Recently, TokenPocket has hosted a WeWearMask event to call on the community's joint effort in the fight against the Corona virus. https://twitter.com/TokenPocket_TP/status/1246791435103293441The participants will be prized with a total of $2,300 and more. I think this is a good move to set up an example of how the crypto world can help to stop the virus. More projects should be doing this as well. There are so many crypto platforms that are helping to fight the deadly coronavirus, there are so many donations came here in cryptocurrency and we sure do appreciate it a lot, even big companies are helping to provide donations from different country helping doest who are in need. Either way, we cannot deny that here in the cryptocurrency platform we are more prone to scam so we better be careful to cryptocurrency or bitcoin donations since it cannot get back. We better verify first the website or address where we are going to donate. There are still so many people that don't have jobs because of the lockdown in a lot of countries so for sure a lot of people needed help at this time.

I think there is still a way to overcome the problem of scamers in this crypto room (but I'm not saying to eliminate it completely). . This might not have a big effect but at least it can reduce some of the fraud projects that exist in this industry. . like avoiding and not promoting suspicious projects repeatedly. . I have always observed that many of them and even have high ratings but still support suspicious projects, especially participants (social media). maybe this is one reason why many fraud projects are increasingly rampant, because someone always gives hope to them and makes someone trapped in it.
so what do you think? I draw the conclusion above based on what I saw there.
Because of the coronavirus, the screen time of the community is increasing, a lot of people are almost like getting used to this kind of platform or in online. We cannot stop scammers in their intent by what we could do is just to avoid them, in my opinion, a lot of people or newbies falling for this is just because of greed. For a bounty, project is this already a classic thing to do since we already know that there are just so many fraud projects here we could just check carefully about the team, developer or the company of the project and verify it, do some research if they are really a legitimate company at some point we can't really accurate every time.

In its spreadsheet has 5887 entries. So there are 5887 - 719 = 5168 fake/scam/bot entries. I guess there are so many possibilities how could this happened but I'm thinking you could just limit the participants here or close the application if you reach a certain number of participants. This could easily be done by bots, or maybe by the managers. But anyway the bounty could easily be managed by the manager so he could do remove a lot of participants here. I guess this is just normal at these times in a bounty campaign so I'm not really surprised what is happening here.

@Asuspawer09, it seems like nothing can stop UFC here, even the virus.. well, what about the fans, there will be no fans for this one? and we are just going to watch the PPV at home? What are your thoughts? Is this safe Try social distancing in an Island very safe if there's no fans watching this,.. and they might as well build some quarantine place in the Island, just in case someone will be infected. I guess if one people have coronavirus is on the island it's about 80% that is on the Island is going to be infected too, Somehow social distancing could could depending on the size of the Island. But I really doubt it even the fighters could spread coronavirus to the opponent so there is always a risk, I guess making this decision they are already expecting it so I guess they are already prepared for it.

Now that almost all sporting events all over the world are cancelled, those wanting bet of sports events are left with having to find alternatives. What are the majority doing?
Are some giving up and trying to become reformed gamblers?
Are some gambling on casinos instead?
What are alternatives most sports betting users are now switching to?
How about this? This sees this in Facebook posts Bleacher Report. What are your thoughts? Is this safe Try social distancing in an Island

It is without any KYC? Can I buy using neteller/skrill card? I have to mention that their cards are marked as pre-paid credit cards
There is a KYC and we support VISA and MasterCard at the moment. We are working on implementing other options as the service is provided by our partners. You're in the wrong section just move your thread. Most of the bitcoin wallet has this, where you could buy bitcoin using your Paypal, VISA, MasterCard, etc. it depends. KYC might also be necessary when if your withdrawing funds directly. Or you could just move the thread using the "Move to-->" button located bottom left if I'm not mistaken.

I guess we have no choice but to follow the rules that the government makes it would be very risky and for sure not allowed to make sport events at this time of COVID-19 virus pandemic. Surely the gambling sports event would also stop operating because there will be no events or sports to bet on or gambling on, I guess the only best alternative or option to gambling or is just the typical gambling websites here. Because I think event Esport events are also canceled because it have a large crowd but I guess Esport might adjust to the situation or just make it live but I doubt it. Screen time on the computers is increasing at this time that we have a pandemic virus spreading so for sure in the coming months or years everything is going to adjust in the situation we are in.

Even if it isn't Satoshi's true birthday (though he might be using some reverse psychology here), this date might be significant because Satoshi wanted it to be significant
I can agree with this logic. Then..(now late) Happy Birthday Satoshi, wherever you are (and whoever you are too). If you're going to search it on the internet I guess April 5, 1975, was the official birthday or the date that they are claiming. Anyway, bitcoin was already independent without Satoshi but still, I guess as long as we respect Satoshi creating bitcoin it was already enough. Still Happy Birthday Satoshi!

If binance CEO and team take over CMC then you guys should be ready for a whole new level of ratings, here are few things I expect from Binance
1. Liquidity rating will finally works 2. Many fraudulent projects will be kicked out 3. Many fake volume exchanges will be exposed or even red tagged
So far I haven't seen a capable team like binance team, if crypto is going to reach a whole new milestone then this is how it will begins
To be honest this is great news for a cryptocurrency community we know that a lot of users are probably trusting coinmarketcap but there are just too many things that are not right on the website as we all know. On the other hand, we know that Binance is already doing a great job this year since there are already so many developments done on their website. I think I would agree that Binance would do a better job in this website.

It already happened a long time ago but still, we can't be denied that there are still some good bounty projects that could happen this year.
The reward of the bounty could still be paid in the bounty hunters so it would not really be going to be a big loss.
What is for sure is the token or the coin that I made is surely going to be a dead or shit token in the future so investing in that token is not a good idea at all.

Binance Donated $2.4M in Coronavirus Medical Supplies Looks like the Binance is doing a move again to fight the coronavirus, donating 2.4M$ for medical supplies including PPE. The Binance CEO said that this supply is shipping to a hospital that needs it. They are also planning to ship it to Italy this week and then help the USA, hopefully they could recover since there are already so many cases in their country. I read on the cointelegraph today about how scammers are using the recent pandemic to scam people using phishing, malicious malware attack and other scam tactics to scam people. I think this is well informative and worth peoples attention. That is why I brought it here on this forum. There are major things that I read: 1. Scammers are using fake donation platforms to trick victims to pay bitcoin. 2. Use of phishing attack tricks claming to sell products for residents of specific affected areas. They claim to sell hand sanitizers and face mask and demands high price but will not deliver the items. 3. Using phishing attack to steal private data or to install malware or ransomware into crypto wallet devices. 4. Also, hospitals are not left out, victims of cyberattack in hospital are willing to pay to regain access to hospital compromised equipments by cyber attackers. 5. A new ransomeware called CoronaVirus was discovered on malicious websites. A given amount of bitcoin will be demanded by the scammers in order to unlock back their devices. 6. Lastly, the use of corona virus map that infect users with malware and also using it to get access to passwords and other sensitive information stored on the website browsers. This is the link to the news on cointelegraph is very helpful and I will like you to read the news in full details. https://cointelegraph.com/news/beware-scammers-are-out-for-crypto-amid-the-coronavirus-pandemicLet us all inform our people of this cyber attacks from the scammers, do not think only wallet owners can be affected, some cyberattacks can also steal our banking or other sensitive information if you read the number 7above. We should be safe and also handle our wallets and cryptocurrencies as if scammers are always at work. I have written some articles here on this forum about how to protect ourselves from scammers and about how to secure our crypto wallets. The two articles are well informative. Only the donation scamer tactic was not included as all these scam tactics above are what we wallet owners know about and avoiding daily. You will see the two articles helping using this link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5232577.msg54021683#msg54021683https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5235930.msg54107672#msg54107672And lastly, let us tell our family, friends about this scams because not we only wallet owners can be affected. Stay safe. We already have the situation I guess we cannot remove people like this in the world, even here in my country they are so many people that are taking advantage of the coronavirus pandemic. I can't believe even donations are already becoming a scam since at this time it would be easier to scam people who would like to donate. I think what we could do is just be aware of these scams and also just help in other ways, either way, we don't need to make it in crypto what is important is we are helping those who are in need.
