It seems that Zimbabwe did not take this match seriously because they already had won the series with Bangladesh. I am saying this because no one can expect Zimbabwe could lose by more than 100 runs. It was a golden chance for Zimbabwe to clean sweep and make history but they did not avail of it. Nevertheless, they have won the series, and this want matters in the end.
I don't think that their attitude was different from what they had in the initial matches. They are playing without their best bowler (Blessing Muzarabani, out injured). And apart from a few players such as Sikandar Raza, Wessly Madhevere, Luke Jongwe and Richard Ngarava, most of the playing XI was composed of very inexperienced players. Regis Chakabva couldn't play because of injury and Craig Ervine and Sean Williams were not available for selection. Can't expect Zimbabwe to win, when they are playing without most of their regular players. It's pretty clear that Zimbabwe squad missing out lots of regular players, and they suffered. Additionally Bangladeshi bowlers moved forward with ball to stay away from clean sweep. Like Mustafizur, Hussain, Islam stepped up once again. Bangladesh has bounce back, and that was normal. If Zimbabwe batted as previous the outcome could have different. Bangladesh lost their series in the second match. They will naturally want to win the last match. But if Zimbabwe had come to the field with their full strength, they could have defeated Bangladesh in this match as well. It was their one chance but they failed to utilize it at the end. Through these two series, Zimbabwe has shown the world that their position is not over, their position in the world cricket is getting stronger. I never expected Zimbabwe to win a single match as I was in the impression that Bangladesh was a better team in ODI. Still Zimbabwe batters played exceptionally well and they won back to back two matches all thanks to Raza and their captain. Ultimately they were supposed to lose the last match. |

But, PCB is not willing to let their cricketers and those playing in PSL to be a part of this proffesional league. I found this article. I am not certain if this source is correct. Right now Bangladesh vs Zimbabwe ODI match live. Bangladesh is currently on the betting page19 overs They collected 3 wickets and 94 runs. But in this case Mahmudullah Riyad of Bangladesh has to play with a little more awareness and Mahmudullah Riyad's performance is very bad due to which the run rate is very low.

When the two countries come together in a big tournament they can play but despite these, there is no series between them. There may be political issues between the two countries but it should not bring in cricket. However, ICC does not play any role in this regard. As the controller of cricket, they have no action to solve this problem in this regard.
ICC is just a dummy body, real power is in big 3. There won't be any India Pakistan series in next decade atleast but this has made there encounters in world cup even more interesting. The recent T20I match in worldcup last year was a thriller and no one was expecting Pakistan to win the game and that too with 10 wickets. It is wrong to expect anything from ICC. They live on the money generated by big boards and therefore they will not take any action against them especially BCCI. This will surely affect Kohli at some point, because the series is a clean win and performance is quite good with batsmen as well as the bowlers. The team didn't go as dependent over single player, everyone gave the best. Whether it is T20 or ODI India have got its place in the top order. West Indies in no time used to perform completely different, so I expect some tremendous performance during the T20 World Cup.
I do not think that Kohli will get dropped soon and not until the T20WC. BCCI will still hold on to him and so will Rohit Sharma because of the huge experience he carries. Anyone saw women cricket final between Australia and India yesterday. Though Australia won the match but I have to say India played quite nicely. In the end a narrow win for Australia by just 9 runs. The irony in women cricket is that no team is anyway near to Australian cricket team.
If Shefali Verma and Smriti Mandan had given a good start then India could have win the finals. Harmanpreet kaur did played like a true captain but her performance did not rescue the Indian side. Australia were the favourite to win the final match and Indian team tried their level best. They did win a silver for their country and that is appreciable. |

Bangladesh totally banged by Sikander Raza and Zimbabwe. As said earlier this team is totally ruined in every format of cricket. I do not rely on point table but I do understand win/loss. What a pathetic performance once again by Bangladesh. As expected 290 was too low score on a pitch that allows skilled batters to scor runs. Sikandar & Regis proved it. Bangladesh atleast needs to score more than 300 or more if they want Zimbabwe to struggle chasing. They still have three overs in hand but it seem their batters are struggling to score runs. Mahmudullah should now start work on increasing the run rate rather than thinking about losing his wicket. He needs to get some boundaries now. India is in good position scoring 107 runs in 11 overs. From the beginning every player have made 20+ runs. On the crease, Rishabh Pant and Hooda are in good form scoring 25 and 21 runs. If India is able to maintain this run rate surely the score will reach atleast 220 runs. Rohit Sharma and Surya Kumar have given good start to the match.
Every Indian player is making runs today and they are in a very nice position to score around 200 runs today in the T20 match against West Indies. India versus Pakistan cricket has always been a center for various types of people to enjoy cricket. These two teams are the best at attracting people. Two of the best teams in the subcontinent. It’s a shame that they are not currently playing against each other for a long time. That has certainly dropped some viewers and decreased the interest of a lot of people in cricket. This is one of the series which actually attracted a lot of neutral fans. Just because of some dumb politicians cricket is suffering really badly in this region. And I have to say ultimately the blame is going to go to India because Pakistan is trying to do better.
I do not endorse political influence in any kind of sports but with India and Pakistan, the situation is completely different. Both countries have a good amount of talent pool for a lot of sports. At the moment India is able to utilize the talent which is evident with the number of medals India has been getting in the Commonwealth games. Regarding cricket, I do not think Indian cricket or BCCI is suffering for not playing against Pakistan in a bilateral series. The Indian board has been churning a lot of money through IPL and the Indian team has been playing a lot of cricket globally when compared with the number of games being played by Pakistan. No one cares what the Pakistan board is trying as long as BCCI generates the highest revenue from cricket and donates a part of it to ICC. |

India Women reached the finals along with Australia in the Common Wealth games, Australia is the strong favorites and it is highly unlikely we will see an upset, India's performance against England was great especially Smriti Mandhana.
Australia is unbeatable as of now, because they have the best players and the captain in the world. No other franchise league can match the quality of the WBBL. Australian cricket invested in women's cricket one decade earlier than the ECB. And they are at least two decades ahead of the BCCI, who are yet to start the WIPL. The WBBL was first started in 2015, and that is six years ahead of the Hundred League in England. Also the Australian government give equal preference to women's sport. In India, focus is always on men's game. I am just happy to see that the Indian women's team reached the finals. Smriti Mandana and Jemimah Rodrigues have been in form in this tournament, I am expecting them to perform in the finals too. Beating England on their home ground was not that easy and the same will apply to Australia. Chances are India might lose the finals but it will be a good match to watch. |

South Africa vs Ireland, I had big expectation from Ireland and things didn't work. Ireland could've opted to bat first after winning the toss. The target of 182 from South Africa is good enough to win, and Parnell made a good bowling taking 5 wickets. 7 balls left and Ireland have scored 138 runs. Maybe it could've atleast reached close around 160 runs.
The problem with the Irish side is that they are very inconsistent. Sometimes they show a good chasing power and sometimes they perform like this. 182 is still a big score for Ireland and I am not expecting them to win soon. The good part is that they are gaining a lot of experience after playing with big teams like South Africa. |

An easy win for New Zealand and they played so well specially in batting side. After losing 2 wickets early in the match, they came back strongly and had managed to win by 8 wickets and 6 overs in hand. In every match they are performing good whatever it balling side or batting side.
Newzealand were not playing against a big team. They were playing against Netherlands whom you do not see playing quiet often bilateral or trilateral series. It would be right to say, Suryakumar Yadav Indian's most flexible T20 hitter right now? After playing 22nd match Suryakumar take the second position at T20 ranking. Another revolution of Indian cricket, illustration of classic and aggressive batting. No doubt talented player, still he needs to demonstrate more. There are many expresses that with only one great inning, he received sky touching praises. He shouldn't really mind those discussions, however need more consistency to hold that status. If he played every match consistent then certainly he will be a dangerous player.
T20 cricket is very much uncertain, just an example for you to understand that if a batter perform in a given day their is no guarantee that he will perform to his best in the next match. Surya Kumar is a good batter but there is a lot of competition within the peer group. Rishab Panth, Shreyas Iyer and Hooda are also very good batters. You can not conclude to based on T20 ICC rankings. If he is unable to play or score for few matches he will then lose his position. |

Another day and the Pakistan women's team are defeated again by the Australian women's team in Commonwealth Games. Another poor batting performance by the team Pakistan. The highest scorer was Fatima Sana who made 35 runs. Rest no Pakistani women batsmen knew how to play with a bat  Even the Pakistani bowlers took only two wickets which shows their poor performances in both batting and bowling department. Australia is ranked the number one team in women's cricket and Pakistan as eight. They are no match to the current Australian side. I am not sure why you thought that they would win or will give a good fight to the Australian side. Tahila McGrath not only batted well by scoring 78 runs, she even took three wickets. Fatima Sana could have scored more if she had someone on the other side to form a partnership. |
