2681  Economy / Speculation / Re: Devastating signal: bear market, 6.4k support, 12.4 resistance on: November 21, 2019, 02:11:50 PM
I guess that is not really "devastating" signal, it says there is a good support near and a great resistance at a way above the current price. It would be bigger move going to $6.4k or going to $12.4k? I would say going to $12.4k would be a way bigger move. Hell we just recently touched $7k and went back to above $9k so the support is way above what it looks like here on the charts because there is a "psychological" support as well which is basically keeping the price above the current levels. We could always drop further and further but that doesn't mean that it will happen right away.

I would say "a bit down first but higher later" has always been said and whenever that is said I have seen it go higher directly without going down, so I say it will go up soon without going down.
The fact that everyone expecting a warming up .. counting down the halving day ahead , the price should move up step by step gradually but here we are stuck at $8,000 even could get lower due the trends shows we are in bad vibes to go down further.
This situation could attract some big players to drive the price down instead moving up , you know they love making money through our misery.

$7,000 is my current updated support point and $11,000 is the resistance, let's hold it on $7,500 for a while .
2682  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: November 21, 2019, 01:29:18 PM
Success for Spurs this season is to win a trophy, any trophy. The FA Cup would be somewhere good to start. They’re 11 points behind Man City who are 4th so I think CL qualification is impossible unless they win it & enter next season as the reigning champions which seems very unlikely.

Mourinho just needs to get some form back for Spurs & prepare for next season.
Mourinho looks quite enjoying his first day at the office even though it's a bit hurting me as a chelsea fan.

Throwback when once he said 'I could NEVER manage Tottenham... I love Chelsea fans too much!' Back in the days when he is a very controversial manager, now he is become an ordinary normal coach which I hate he has transform to that Sad.
Well I wish nothing but the best luck , spurs might could only reach the Europa League spot considering the current position would still put them on the pressure especially if the failed to get full 3 points under the new coach Mourinho this week.
Winning something is of course their goal which I think it could easily achieved with Mourinho there now.
2683  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the weirdest thing you have seen for sale for Bitcoin? on: November 20, 2019, 07:42:36 PM
Part 2 - Today I browsed some more to see if I can find even more weird things and I found some disturbing stuff. The one guy is charging people

for videos of murder scenes. (Not the actual murder) but the actual footage of the crime investigation. This guy must be in law enforcement or

working in a crime lab or crime archives to get to these videos. I did not pay for any of the stuff, because I have a weak stomach and I want to

vomit just thinking of it. Why do you get sick people wanting to look at things like that?
Those people with psychological problem would love to see that , they would pay for it definitely!

I have one relative who do loving to watch suicide videos, horrific car accident videos and other crazy brutal videos. He looks normal in the daily life but has these abnormal hobbies. I just telling him about this now and guess what's his reply? He said 'send me the link!'
Another weird thing on sale at darkweb I've found is a recipes on how to cook human meat... creepy isn't it?
2684  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: November 20, 2019, 06:49:10 PM
New poll up.  Please vote or vote 'other' and post which club itt if you don't think it's either United or Real.  Poch is like the hottest managerial prospect in Europe right now.

I vote Man United.  United can't wait to kick Solksjaer.
Looks like everyone interested to talk about pochettino next club to Manchester United or real madrid.

Where I personally think Bayern munich and PSG would be his next destination...
Despite Thomas tuchel doing good so far , psg always demand for a champions league success, pochettino could bring a new hope to them.
And solksjaer should be given more time at Manchester United at least 1 or 2 years , I know it must be painful being Manchester United fan these days after the glorious era of Sir Alex Ferguson , you can't expect the same thing.
This is a modern football where everyone compete to spend money as much as possible to get the rising star players but still get no trophy, getting managers sacked in short time won't change anything in the long term but giving more time isn't a bad choice at all neither rather than following the trend to sacking managers.
2685  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: November 20, 2019, 03:32:36 PM
Now that Mourinho has been appointed manager of Tottenham will they really be contesting for a top 5 finish?

Not this season, no. It’ll take him a couple of transfer windows to build a team in his way. I think Eriksen, Alderweireld & Vertonghen are in the final year of their contracts so they’ll go in the summer. Jose will need time to build his squad.

Tottenham's summer transfers should be fun to follow next year.  Grin  And I hope he gets Rui Faria back in his coaching staff.
Pochettino had only spend of around 110m euro during his charge at Tottenham.

Compared to Mourinho's two years at Manchester United that spend of around 320m, does Levy is ready to spend really a lot of money in the upcoming transfer window? Let's see .. so far Paulo dybala would be main Mourinho transfer target priority and nemanja matic the player that Mourinho loved since he was in benfica also on the list , who else?
2686  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Protect your personal computer/smartphone - Save yours coins from hacking! on: November 20, 2019, 02:58:45 PM
You guys forgot one very important thing, the source of that anti-malware software. I got a friend that insisting on using "premium" software. Cc cleaner is free to use but he wants the pro version, instead of paying for it he tries to download the crack version of it. Next thing he knows that he downloaded a virus on his pc.
So the point is just avoid cracked software completely, always download an app directly from its source. And use an AdBlock on your browser, it's not just blocking ads but also block other dangerous scripts. There is a 97% chance you get redirected to false software when you try to download it from a shady site. You can get viruses, ransomware, or rat, etc.

I think windows defender is more than enough to protect your pc though, as long you don't go to some shady site and try to download everything you see there. And make sure that your windows defender up to date, they asking an update for a reason.

Yuppp spend a little money to save more money rather than taking risk for the sake of free stuff , completely not worth it.

One more thing ... you shouldn't connect your device into a public wi-fi or any other public connection especially the one with no authentication to get in the network! Bad guy waiting there to access everything in your device once you did connected in, love your coins! In the end everything is back to you where you have to becareful all the time.
Imagine you have all the necessary software installed in your devices and one mistake ruined it all .
2687  Economy / Speculation / Re: Here’s Why Bitcoin Just Dropped Nearly 4% on: November 19, 2019, 12:48:36 PM
Every time Bitcoin's price makes a rapid movement, crypto media will immediately try to tie it to some event that happened recently. If you look at the charts, Bitcoin was under bearish pressure for weeks - it failed to break past the walls at $9k and since then was defending its current positions. A lot of analysts have predicted that Bitcoin will soon plunge further if it fails to sustain the key $8,500 level, and this is exactly what happened. These Google news are really irrelevant to Bitcoin, it's just another centralized payment processor, it's not a direct competition to Bitcoin.
Bitcoin doesn't need exposure anymore... those giant companies who looking for opportunity creating business in financial technology is the one who did it Grin.
No wonder the media force themselves to correlates it to bitcoin , market did respond it quickly and weak hands pull themselves out piece by piece but don't worry we have strong support at $7,000 we are still safe from the price plunge at this point.

I would scared to the death if in the next couple of weeks the price plunge did occurred.
2688  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Social experiments in the world of gambling on: November 19, 2019, 11:35:10 AM
Helping doesn't mean to lend/give him money for whatever reason. If he admits about his sickness, then I might help him to get the necessary treatment.

The more complicated scenario is when his family is also in trouble and desperately needs money to buy food or pay for school tuition fees. In this case, I would lend/give some money to his wife, but not to him.

Any better solution?
The topic itself is too general actually, if only the case is more specific like ... 'someone who desperate in life after hit by an unexpected big loss in gambling , a real loss that causing chaos into his whole family life and then come over here looking for solutions' that's a better specific topic  title Grin , but still if you mentioned money ... after you have lost money, none of us will trust you that the money we will give to you will be used to recover the whole thing caused by gambling.

You'll probably trying to recover the losing money by gambling again with that free money given to you , this is vulnerable to be abused.
2689  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin price manipulation are becoming too obvious now. on: November 19, 2019, 10:02:59 AM
I still need evidence to believe the theories of price manipulation. Only talks and presumptions but nothing too logical to explain that.
Also, that doesn't make much sense, how can we then still claim that Bitcoin is decentralized and independent and on the other hand explain every price pump or dump with manipulation?
You can see there's a lot of research made by professional institutions and even universities trying to prove that there's manipulation in bitcoin market by some big players, yet they got nothing but more and more wild speculation in the end , they just can say that bitcoin can pushed up or dropped down easily by a single person , by a big whales! They are suspecting that those big whales bought bitcoin over and over again through USDT since 2017 and the last time is when it was on $4,500 drive to $10,000.

They are all said it was made by big whales , big whales who? They can't answer it , the only evidence is that they are looking at some exchanges with large number transaction on USDT and they found a single huge usdt transaction... still it doesn't prove anything.
2690  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you become a better or a worse person after you started gambling on: November 19, 2019, 06:35:53 AM
Gambling does not change anything in my life including my personality so I cant say I become a better person or a worse person after started gambling.
Gambling gives me a lot of lesson especially in controlling myself, gambling also gives me some more new friends.
All in all, gambling does not affect me in the negative side but it gives me some positive effects.
Sounds contradicting  Grin , let's simplify by saying nothing much has changed.

As believe it or not based on popular research that gambling itself designed to 'deceive' in other words .. that's leading to bad things rather than good things most of the times, I've campaigned this matter since long time ago everywhere here in gambling section, well it looks like useless Grin .
People tend to be conscious that they would lose at the end no matter what but still they did play it all the time , what's wrong? There's something wrong in people's brain, that's the logical answer. You're guaranteed to become a worse person in gambling, that's what I can say.

2692  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin using or need! Vs stable coins on: November 18, 2019, 04:03:15 PM
So stable coins are pegged to fiat currency 1:1
Fiat currency is DEBT based.
The bigger the debt the bigger the demand for fiat currencies!

In economy boom yes fiat currency value is less but when recession is there... Then the fiat currency will be on hands of few.

So debt is what Gives value to fiat currencies!

I disagree with your point. It doesn't matter how big the country's debt is as long as the financial growth is carrying it the economy of the country can still improve in any standpoint therefore still increasing the value of their fiat currency, just take a look at USA where there debt is one of the biggest in the world yet there GDP is big that it outweighs the debt they carry. This just show their ability to payback their debt and it doesn't diminish the value of their fiat because of it. Also your statement about how the fiat currency's value will decrease because of the "economy boom" is wrong because its actually the opposite of what will happen as it actually increases the value of the fiat currency because the financials will reflect on it.
+1 There's no one , no country in debt-free ...

the difference is how industrialized nations such as US or Japan or France who has the biggest GDP could maintain their debt into something productive and profit is the outcome in the end. Least developed countries couldn't / struggle to maintain their debt into profit and that's the barometer of how much worth their currency value indirectly.
Anyways I'm not a big fan of stable coins , at least until there's a project that could offer more transparency than the current stable coins available in the market like tether. We need a stable cryptocurrency indeed to spend daily but not with USDT platform.
2693  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: November 18, 2019, 03:06:37 PM
^  It's not over.  There are more international fixtures (a lot) later and tomorrow.  So if you think your favorite footballers are risk free from injuries, don't hold your breath...  And don't make your bets just yet.  Wink
So far pulisic is the only chelsea player that suffering injury during the international break he is not even play yet for USA , safe to say that the key players for chelsea this season such as abraham , mount and tomori is just fine Grin , we have kepa play for Spain tonight and jorginho + emerson for italy ... wish them get rested , important game this week against Manchester city which could be the real test for Lampard to answer Mourinho doubt on how chelsea this season under him can't win against big clubs.

I personally expecting a draw against Manchester city is more than enough to maintain the current fabulous form considering how terrible Chelsea whenever play against city at Etihad in the last 2 years.
2694  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst Day of My LIFE - Dice on: November 18, 2019, 12:45:33 PM
Actually gambling is not entirely bad, the bad is players. Stupid players will play greedyly and they will continue to try to play even in the worst conditions, like borrowing, well that's the stupidest thing. If the person playing is a wise person then they will make this gambling just a side to have fun and money is just a bonus, not a goal.
That's the hardest part , you might did gamble for the first time for the sake of having fun but as time goes by without even you realized that you are gambling completely for the money... no more fun in it when you lost, everyone would admit been in that kind situation simply it's because the gambling nature tend to bring people into bad situations most of the times .

Stay away from gambling in the first place if you want to avoid risking your financial stability, it's destructive, affirmative!
2695  Economy / Speculation / Re: Aren't we headed towards getting a 10k (or maybe higher) shot again? on: November 18, 2019, 05:55:57 AM
everything on the charts point to a big bull run starting with a soon-ish breakout. and the fundamentals are there too, there is lots of good news regarding bitcoin adoption these days on top of all that which should have started this breakout but for some reason it seems like the same range is being forced to stay even though the range is squeezed more into a compacted one each time it is tested.

I do agree there are a lot of very positive news signals and fundamentals are good as it always have been, but last year when we had our DIP in the sub 4K we also had more positive news signals and though we did continue with decreasing of price, but nonetheless I do think cause of sentiment we had all over this year the price might go up instead of going down.... It might be kept under control for a few months till the halving dates kick in more and more.
What i'm most curious of is will we see serious action PRE halving, ON halving or few weeks/months AFTER halving... ??
Though I do cheer good and positive news cause user count will keep increasing ant thats the most important of the whole BTC story, more and more different people will be owning some % of the total amount of available BTC
I would scared if then before the halving the bitcoin price continue to grow but falls after the halving.

Could this scenario happened? I think so in the short term like ... few months after bitcoin halving the price fall back to $4,000 but slowly recovering in the next year 2021 even skyrocketing to a new all time high doubled from the last all time high of $20,000 , $40,000? That's my number.
Nothing can guarantee that bitcoin price would go up unstoppable right after the halving right?
2696  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will You Agree To Publicize Your Journey From Being Chronic Gambler on: November 17, 2019, 11:52:41 AM
If I could help even 1 person recover from addiction,,, then for sure I definitely would. I am not a big gambler, thankfully,,, I do enjoy losing a a little money every now and then;)

But I keep my habits to small and same wagers here and there with pocket money,,, I probably would have saved a lot of money if I did NOT gamble, but then again I could have worse habits. And who knows one day I win some big jackpot that changes my life?

But if I became addicted and recovered? I for sure would agree to share. In the hopes to help someone we should always agree.
Good for you , i wish you to never fall into addiction, you are part of those 1% rare people .

Realistically it would always about money especially for those who struggle making one as long as it makes sense for your or even a fantastic amount of money offered like it would sufficient to covers your living cost for 10 years for instance.... why you should refuse it?  Grin .
But ideally it shouldn't be like that , for those people who are not materialistic... making an impact by Sharing a great story would be more than receiving thousands dollar to make you happy which it's rare nowadays unfortunately.
2697  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Risks with using trading Signals on: November 17, 2019, 10:13:04 AM
If we are talking about signals that are sold on paid channels, then I completely agree, most of these channels are complete nonsense, where people lose their money. I personally prefer to analyze the market myself, read the news on various news portals( Neironix.io, cointelegraph etc.), tradingview analytics and make decisions ourselves, rather than pray for signals from closed paid groups.
Most don't have any specific analysis when giving signals and this is not recommended when participating in the crypto market. Now a lot of analytical lessons for you and can apply the knowledge you have learned when trading because if you have the knowledge you will never fail to trade. I never join signals on Telegram because their predictions are unclear and inaccurate.
Never say never , even a professional trader can still failed making predictions and lost a lot.

But here's the difference between the one with a lot of knowledge and the other who know nothing but speculating all the time . First of all a professional knows how to minimize the risk instead targetting a lot of profit at once they tend to think and act based on the data. The newbies just put the buy/sell orders based on the feelings in other words more to gambling instead of doing trade.

I would say that there's might only 1% of professional trader who able to share the analysis through a product called trading signal and really do a legitimate trading signal business, the rest of it is just a bullshit trading signal services operated by an opportunist who trying to steal your money with 100% trading signal lies. I've got a lot of reports from my fellow traders who insist to try the trading signal... guess most of them ended in anger as it feels nothing has changed since they joined , the risk for you to get a scam signal services is more than 80%, don't do that unless if you really know who's the trader themselves.
2698  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst Day of My LIFE - Dice on: November 17, 2019, 09:11:35 AM
~snip
Borrowing money just to gamble is a stupid idea but if you really are a greedy and a revenge type gambler, you will do things like this to get your money back or to have some profits to bag on.

There are many gamblers who are getting many losses because either they don't know when to stop or they are not lucky at that time. For me, it is better if don't just gamble if you don't want to suffer the consequences gambling can give to you.
You'll always faced by hard choices in gambling.. even when you are up in profit.

Don't you think gambling is destructive most of the times? I can't see there's a lot of stories about gambling that have a happy ending , they are all either endless or terrible ending just like what op experienced.
That's the worst scenario... borrowing the money > get busted all > frustrated can't pay it back > committed crimes or the worse committed suicide to end the misery, I've heard a lot of stories like that , I wish we won't be one of them.
2699  Economy / Speculation / Re: One more dump before halving? on: November 17, 2019, 06:20:19 AM
Honestly speaking the bitcoin market is good as of now with slight improvement and not much dump except one particular dump before week or so which provided further pump, but are these manipulation just to for whales to cash out before the halving and then invest again at a cheaper value to get most profit of out it post halving? Are we going to witness major dump before halving?
We always witness this kind of situation every time there are halving but I think this time if the price will dump, it will have a hard time to increase again. Just my speculation, I don't see some improvement with bitcoin this year but hopefully, I am wrong and let's wait for bitcoin to make another ATH's or if not, more than $10k will do.
The market has slowed down considerably and it doesn't seem like it is going to accelerate anytime soon, with that in mind I cannot see the price going above 10000 before the end of the year and it is likely that we will close the year with a negative trend, but no one should be too worried about it the halving is too close and this should be enough to attract enough investors so we can avoid another crash, but even then it is not going to be enough to get to another ATH.
179 days to go , not a long way to kickoff the halving that everyone been waiting for ...

This downtrend after a flash rise for me obviously shows how bitcoin itself is on bearish since few months ago on August right after hits the highest marks in last 20 months.
I wouldn't sell nor continue buying right now .. just fasten your set belt , a major move will occurred before the halving day, that's my short analysis based on moving average.
2700  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA EURO 2020 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Qualifying on: November 16, 2019, 10:50:43 PM
That's how the odds built! Based on the complicated statistics and confusing us in the end  Grin .

Just don't forget north Macedonia successfully eat Slovenia last month surprisingly, will they makes another surprising result against Austria tonight? If they managed to win over Austria ( I know this is unlikely happened )... Austria and the other two teams Israel & Slovenia would still have the same chance to get the last ticket to EURO 2020! This could be an interesting scenario as the those three Austria, Israel and Slovenia have the same 11 point .
It's a mission impossible but hey thi is football right everything could changed 180° .
I knew it! I smells something wrong with the odds here Grin , and the match finally ended with a hard winning for Austria 2-1 over Macedonia.

Again ... those people who expecting a lot of goals could be scored in this match and maybe expected Austria to win with bigger margin... it's completely failed. Macedonia successfully fight Austria in this match and guess the odds for +1.5 handicap @2.5 won it , thanks to a very late goal from Macedonia.
I was looking for Macedonia to hold Austria draw @8 actually Grin , a fun bet as everyone knows Austria squad is far better than Macedonia, they have only a fighting spirit  and they did they fight for it until the last minutes.
The scenario above that I have mentioned is now over , Austria finished at 2nd to seal the EURO 2020 final round .
