2641  Economy / Economics / Re: Are some too blind to see? on: April 28, 2021, 08:10:29 PM
Tesla takes profit from crypto investment and some stupid people aren't even bothered, like I always say even billionaires who invest in crypto are here for the profits no matter how long they chill and hype the coins, be smart people
I do not understand what you mean..? If rich people or large companies make money from investing in cryptocurrencies, does that mean normal people can't? If the price of cryptocurrencies rises, I don't see a problem for each of us to be able to make money on it.
I understand that he meant that purpose of bitcoin is not making money but ensuring freedom through decentralization but rich and large companies are misusing bitcoin for some other benefits. But no one could do anything about that. When some people are deviating the concept of bitcoin for some other benefits, it is still decentralization based system and no one could do anything about that.

Probably in near future, there could be some changes to be implemented by bitcoin foundation if they see that current scenario is not good for future of bitcoin ecosystem. But we need to agree that bitcoin was created for micro-payments but as it is designed by keeping gold in mind, it is turned as digital asset.
2642  Economy / Economics / Re: The Country Cryptocurrency vs Bitcoin on: April 28, 2021, 07:05:55 PM
some time ago the UK finance minister openly said he wanted to beat Bitcoin by creating Britcoin.  i see his ambition is really absurd, even though we know the UK is one of the most powerful countries on earth that has ever controlled 1/4 of the world but beating Bitcoin is mission impossible.

Bitcoin is a decentralized cryptocurrency whereas Britcoin is definitely a centralized currency, this is what will make Britcoin just be another Altcoin as usual.
Country based cryptocurrencies has always been a failure. Nobody talks about them, even now the digital Yuan that a lot of people were hyping last year, all of a sudden nobody is talking about it. I can remember very well that from 2019 I can’t login to this forum without seeing at least one or two topics that has to do with the digital Yuan and people were seriously talking about it. But this time around I hardly see even a single thing about them, and the ones I rarely are from the old topics that’s ere created here since.

This has been the same thing with other cryptocurrencies that other countries have developed, they just die off silently. I’m still yet to understand the need for those digital fiat, unless they plan to change the system entirely and stop producing paper money and just go digital, which I know for sure is going to affect a lot of people around the world.
2643  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for good projects on: April 28, 2021, 06:38:53 PM
Im still kind of new to the crypto market and am looking for some good crypto projects. Im looking for cheap coins with great fundamentals that can grow big.
I've heard stuff about coins like:
XRP
HBAR
ADA
DIVI
It seems you are already having good knowledge about this crypto space especially good knowledge on altcoins markets because you are already choosing highly potential coins and tokens and I'm sure all of these things will be performing very well in very near future.

Out of these, I am just holding only XRP and ADA and I am planning to invest with HABR but I am still studying it to finalize my investment decisions.
2644  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too many project SCAMS - PLEASE CAREFUL on: April 28, 2021, 05:39:08 PM
By the end of 2020, along with the strong growth of Bitcoin, some people used the trust of many to scam.
For example:
- Create virtual projects,
- Create virtual tokens,
- Create an investment website for the purpose of calling for investment,
- Create an airdrop that calls for people to deposit fees to pay tokens
- ....
Everyone should be careful when participating in projects like that.
Scammers has been here right from the beginning, it’s not a new thing and you would be surprised at how many are regularly being scammed if you get to know, but because we never get to hear about most of the scams that takes place, we think it’s something that happens once in a while.

Scammers are everywhere and they are making use of different strategies and looking for who would fall into their trap and then they will prey on them. So, people really have to be careful no matter where, and especially with these airdrops, this is one of the reasons why I decided to stop airdrops because the level of scammers in it are too many. If you can deal with it, it’s always best to just stay clear from it.
2645  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: any opinions about the recent btc price crash? on: April 28, 2021, 04:53:26 PM
The market has recovered smartly. I think it is the usual behave of market. Market os tough place where anything can happen so that nothing to worry about when we see a deep downtrend. I think it is the fact that we love btc which helps us to get a good return. I always analysis the market when i see any deep down fall and put my money in. That's how i always get a good return on bull market.
Yeah bitcoin market has already recovered and trading around $54k levels very strongly hence I guess there will be no pint of keep discussing about the old things. I mean the recent crash has become an out dated thing but some people still looking for reasoning for what caused that dumping. I guess we must need to move on by accepting that like just another usual market fluctuations.
2646  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A little sad story on: April 28, 2021, 03:06:35 PM
Profits and losses are determined from how you can do emotional management and study every mistake you make.
Yes, we need to be updated along with every mistake, we are committing. When we are failing to learn some lesson out of our everyday trading then we may simply continue making mistake which will definitely end up in losing all capital.

Experience also determines, the more experience, the more ready to face every problem and never give up in various conditions experienced.
You cannot become an experienced trader when you're failing to learn something from your own trading. You need to be proactive in continuous learning as it is an essential part of becoming professional trader.
2647  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there such thing as a “safe strategy”? on: April 27, 2021, 08:47:46 PM
There is no universal safe strategy. It all depends on the state of the market.
But I guess that we have a safe trading method for bitcoin trading; that is long term holding. You may assume it is universally accepted as I do see almost all crypto people have accepted it as an efficient way of making easy profits in crypto space.

Long term holding way of trading will nullify all state of the markets as we are not having any stop-loss or any limit for getting liquidated. So, simply we can continue holding as long as we have satisfied profits. This is corely based on bitcoin's deflation nature hence over the time, we will get auto-pilot profits.
2648  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin Research Service on: April 27, 2021, 08:04:52 PM
Becareful with all these Altcoin research websites, they do receive money from developers to give their projects good ratings and many of these websites do this they are not independent, what I do is to look for strong Crypto VC's and invest into what they invest into because they have done their own research before investing their money
Yeah personally I will not trust any of these kind of services for my hard earned money. Instead, I will prefer going for my way of due diligence so that I will filter and get potential projects to invest with. I am sure that there are lots of people will come and suggest some social media groups and services but I can say now itself, up to 99% of them are paid shills and you lead you to lose all your capital at some point of time.
2649  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin is good. It’s hard to persuade parents to invest in it. on: April 27, 2021, 07:17:12 PM
I tried my very best to persuade my dad to buy Altcoin like Eth and BNB but he thought that crypto was very risky and unreliable at all. Investing in crypto is the best way to earn money in this economic recession. It means that my family loses the chance to become rich since my dad does not invest in crypto.
It’s hard to persuade those middle-aged people to invest in crypto. Do you think so?
I agree it is difficult to convince anyone who are not at all having any previous knowledge about cryptos. But you must try to convince your dad for investing into bitcoin rather other than any other altcoin. Because, there are possibilities for most altcoins to get failed including ethereum, BNB or any other coin whereas bitcoin having 99% certainty on getting us good returns in coming years.

So, I believe it will be better if you try for bitcoin as I'm seeing there are possibilities for your dad to get convinced for the case of bitcoin investments.
2650  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crazy Dogecoin run 100x in 2 years on: April 27, 2021, 06:34:36 PM
maybe this can also happen to another coin, because we already know how much impact an influencer has
You mean another infulencer for another coin? Highly possible, I agree with that. Because, when something is profitable for an infulencer then definitely it will be copied by similar people for exact same purposes. So obviously we can expect some other people will be tweeting about some coin and then we can see that coin will get pumped heavily.

But I'm not sure how long this kind of coins will keep its high place level because they are going up for no reason and hence may come down at any time soon.
2651  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Someone on Tiktok said that Bitcoin will go down zero if founder show up! on: April 27, 2021, 08:40:04 AM
Dan Pena said in an interview which was being uploaded on tiktok that he knows who is behind or the founder of bitcoin. He then said that if people know who is behind bitcoin then bitcoin will going down to zero. He also state that a bitcoin user could not literally sleep well at night due to market instability and security. I posted the link below guys. What do you think?
I am a bitcoiner for more than five years and I am sleeping well all these days without worrying about market volatility and security of my bitcoins. If you believe into your security measurements then you will never worry on safety of your coins and if you believe into the futures of bitcoin then you will never bother the market volatility of bitcoins. So, their second statement is absolutely baseless and damn individual opinion.

When someone who bothers their own opinion as a generalized fact against a system which runs more than a decade why should be care him? I guess even Mr.Satoshi re-appears, nothing will change much. Also, I guess more investors may join by having more confident on bitcoin system.
2652  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Learn to laugh even if Bitcoin is crashing on: April 26, 2021, 08:10:39 PM
It’s their turn to laugh at us HODLers after many months of laughing at them. But most importantly, learn to laugh at yourself. It relieves stress. Cool
It’s not like we all didn’t know that there was going to be a crash like this, just that some people likes to create a lot of hype and make it seem like the price is never going down, but it still will. And there is nothing bad about the price crashing, it’s a market and that’s what a market price does, there will always be ups and downs, and when the price falls that gives you the opportunity for you to start investing, as long as you find the right price.

And by the way, for those that will rush in to buy when there is a drop in price, they should also be careful with what they are buying, so they don’t buy while the market is still dropping in price and they end up with losing as the price goes down further.
2653  Economy / Economics / Re: Are institutional investors capable of selling their bitcoins? on: April 26, 2021, 06:58:41 PM
After visiting there, all of you can see that how institutional investors are 'blindly' collecting bitcoins and adding more and more btc to their treasuries. I am too much curious and confused to understand how they will manage to sell all of their btc if some day a big dump arrives, or if their investors start to take out their investments and ask them to sell the btc and pay them. For an institution to pull out their btc from their wallets and sell, there needs to be an institution or a very big whale on the other hand to buy all that and they will also need that much big liquidity for the same.

Now, a very common logic, which institution would like to buy btc at $100k or even at million dollars when the seller institution is already taking out big profits in fiat by selling their btc to the buyer Institution? Won't that btc be coming with an impermanent loss if the price dumps later? Do you think there is any point where a stagnancy of liquidity or financial crunch may affect the price of btc so badly that it can reverse down like it did in the 2018 crash?
If institutional investors are able to buy bitcoin, then they are able to sell the coins as well and that’s it. Although it might not be at the same rate that they bought their coins at, but they will be able to do that and sell them. And I don’t think there is going to be situation where all the whales in the market will decide to sell at once.

Everyone has a different mindset and target and that means there is not going to be such thing where they all decide to sell all their coins that they stored on the platform at once. And as for your last question on whether Bitcoin will crash like 2018, I can’t really give you an answer to that, but I think that if it should fall, it is not going to fall as low as then.
2654  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HOW IMPORTANT IS STOP LOSS on: April 26, 2021, 05:53:12 PM
Please share your views on how important stop Loss is and how convenient it can be to trade without stop Loss.
Very, very important Cool. But you’re not the only one that have seen such people who are going to argue that stop loss is of no importance, and you did the best thing by letting your friend be, just let him do whatever he wants to do, that’s completely his own business and it has nothing to do with you, but don’t feel sorry for him if he comes later to tell you stories (that’s if shame is going to let him).

I have seen people who don’t use stop loss, I don’t bother asking them why or pressuring them to make use of it, it’s their choice and they can go with it. Stop loss is very important because it helps we traders to stop huge and uncontrollable losses that can happen in this volatile market. If someone says otherwise, then it’s their business, not mine  Huh.
2655  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: UNREALIZED PROFIT IS NOT YET YOUR OWN on: April 25, 2021, 09:41:28 PM
dont sell all your tokens at once, sell in batches and buy back some if there is need to. but dont procastinate profit taking else you might be forced to sell in loss when dips and urgent needs arise like some people did yesterday.
That sounds really an useful piece of advice. When we are in profits with any of altcoins then it would be much better to book profits and then we can buy back for same USD or BTC value when that coin coming down. I tried this with dogecoins: I sold some coins around 670 satoshi and bought back around 540 satoshi (but dogecoins made low up to 350 satoshi). This way I gained more than 100 satoshi per one dogecoins.

Whenever there is a sudden dump in the market I guess it would be much better if we leave off our holding without any major decisions as if we take any decision under pressure then that may lead to big losses.
I have done something similar with BNB as well. When I saw it go over 600 dollars I realized it can't go on like this without any drop at all, and I took a risk, I assumed if we go up even a bit more, it would eventually drop to low 600 levels so I would not be in too much loss, but if it dropped even more I would be in big profit.

So I sold all my BNB at around 610 dollars, then waited for it to drop and thanks to this new big drop I bought some at 515 dollars back again, I missed the low levels, turns out it went as low as 460 but I was asleep during that period, and I waited for it to back to those levels, it ended up not going there again so I bought at 515 in order not be too late. That is a good strategy, I really do not put that much thought into these things before but it was too obvious that we would have at least one fall before an increase again.
2656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: A quick question about setting limit orders on an exchange. on: April 25, 2021, 08:32:25 PM
I think you should go through the Academy articles on limit, market and stop limit orders, they are going to help you understand what you’re talking about here. I don’t know what the Binance app for US would look like but I will assume it is likely the same for all, so you’re still going to have these same tools available there, so make use of them.

To break this down for you, the market order is an order that is carried out instantly, when you make a market order it is executed at the market’s current price. Then as for the limit order, unlike the market order which is executed instantly, the limit order is placed on the order book with a specific limit price. Then stop limit is another thing, and I believe you already know that one cause you’re using it.
2657  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 20th April dogecoin day on: April 24, 2021, 02:34:55 PM
Analysts and experts have predicted that this year’s celebration will push the price of dogecoin to $0.59 a new all-time high.
They forgot to celebrate? It seems nothing happened on 20th April for the reason of celebrating dogecoins.
If your information are true, we might have seen something big on markets but nothing special for dogecoins on 2oth April.

Moreover in this April month, Dogecoins found its biggest rally in history but not on the particular day you have mentioned. I suspect you like you tried to pump dogecoin prices just by having this topic? I read dogecoins devs are not that active but the community only appreciating the value of dogecoins and taking it forward. I do see many people do call dogecoins as a dead project.
2658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crazy Dogecoin run 100x in 2 years on: April 22, 2021, 06:49:51 PM
Now I left this coin because my heart is not strong when see doge suddenly dump, better looking with other coin have guarantee keep higher price.
I like to suggest you not to leave off dogecoins completely. Because, it is highly expected to have another round of bull run so that it may test $1 price levels within this year. If you care about making easy huge profits then you must consider continuing with dogecoin investments.

I'm still holding some of my dogecoins for the target of $5 in coming years. Because, I will not be having any problem to continue my holding because most of the dogecoin were mined and I bought for less than 50 satoshi. Hence, there will be no problem for me to continue.
2659  Economy / Speculation / Re: OK my apology Bitcoin is not a PONZI but I still call it a huge bubble on: April 22, 2021, 04:14:25 PM
in the past, some newbies and unbelievers are questioning if people can and willing to buy Bitcoin at $20k or $25k, but look at what happened in the market, they bought they made a profit and continue buying.
Yes, people need to be positive and must try to sync along with the current trend of bitcoin markets. You may have doubts about other cryptocurrencies but there will be no point if you still keep doubting about the future of bitcoins. We must make use of all possible dips to buy more and I guess from here onward we may rarely get chances for grabbing lower prices.

As per OP, bitcoin may be a bubble but for the people who believe into the all potential of bitcoins, bitcoin's so far growth is real growth in ratio with bitcoin's power and potential. So, we may continue investing with bitcoin without hesitations.
2660  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bullish or Bearish? on: April 22, 2021, 02:00:00 PM
This chart is nothing because it has no time-frame and no values on it. It doesn't even have a title indicating what asset this chart belongs to, we are assuming this is bitcoin since this is bitcoin speculation board.
You can't decide if the market is bullish or bearish based on this zoomed in chart!
Regardless of this chart is not showing no measurements on both the axis and no name of the asset being shown on candlestick patterns, I guess with zoon-in chart we cannot predict accurately what is going to happen immediately and even in long run. We must need some basic inputs so that we can conclude about both short term and long term trend reversal or continuation of trend.

From other people's comment, I understand that even chart is showing downfall trend, in long run bitcoin will still have bullish trend. Honestly I am not good in reading charts.
