2641  Economy / Gambling / Re: Make 20x profit in 30 minutes on: June 23, 2015, 10:51:11 PM
This sounds like a Ponzi stuff to me but is there any payment proof? Is there anybody here using the option website?
again with the uninformed spam; you shouldnt judge any "X times profit" as a ponzi just because it seems like a high return; by your logic, is a 10x roll on a dice site a ponzi as well? You have no clue what a binary option is but here you are spamming your signature with no idea of what youre taking about. at least go look up what it is before commonting on it. binary options, which are like simplified forex trades, have zero relationton a ponzi scheme.
2642  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I become an escrow? on: June 23, 2015, 10:19:11 PM
Think of what you can do to get some green trusts, and get to the rank of Hero.
People will give you their funds without looking back.

thats a fair bit of naivety you show right there; just because someone is a hero member and has some trust doesnt mean you should blindly trust them with whatever money you have; theres been plenty of scams that happened with similar scenarios, like the recent exit scam by maidak for example.
2643  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Card you use for bitcoin on: June 23, 2015, 03:34:23 PM
I'm wondering to myself , why bitcoin card has fee so high , you have a valid reason ?

maybe exchange from bitcoin to local currency is the reason..,
but, for the others fee I don't know the reason...

youre exactly right; some of the forum members ive talked to use the bit-x card to cash out their bitcoin into fiat without the wait or hassle an exchange might have.
2644  Economy / Auctions / Re: WTS almost Hero member on: June 23, 2015, 02:41:04 PM
i think its too much for just a newly Hero Member

this, as wel as the fact that a large majority of the posts are in the altcoin section, which most sig campaigns do not pay for. you might want to adjust your prices a bit.

Sig campaigns do not pay for previous posts. The saig campaigns pay only the posts after the enrollment. I think previous posts is irrevant.

Some campaign, dadice for example looks in the history of posts so i think it worth something, op should cut the price if he really wants to sell his account

thanks for explaining for me; some campaigns will not accept this account into their campaign because most of the posts are in the altcoin section, which most campaigns do not pay for. I dont think a starting bid of .5 is reasonable at all, ive seen hero member accounts be sold for .45 recently.
2645  Economy / Digital goods / Re: How much does bitcoin account cost? on: June 23, 2015, 01:56:11 PM
Well I would argue that expecting to make money off escrow tips is still naive as most wont or very little when they do, but starting an escrow as barely a Member account with next to no trading history is even more naive. And if people are so desperate for tips there's nothing to suggest they wouldn't run off with an an amount they like they look of. I also think new escrows like Muhammed only offer free service likely because they have to, nobody is going to pay a lesser escrow a percentage fee when there's others that do it for free and the escrowers will only hope they will get tips every now and again.

true, a relatively newer service cant compete with someone thats rather well established, such as devthdev. but the people that offer escrow services on this forum deserve respect for the service they provide, and I generally always tip them for their service. I can see how the newer members find this method to build trust and get tips extremely attractive, but in the case that simply offering a service is all they intend, with all honestly, then yes, they would be extremely naive to believe that people will trust them right off the bat; this is the real world after all.
2646  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Cost of Bitcointalk Accounts. on: June 23, 2015, 01:43:56 PM
Jr. Member 0.001 BTC
Member 0.01 - 0.05 BTC
Full Member 0.05 - 0.25 BTC
Sr. Member 0.25 - 1 BTC
Hero Member 1.00 - 5.00 BTC
Legendary Member 5.00 - 25.00 BTC
This is to much....

theres all sorts of prices quotes all over this thread; in the end, accounts are only worth what people are willing to pay for them. Ive seen hero accounts be sold for as low as .45, but sellers often tend to ask for much higher prices of course. but given the current market, these prices are rather high.
2647  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Do you still really use faucet? on: June 23, 2015, 01:40:50 PM
honestly, faucets arent worth the time nor the effort; the electricity your computer uses while you visit the faucet and claim it is likely more than the dust you get out of the faucet. besides, there are much better options, like a signature campaign on this forum.
2648  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I have 0.02 btc , want to invest on: June 23, 2015, 01:00:17 PM
I would suggest investing them in a trusted gambling site, I always give this advise because if the website is legit.
You will most likely make a profit  Grin
you cant trust any of the gambling websites as they easily might turn to scam i think the best would be to save bitcoin you get and wait for price jump

there are plenty of trusted gambling sites run by trusted people who have been on this forum for quite a while; primedice and 777coin are just two that come to mind. no need to go around spreading nonsense.
2649  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how to get legit free btc? on: June 23, 2015, 12:57:58 PM
Joining a campaign is the most profitable way to get bitcoin  Grin
assuming that hes just a newbie here he wont be able to join any campaigns, i think he should go with free faucets for the begining and then maybe buy an account

777coin accepts newbies for their campaign, dont know why you would think newbies cant join any campaigns.
2650  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I need help keeping my bitcoin on: June 23, 2015, 12:55:46 PM
You can use coinbase wallet. It's very much secure.

https://www.coinbase.com/

Thanks

personally I wouldnt trust any online exchange or wallet to hold my money, coinbase even less. and why are you thanking op for information you posted? stop using google translate.

2652  Economy / Digital goods / Re: How much does bitcoin account cost? on: June 23, 2015, 11:58:06 AM
Yeah exactly. I don't want to leave negative and am always reluctant to do so on anyone but people are being completely naive offering to escrow so early on and maybe they only want to become trustworthy with good intentions but it's the ones that don't that I'm worried about. And I agree, tips shouldn't be expected but it's nice bonus, but only if you've put in the work to get where you are and earned your rep over time. People seem to be thinking they'll build the rep up as they go along but that's meaningless. Anyone could just handle dust transactions until someone trusts them with an amount they like then, boom, you'll never see them again. Earn you rep, put in the time, then consider, not the other way round.
Rather than naive, I'm more inclined to think that these peoples' motive is tips and solely tips; based on MoonOfLife's recent activity on the forum (mass "hey tip me" spam) theres nothing that really leads me to believe that he is really doing it for the forum's safety, which is why most of the already trusted and established escrow services continue to offer their service. some notable figures would be master-p and Muhammed Zakir; they offer their services for free to help ensure the safety of trades on this forum.

Just out of curiousity, do you guys know how much an account on this forum would cost? In it's lowest rates? For example, a senior member, or hero, or legendary? Thanks guys

So are you now trying to buy a higher account so you can provide escrow?
I guess we'll know who it is if a new escrow "service" pops up anytime soon. OP doing a great job at making themself out to be as shady as possible, blatantly too.

A couple have tried it recently and I'm sure more will in the future. I was very tempted to leave a negative instead of neutral on op. I think relatively unknown members offering escrow services is just as bad as newbs asking for loans without collateral in my opinion and it definitely shouldn't be something that becomes accepted around here.

#AbuseOfPower

jokes aside, people like OP and this guy: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1095032.0
seem to be misunderstanding the point of an escrow service: an escrow service isnt something you offer to get tips and gain trust, its the other way around. People ask you to provide escrow because they trust you, and will give you a tip as a show of appreciation for your service.
2655  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CloudThink.IO removed management pictures after being caught with stealing on: June 23, 2015, 10:09:07 AM
That being said, I see it as ajareselde promoting this scam as well and I'll consider leaving feedback if he continues to escrow.

It seems like he is not anymore. This is more like a one time job however he as a Legendary member should know better that this is a scam and should not do it but it looks like he got some nice payment for his one time job around 0.05 btc.

So, these guys have gone to the extent of press release on an unknown press => https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1096892.0

It is a fake news I suppose, they are really getting into this . It seems like they will be keep on going with their scam site because they have lost too much to stop now

He uploaded that news there for free...very professional for a "legit company"... lol

Also, seems like that scammer is trying hard to get new customers on all possible ways,he must be in loss.

either that, or he's trying to get as many "investments" as possible before suddenly disappearing. either way, I think cloudthink might be coming to an end soon.

2657  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Reboot my faucet, some questions on: June 23, 2015, 09:47:06 AM
I want to reboot my faucet, it is twitching in it's last state of life, used the microwallet faucet but the last payment never arrived and the faucet has depleted. I was planning to update the faucet anyways, needed a better look and a better payout.

What is a good base for a faucet? Faucetbox? Direct to Xapo? I hoped ePay would have opened up their api but alas.
Should I use my own code and skipp a third party and do I really want to take the risk and trust my own coding skills?
What should be the minimum payout and what the max? I like to be on top and invest in the bitcoin community, would 500 to 1000 satoshi/hour be ok?
from what I see, using xapo seems to be common with some of the more popular faucets; no need for a minimum payout that way.
2658  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Crimedice operator+site [Pending] on: June 23, 2015, 09:43:38 AM
Thanks for all the advice negative positive and constructive Cheesy God Bless
But hopefully i can resolve this ordeal quickly and i have taken all the advice aboard im also going to improve my english so my next article will be flawless... I have worked in the Bitcoin news industry for near a year and can provide samples from the beginning and have worked for a number of sites.
Ultimately i did provide a service and with no suggested amendments from OP, not even a chance to rectify anything, no communication from the operator (CD hasnt messaged me since he proposed the deal Sad ) Even if i wanted to correct my mistakes i cant as my client is pointing out any that suits his fancy...

unfortunately, CD couldn't suggest any revisions because you did not bother to get the article approved before posting it. you could have tried any number of attempts to communicate with them before hastily posting the article. you could have posted in the CD thread for example.
2659  Economy / Digital goods / Re: CloudMinr.IO account with 6400 Ghs - Asking 5.2 BTC on: June 23, 2015, 09:40:13 AM
According to Puppet's analyze, cloudminr is "likely" a ponzi "that have yet to collapse", giving it 7 points out of 7 possible.

Why would someone pay 5.2BTC for a ponzi? You can get 0.5BTC from me.

I think op has realized this and is trying to cut his losses by selling off the account. sorry bud, but I don't think you'll get anything close to your asking price.
