Yes, and in the near future I would like to have this project its own bank account, so it can also accept fiat. or meant to promote crypto in a specific region you might be limiting the charity's reach by aligning it with the forum. Promote Crypto... Yes... But I can't really tell that there would be a specific Region or Country, for the fact that my aim is to help people who are in need. And for I know there would be some people here whose willing to make a Charity Activity for their place then I guess it would be good if we don't have a limit on places. But the fact that I'm currently staying on the Philipines (one of the Poor Country), I can only achieve some activities here, but if luck stays within this project, we will consider to give donations on NUSKIN (the past pproject of DABS) so that people that are not within my reach can also be given a chance. Please don't take this the wrong way; the forum could be a tremendous help in the initial stages, but in the long run it is just a forum. By giving the charity a URL and an aligned name that conjures images of the goal I think you'll be better off in the future if the charity's reach can spread beyond the forum.
Just my opinion, and it's worth exactly what you just paid for it.
Dont worry, opinions are accepted for the sake of our success, besides this is not just ours, but also yours ( I know, that you know the feeling when other people appreciates your help), so basically this is a win-win for all of us.
Edit: In my opinion it would be better to use a catchy phase such as "crypto for good".
We already considered that JC  for we know we might get critism from the others, but still I would like to hear their thoughts about having bitcointalk on the Charity's domain. Discussing that here would be fine, I think. For it is not really of topic, and it is for the betterment of this Charity Program. We are now planning to make website/webpage for the Charity Program, and for the reason it was started here, I thought of having bitcointalkcharity.org as its domain. Before we finalized it, I am asking for the permission of the admin whether I'm allowed to use the word bitcointalk or not. If granted, we will just include that bitcointalk.org is not affiliated/connected to us and just tell why we picked the name. Ideas are welcome, esecially the thoughts of the admin regarding this. We positively aim to make this project a success and bring some hope to some people.
Webpage Designers that is willing to help are always welcome, in fact I can't do this on my own. Just like when it started a month ago, Without the other's help, I'm nothing, and so as this project - it will be surely be gone by now, if there aren't some people who has a good heart and will to help other people.
Regarding on the funds, it will be still be handled by bl4nkcode and we plan on putting some ads on the site to have it some extra added funds. So the Charity wont just be relying on some Donations. I, cabalism13 will be responsible for all of the concerns of the public. Admins will be picked strongly for having a good profiles here, to lessen the doubts. And also activities will be decided through public discussions. |

Like what I have said earlier, sMerits are only given within the owners own judgement, pero kung ngayon ang susumahin mayroon ng ilan na deserve mag ka Merit. I can feel darlus123, ganyan din ako noon until I realize that I should also make an effort here para may mga ilan na makipagtalakayan. Nasa atin ang simula kung paano tayo uunlad. Yan ang aking napatunayan, dahil kung patuloy lamang tayong mghihintay, puti na mata natin wala pa din pagbabago. Dapat natin isaalang alang ang mga bagay na hindi halos nabibigyan ng pansin.
Actually I wanted to save my sMerits, pero talagang mas naeengganyo akong magbigay kesa magipon. Kung kaya hindi ko din maituloy tuloy ang aking challenge. If I will be a Source, siguro atleast 5-10sMerits per day ang maidistribute ko ok na. |

Mas okay kung mayroon ka din list ng mga stores diti sa Pilipinas na tumatanggap ng bitcoin or kahit anong cryptocurrencies. Then ung location nila contact, or kung may branches pa sila, although mejo mahirap ito dahil nga hindi pa ganun kakilala sa atin ang crypto, pero kung iisipin may posibilidad naman na mayroon ngunit maliliit at hindi pa kilalang establisyimento.

What's this guy's deal @btcsmlcmnr, it's left for the local boards that don't have merit sources or moderators as you say to come forth and apply. You don't attack the boards that have showed interest in requesting for a source or more source just because you feel others don't have. You don't get what you don't asked for. (I believe they're not interested that's why they haven't asked). Beside the allocation of merit to local boards merit sources aren't that huge to make an impact that's why the need for more sources isn't a bad idea on those boards. The local boards that are comfortable aren't complaining like Russia.
Exactly. Boards that doesn't make a requests should be left alone for they' re already don't need anything except for moderation of spam and garbage posts. I have seen the number of Merit Sources in the Merit Stats, it's 100+ and we definitely don't feel those Sources on our Board |

Based on what I'm seeing right now, the majority of participants in CloudBet Campaign will be Filipinos.
Why?
Coz' when it comes to campaigns we're really active and also we're too much ibedient when it comes to campaign rules. So yeah, we might expect a number of posters here right now, I just hope they won't just spam non-sense like "I agree" "Tama ka dyan" and anything else na sinasabi pa rin kahit obvious na...
I do hope that these users will engage more on discussions not just because they're being paid for every posts.
I will expect more from now on, even though it hurts to know that the outcome will still be the same (hope not) 😢

It is obviously their faults, due to their laziness. It is always easier to stick with the first languages, learning and using second languages are harder, but it worths our time, especially with the International language like English.
Well, humans are born with laziness, and yeah it definitely worths our time, but still we have to consider some of them who really can't. There are people who can be described as slow learner and that also makes them lazy to learn. Other people should understand that not all users here can definitely do what we can even if they die trying their isn't a perfect one who can do all things. Making some adjustments isn't that bad as long as we can help the community to its development and to make it grow as a large group. We understand that not all boards has a Mod or Source but still this is somewhat one of the reasons on why local members aren't joining into discussions, they feel that its just useless for nobody will notice their sides even if they join on some hot threads. Its just a sad thing that not all boards doesn't have these things. |

I guess using that words on the highlighted format would be rude. In fact, this is not all about creativity and uniqueness, they surely might lack of knowledge but what now? Atleast they have given their shot unto that, Efforts are not meant to be wasted. Besides not all translated topics does get Merits or acceptable to the public, just like what I have said, it is within my own discretion for I have picked those and which is considered to be good. Filipino are a bit lazy when it comes to understanding other languages. And the fact that they want it in our own language, I guess that would be fine as long as the source has been included to the OP. Local Boards doesn't have to be unique, its all about discussion and interactions between users coming from the same country, translated topics are also Valid in my case for not all of us can understamd english very well. So it is not really JUST, and regarding on those locked topics, if you weren't able to open it again then I guess it is only applicable to make a new thread for discussion. If we see something that doesn't have any purpose Report to the Moderator will be the best solution. My main purpose for these application is to award them for bringing up a topic that is meant to have a serious discussion, as long as its all about Bitcoin, Blockchain etc. Users that have made an effort that has enough quality, awarding them with few gifts will be fine. P.S. Users will only get an easy Merit if the Source was a faulty one. Then again, in my case it would be not easy. |

What if every signature campaign will require the participants to have at least 3 post on their Local Board? I think this is enough now to have some active local board to help every newbies on their local.
And i believe having post on local board can also prevent the sold account to make money on signature campaign. Let’s see what would be the reaction of every campaign manager on this one.
This can't be possible... Just imagine on how will the manager make a quick review on the participant's posts on their boards if it isn't written in English. If there will be a rule that posts on Boards should somewhat have a translation on English then I guess, this might be considered as valid to the CM's eyes. We still have to consider that each and everyone of us here has their own Mother Language if it isn't English. |

Giving yourself as an example, might do the trick. Be their inspiration.
Explaining them on what they should do.
Helping them nourish their brains.
Having a serious discussions with them about some issues.
Every faulty activities should be corrected and guide them on how will they correct it.
Letting them see the efforts that you're doing for them, maybe somehow they'll appreciate it. Even if not, never stop from doing so.
Keep them from pushing forward.
And also keep them at bay for they're just like some other kids IRL.
