Japan’s governing Liberal Democratic party is planning to propose legal changes that would define bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as currencies.
The changes would mean bitcoin could be more tightly regulated and taxed, and are likely to lead to more investment in developing cryptocurrency infrastructure in Japan.
Tomonori Kanda, an official in the financial affairs section at the party’s headquarters, said legislative changes were discussed on Wednesday and the LDP aimed to raise the matter in parliament.
“There is a long way to go,” he said. “But we have discussed reform and believe it is the right way to go.” The timing of the change was yet to be decided, he said. Yeh, just add some fees. For PD (and other sites) withdrawals, it could be interesting to have a "high priority" checkbox. So default is 0.00015, then with checkbox for example 0.0003 (paid by user.) I am sure some bigger players would pay bigger. And I also assume some people don't care waiting a day (if you don't need the funds right away), so lower fee should be fine for them. Other idea: how much space (and therefor fees) would be saved if withdrawals are in batches? Could be optional, every x hours, for those who are not in hurry. Could give lower fee to player too. But depends if it really saves space this way and if people are interested in it. Of course the doubling should work fine too and is easier  Obviously we can also just hope that most transactions are real spam (which should stop eventually or if "we" just outbid them), but realistically the increase (well SegWit) will be really used in May I believe? So imo interesting to think about other options too. We are working on permanent fix for this. Sadly its not easy to add custom fees or do batch cashouts without rewriting a lot of code and changing the way cashouts are managed. I agree with him micro i dont think the additional fees makes the transactions go faster ... And atleast make faucet go up too since the fees are doubled .. Well if you want to win on a dice game try to deposit a high amount of btc (more or less 10 - 0.01btc) then bet max at a winning rate of 90% twice or thrice and you would definitely win those and withdraw what you've deposited and you would definitely get 2 - 0.002btc and bet those and try to make those go high and withdraw as soon as you doubled or tripled those because most sites makes you lose all of it in just some bets ... Seuntjie is the best espescially for us who plays in those gambling sites.
