doesn't look like scoring 100+ runs.
Somehow Bangladeshi U19 has managed to score above 100 runs. After the end of 33 overs they have collected 103 runs by losing 7 wickets. The players have also performed in the same way in the first match against England U19 and lost the game. Indian U19 team is very strong now. They have won all of their group stage matches without any doubt. Probably they will win the match today easily.

That's correction from Stake, means the first code contains the wrong amount and the new code give you additional amount to fill the missing amount in the 1st code.
So basically it is not a bonus for a specific event, just a correction amount.
Yes it is not the first time, it has happened several times already and it shows the honesty from Stake to their players.
Normally it should work in the way as you described. The same thing happened in the past. The updated link had given the missing amount during then, but ‘Dewi Aries’ saying that he got double amount. No one will receive $13 bonus two times from the weekly boost with only $3k wager. I have claimed my bonus just now and received the amount what I should get for my wager & VIP rank.

People who were lucky enough to claim the old code in the first minutes basically had a double bonus this week. Around 500000$ were claimed already when they deactivated the first code, lol.
In that case Steve and Eddie has made a worth mistake today Cheesy. Stake players eagerly wait for the weekly boost link and most of them are too fast to claim it. A short duration mistake cost them $500k! Where you got this information? From the live stream of Eddie?

What about WinDice? WinDice is an old casino, but their representative doesn't stay active in the forum. Their live support has confirmed that min withdrawal amount is $15 in BTC, plus the withdrawal fee. However, it will be better to wait for the reply of WinDice representative in their ANN thread.

An old casino (Thunderpick) has created their ANN thread in bitcointalk forum recently. They are new to the forum, but old in the crypto gambling industry. Don't hesitate to check them out. They have 12 EURO min withdrawal limit for Bitcoin, and they don't charge any withdrawal fee.
2615  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: January 28, 2022, 06:48:15 PM
That bet probably was lost for many people, I feel like many people probably wagered on Brazil yesterday and they lost. It happens, it's football, sometimes you end up losing games and you just have to get up and continue like nothing happened.
There is really nothing that could be expected in football when the results are like this, but we could martingale out of it, next Brazil game will probably be a win.
Brazil is the most favourite team of the South American group. They have won the first 9 matches of world cup qualification. But Brazil made 3 draws out of their last 5 matches. Which wasn't expected from most of the bettors. It was normal to wager on Brazil as they are performing very well. I had placed a small bet on them as well. Brazil will play their next match against Paraguay. Perhaps, Brazil will win the match as Paraguay is a weak team.

@Thunderpick, kindly avoid making the consecutive posts. It could be considered as spam. You can quote all of the replies together and give reply to everyone in a single post. BTW, welcome to the forum. I'm familiar with the name of Thunderpick casino/bookie as I have seen some reviews of the casino at some review making sites. Anyway, why it took so long to show interest in bitcointalk forum while you were aware of this community? You had asked for some suggestions from the forum members in 2019.

Hey, I appreciate your effort. But you are breaking the rules of the forum -

To be specific, I'm referring to "Post in this thread for free x". That belongs in Games and Rounds. Though it isn't limited to that, in general you shouldn't be giving people incentives to post in your thread, it's disruptive to actual discussion.

You should create a different topic in Services and tell the users to leave their feedback/experience on that topic. Then update the link of the feedback thread in your original post of this topic by mentioning this “see our user feedback here”. There wouldn't be any problem if the users were sharing their experience here without expecting the $2 reward from you.

About the KYC policy, should we rely on the message of support? We have to accept the ‘Terms & Conditions’ during registration, and identity verification requirement is mentioned in the terms page. Do you believe that the support message will work as a reference of ‘No KYC’ while identity verification requirement is mentioned in the terms? I have also asked their support and they said

The whole thing isn't clear from my side yet. In your review, you have said that
Quote
Bets.io does not accept any fiat currency, which can create a feeling that KYC is not a necessary thing, but this is not true.
Indeed, this isn't true. There are many popular crypto casino where fiat currencies deposits/withdrawals aren't available. But they still asks for the KYC verification. Bets.io says KYC policy won't be applied, but they have gambling license and a dedicated page for KYC policy: https://www.bets.io/help/casino/kyc-policy

Thanks for adding the comment section in your site. I have shared some opinions in Stake and BCgames review. Hopefully you have read my comments. I'm expecting that you will revisit each casino and revised your review on time to time.

Any idea about how much participant usually get from this weekly contest in the PD's forum? Prizepool is $800 only and there are more than 80+ entries already while there are still 5 days remaining. I think there will be at least 200 entries by the end of the contest. ~snip~
It depends on the number of participants. There could be 150 to 190 entries entries in the current round. In that case the prize pool would be $550. As a result, the rewards will stay between $3 to $4 for each participant. Even, the reward isn't going to be bigger than $4 if the number of participants reach above 200. I had completed the weekly challenges few many times before and received something between $3.5 to $6 from different rounds. There is no fixed usual reward amount. You will see a big number of participants if the challenge is easy. And it makes the reward amount smaller.

West Indies didn't perform well in the previous few series. But they are doing very well against England in their home ground now. Probably this series isn't going to be easy for team India. However, India may get some advantages in their home conditions. The T20 series will be played in Eden Gardens, Kolkata. The boundaries are big in Eden Gardens, but it's a bit good for batsman. Indian team management should have kept Bumrah in the squad of T20 series. It would make their bowling lineup more stronger. Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Axar Patel may show some good bowling figure. Anyway, India has won the both T20 and ODI series when West Indies visited in India for the last time.
