2641  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In Gambling any one got cheated by house? on: December 18, 2015, 09:00:30 AM
It depends.  Are we talking about scam Casino sites which only purpose is to grab your deposit and run away.
Or are we talking about services with more elaborate methods of tinkering with the deposits or changing outcome of the bets?
First scenario is rather simply to tell and clear but second is something you will have to provide serious proofs.
2642  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: when your out of btc on: December 17, 2015, 01:47:53 PM
For me, gambling is just a game.
You must play it right.
If you have the money to gamble then try to limit and just do it for fun.
Never let yourself to get so addicted.
The problem with gambling is - you can't play it right, you will lose anyway, sooner or later, you usually just gable away and hope for the best results.
Addiction is whole different story, it is not easy to say 'stop' if your judgement is already clouded even if that would be the best thing to do.
2643  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In Gambling, Money is not everything on: December 17, 2015, 01:08:42 PM
In gambling money may be not everything for everyone, but gambling without money is nothing.
I wonder how many of you would still visit gambling sites if you could only play with test coins without the ability to profit from it? I guess 5%?
2644  Economy / Gambling / Re: Can gambling sites deduct amounts in my account? on: December 17, 2015, 01:05:41 PM

Been playing with dice for a bout a week now and won few. I was wondering if gambling site can deduct some bitcoins in our accounts if they intend to. Can they?
The money your have deposited in online storage: say Casino, online bitcoin exchange or bank are not truly yours. To own it fully you have to store them on your machine, and have direct access to your private keys.

But that aside if deposit coins in a Casino with good history of being honest then chances they will tinker with your deposit are slim or non existent.
2645  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is there any job/business which makes more profit or loss quicker than Gambling on: December 17, 2015, 12:54:50 PM
Gambling is dreamed for sudden change in life.
We hear many people are making quicker profits or losses and making their life better or worst. Just a curiosity, is there any other job or business in this world which is more fruitful or dangerous than gambling.
Of course there are many jobs or businesses more dangerous that gambling. But question is - are we talking about legal or illegal stuff here?
Omitting illegal activities you can earn probably the same amount, or higher (depends on your bankroll) from investing (and it is not so different from gambling) or trading bitcoins or altcoins.
If you have initial budget to start some real life activities you can establish a successful company etc. But nothing is more profitable than gambling - but you have to had amazing luck for it.
2646  Economy / Gambling / Re: Most Popular Bitcoin Casino Slots on: December 17, 2015, 12:48:58 PM
Definitly try Fortune Slot by Fortune Jack, very professionally designed slots & good slot experience overall.
If you are looking for more 'classic' design of slots then probably CoinRoyale will be good option too, they have some nice old school looking slot game.

2648  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting on sport = gambling? on: December 16, 2015, 07:57:02 AM
Of course sport betting it is gambling. Every activity where you bet your money and you don't know the outcome is gambling.
If you could win everytime while betting on sports events then it wouldn't be - but as you can't  predict the winner then it is gambling.
2649  Economy / Gambling / Re: If Mayweather made a comeback, would you bet on it? on: December 16, 2015, 07:17:13 AM
It depends on who will be his opponent. I have respect for Mayweather, but his time might be over. I saw similar situation with a lot of old fighters.
They go back, the hype about the fight is huge and then fighter from younger generation takes them out.
2650  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: when your out of btc on: December 16, 2015, 07:09:05 AM
First, we need to understand that not all gamblers are addicted. Nowadays you are probably more 'addicted' to your smartphone than to your gambling habits.
And if you are addicted you judgement is clouded, most pro gamblers know that. If you gamble and disregard this fact that mean you are just an addict and not a pro.

Gambling is evil But you people will never learn .

Rollin is rigged infact all gambling sites are rigged . Cool

So you think every casino out there finally found a way to cheat provably fair system? Don't try to excuse your bad luck and lost bets.
If you can't afford to lose money, don't start your gambling session in the first place. It is your fault that you lost. Excuses won't help you.
2652  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling sites that provide Btc, dogecoin, Ltc on: December 15, 2015, 06:58:03 AM
-snip-
Fortune jack is nice their minimum vet with ltc is 10, but they dont have minimum bet button. So that was a little annoying. Good luck man.
Also FortuneJack is one of the biggest and most reputable places which accepts altcoins and not only Lite and Doge but also many more.
Full list of accepted coins: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Claim, Novacoin, Dash, Peercoin, Namecoin, Reddcoin and Monero.
2653  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Investments on: December 15, 2015, 06:46:46 AM
Buying an ebook can be a good investment too. Learning how altcoin trading can be the best skills you'll ever have since you guys are also into crypto so you might as well learn these stuff. check this out, I'm currently reader it.

Well, if some book will be able teach you how to make money in an effective way I believe it will be the global bestseller in no time.
And if author of this book can turn 0.01 BTC into 10 BTC in 2 Days why still bother with selling this book? I would be very careful around altcoins, sometimes gambling is better that trading alts.
2654  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2015-12-12] Sure Bitcoin Companies Exempt from Regulation in North Carolina on: December 15, 2015, 06:39:12 AM
I don't care about news formula of who stole the news from who. But I care about information itself and if that is true, and we will have another version of BitLicense in North Carolina then the news are not too positive.
And I am sure that this is just a beginning of series - as California will issue their version of BitLicense in 2016 too.
2655  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Only 97 nodes in china? on: December 15, 2015, 06:32:31 AM
No. I don't believe that this information is correct. There is no simply good way to determine number of nodes. You can check that https://blockchain.info/nodes-globe
Also shows almost no nodes in China and in other supposedly 'high nodes areas' too.
2656  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: December 15, 2015, 06:19:13 AM
Depend where you like to play,If you play only on casino, dice is imposible to win.
If you play poker or sports bettings you have a change to win money.
Actually it is not that you can't win, because short times of extreme luck are happening, and you can be extremely lucky for a short time. The thing is you will most likely won't profit in a long run.
And you can say the same exact things about sport betting - it is all gambling, you better be prepared to lose your bets.
2657  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTC-Raffle.com Raffle's every 30 seconds Provable Fair on: December 15, 2015, 06:15:55 AM
It is good that you thought about limiting ability to purchase tickets. But I am afraid that current system can be exploited. After all you can have 2 and more accounts.
And is keeping you from buying with your multi account as many tickets as you virtually want?
2658  Economy / Economics / Re: Do your Christmas shopping at businesses that dont convert bitcoin to fiat on: December 13, 2015, 05:20:53 PM
It is hard to expect that retailers or merchants which operated mainly in FIAT would want to keep bitcoin. In our current economic system, where bitcoin is extreme volatile.
I am afraid that there is no list of merchants or services which keep bitcoin directly but you can assume they are bitcoin related companies rather than sellers.
2659  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could we leave satoshi alone? on: December 13, 2015, 05:00:49 PM
It is all hype created by media. They run out of hot topics and here we go - back to the standard "Hunt for Satoshi" theme. Identity of Satoshi is very interesting news, so it is hard to blame media and journalists for trying to uncover this secret. Even though they don't have any solid proofs and basically are running in circles - but show must go on.
2660  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit.com -- The Social Gambling Game (formerly moneypot.com) on: December 13, 2015, 04:56:31 PM
Hey everyone, yeah, sorry bustabit is getting hit by quite an intense DDoS =o (someone wanting 3 BTC lol).

Obviously we aren't going to pay, but might have intermittent downtime while it happens. Now that I'm awake, i'll be able to deal with it a lot better  Grin

Site is working now, as far as I can tell everything is back to normal. It is nice that they got DDOS cloudflare protection to prevent this situation in the future.
