Looking for someone offering cheap time travel that goes backwards (past time).

Thanks.

How soon do you need to get there?  (I'm not necessarily saying I know someone Who could help out, but I was wondering if you've received any kind of proof you've already been into the past?)
2682  Economy / Reputation / Re: Clarification (Yoshie). on: March 21, 2021, 11:31:39 PM
I've got ~ETH 0.21 which I don't mind sending your way to help payback the loan to shasan if that helps keep the Trolls off of your back.  The main thing is that you rest up and recover from your ordeal.

You've earned a break from this place for a while - see you when you get back.

Nice catch there @YOSHIE - There's another group you might want to look in on in this thread: [Bounty Cheat] 2 Users, Two Links, One Twitter Account Connected - I've had a cursory look and there's definately more here than has been uncovered so far.

Years ago, when Tesla Model 3 was making its debut, he collected 325.000 pre orders for it in 1 week. (source) If I remember right, the price was like $1000. So he raised like 325 million dollars in 1 week. People already trusted him that much.

Didn't he then live in the Factory to ensure the cars were produced in rapid time to fulfill the orders or face hefty (unrealistic) penalties - it was almost being run as a (Ypouknowwhatzi) just to cover the outlays and promotions without any profit (other than the share price surging on the stock exchange).
2687  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: The Lightning Network FAQ on: March 21, 2021, 12:11:44 AM
...

Hi franky1 - I always enjoy reading your posts, they're insightful and pose the hard questions that need to be asked (sadly I can't merit you as the DT merit font trolls are on strike at the moment Which in itself means they're not doing the job they signed up to do)

I've got a comment about my own observations concerning the Lightning Network.  On the block-chain, I think small value transactions with small TX fees paid are going to be sooner rather than later a thing of the past as people will either shift to another, cheaper altcoin with negligible fees, or those altcoin TX will be non-existent fees.

While I like the LN and the ease of use it promises, it's klunky at the coal face end.  (It might be good for the coders at the back-end who want to sit and watch every electron that flicker's across their computer screen, but it has a long way to go before the masses adopt it)  I've lost bitcoins via Eclair and Zap and I'm in TX limbo attempting to shift funds from one Zap wallet to a new one since the 6th of March.  (Which means I'm a glutton for punishment)

So, like other people who are buried under an ever growing list of TX that get queued ahead of their own, I was wondering (in a thought bubble kind of way) if you can explain how you would speed up transactions on the block-chain (of any price range) without having to go into a bidding war - surely a level playing field where first in, first served (and all users paying the same fare to ride the TX bus) would be a more appropriate way for the transactions to be processed?

That said:

Did you know that LN transactions look for the CHEAPEST path to the end user?  Perhaps that's why DaveF's path is seen as golden and is now well trodden - have you considered that?  (either of you?)
2688  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin Elon Musk theory on: March 20, 2021, 11:46:28 PM
I think you've got it all wrong - I'm guessing Elon was testing the waters to see what kind of power his tweets carry with the masses and so he choose a well know coin with a strong following that ticks all the right boxes (block-chain, plenty of exchanges etc).

You never know he might have even bought a few million prior, but somewhere down the track he'll use twitter to plug something really big with much higher returns then just doubling or trippling the price of a minor coin.  Whatever it is will go ten-fold to fifty-fold.

Who knows?
2689  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: he pays 5000 for a bitcoin transfer on: March 20, 2021, 11:40:58 PM

The fee's amount is crazy, but this transaction has more than 630 inputs!

The Fee per byte is close to average: 107.553 sat/B

I guess somebody combined a lot of old dust...

That was my point exactly - I'd say someone has swept up every last bit of satoshi dust they ever accumulated and were prepared to pay ~10% of the current total as a transaction fee to cash the funds out.

BTW, hacker would have done the same thing.

I hadn't even thought of that, but yes, a hacker would want to shift funds in a hurry (especially if they were cashing out)

Conclusion: I believe the account Yoshie still under the control of the original owner.

I've had one of my previous posts in this thread deleted by a mod for no apparent reason.

Thanks goes to Coolcryptovator for making contact with Yoshie and I wish him well & a speedy recovery.

Most may not have noticed Yoshie has responded via Trust Feedback on Fact Finder's trust feedback page:

YOSHIE    2021-03-20    Reference    A very reckless troll, clueless with matters, he doesn't know anything, hides behind the main accounts, very careless in his actions, loser.

YOSHIE    2021-03-20    Reference    Stupid, making up completely absurd stories, which he doesn't know, accounts like this are a disease for the public in this forum.

As I said in my now deleted by a DT Troll admin/mod - this thread should never have happened and you have to wonder why the OP started it in the first place?

Hi guys, I was wondering if I can make a suggestion concerning the "balance" that's in the top right hand corner of the page?

Perhaps there's a "Bitcoin" balance, a "FUN token" balance, then there's a total funds balance.  My personal preference would be the three balance change with the FUN token in blue, the bitcoin in another colour e.g. orange, then the total balance in the yellow/green hue that it is at the moment?  (Or, the yellow/green hue stays as the bitcoin balance and another colour becomes the combined balance).

Thanks for reading.

It hasn't escaped my attention you're hyperventilating in multiple threads about the same issue... that and the fact I'm the only one who's playing via freebitco.in (a rival company to the one in your signature).  Please don't turn this into an unfriendly competition.
(and before you click "reply" have a look at how many days this week I *didn't* post)
2694  Economy / Gambling / Re: "The Maharaja of Bitcointalk" Sports Bettors/Tipster Competition 🏆Free entry🏆 on: March 20, 2021, 08:21:21 AM
They do have sporting events and a sportsbook. So, I'll allow it but there needs to be some changes from freebitco.in's users to be able to comply with the tournament rules. Do let me know if you have any improvements that could be made on the tournament. Would be appreciated. Thanks.

... and they would be what exactly?  Your PM asked me to post the results once the games have been played - I've given an example with the Grammy results - is this not enough?

This is all I see when placing a bet:

and further down:

There's no outside links no other confirmations.  It's a little klunky and I'm only placing a few bets at a time, but, if that's what you want, then that's what you'll get.

Good, that's what I've been waiting for. Now everything is finished. But the password has been changed during the period of inactivity, so everything will be fine if he can sign the messages he once did to this thread.

... and with just three posts, who are you to demand others sign messages to prove to you that they are who they say they are?  Perhaps you should post via your main Troll account.

Given the same password reset dates and now today the same twitter account details, is it safe for us to say that Fozone and sameme are alts and to add Fozone to the list in the OP?
2697  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to Secure Your Assets on Exchange in the Event of Your Death? How it Works: on: March 19, 2021, 09:47:52 AM
I strongly recommend users keep a minimum amount of crypto on any exchange (for the duration of trades only) given there is a strong likely hood the owners or hackers of exchanges will cause your exchange of choice to cease trading and you are left with nothing.
2698  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you have a Bitcoin exit strategy? on: March 19, 2021, 09:42:50 AM
I joined the signature campaigns about nine months ago as I regularly post and see it as a means to receive bitcoins that I can hodl indefinitely (ten plus year objective) given that I haven't had to buy them. And, any time I do actually need bitcoin, I can buy them for the going rate and use them immediately without worrying that they'll go down in price.

Some of the SigCamp funds have gone into opening Lightning Network Channels and some have gone into paper wallets.
2699  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: he pays 5000 for a bitcoin transfer on: March 19, 2021, 09:37:14 AM

Just imagine you've earned the bitcoin over many years and now you see them turn into about $50,000 - Ask yourself - would you be willing to sweep your funds to enable you to cash out - but have to pay 10% in transfer fees to ensure the funds went where you want them to the same day?

That much fees is simply super expensive and not sustainable in the long run! I see the sender paid 107 Sat per byte fees which is less than the current fees required.

I paid 20 sats per byte yesterday to send a TX and it's already confirmed.
