Yeah they won't publish how much ETH and BTC they have raised, because they use personal accounts for every investor and generate personal addresses in ETH, BTC and MTRc and because they are also collecting fiat currencies. However, they said that they will announce regularly on their site the number of MTRc sold. I also want to know how many different currencies can be chosen for investment by an ICO company for fund raising at one moment . I am interested in ICOs these days . Joking apart, in my humble opinion, it will moon when first merchant will add Utrust's API, I see no reason to moon before, until first use case it's going to be a speculative token and nothng else Now a lot of projects are stalling from the start (Look at the Request and AirSwap), I do not know with what it may be connected, perhaps with a hardfork bitcoin. I hope the Utrust will not be one of them. I see many ICO's tokens these days going down because the whole alt market is going down. I believe that if you invest in an ICO because you trust it, there's no reason to sell your tokens at loss after few weeks though. I agree with you that it do not need to sell tokens at a loss at the first fall. But still I like to watch how my deposit grows and does not fall day by day  I hope the second half of November will be an excellent time for growth .. I hope people will realise that Bitcoin Gold isn't that much worth and will invest in ICOs like UTRUST instead. I think altcoins will rise soon. bitcoin gold is scam, there are many reddit blogs reciting this. they use a fork to push bitcoin to new heights. after this, we will see bitcoin platinum next year... to have the next pump... All that e tokens were a scam but made good money with it. Bitcoin gold is also with no reason but probably it will have some value so people will make a profit. All this activity has also to do with the ICO being postponed to November. Now everyone is wishfully waiting for ICO to start and meanwhile keeps the hype up here in this thread. There is so much activity in the uTrust thread, my bitcointalk keeps freezing. Seems to happen when i visit this thread the most, you guys have similar issues? Actually, it is not because of utrust or only on the utrust thread. The whole website having some server issues I guess. Lots of errors and refreshes for me. |

well, regarding the question about cutting ties with fb google maps and so on.
we as a user, will never be able to cut our ties with those companies and will still share our data with them to use their services, but we can control our data for the future by using datum and get a tiny portion of it as fiat back ><

Big data is so weirdly creepy. This just happeded: I just went to MacDonalds, maybe my phone automatically joined their wi-fi or something, but when i got home, for the first time my local food shop gives me an ad on facebook about home recepies on hamburgers.
It's all interconnected man, you data, your location, browsing habbits etc. It's why there's a need for this project. Normally that add come from Google. When you have Google maps installed on your smartphone it automatically know where you have been. It tracked you and saw you were at McDo zo they give you ads Its really creepy! It would be great if the app of Datum could block all this and store it in there app, so you have control and could sell  . You are giving everything about you for free. In return, they are making your life easier like google maps etc. I am not sure datum will any functionality about blocking them. Only you can do stop using their apps and programs. Datum will only make you earn some money for something you are giving for free. |

I've just read the medical marihuna post regarding Peru.. Good news for people who can be helped with this as a medication. I hope Paragon uses Peru as another one of their bases.
I do expect them to start somewhere in the US and perhaps the Netherlands and grow from these bases.
Actually in Netherland cannabis is illegal to grow or sell as a wholesaler. Coffee shops are buying it illegal but selling it is legal. Cannabis may work with Netherland government to stop this stupid way of dealing with it and regulating it. Damn, is this true? I had no idea. Weird way to legalize something. 60 eth was the limit to contribute and the only reason I can't. But what will happen to people who are sending lower amounts of it? Will you return or give them playkey tokens anyway?
usually there is a system in place to send the funds back, it's quite easy to set up in Ethereum. i don't think they will get any token if there is a minimum amount to set to buy. It is the logical way of handling this. But it is an example of people throwing away their money. They just send their eths and don't read 60 eth presale limit. And it is everywhere, impossible to miss. |

Students cards were already discussed here? In Europe (and maybe all over the world?) students can have special discounts, especially when they travel, wondering if these type of cards can be tokenized as well
I am not sure if student cards can be tokenized, but GATcoin can target students with special kind of rewards/targeted airdrop I think everything could be tokenised in the long run. I even think with blockchain technology even tokenezing student cards is an option. They should just use an address which is connected to the Gatcoin blockchain and that has special tags (like student or something) You are right thinking of it. It is not that hard. But I am not sure gatcoin would like to go with it. I think it is more important to spread first maybe later other areas. |

I don't really understand why anyone would buy these. why not purchase during the ICO? Because the tokens are usually cheaper on some exchanges than the ICO price. Im guessing people who buyed tokens during pre-sale are selling below ICO price If so, what is the benefit of buying tokens on the ICO?
