The 8th stage of the race in Baku may be interesting because the track in this city runs along the seaside boulevard.  This is also a city track.  But it is not the same as in Monaco.
Another interesting fact: the speed record on this track (which has existed since 2016) was set by Leclerc in 2019. So he knows this track very well.  And he knows how to maneuver there for optimal results.
I think he has a chance to catch up with Max on points.
I would like the Verstappen-Leclerc intrigue to continue this season. Smiley
The track had changed from when it was first introduced to the F1 circuit. Baku has a castle for crying out loud along the track.
Ferrari seem to have an advantage on this track according to this youtube video I watched explaining alot about the track and how it differs from many of the others in terms of a 90 degree turn which I don't think any of the other tracks have.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EmeGFVCdq2k

Very well done video to watch before getting ready for the practice races coming up later this week so to familiarize yourselves with what to expect from this race.

UFC Countdown was released a few days ago but just watched it on cable and it was a good one to know the fighters on the main card if you haven't seen them fight before.
Here is the link to the video from the official UFC channel:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZstTuT9SmOU

Santos I think has the greatest chance to win as the heavy underdog on the card for the UFC #275 main events in Singapore.
2663  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA Finals 2022 - Warriors vs Celtics. on: June 08, 2022, 11:16:14 PM
Going for a Celtics win tonight.
I just have that feeling they will be just too much for the Warriors bringing it back to their home court.. where their greenblooded fans reside.
Tatum and Smart need to be activated tonight for them to keep the party going.
I expect it to be a -3.5 points for Boston as the bookies have them at a few hours ago.

I did not even realize there was a Nations League 4-3free,,, but there is a new one up right now for the NBA match tomorrow Celtics vs Warriors. I went for mostly Celtics, and Curry to get 4+ 3 pointers since that guy seems to find a way all the time.

I have been building up USDT balance slowly over the months thanks to freebets, my mbtc balance is the one suffering a lot  Cheesy

Didn't see it either, and wouldn't have known about today's one if I didn't see your post so thank you =D

Annoying to see the "you must bet" message first when I've been losing daily bets on Nations League there already haha. I know, I know, it's just $10 but one might think last night's losing bets should count haha.

I have something like $30 USDT -- which if I take out and send back to someone else will probably cost me $30 in fees haha.
They mentioned it a few times during the duration of their last clubradio cast right before they went to break mentioning about putting in your picks for the free 4-3 promotion for the NBA finals for Wednesday night.
Just got to tune in to be update is all. Cheesy

Think Trofo has the right idea about the fees when it comes sending those USDT winnings though.

I have something like $30 USDT -- which if I take out and send back to someone else will probably cost me $30 in fees haha.
Sportsbet can send USDT on both ethereum and tron networks so fees should not be a problem. Send it over tron network and transactions are basically free. Would not want to keep my USDT on tron network for years but it is perfect for quick in/out transactions.
Very good point Trofo!
Didn't realize it can run off of the tron network as well.
You just need to know how to send and not have it on the wrong network so to lose those coins.
Happened to me transferring a ETC send to a ETH address as they are similar.
Unfortunately they were lost. So you just need to know what you are doing I guess.

Just heard about polygon in the news for ethereum so this might also be an option so to cut down on those wickedly high gas fees when it comes to using that network.

Interesting video I just watched on The Inside Line and pretty robotic sounding voice but very informative on the F1/Indy car circuit being a racing news channel.
Here is the latest video talking about how Daniel can only exit McLaren if he chooses too since it is in his contract with the exit clause put in place.
Very interesting situation he put himself in and how this plays out for Mr. Ricciardo:

Made a similar selection for my NBA 4-3-free prediction going with the Celtics on this one with Curry only scoring 3-4 three points instead.

If your btc balance is low then you should tune into the clubtalk radio and get a freebet.
Those are mbtc and in denominations of 0.25btc each one you manage to win during their telecasts.

Just used mine on a good sized betbuilder for the NBA finals tonight.
Going to win a cool 10.25mbtc if it does hit so why not give it a go on a high stakes bet like this? Grin
2668  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PayPal allows users to withdraw Bitcoin to external wallets on: June 08, 2022, 10:53:47 AM
At least they heard of what their customers demand.

But in exchange for this action, as I read in the article Paypal was planning to increase their identity verification process for users before they can send out their Bitcoin or other altcoins completely outside the Paypal's wallet.  So what it is?

However, it turns out better than before because you are now able to transfer your fund to an external wallet.  I think this system will be going to adopt them is the same as other custodial wallets locally.  The same in our local wallet, there's no fee when you send from the same wallet and if it's external transaction will vary only on the network fee and which is sounds great.
Just read the article from a different source:
https://cryptobriefing.com/paypal-adds-cryptocurrency-withdrawals-and-deposits/

Yeah but having it so their customers were only about to buy their crypto on their platform and not telling them they were not allowed to withdraw it for over a year pretty much made it a pointless process.
But now those customers are able to, the price of their asset has gone done since they bought it off of paypal when it was first introduced.
Also having their customer front the transaction fee(s) and probably some handling fee aswell knowing paypal from what they already do to their fiat based customers and their transactions already (paying by good and services) adding an additional transaction fee to send payments.

From the looks of it Musk is not satisfied on how twitter is being maintained and since the massive amount of bot accounts on the platform has basically pulled out of the deal:
https://nypost.com/2022/06/06/elon-musk-accuses-twitter-of-breaching-contract-over-spam-bots
And from a report earlier today suggests has had the financiers of this buyout stopped funding as well:

Really good Clubtalk radio session with James back to announcing and Gav mentioned they will be casting this weekend starting on Saturday for the
Cup of Nations matches. So keep an eye out for that.
They covered the England vs Germany match which ended up giving out freebets to the first 20 who answered their question in the clubtalk chat intime.
1-1 draw isn't too bad considering nobody thought they would of even scored against this tough German squad put out there.

Noticed I had a 10UST free bet which was expiring today, so must of received it from the last Nations match they had on the 4-3-free. Although it didn't say I won anything on there. But did get 3 out of 4 correct.
2671  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC Fight Night & Main Event: Sportsbet.io Predictions & discussion on: June 07, 2022, 11:38:08 PM
Well they can't retain the title forever and just retire with it. They do go away being champion of that division but the title is fought over amongst the current in the table until one comes out on top to reclaim this belt.
It is strange how it is arranged but the president of the UFC Dana White makes up these rules on how it comes to pass.
So there isn't really anythinig anybody else can say to oppose how it all comes to be.

Getting ready for the UFC 275 this weekend?
If so, put in your picks for the UFC Challenge up here:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5401701

My picks are Jedrzejczyk, Santos and Prochazka for the main cards.

Leclerc is looking like the favorite for this one according to the odds being in his favor coming off the loss to Verstappen.
For some reason Leclerc has been looking like the favorite for many races so far, and Max proven people wrong many times in a row as well. It is not always Max being awesome or anything, look at Monaco, that was a period when Max didn't do anything exceptional at all, he raced like how he should and nothing more, but the staff of ferrari made sure that Charles was still behind.

So, it is not always Max vs Charles neither, it is sometimes about Red Bull vs Ferrari as well, even with the same exact stock car given, sometimes teams could make mistakes, and this is why I believe that Baku will not be that simple for Charles. Plus Max is very good there as well.
Agree with everything you stated in the above post.
Leclerc even being the favorite driver in all the Ps and Qualification that will certainly change is my early prediction becaues as you just said: Max does very well on the track in Baku.
His car was built for this track and has been very dominant on it in races past.

@ralle14 Excellent informing those who weren't aware of this tournament starting for DOTA2.

And the oddsmakers have nothing to go with when it comes to new players on a team's roster so they are giving good value, just need to select the ones who you are familiar with and the teams that you follow to make a good decision on your betslip.

Thank you once again for post inregards to this esport!

I think that is the case leea-1334.

But you can also retire with the title and stay champion just like Khabib Nurmagomedov.
Talking about Khabib and you asking about McGregor before with him posting on his instagram:
https://www.givemesport.com/88017206-khabib-vs-conor-mcgregor-nurmagomedovs-face-after-training-after-ufc-229-compared

He will never come out of retirement to do another fight again that is for certain.
But he does coach a fighter by the name of Islam Makhachev and is waiting for him to get a title shot:
https://www.espn.com/mma/story/_/id/33940141/khabib-nurmagomedov-waiting-hear-back-dana-white-islam-makhachev-title-shot

Very interesting development there while he is running his own MMA league named Eagle FC.

Rafael just destroying and strolling onto his way to another win at Roland Garros to close out the French Open finals.
No doubt this is why he is renowned for being known as the King of Clay.
And it is looking like he is about to give Casper Ruud a bagel for the final frame of the match.

Congratulations to all who selected Nadal to win this tournament when it started cause the odds must of been very nice especially when Djokovic was in there to compete against.

Can't quite remember how the favourites went, but I do recall Volkov and Evloev being among the heavier favourites (which I also picked) so I know I got those 2 guys pat down.

Quite a number of submissions from what I see, seems slightly out of the norm, usually it's straight out KOs and decisions yeah?

Everyone happy with how it went?
I began watching halfway through the prelims and then started watching the first few fights on the main card.
As soon as my first fight on my acca lost I tuned out until the main event bout between Volkov and Roz.
It was a quick one and it got stopped early.

The only big upset was Lucas Almeida beating Michael Trizano. This was the one I had and once that was done I kind of just went back and forth watching other bets that were on at the same time.
And for the ladies Karolina Kowalkiewicz beating Felice Herrig was kind of an upset since she had been away from fighting for quite a while and had lost her past matches four straight from what I remember the announcer saying about Karolina.
Menifield & Osborne were the good ones to watch a replay of cause they just destroyed their opponents.

Overall a pretty good night of fights.

Looks like we have the grand finals that everybody was thinking was going to happen:
ENCE vs Cloud9 for the IEM Dallas championship June 5th.

The favorites are Cloud9 but ENCE game play is looking strong and their the first team in the Intel Extreme Masters to make it to a final with almost all of them being from Poland in their active squad.

Here are the lines so to place your bets on this match:

Red Bull had a structure in the past that was letting the in-team competition all the way. For example, Vettel and Webber crashed into each other while they were the first and the second in the 2010 Turkish Grand Prix. I still think that this is the right thing. But as of Max's arrival in the team, they started to focus fully on making him the champion. The biggest reason of Daniel Ricciardo's leaving the team was this too.
Ah yeah makes sense. Same thing happened to another driver and his teammate where they took each other out while they were near the end of the race in first and second place.
As with Daniel Ricciardo it doesn't look like he is impressing McLaren anymore with his driving skills.
As there has been some talk they might be replacing him on the team. Midseason doesn't seem a logical thing to do.
Or am I watching way too many videos on youtube about F1 lately waiting for the next race to begin in Azerbaijan?
2680  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: GekkoScience has a new stickminer that does 300+GH on: June 05, 2022, 03:06:51 AM
So I am finding that these things run like a champ on a pi. Much better than Win 10.

I have 15 sticks running on 1 Bitcoin Merch Raspberry pi with solid performance @ 570 with no dropout (5.2THs - 5.7THs).

The key to keeping these sticks humming is keeping them fed with good power.

I have purchased additional GekkoScience hubs at this point and found that you can drive 3 of these things up to 570 - 600 with a single arctic fan blowing on all 3 on a proper usb hub in a temperature controlled environment.

Seems like 570 for me is the sweet spot.

Look forward to replacing my remaining Sipolar hubs over the next week and brining my total up to 30 sticks over the next 2 weeks! Smiley

What are you doing with all those sticks? Solo mining?
I've always wanted to give the usb miners a try and I see bitcoin merch is the best way to start in this endeavor for btc mining instead of eth with my old gpu mining equipment since the merge is potentially still in the works for this year.
Might be time to start the transition.
