The service is really good if only OP or any of their forum representative is actively engaging in the community and in their social media channels, if any.

But to be honest, I have never seen a gambling site here that started with the help or assistance from a related service that OP is offering so we can conclude that no one shows interest in that since then.
2622  Other / Off-topic / Re: Sorare.... are you in it or do you find it to expensive on: September 11, 2021, 01:40:28 PM
Is there any gambling-related feature on that "Sorare"?

Not familiar with it. Checking the site, it's a fantasy game and like the usual competition here, it will be on tournament on mode without gambling. It's not a gambling site but more on playing with digital cards. Maybe close to NFT cards collections.

Or maybe I just didn't check the gambling feature of it?
2623  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why Ethereum keep rising while Bitcoin on a stable mode on: September 11, 2021, 09:28:17 AM
Those growths are normal and expected to happen especially if we take Ethereum as an example of one of the top-performing altcoins.

Just look at over a week since this thread is created. No altcoins season happened but a usual growth on some coins. There's no reason for their recent price increase, just a usual hype, and consistency in the market.
2624  Other / Off-topic / Re: Corruption and Sports on: September 11, 2021, 09:18:08 AM
In sports, I believe many players are into dirty game by making a fixed matches, corruption can’t be stop and this would be always in favor to the house and private investors, sports are already corrupted.

Not a player themselves but mostly the officiating is the problem in sports.

It's hard for players to participate in such activities because their career is at stake and in danger. In a fixed game match, most cases are done with the cooperation of officials. They can control easily the game compare to players.

Hard to do a fixed game if there's no involvement of officiating officials and only players will do the job.

The past performance can't guarantee future results but if there's a sequence anyone is referring to as their foundation to their next strategy then it's good to use those rather than speculating with no fundamental support.

There are lots of sequences that anyone already noticed during years of monitoring the market.

Now up to us how we looked at the market situation and create a certain strategy for it.
2626  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: September 11, 2021, 08:17:23 AM
Gasol didn't perform well after being traded to Lakers

Playing time plays a big role. I don't know what happened but his average stats didn't improved nor maintain because of lack of playing time given to him.

Now that he's back and with his old uniform, hopefully we will see him playing at his best, though he's already past prime his prime, but his good knowledge playing this game may add up with the young Ja and Brooks. Together with Adams, Memphis can try to work it out using these twin towers. Knowing Gasol, he can play as power forward and even set up good plays for Morant, giving this young super star a much easier job.

He is expected not to play and will be waived by Memphis. We might not see him again wearing an NBA jersey as he's now also entering the retirement period.

As pointed above, he likely wants to stay in Spain with his family. His future basketball plans aren't clear yet. Maybe personal reasons as he can still play.
2627  Economy / Economics / Re: Where to invest my 10,000 USD on: September 11, 2021, 08:11:43 AM
If I have $10,000, I will diversify into:

$5,000 = Bitcoin for long-term hold
$3,000 = NFT games, altcoins
$2,000 = Business

On what NFT games or altcoins, I won't suggest because we have different DYOR skills and portfolio lists. Putting $5,000 on Bitcoin is already a secured deal, at least. For $2,000 on business, try to collab on some of your closed ones and have a brainstorming on what's the best business out there to try. You can do it solo but it needs more dedication and time.
2628  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Casimero Bantamweight Unification Fight on: September 11, 2021, 08:00:33 AM
Casimero though he talks a lot but he is not all talk, the way he fights in the ring, you can see his aggressiveness, so he is really willing to give a good fight to the fans, that's why fans admired him.

He should. It's a disgrace if he is just full of talks. Aggressiveness is good but not a good tactic against Naoya Inoue. This guy is far different from Casimero's previous match that's why don't talk first but proved it to the ring.

As I read some news, the fight has a higher chance to happened to compare involving Donaire. Maybe Donaire should just allow those two to fight first before entering the scene. Donaire's fight against either Casimero or Inoue will soon happen so he just need to wait.
2629  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING: Skill-based vs. Chance-based on: September 11, 2021, 07:53:38 AM
I think it all depends on people choices. Different people have the one that works for them. Employed or busy people would mostly prefer the chance-based game than the Skill-based. Prolly because they won’t be able to draft out time to learn the basis of skill-based games, how it works and maybe the new updates on that type of skill-based games. So they will always prefer the Chance-based games. Because in Chance -based games, your decision making prowess may only determine the outcome of the Bet but I don’t think it will determine whether you will win or lose. The part of you winning or losing is based on chance and it’s done by the machine. But I think Skill-based is better but if you can master the skills and techniques used in winning games, the you will surely have more win percent.

I agree that it all depends on people's choices but time is not a problem there. I don't see any connection that busy people will mostly prefer chance-based games. What's the advantage?

The choice will depend on how far that person is knowledgeable in a specific type of game whether it's luck-based or skill-based. Even how busy people are if they know how to play that specific skill-based game, they will choose to play on it. Or if some time that they don't feel playing at those, then they will switch to luck-based games.
2630  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: September 11, 2021, 07:43:49 AM
Are we really short of talent to worry about players choosing to play abroad? Let's accept the fact that PBA and its sponsors couldn't match every offer made by wealthier leagues in other countries even if they increase salary caps. So what else could be done? They could at least improve the support for locally organized leagues and expand their scouting for players with potential. I believe we have still many talented players wasted because they were unnoticed. They couldn't attend prestigious schools, where most players are discovered, due to lack of finances.

You are right.

As I said above, I'm not that worried if some players choose to play abroad because not all are granted to have that. We still have many more PBA players that prefer to stay in the league because they don't have any offers to play abroad.

If we saw some superstars of PBA teams is making such transfers abroad, then we can call it alarming. For now, we shouldn't worry.
2631  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do not make curiosity to people around you while you are playing gambling. on: September 11, 2021, 07:37:44 AM
but on the other hand, if we live in a country that still legalizes gambling, I think things like this will be difficult to contain because sooner or later children in their teens will definitely be able to find out about this even if it is covered up.

That's correct. There's no stopping it. Children aren't that dumb enough not to learn to gamble while they grow up. It's impossible that these guys will not encounter it while they are doing social life with the community while growing up. Gambling ads are everywhere. Even here in the forum, if they like to learn crypto, not only crypto they will learn here but they will also meet the gambling section. And there are many more ways to encounter gambling.

Trust our children instead. Gave them a good talk if something not right is happening. I will even tell them that I'm a gambler too. Smiley
2632  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Casimero Bantamweight Unification Fight on: September 10, 2021, 11:59:04 PM
We don't have to be scared because Casimero himself understood the risk and he is confident that he has the power to beat and survive against Inoue. If Donaire were able to survive against Inoue, I have no doubt that Casimero can do better.

After all, their bout is already done deal before but just cancelled. Casimero is already ready for the bout and more inspired as a challenger since just thinking what will he received if win, he will be pumped up.

I agree too that Donaire, even a veteran now, survived and was able to make Inoue struggling. Casimero is currently on prime. He can take those strong body shots. He just needs to train more which is obvious he is currently doing right now.
2633  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: September 10, 2021, 11:53:03 PM
This is a very serious problem for the PBA indeed and they must act before it is too late (just don't know how lol).

I think can't consider as a big problem for now. Only talented ones are those given opportunities.

But if we are seeing PBA players, with a performance like Rich Alvarez, Kelly Nabong, being signed by other leagues in another country, that was now alarming because even showing no improvements in PBA, they are still being signed and consider lol.

2635  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Uk most deprived areas have the Highest number of gambling outlets. on: September 07, 2021, 12:38:15 AM
it's all about how they would save more money or increase their profit margin since the rental fees on their might be cheaper compared to the most crowded places in the city. But it's the government's final decision if they really want these gambling outlets to change areas or they just let it be.

It's not about rental or cheap fees. It's non-sense to choose a location where they can save or pay cheap fees if there's no expectation of getting good customers out there. Fees are nothing, even how high it is they can afford it if these casinos or gambling outlets are getting more revenue day by day.

We can say that's one of the factors why owners choose a deprived area but it's technically, it's more of the big revenue they can get stationing there. Lots of customers to attract there.
2636  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do not make curiosity to people around you while you are playing gambling. on: September 07, 2021, 12:16:59 AM
You can play gambling, especially if you play online gambling but we never know if what we did in gambling can attract people beside us to follow us playing gambling without knowing. Always look around you before you spend your free time playing gambling and not making others curious about what you did.

Why should we bother about it? Do you mean we will need to adjust for everybody? No way. I will play regardless of who's around me even in front of my child that because the better they are aware, the more they will be informed and understand what's gambling is all about.

It's not that I'm not responsible but I can talk to my child or some of my friends about what I'm doing. It's good for me that I am always open to my close ones and not limiting the information they need to know.

Ben Wallace went from undrafted to Hall of Fame
A long read but for me, it's worth it.
Quote
At 6-foot-9 and a chiseled 240 pounds, Wallace in 2002 joined Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Bill Walton and Hakeem Olajuwon as the only players to lead the NBA in rebounding and blocks in the same season (since done by Dwight Howard too). He and Dikembe Mutombo are the only four-time winners of the Defensive Player of the Year award. And Wallace was a four-time All-Star – the only undrafted guy to start an All-Star Game, in fact – as well as a five-time All-NBA selection and six-time All-Defensive pick.
One of the players that I look up to. A small center at 6'9 but jumps like there are springs in his feet. Even if you are at the three point line on act of shooting he will run from the half circle to you just to mess with your shot or at good times, block it.
I watched how the Wallace's (Rasheed and Ben not brothers) put a wall in the painted area giving every opponent a hard time to make a drive. Add-in the long reach of Tayshaun Prince which defense is at high level too. Don't forget about RIP and Chauncey.
How I miss those times when teams won with basketball basics and high level of defense.

The team that destroys a known championship-caliber team. They are not expected to win even at the ECF.

The time where big men are dominating the paint and not just relying on 3 points areas. Defense is also the best strategy during that time.

Detroit Pistons is one of the teams that prove that.
2638  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I wonder how bots works on first launchs on: September 06, 2021, 11:48:48 PM
Hello Guys. I really wonder how sniper bots works and are they really useful ? Is there anyone who tried or using it? I dont know is the right thing to ask but i really wonder.

Not tried using it but they are really useful.

The downside is, it was considered an unfair tool for those who are not using it, especially when there's a sale that only has limited slots and availability. I was well prepared back then in a sale event but bots kill that. Only in a matter of 2-3 seconds, everything is sold which is not possible if it is done manually.
2639  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Uk most deprived areas have the Highest number of gambling outlets. on: September 06, 2021, 11:40:59 PM
Gambling owners see the great revenue they are getting from deprived areas.

It's easy to attract people here compare to urban and well-developed areas.

Can't believed that more people here have money to spare even they are in deprived areas. This means people are not totally poor but above average and living in a standards form of lifestyle.
2640  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Spain bans betting adds - no celebrities, no sport sponsorship, no daytime adds on: September 06, 2021, 11:33:42 PM
You were not aware of that? 1xbet is sponsoring big events and big teams in many sports, so I don't think it's a scam anymore if it used to be one. 1xbit officially denies to belong to 1xbet or to be related to it, so it seems 1xbet is taking care of its image and its reputation now. But if you have evidences showing it's a scam you should share them here.

Agree with that. The site is so far seen doing its best to change its reputation. Not siding with the site but it now depends on us if we will try their service or not.

The Spanish government shouldn't make half-and-half regulations if it wants to eliminate gambling, isn't it more complete to legalize gambling than to limit advertising regulations that are only intended for a few related institutions.

It's not that they want to eliminate gambling, it's crazy as they are profiting from it and Spain is one of the gambling-friendly countries.

Let's see what will be the result of the regulation they made. If it's positive or negative, only time will tell.
