Wow I had a bet on England to qualify but I actually don't care about the loss because Iceland did the unthinkable and absolutely wrecked England today. I have the warmest sympathy for the Icelandic team and I hope they will manage to achieve something remarkable against France but even if they don't Iceland has done more than enough in this competition and has defied all the odds and in a way reminds me of what Leicester did in the Premier League last season  Grin Absolutely phenomenal match and all the props go to Iceland.

And one more favorite bites the dust today  Grin Frankly speaking Spain simply couldn't find a way through Italy's defense formation and that was the end for the Spanish era of domination. One interesting fact is that Spain's rise to power started after one win against Italy with 4-0 and now Italy puts a stop to that and Spain will go home. We will have an amazing match with Germany playing against Italy in the next match, but to be honest I really would love Germany to win, but this Euro 2016 is very unpredictable and very unexpected outcomes could happen, so I will most probably just watch the match and enjoy the football without betting on that particular match  Wink
2663  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin was ‘Good as Gold’ in the Brexit on: June 27, 2016, 03:03:40 PM
Well I have to ask the British members of the Bitcointalk forum if they are going to invest in Bitcoin now that their pound is 'falling down'. Maybe the UK will become the China of Europe and everyone will flock to the Bitcoin community who knows. But the pound has had such a long life that I don't think people will abandon it so easily. Maybe this weakness is just temporary and things will get back in order soon. I don't think Bitcoin is as good as gold because Bitcoin is super volatile and presents a high risk of losing value over time. Just my 2 cents.
2664  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHOCEAN ONLINE BITCOIN CLOUD MINING, IS IT GONE FOREVER? on: June 27, 2016, 12:59:15 PM
According to my source hashocean has been hacked but it is rebuilding its new site. This is it http://hashocean.co.uk/login/    Im hoping that this information i get is true

Wait so their previous domain got compromised and they decided to get rid of it altogether and transition the website to a new domain? Couldn't the rightful owners just recover the old .com domain? This smells fishy to me and I hope people will be able to access their accounts on the new domain and nothing will be missing from their balances and stuff. But this whole ordeal is very strange and looks like the owners are preparing an exit scam to run with the investors' money.
2665  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Copa america 2016 dicussion on: June 27, 2016, 11:50:51 AM
I just read that Lionel Messi is retiring from the Argentina national team and from international football basically. It's very unfortunate for his country's team because Messi can be a one man team by himself and he has been carrying his teammates during numerous matches and now apparently times are changing for Argentina and their team won't be anymore what it used to be when Messi was around. But Messi has the right to decide what's best for him so good luck in his future endeavors at Barcelona I guess. I don't think Argentina will be such a big favorite in future games on international level any more.
2666  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Euro 2016 on: June 27, 2016, 10:24:41 AM
I have a bad feeling that Italy and Spain will rely heavily on defensive plays today and both teams will pretty much cancel each one out and we might be in for another game like the Croatia vs Portugal match with zero shots on goal and nothing interesting happening in the regulation time. I am going to bet on the draw at half time and under 2.5 goals. I fancy Spain to qualify so I will have another qualifier bet as well. I like the half time draw in the Iceland - England match too because Iceland can defend themselves well.
2667  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 6-WINS IN ROW Challenge ON EURO2016 by Joca97 on: June 26, 2016, 08:06:25 PM
Belgium was all over Hungary in the first half and is totally dominating the match. I have lost count of how many goal opportunities they have had so far in the game and it's a miracle how the result is still just 1-0 for Belgium. The Hungarian goalkeeper is keeping his team alive. To be honest I don't think Hungary has any chance to turn the match around. Belgium will most likely score a couple more goals in the 2nd half.
2668  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportstips - Basketball/tennis/soccer 🔥 Wins 93 - Loss 10 🔥 on: June 26, 2016, 06:51:03 PM
I really like the Belgium to qualify bet option and I actually placed a bet myself on that one earlier today. Belgium apparently brushed off that disastrous first defeat against Italy and found themselves in the previous 2 games achieving wins and with all that talented squad and very skilled players I think Hungary won't have any luck today. Belgium's defense can be spotty sometimes but I think the offense will make up for that and even if Hungary scores Belgium will turn around the match like France did today vs Ireland. I was thinking of picking up the ML odds but I settled on the higher assurance of the qualifier bet because you never know maybe there will be extra time.
2669  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HashOcean disapeared and scammed 700,000 users ? ! on: June 26, 2016, 04:48:44 PM
Wait are there really 700k people that have invested in HashOcean or this number is just inflated because of fake accounts or duplicate accounts? This looks like the perfect inside job - just clear all the traces and cover your tracks then claim someone hacked your website and close up shop then move on with everyone's money. I wonder if the victims could get a class action suit going against HashOcean to recover some funds if they won't pay up.

France started the match with a shaky defense and a lacking offense but after the break they were all over Ireland in the second half of the match. Ireland are so lucky to walk away with the smallest loss possible because France missed so many good goal opportunities. I am still not confident in France though because I am not sure how they will fare vs some more technically superior teams like Spain or Italy. Ireland managed to advance to the knockout stage due to their high morale and good team work but sometimes a little brilliance from the players is needed and other teams that have very good individual players may be a big hurdle for France. Anyways good win for France and the match was really enjoyable to watch. Now onto the Germany - Slovakia game  Cheesy
2671  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen if BTC was Banned? on: June 26, 2016, 01:59:33 PM
I don't think Bitcoin can be completely banned by the government because it's decentralized and people are running private nodes at their homes. It's not like the government could just shut down the Bitcoin headquarters and stop all operations. Even if using Bitcoin officially gets banned people will still do underground business at bootleg exchanges so Bitcoin will continue to exist even in countries with problematic governments.
2672  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin survive world war III? on: June 26, 2016, 01:10:35 PM
I think there was a project going on about getting the Blockchain in space using satellites so the Bitcoin network will be completely independent from the ground Internet infrastructure. And in the event of the Internet getting disrupted worldwide it would still be possible to transmit transactions using the satellite installations. They will most probably act like permanent nodes in space  Wink
2673  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Post-halving - Will miners still operate? on: June 25, 2016, 07:24:40 PM
I think some miners will quit and some miners with bigger investments and stakes will stay and there will be a new balance between the price and the difficulty factoring in the new halved block rewards. Are there still Bitcoin hobbyist miners that mine at home? Well someone will still be there to mine the new blocks so there will still be people mining mostly professionally in China or wherever. Can the Bitcoin network function without miners?

It was a very unlucky own goal by the Northern Ireland player in the 75th minute and I have to admit that Wales didn't play very well today and they didn't deserve the win but football is totally unpredictable so far in this Euro 2016 tournament. I had Wales to continue to the next round @1.4 odds because I was afraid they will tie the game in regulation time and probably go into penalty shootout so I didn't take a straight win for Wales but anyways a win is a win even with not so good odds  Cheesy By the way did you guys see that sick goal by Shaqiri? I think it will be the most beautiful goal on this tournament by far.
2675  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CarlesPuyol Prediction Thread. Total profit: 0.507BTC - 100% ROI on: June 25, 2016, 12:36:52 PM
Hey Carles what do you think about picking Poland to qualify for the next round? The odds of 1.75 surely seem tempting to me. I am kinda hesitant to bet on goals for the knockout stage cause the teams will be very stressed and some mistakes could happen early in the matches even in the first half. Apparently the general consensus of bettors is that Poland should continue in the competition but the big question is whether they will be able to defeat the Swiss in regulation time or not I guess. By the way do you think under 2.5 will be a good bet as well? I am not sure should I stay away from the goal markets or not.
2676  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Coindesk/This world is scary! on: June 25, 2016, 11:25:00 AM
Wow they are selling an Ethereum research report in an e-book format for $499 which is essentially regurgitated facts and details about the alt coin which can be found freely on the Internet if someone actually wants to learn about this technology. Just look at the table of contents and you will realize the whole e-book looks like a Powerpoint presentation thrown together with some flashy pictures and diagrams here and there haha. I don't know who will buy this piece of knowledge for half a grand because 46 pages of a research report are not worth that bloody much in the first place  Grin
2677  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your gambling strategy on: June 25, 2016, 10:34:42 AM
I don't have much of a gambling strategy as I think there aren't any successful ones to be honest. My main goal with gambling and in particular with sportsbetting is to have lots of fun and test my luck in the process. Winning bets is a wonderful feeling but it's not the only thing I am striving for with gambling. The compulsive gambling addiction could be a dangerous thing to overcome but if people play just for fun and don't overspend too much money it is not harmful to gamble here and there for entertainment. After all any activity done in moderation does not have detrimental effects on your personality. My strategy is play smart, play small and have fun  Wink
2678  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Euro 2016 on: June 25, 2016, 09:21:05 AM
Hello guys it's that time again for a Saturday Euro 2016 football galore with 3 games today I can't wait for them to start it will be a glorious evening Cheesy  And I have some picks that I feel like have a reasonable high chance of succeeding that I would like to share with you. So, firstly Switzerland and Poland will have a half time draw because they will play it safely. Wales and Northern Ireland most likely will have under 2.5 goals and Croatia and Portugal I fancy taking both teams to score in this game. Good luck everyone and have fun  Cool
2679  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you like to receive your salary in BTC? on: June 25, 2016, 09:02:56 AM
no , m not appreciate with your concern.cos BTC price up/down every single days and if i receive my salary though bTC then it will be effect on my income and range.. Cheesy
hahaha. you are right. because the time that salaries less then the value of BTC may sink because only a small value of your salary

my salry is very small, with my current earning i can reach my salary in 10days.
but the problem is, i can't leave my daily job, because this is make my life like normal people.

I think if you want to get results, the s of the Bitcoin, then you must take the risk to leave your job. Because of something that makes you successful is the focus and commitment. So if you want to succeed in the bitcoin then take a risk

This is not a sound advice in my honest opinion. Yes of course you could earn a lot more money if the price of Bitcoin were to continue increasing. But the fluctuation in the price makes this whole thing a big gamble and it could go south very fast should everyone starts panic selling because it will cause the value to plummet overnight. And being without a job with fixed income will make your life a living hell because uncertainty and desperation will bother you every single day. Risk big - win big or lose big. I prefer to play small but have financial security in my life.
2680  Economy / Speculation / Re: CIRCLE EXPANDS TO CHINA on: June 25, 2016, 08:47:06 AM
Ethereum is building big traction in china right now too. Rumor has it, Okchina will be adding the currency soon Shocked !!

The Ethereum alt coin is just a fad. People are passionate about it because they can mine it at home with graphics cards and earn some cash while it offers the highest profit of all the alt coins right now. After Ethereum switches to PoS or it becomes unprofitable people will just look around and go to the next pre-mined alt coin investing their cash in a pump and dump scheme until said alt coin is bone dry and everyone will move to the next. Rinse and repeat. Oh and by the way I think Vitalik has already started selling his ETH stash so do you think this fact inspires more trust in the system or it is just an elaborate pump and dump scheme?
