It's not as high as 5x. That makes it sound that the rollover requirements are up to 5x with 5 being the maximum. 5x is the minimum, meaning it's at least five and can be 6, 10, 20, or what the casino deems appropriate.

What part of them are not open-source? There are many open-source hardware wallets on the software side. There aren't many on the hardware level, though. I think Foundation's Passport is the only one with open-source hardware, except the secure element. Someone correct me if I am wrong. I am not sure how far Trezor has gone with the development of their almost fully open-source SE. But if the openness of hardware is a problem, we shouldn't use laptops, PCs, or phones for anything related to personal or financial data, but we still do.

I don't think it's high up on their priority list. Wasabi's resume shows a willingness to cooperate if needed or even voluntarily before it is needed. If it's "at least 5 times", then what is the standard norm?

Why would someone need to talk to you privately to see the proof you have? If you have proof you are innocent and the casino is lying, make it public. If you don't want to share it because it contains sensitive information, it doesn't make much sense showing it to an unknown internet person behind a forum username.

Safe? Do you mean safely as in a safe way? Your keys are online, it's as simple as that. They would be safer if they were never online and always in a secure device and its chip. Even better, if they were created in a fully offline and airgapped environment.

Then take them to court and prove your case if you or anyone else thinks they have one.
Personally, I find it impossible to side with the player in this particular case. It would be sad if he was innocent. He took the case to a mediator that ruled against him. Not if the rules and terms and conditions say it's illegal. And point 9.7 in the Playbetr T&C clearly state that arbitrage, together with many other activities, isn't allowed on the casino. You are bound by the rules of the site you use, not what every individual person thinks should be right.

It's true that some fiat sportsbooks don't mind arbitrage betting. You should bet on those that have no problems with it and stay away from sites that do.

I remember installing a popular ad blocker on my phone a few months ago because a couple of sites I regularly visited show too many ads on the page which irritated me. The ad blocker worked in the sense that those ads disappeared, but the overall performance of the phone slowed down noticeably. Every time I visited a new website, there was this moment when the phone froze, then it slowly got back to normal loading. If Casino Guru doesn't handle sports betting-related complaints, take your evidence and submit it to a different service with mediators. cicadasTR already mentioned some alternatives. Besides those, there is also GambleScope.
