2641  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can we do to speed up Bitcoin mass adoption? on: June 04, 2022, 04:02:03 PM
The most important thing to do to speed up the Bitcoin mass adoption is to get the world to acknowledge the importance of Bitcoin and its potential to revolutionise the world.Once it is acknowledged and legalised by governments, people might automatically start buying bitcoins.

We cannot depend upon the governments to do everything to make bitcoin legal and get people's awareness about bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.
If we want bitcoin to become a global currency, every one of us has to play a part in bitcoin's mass adoption and awareness. In order for us to speed up the bitcoin transactions, we can teach about bitcoin to the people in our surroundings.
2642  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bearish market continues? on: June 04, 2022, 03:35:48 PM
Bitcoin is artificially raised and deflated in a narrow range. I think there could be a rebound very soon, because a lot of indicators say so. There were similar situations in 2018 and 2020, now it has been 2 years since the last dump too. The bad news because of the LUNA scam has affected the market negatively. Now it is left to consolidate and the road to the top is open.
More likely though, this is similar to 2018, which is obviously a bear market, so I don't think that we will rebound soon. Just probably in the range of $30k'ish for sometime.

The Luna scam effect has been forgotten in my opinion, yes, lots of investors lost their money, but we've gotten to the point that we have move already from that debacle and no longer has that effect on bitcoin investors. Still the war and the inflation that really put a dent on us.
The luna big scandal are indeed making crypto a bit looks bad.

But of course not completely bad , it's just a shovk theraphy that might last for short time , im pretty sure about that.
Despite yeah if we zoom in a bit about how bitcoin price looks so bear if you set the time frame of 2020 to 2022 now .. but actually we always bullish , keep that in mind and you are doing just good.

Yes, this Luna scandal was one of the biggest rug pull in this history. People don't name it scam or rug pull but you never know the inside story.
I do not know how much more time it will take for the market to show some positive moments. Bitcoin is bearish for the last few months and we do not see any bulls stepping forward to control the market.

I think we better turn the story around. There are a number of accounts active here in the forum who are eager to put 1xbit in a negative light. While they themselves have not played at the site at all. It seems more like there is competition and they don't want 1xbit to be active here on the forum as well.

Ok we do not play at the scam site 1xbit because we have heard from everyone the 1xbit is a scam site. No person with a common sense will play at this site when there are thousand better options available.

By the way, you are spreading positive vibes about the 1xbit gambling casino. Can you show proof that you are a player at 1xbit  Cheesy
I am sure, you never play there too but just spreading false information because you are being paid for this.
2644  Economy / Gambling / Re: crash3.io | web3 gaming on: June 03, 2022, 11:35:29 PM
Hello World!

We are hard at work to bring our vision of a one-of-a-kind web3 meets traditional crypto gaming experience to life. Over the last few months, through many trials and tribulations, we have created an exciting product and brought our ideas to fruition. We are excited to announce that we have begun beta testing our website and are counting the days until launch. We have put up a landing page on our website (crash3.io) and are accepting emails so we can better keep in touch and send updates as they come. This thread and our mailing list are the only official mediums of communication for crash3. Assume all other forms of communication are scams unless stated otherwise.

Our first seeding event is coming soon. To stay up to date, join our mailing list through crash3.io and keep your eyes on this thread. Feel free to reach out with any questions regarding the website or early access to the bankroll via admin@crash3.io . We’d love to chat further.

Best,
The Team @ Crash3
Alright, you've put up the landing page so that there's something you can show for the seeding. Well then, good luck and there are many things will people ask you if they're interested on it.
Everyone seems to be interested on it and you should be ready and prepare for questions through your email. That's good that you've left a contact for everyone's concern and questions.

First OP should update the thread by giving as much information as he can about his casino site. Also I see he is a Copper Member, so an ANN thread with graphics could help to attract many people.
Secondly, if he wants to develop his reputation on this forum, why not ask people to as many questions and queries here on his thread, instead of on the site email address.

I am also thinking the same that what's the benefit of making the ANN thread on this forum, if you are not active here.

We have seen in the past, that those casino admins who are active on their thread get more attention then the ones who are in-active. He can even hire a moderator who can take care on bitcoin talk queries.
2645  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paid the birth fee using bitcoin at the clinic, by accident. on: June 03, 2022, 04:42:40 PM
The doctor loves crypto too. Is that a coincidence or another proof that bitcoin is now popular no matter what your profession is. Such a great news!

Maybe the doctor is a trader too! Paying bills and other transaction with Bitcoin makes as feel more comfortable since we do not need to get some cash.

Today this was an accident and everyone was surprised to see the doctor and patient dealing in bitcoins but after 10 years or so, you may see this is a norm that people dealing in bitcoins.
You will find people using bitcoin at restaurants, pharmacies, schools and everywhere within a decade.

some reviews from this thread show they have good feedback, but I can't just believe it, because people have marked you as a person who has negative trust at this time. I think it's better to avoid this, I hope if 1xbit really have good intentions they can bring back the trust of people and members of this forum.

There are some 1xbit shill accounts who are constantly saying positive things about 1xbit, but the reputation of those accounts is so low that everyone avoids them. So there is no point in taking them seriously. 1xbit will never improve their activities, or they do not want to improve.

Because if they wanted to increase their reputation, they would have already resolved the allegations against them.

Yeah, only the accounts wearing the signature are the ones who are saying some good words about them. We can expect such behavior from those accounts because they have been paid to post all this stuff. But seeing that 1XBIT.COM continues the promotion here means that they are getting business from those fake reviews.  Sad

You dont need send me money in advance. Send me 3 time your win match, can I trust you have really good matches. You can bet 3k on Czech Republic football 3rd league?? Very hard, but I can. And somebody who need help, I can help.

If you are that much precise with your betting picks, why don't you bet yourself and make a lot of money? Secondly, you may provide three betting predictions correct based on luck only and then you try to scam those people who trusted you by seeing your three correct bets.
However, if you are not so lucky with your initial three bets, you will try with another customer and you have nothing to lose.
2648  Economy / Speculation / Re: Between $24K and $27K on: May 30, 2022, 06:47:10 PM
Three things stuck in my mind this week:

1. It might take a few more months before BTC's price finally exits the bear market. That is if we have a similar situation to the 2018 bear market where fear and greed levels plateaued for a whole year.

2. BTC's price free-fall will slow down between $24K and $27K unless more macroeconomic and geopolitical risks emerge.

3. Short-term holders are responsible for most of the capitulation (day trading and scalping don't fall in this category, right?).

But one thing has a high certainty---the bear market is temporary.

The bull is not a matter of if but when.
I believe the price is unpredictable and is something that you can not understand the speculation and how the market rings about, today you will see the price moving higher and tomorrow the price will kick slowly for the market, so Bitcoin is a market that the price going up and down is grown by the statistics or the qualiy of people demanding for it and the level of people admit to sell, those people who is holding cryptocurrency is the one regulating the chances of it going up and down

No one among us wants to see bitcoin at these prices but how often we have seen the market surprises us.

The range of 24-27K is not out of the question, even though bitcoin has gone above 30K once again. I feel that in normal circumstances bitcoin should move up from these ranges but in case of any bad news (Like a prolonged war between Ukraine and Russia, bitcoin can again test these 20ish levels.
2649  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you saved your bitcoins in multiple wallets? on: May 30, 2022, 06:21:25 PM
As the saying goes dont keep your eggs in the same basket. So have you saved all of your btc in mutiple wallets\software?

This term is usually used for altcoins that we should not put all the money in a single altcoin, but rather divide our portfolio in different altcoins.
Usually, people do not think to keep single crypto like bitcoin in multiple wallets. People usually have one wallet containing all their bitcoins and those who have a large quantity of bitcoin have only one hardware wallet to store the bitcoins.

Since the bitcoin is valuable and its price is increasing, we should consider dividing our bitcoins in different wallets. So in case, a private key of one wallet is compromised, we do not lose all our money. Let's suppose you have one bitcoin. Better two put 0.5 BTC in one wallet and 0.5 BTC in another wallet to be on the safe side.
2650  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Habitual Bitcoin Buyer-Not what you think on: May 30, 2022, 06:05:12 PM
ok, I know for a fact that I am not the only one, but Im having an issue with it. I discovered several months ago, that I had a personal liquidity issue. My income is decent, but have little to no liquid savings. If I save a few hundred bucks, by the end of the month, it has gone into bitcoin. The ideal picture is to have an emergency cash savings and to have some dry powder on the sides to buy the dips or DCA into my bags, however, I end up DCA-ing anything I have left over or think that I might have left over after bills and even then, sometimes, I may sacrifice $100 of a $300 bill knowing it does not have to be paid for another week.
I want to stack as many sats as possible especially at its current price range, but it has become almost a destructive behavior or a sickness. I DCA into BTC everyweek on a schedule, but there is alot of extra being bought. You would think I was in a hurry or something like its going to go to 500,000 and never come back. (mental perception)lol. I know I need to instill some discipline and get cash plush especially with our economic outlook right now and be able to weather the storm if it comes without having to sell to cover an emergency or a bill. If I was single with no mortgage and no kids, I wouldnt care but.....

How have some of you stopped doing this over leveraging. Crypto rich but cash poor. Tips and advice appreciated.

Many people are doing the same and they save money only to invest in bitcoin for the long term. The method which you have explained is good but you should not consider the price of bitcoin when you buy bitcoin. For example, if you decide to buy 100$ worth of bitcoin every month, buy only 100$, no more no less.
Do not buy more in some months thinking that the price is low. This way, you will only use your extra money which you have allocated every month for bitcoins buying, and not end up buying bitcoin with the money you need for day to day purposes.
2651  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: PH banned online cockfighting - Worst gambling-related cases recorded! on: May 30, 2022, 05:38:28 PM
We know that even if cockfighting is made illegal there are going to be people that are going to want to take advantage of the situation and they will still organize those fights, but at least by making them illegal you will decrease the amount of animals becoming victims of that activity, and in the case you can find those that are organizing those events then you can put them in jail, so while it is clear that cockfighting will keep existing the number of those events will go down.
They will continue to play cockfighting if they have played often and the government will find it difficult to ban it because the organizer or people who gamble will hide the place.
But hopefully, the number of the events can go down so that gradually, there will be no more victims, either from animals or people who can become addicted.
But the use of crypto in online cockfighting can make crypto popular among gamblers because they can gamble without using their bank account.

I just found out yesterday from a friend that online esabong still exists with some illegal online platform. We can actually gamble if we like, but we should bear in mind that it's illegal and what we are doing is against the law, if we get scammed, we cannot complain to the authority as including us will be charge.
I dont know it is safe to gamble this way. Everything illegal brings in trouble. One gets into it thinking everything will go as they think - but trouble comes uninvited. I would not do anything illegal to keep myself safe from trouble.

First of all gambling is risky and then doing illegal gambling is even more risky. Even, if you won in online cockfighting by playing it illegally, there is chance that you got caught by the authorities and all your money is fortified too.
Cockfighting is not only illegally accepted , it is morally bad too. If you are human and have a heart, you should avoid it at any cost.
2652  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: May 30, 2022, 04:27:23 PM
GT played really well throughout the season in Pandya’s captaincy, it was commendable. They truly deserved this win, since playing inaugural season and winning the magnificent trophy. Three cheers to Hardik.
Congrats to the winning team GT for capturing the title which was well earned and probably the best season of IPL.

What a start by GT of there IPL journye. First time they are participating and they won the title on very first appearance, teams like RCB are still looking for there first title. Hardik Pandya closed mouth of people who are criticizing him for his bad performance. I am sure after this title win Hardik Pandya will be recalled at least in Indian T20I squad.

Gujrat Titans came and took the title with them convincingly. They were the best team throughout the tournament and they won the final rather crushed through the final beating Rajasthan Royals by 7 wickets.
The Player of the final was none other than Hardik Pandya  Smiley  Took 3 wickets in 4 overs and give only 17 runs. What better performance you need in the final match.
2653  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador will be the richest country in the world in 8 years? on: May 30, 2022, 04:11:51 PM

Might say it was not in perfect timing as the prices jump down but I don't think it was a mistake, in fact, some investors buy above that price ($50k). But I'd never think that was an issue with them, we know El Salvador has the faith that Bitcoin will soon recover and they could grow their investment. However, saying they become the richest country in the world, I was thinking they will surpass the 1st world countries because of Bitcoin, because of crypto investment, then it was really impossible. I don't underestimate them but couldn't make it in crypto investment alone.

The point is we get too excited about bitcoin and not willing to be realistic when it comes to Bitcoin. Jumping into bitcoin market with huge capital without prior knowledge is mistake lots of people make and result is they end up losing money. The news coming out from El Salvador after this adoption are not positive.
Bitcoin Is Costing El Salvador But President Bukele Isn't Stressed.

Crypto is starting to lose its cool – just look at El Salvador

There might be some negative news floating about El Salvador that people are not happy using bitcoin in that country and so on but I am sure the reality is somewhat different. I don't believe in these articles because they may be self made view points only to discourage other countries to adopt bitcoin and become financially independent.

I have placed 2 bets on ETH price betting. I wish I win.

The odds for 2001 - 2250 = 2.99x
The odds for 2251 - 2500 = 5.51x

Given that the market has been struck by the bear, you seems to be quite positive that eth is going to be atleast over $2k by the end of the month. Greed and fear index has been showing extreme fear for the last 3 days and I'd expect it to last like a whole week from now but yeah I guess the odds for those over $2k bets are pretty tempting

It looks difficult but not impossible to get that 2001 dollar for Ethereum,we have to look at the weekend,if at the weekend we see no change in pattern and Ethereum is still at 1700-1800 range then I highly doubt it will make it at 2001 dollars for just two days but anything can happen.

As for the bitcoin price prediction looks like it will not be over 30.000 dollars seeing the trend in the last couple of days.

I thought bitcoin will hold it's value at $30k which will make ETH stay at $2000 level.
But seeing bitcoin currently dip below $29k and ETH below $1800 I think I made a bad choice.
But yeah, it was according to my analysis and I predicted that bitcoin will gain some traction in the weekend which will send ETH price above $2000.
Let's see what happens. Hope for the best.

There is still one more day to go for the month end closing and bitcoin is slightly recovering at 29200$ approx. Tomorrow is Monday, the beginning of the week, there may be a chance that bitcoin may start to recover quickly and reach above 30K to save a lot of people money who are betting here  Smiley
It's very hard to predict bitcoin as bitcoin can even pump or dump 1000$-2000$ in a day, keeping all of us surprised.

It is going to be extremely difficult for that to happen because we have seen that a lot of these last days the price of Bitcoin has been strictly under 30.000 dollars,I doubt it will change pattern only in these last 2 days. However we are in crypto and in crypto anything can happen and I hope the price rises so a lot of people get a win from their bets.

Miracles do happen and this is one of them. Guess what, despite all the odds, the bitcoin has managed to pump above 30,000$ which no one was expecting but i did show a hint of possibility yesterday  Smiley

I have found a sort of pattern that if the bitcoin dumps on the weekend, it usually pumps on a Monday morning and this pump continues till Wednesday before its starts to dump again. This may sound ridiculous but i have observed this pattern number of times.  Wink

Can you suggest a crypto sportsbook with video streaming of sporting events?

Why would you need to watch the live stream on the sportsbook page when you can watch it elsewhere. I don't think sportsbook could offer this service as there are many matches being played simultaneously and it's impossible for the sportsbook to publish those events live.

If you want to watch the matches while betting on them, you need to watch them on TV or any other platform which is live streaming them.
2656  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: should I be concerned about the history of bitcoins when buying them ? on: May 30, 2022, 03:12:45 PM
If I purchase bitcoins via p2p, can I get some problems if the bitcoins I get were involved in some criminal activity ? If yes then how do I avoid such situation ?

If you buy bitcoins through P2P, there is a very rare chance that you get into trouble if the seller got those bitcoins through criminal activity.
Actually, there is no way to confirm the source of bitcoins when we initiate a trade with any P2P trader.
Also since bitcoin is anonymous, it is hard to trace the money trail.

You have all the right to be cautions in these times when the number of complaints are increasing at winz.io.
Even though Winz.io explained in his earlier post here as what are the complaints coming but my point is why suddenly the ratio of the complaints has increased recently. The team must ensure that these complaints are minimized else it will create a bad impression on the site.

Can you provide us on what basis they are ranked or the site used any algorithm script?
I don't think anyone or a single person can rank a website's ratings or reviews based on an algorithm or script used by a casino because as far as I know, most casinos are closed source. Furthermore, in all of GamblingBro's reviews, he primarily based his score ratings on many criteria like RTP, Deposit and Withdrawal restrictions, KYC, VPN, Bonuses and Rewards, and so on.

Personally, I always check his website[1] whenever a new gambling site is mentioned in this topic to see if there are any red flags to be aware of before making a deposit.

[1] https://gamblingbro.com/

I understand that the ranking of the site on GamblingBro are based on one person's experience but i don't give much importance to the numbers. The important thing for me is that he has explained in-depth many gambling sites and if you are new to gambling, this site will help you get detailed insight about every famous gambling site.

Also, many people have also given reviews about the gambling sites which further helps to identify good gambling sites which meet your needs and preference.
2660  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: May 29, 2022, 06:03:06 PM

Most casinos avoid the internal exchange feature to ease the money laundering issues and the withdrawal fees are not too huge for a common gambler and also the waiting time is about minutes to few hours generally so they get better convenience while playing in cryptocurrency casino for that the few bucks can be worth it in my opinion.

If they are worried about money laundering; they could install a wagering requirement of like 1x (as some other casinos do). I like an internal exchange but it is mainly handy in sites that offer a lot of coins. Roobet has only 3 so it is probably not so interesting for them.

Money lauders can also do a 3x wagering and then withdraw the money for the purpose of money laundering or do you say that no one can successfully complete the 3x wagering requirement and they will lose all their funds in this process:Smiley

By the way, I don't think money laundering is done via gambling sites because usually, the gambling sites ask for KYC for suspicious transactions.
