2641  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your experience with bitcoin in 2022 and your expectations come 2023. on: December 29, 2022, 09:55:31 AM
I expect a bearish start to 2023 and anticipate its bull at the middle of the year but regardless I am holding hard this time. At least 2022 has thought me few lessons
Anyone can be right or wrong about the imminent prediction of bitcoin price in short time period, but if I should guess one, I think next year would be for bulls at the start. See the price of bitcoin now, very low, no bad news for now and if it continues, good news will follow. MicroStrategy sold some bitcoin yesterday and the price fall a little but as altcoins suffer most, the price of bitcoin is still low, it can not fall below $15500 that he fall to the last time which was the lowest price, the market is kind of not bullsih for now, but I think next year will be surprising when the bull run that may get bitcoin to over $30000 begins.
2642  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to properly store seed phrase during inspection? on: December 29, 2022, 09:45:10 AM
You can also use something like a QR code to make it impossible to read unless you use certain software or try to hide it in plain sight like written down on something super tiny in your vehicle user manual or something. Sometimes hidden in plain sight might be a better solution when dealing with the authorities because they're not looking for the normal stuff. They're looking for something out of the ordinary.
The easiest way to put down a seed phrase would be to write it down, I can not use pencil or pen to write down seed phrase using QR code, which would be the reason I will not recommend it, also because it can fade with time. I will not even be convenient to have the seed phrase on QR code at all, unlike just having it on paper. Having passphrase with it will be better.
2643  Economy / Gambling / Re: What else should an established crypto casino add? on: December 29, 2022, 09:38:57 AM
You cannot expect good for all odds, some are better, some are just good enough. It’s for you to decide anyway. However, I also believe that bonuses and promotions are useless after all when the site alone is not reputable. Gone are those days where players are only after with the latest bonuses and promotions, gamblers today are more on having fair play games in which they can really tell that those games are not rigged and the casino site alone is also trustworthy and reputable.
Bonus and promotions are not useless, I always see it enjoyable to register on a gambling site and I am given up to 100/% bonus, I have used some sites before that if you win the match taken or the game played, the bonus and the winning are going to be given. But on some gambling sites, only the winning would be given. I like promotions too.

Since i have known Litecoin it always have a low fees, and i was wondering what makes Litecoin to be different from other coins that i know that during their withdrawal it fees always, be quiet expensive but if you are withdrawing with Litecoin it just be good from the way I'm seeing it. Because i do understand the way of coins, i want to know if the technology of Litecoin is different from other altcoins that charge
It depends on the casino, I mean the coins that are listed on the casino, there are many good coins with low withdraw fee too, but litecoin is only different because it has more utility.
2644  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cashless Gambling, your thought? on: December 29, 2022, 07:36:28 AM
So what do you think about this cashless gambling, is this another breakthrough of the gambling industry or just a way of the government to track their citizen and earn from the gambling establishment.
I was expecting the reason the government wanted cashless gambling to be for minors to stay away from gambling, but the focus is on tax, although it is said to be a way to bring more clarity to transactions or so which means it would help in both, but why has it failed in Southern Wales? This may result to other ways citizens will go into more illegal gambling and unlicensed gambling which are probably not from their country. I do not think they should think too much about tax if at least they are still making more profit from gambling through tax and they can find other means to make the tax effective and unavoidable through other payment means.
2645  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the motives that drive you to gamble? on: December 28, 2022, 07:36:54 PM
Gambling should be for fun, but addiction is certain for some gamblers, the best is to just have control over it, just spend the amount of money you can afford to lose on gambling and you will enjoy it. Gambling is good when it is for fun, but bad when you are addicted by either spending too much time and money on it. I will advice you to try as much as possible to not be addicted.
2646  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Lesson learned in 2022 for crypto investment and would not repeat in 2023 on: December 28, 2022, 12:59:37 PM
After the rain, what would happen? It is that the sun will shine. The weather can never be the same all through the year, that is how bitcoin price is. If the price has suffered a massive price drop, what would happen next? You should be expecting the bull market next. But in 2023, I am expecting both bull and bear market while 2024 will be most for bulls. Which means that it would be best to use 2023 to DCA or to accumulate more bitcoins for the coming year.
2647  Economy / Trading Discussion / Tutored or you learned how to trade? on: December 28, 2022, 07:44:10 AM
For newbie traders to learn.

I want to have a broader knowledge about this because I do not want to be discussing partially about what I did when I wanted to learn crypto trading.

First thing first, this is what I did.
I learn trading myself, using articles and videos from trading sites. It was fun for me because I like to learn if it is about what could earn me money.

After learning trading, I trade. I learn derivative trading as well. But what later happened was that I was losing. I do lost in gambling since 2014 until I had control over it, gambling took money from me, but I had more money in 2019 and trading has taking more from me until I gained more experience about what trading is before my losses reduced and profit increases.

How about you people that had a tutor, were you able to be taught in a way you do not lose in the beginning? I only started to make profit some months ago and till now though, but I lost for almost 2 to 3 years. Maybe tutoring can help to avoid losses?
2648  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day/Swing Trading - Trainer or Tutor or other suggesting on: December 28, 2022, 07:32:05 AM
And after you tried, you can still continue to learn on other sources, paid or non paid, much better for me if you want to save money, go try self learning.
Looking for tutor can just be a waste of time or what is not needed. If the tutor is not a kind of good person, he will only teach the person little part of trading and encourage him to join his signal group or to do other means he can see more money from the learner. But a good tutor can give good advice too, it depends on the tutor. I learn trading myself and I understand what it is, the trading site guides and videos were even enough for me to learn how to trade. I did not use demo, after reading the article and videos that the trading site provided, I deposited small amount of money and used $11 to trade and the experience began that time.
2649  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your experience with bitcoin in 2022 and your expectations come 2023. on: December 28, 2022, 07:21:09 AM
As we head towards the new year, 2022 has been a rough year for Bitcoiners with so many ups and downs in the blockchain space.
It is not a rough year at all, it is a year that some people that have not  invested will rethink and think more towards investing because some people might have already be thinking before that bitcoin price is too high already, but because the price decrease, they are encouraged to invest and more people will have bitcoin.

Do you think there could be  a shock come 2023 in the bitcoin price and the general Crypto market at large. This shock could be positive or otherwise. Say your opinion on your expectations for bitcoin come 2023.
All what I am expecting are positive news, I am expecting bitcoin price not to fall below $15500 again.
2650  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to win gambling? on: December 27, 2022, 04:15:47 PM
It is important to understand that gambling is a form of entertainment and not a way to make money. The outcome of any gambling activity is determined by chance, and it is not possible to predict with certainty what will happen in any given situation. There is no sure-fire way to win at gambling, and it is not advisable to try to do so.
Gambling should be taken for entertainment and should not be taken for a way to make money, the probability to win while gambling is low as a result of house hedge which makes gambling sites to make money from customers. Gambling should just be for fun and nothing more, not a way to look for money.

However, there are a few things you can do to increase your chances of having a good time while gambling:

Set a budget: It is important to decide how much money you are willing to spend on gambling in advance and stick to that budget. This can help you avoid overspending or getting carried away.
On a prediction site that I saw some years ago, 1% of your monthly income is enough for gambling was the suggestion, but I take it up to 5% and can never be more than that. I do not care if I lose it or win more. I do not like to lose though, but if I lose, it will not affect me in anyway.

Choose your games wisely: Some games have a higher house edge than others, which means that the casino or other gambling establishment has a greater advantage. Choose games that have a lower house edge, such as blackjack or craps, if you want to increase your chances of winning.
Why?

I only just go for the ones that I can play and that I have fun while playing.
2651  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: December 26, 2022, 07:58:21 PM
It seems that in this match Arsenal do not want to concede points and they will appear in full to secure three points and widen their distance even further from Man city. On the other hand, Arsenal must also be wary of Michael Antonio and Lucas Paqueta, both of whom are quite troublesome players for Arsenal's defense.
When Gabriel Jesus was playing for Arsenal, I so much like the club, but in world cup he had injury, I hope this will not affect Arsenal. The match remain just 4 minutes more to start, West Ham is one of the clubs I do fear that could take down any strong club surprisingly, but let us see what would happen in this match, I still go for Arsenal, it is their home and I am still expecting the club to win.
2652  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day/Swing Trading - Trainer or Tutor or other suggesting on: December 26, 2022, 06:17:52 AM
Are online courses necessary for crypto trading? I did not went through anyone courses, all that I did was that I used the trading guide or articles that were provided buy the exchanges that I was using at the time.

HitBTC is not recommended because of too high fee and many freezing of accounts that people complained about, but I used some of their trading guide until I moved to Binance. You can use Binance trading guides for everything and just use like $11 to learn it.

I will advice you to forget about anything like demo account, use like $11 to learn.
2653  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who is to blame on: December 25, 2022, 09:24:02 PM
It's really not a big deal for me to comply and follow the KYC requirements as long as the site involved reaches the status of being reputable.

Not that they will just use our personal details for something crap reasons or something. They are regulated.

We already exposed our personal details to some third-party sites. How come we can't afford to risks on reputable gambling sites?*

*only if mandatory
The gambling sites that I like are now all demanding for KYC, the ones that I know this year that I like also all demanded for KYC. Almost all crypto gambling sites are demanding for KYC now, many people have no option because the ones that do not require KYC are not well regulated, some are not even licensed.

But KYC is truly dangerous, especially to sell or expose our data info to third parties which should be what we should avoid because crypto transactions are not reversible and can be hard to trade. This pose a threat to crypto gambling users. If I have an option, I will just prefer no KYC exchanges.
2654  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Please Suggest Some Free Crypto Trading Signals on: December 25, 2022, 09:02:36 PM
That’s the purpose of this thread, though for sure not everyone here is relying that much on any trading signal since many knows the risk of it. I will never join any signal group, this is not worth it and I’d rather spend my time learning how to trade properly than to ask for any signal. I also don’t know if they are making profit with their signal group because if they do, then we should already know the top signal group.
I believe it is now common that it is foolishness not to learn trading at all and depending on signals, people should have known that people are not looking for a way others can have money, only what people know is their own pocket when it comes to trading. Trading is risky and after the signal providers are paid, it is likely the newbie traders will lose or gain, but one thing is certain, the trader is a newbie, the overall net profit would be at the loss side.
2655  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hi i been doing binance futures for quite long time here is my idea on: December 25, 2022, 08:54:34 PM
Here is my idea i create my Telegram chat group where we can trade together like team.
Most likely it is just the beginning of a way to scam people to buy signals.

I been doing binance futures for quite long time.
And i do btc analysis aswell but recently btc price quite stalled sideways.
What is the meaning of this? You do Binance futures, but is there nothing like weekly, biweekly, quarterly and perpetual trading with BTCUSDT on Binance?

The idea will be Like patronage when members can donate after successful trade or If they did learn something new.
Trading should not be for patronage, teach if you want to. I do not believe in anything like signal and copy trading, I believe in trading myself because newbies will remain to be newbies and will lose if they do not learn, have knowledge and grow experience.
2656  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Licenses and Casino reputation on: December 25, 2022, 08:44:37 PM
Even some casinos have licenses, they're not exempted of being a scam. Especially those that have tokens and investment options like putting it on their bankroll.
It is better to follow a trustworthy casinos, I have some trustworthy ones that I do follow. Or going for a better one on this forum, there has been many new trustworthy casinos and other gambling sites on this forum, but you will know how good they would be when they start, especially through signature campaign. Example is livecasino that started this year, it was clear that they are going to be a good casino and not a surprise anymore when the casino has been a good online casino.

The truth is that to obtain a license is not easy, but that should not be the only the criteria to choose a gambling site, you should make further research about the casino, especially of the customers that have complained on social media, forums and rating sites about the gambling site, how the issues are solved and if it is worth it to trust and use the gambling site.

Like me, the first thing I do check about gambling site is their license, if not having a license, I am not using.
2657  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin December price on: December 25, 2022, 08:34:38 PM
I don't know, for the past few months, to be honest, I haven't done real research for bitcoin when looking at the current candlechart because my focus is still on buying every week and I open bitcoin when I only buy DCA (once a week) Grin
You are not following the wrong step, it is the right and correct one, the price of bitcoin has reduced significantly, the next is price increase that we are expecting as we are leaving the bear period gradually but not yet visibly.

But it is good to still learn the chart to know when DCA can be very good to use, especially not advisable when bitcoin price has reached a significant high price, but it will not be new for those that have known the chart history though and you may be one of them.

I'm trying very hard and will try to maintain that until the end of 2023, and that is my plan. I don't have too much time to check the market often so I choose DCA monthly, no matter what bitcoin price, as long as we are still in bear season and bitcoin price is still down compared to bitcoin ATH price. I am not sure how much profit I will make because no one can predict the price of bitcoin, but I hope my economy will be better in the future, I believe in bitcoin.
No doubt in that, DCA is a good strategy for holders and it helps against spending more time on making different analyses. I too believe DCA strategy this time will pay very well and it would be of high profit by 2024/2025.
2658  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin survived the Christmas market pressure on: December 25, 2022, 08:28:13 PM
This year Bitcoin price is stabilized at around 16,000 + which is a good resistant level and a benchmark that represents previous years' bullish all-time high price.
This is true, bitcoin falled to $15500 and increased back above $16000 like two times or so, the price later increased above $18000 and decreased back to become less volatile around $16600 and $16800.

Is this an indication of the bullish market in the year 2023 where Bitcoin will break 20,000 in the early weeks of the year?
What I guess is that bitcoin will surely break $20000 in the first quarter of 2023 but it could take a gradual steady process and may not be the first week of 2023, though I am not in haste for it.
2659  Economy / Gambling / Re: making 500-1000usd daily in poker must read i need a partner! on: December 25, 2022, 08:20:46 PM
My question is what if you someone fund you and you play porker at last it happens that you lost what would be your benefit and how do you pay such person back because is likely to be borrowing money from someone maybe after you win then you pay back.
That is still one part of the questions. The first question should be:

How is the person that bankroll him be able to track him? I believe it would be in a way if anyone give him money to play bet, the person may not be able to trace him if he lost it.

What if it is just a scam? I also can come online to look for a foolish person that can be scammed this way.

Most probably that he is going to lose the money which is the reason he came here on this forum so I believe he has lost money to gambling very well.
2660  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Licenses and Casino reputation on: December 25, 2022, 04:16:11 PM
If you have a casino and it is licensed, it only means that the casino has been tested and meets the requirements to give a casino a license. A scam casino would most likely not be able to meet the requirements.

What are the other common licenses & how they can help the gambler when a gambler faces issues with the casino; especially when the gambler gets robbed/scammed by the casino? It's something I guess we all should be aware of; I believe most of us don't know at all.
What I know is that you should use a trustworthy casino. If a casino is not located in your country, the more the money that would be used to file a law suit against them.

What people are doing most are to post what the casino did on their social media and forums for people to avoid the casino.
