Isn't football crazy I would bet my money on chelsea to win Arsenal, but here is arsenal winning the Westham that score chelsea three goals to win them, regardless Arsenal has maintained consistency, Mikel Arteta has really b in understood the job at longlast. This leaves Westham in 5th and Arsenal in Fourth only 7 points away from chelsea, win a game more, when last did we see arsenal end fourth in the league, can this be the season Mikel Arteta lead Arsenal to a UEFA champions league spot.
A good game tonight from Arsenal who are much the better side West Ham was never a threat to them throughout the duration of the match and it's quite unbelievable that West Ham that defeated both Chelsea and Liverpool will struggle against an inconsistent team like Arsenal, well the gunners are temporary occupying the 4th, Tottenham has 3 outstanding matches while Man has 1 if both clubs wins their matches they move to top 4 and push Arsenal down thus top 4 position will be keenly contested.
2682  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The altcoin market has become scammer's playground on: December 15, 2021, 04:04:23 PM
The cryptocurrency space has always been thought to be a haven for money laundering and with the decentralisation feature of the market, scammers are bound to take advantage of the opportunity and deceive naive or ignorant investors. The onus lies on us to gain knowledge about the industry before investing.
Being deceived by scammers is a risk or a recklessness that at first we were just negligent without seeing and analyzing it first so that everyone can immediately fall into the trap of scammers who always give very tempting offers, so the solution is only one, don't believe too much in everything the new one.
Improper research is one of the  major cause of investors being scammed, imagine a shit coin pumped 2800% within some couples of hours that is red flag, however a lot of greedy and gullible investors whose mindset is to earn massive profits within the shortest time will always fall for this trick, no wonder Altcoins has become a breeding space of scammers who equally has victims to scam, a quick research will prevent a lot of investors from those fraudulent activities.

Aston Villa and Manchester City are the winning sides currently just as everyone expected including me. Aston Villa want to atone for their disappointing loss against Liverpool. But they had better open the gap and relieve. Otherwise, Norwich can still make a comeback. And as for the Manchester City's match, they are too comfortable as they ended the first half 3-0 ahead. Maybe they will win by a really huge gap.

Yep, the end result is Manhester City 7 0 Leeds United. What a score. Manchester City were really very dominant in this match and did not leave the slightest gap for Leeds to develop their game. Still cant believe with the end result but thats what happened!
Let us not decieve ourselves Man City is the best club in EPL at present, they look unstoppable in their EPL title bid, I am very sure it was a must win match against Leeds Utd but never expected the seven goals margin considering the kind of performance put up by Leeds Utd against Chelsea last weekend, Man City had  incredible 31 shots on goals with 15 on target said it all,  this shows how they dominated the match from start to finish and ruthless on goal and consolidating their lead on the table.
2685  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What online betting company you know gave you a b'day present? on: December 15, 2021, 05:43:04 AM
Birthday presents by casinos are awesome. It's a good way to keep long-time customers happy. This year I was a bit busy on my birthday and didn't really have time to collect all the goodies. On one site I remember I got some free slot games but they expired because I didn't use them in time. On another site I got a 5 USD voucher but lost it all. The best gift where some free tournament dollars on the poker site I play the most, managed to get 20 bucks out of it.
It is nice to see that some casinos are actually implementing something like this and they are giving bonuses to their clients on the day of their birth as this is a nice way to keep your customers happy and the price they need to pay for this is relatively low, however I will admit that in my case I have never received one of those bonuses as I never give that information away as I prefer to keep that information private regardless of the bonuses I could receive thanks to it.

This is a cool giveaway if they will not require user to do KYC for this but it seems impossible since user can fake there birthday without undergoing through KYC process. Simply this giveaway is there way to force user to do KYC in exchange for a small bonus that they get during there special day.
Though its a nice offer by the gambling site, but I doubt it if the bonus is offered without any form of KYC because a lot gamblers will tend to capitalize on that offer and sign-up as many account as possible with different birthdays in a bid to earn many free bonuses, except if those gambling sites has put on a measure to screen out multiple signups, however inclusion of KYC will curb such fraudulent act, I also have few accounts with some of those gambling sites and had never receive such bonuses.

With the postponement of the Manchester United match, we have started feeling the affect of covid-19 over football slowly too. I hope that we don't watch matches with no spectators at stadiums again.
Oh boy two matches called off for the reasons related to covid in the space of one week, I see this going against football fans as they might not be allowed to watch games from the stadiums which won't be good for both the club and fans.

This covid pandemic will it ever be put under some control or I suppose Mandatory Vaccination will soon be rolling in everywhere in the world Roll Eyes
Safety and health of fans and players should be the major priority of the EPL management and administrators, if there is any need to postpone matches such as Man Utd vs Brendford based on covid-19 infections, even if entails not allowing the fans into the stadium, it is a welcome development we should know that 'health is wealth', taking such a drastic step or measure will prevent further spread of the virus, the pandemic has to be well managed while postponed matches will be played later.

https://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/edinson-cavani-manchester-united-transfer-22448978

It says that Edinson Cavani's brother has made a statement that Edinson Cavani is very near to leaving the team now. And there are already some teams waiting at Manchester United's door. Barcelona, Juventus and Corinthians teams seem to be the most interested ones for now. As Cavani's contract is ending this summer, these teams won't have to deal with Manchester United also.
I don't  think Cavani stand any chance in the present Man Utd squad, since the arrival of Ronaldo he had been confined to the bench and the interim manager Rangnick had not made any statement whether Cavani is his plan, the best bet for him is to go elsewhere, I did like he move to Barcelona to help and assist the young players in the team with his wealth of experience, January window transfer is around the corner, he better take a decision else he would continue on bench.
2688  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- Group Stage! on: December 13, 2021, 07:44:11 PM
The match between Liverpool and Inter Milan will be competitive. However, the chances of Liverpool winning are high. They have been playing well since the beginning of the season. The main striker Salah is in form. At the same time, every player of the team is showing remarkable performance in his place. They have played well in both the Premier League and the Champions League. Liverpool will be looking to win both the Premier League and Champions League titles this season.
Liverpool has been very consistent in UCL this season and previous seasons, thus I don't think Inter can pose any serious threat to their qualification, though they are more tougher than Salzburg who where initially paired  Liverpool, Salah and other African players will be back in the squad after African Nation Cup in January, there is no doubt will Liverpool would scale through that stage going by their pedigree in the UCL and past records.
2689  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What happened to the crypto market now? on: December 13, 2021, 03:51:56 PM
Crypto continues dropping these few weeks which is more than a manipulation or a correction. It seems that crypto continues to crash and no chance for pump up in these few days. Is the bearish market starting? Or that’s the end of crypto?
Could anyone answer me?
From my own point of view I think the  market is crashing probably due to the new covid-19 variant Omicron, cases of the new variant had started increases and some countries wanted to start imposing another lockdown, consequently some bitcoin hodlers might have started selling their coins to fiat thus culminated to price dropping, recall in the wake of first lockdown during the first wave, the market experienced a massively dump, it is quite unusual for price of crypto to dump during this period.
2690  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- Group Stage! on: December 13, 2021, 12:47:13 PM
who do you think it's going to advance to the next round? my picks are in bold

Benfica vs Real Madrid
Villareal vs Manchester City
Atletico Madrid vs Bayern Munich
Salzburg vs Liverpool
Inter vs Ajax
Sporting vs Juventus
Chelsea - Lille
PSG vs Manchester United
All the English teams got an easy draw except Man Utd whose hope of qualifying to the next round against PSG is very uncertain, your picks looks feasible and accurate, it is going to be Ramos+ Messi playing against Ronaldo, quite unlucky Man Utd top their group table unfortunately paired with PSG who are a runner up in their group, Pochetino who had managed Tottenham before knows how to handle EPL club, so I don't think Man Utd will pose any serious challenge to PSG aspiration of winning this year UCL.

After Christensen, Thiago Silva is the next defender in line that has agreed on a contract extension with Chelsea. The situation now looks a bit better for the Blues, although Rudiger's contract is the most important one and he is interested in leaving London for Madrid in the summer.

Azpilicueta is also in his last year and Barcelona was interested, but only a crazy person would switch Chelsea for Barcelona now Grin

Rüdiger should be Chelsea's main focus now definitely. He is one of the most crucial players for this team in defense and even in offense also. Because he has been very effective in offense too recently. And there is a Real Madrid threat at the door as Rüdiger's contract is running out this summer. Chelsea should convince him to extend his contract.
Honestly Rudiger contract should be renew by Chelsea this guy has become one of the best defender in their squad, l just like the way he overlap as well as launch an attack into their opponent territory.
He is an asset to the club I hope his contract renewal is sorted out as soon as possible else Madrid will try to lure him with mouthwatering offers that will be difficult to be resisted, fortunately Chelsea is equally a big club which should afford whatever he is demanding in term of better offer.
2692  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: This December is a weird one on: December 13, 2021, 06:17:57 AM
One doesn't go every December. Even after that, some samples of the previous year can be seen again. The crypto market is bad again whenever it gets better. This is especially the case in December. But I think this time is much better than the previous time.
I still believe the market will get better and return to bullish , the price of bitcoin shows a positive sign yesterday before another correction ensued today, in the previous December price had not really dumped like this year, be as it may it doesn't take much time before a bullish  price turn around will be trigger, even with the likelihood of some hodlers exchanging their coins to fiat to celebrate christmas I don't think it consequence will have any major impact on the price of bitcoin, thus there is no cause for alarm.

Leicester ended Newcastle today by a huge 4-0 score. It is not astonishing though but it should be good enough for Leicester to boost their morale for their coming games. Tielemans had a great day as he scored 2 goals. Newcastle just have no strength to resist nearly any team in the league now. Actually, they didn't have too serious problems on scoring so far but they just can't succeed in winning games.
The only option for Newcastle to remain in EPL and avoid relegation is to sign some new quality players come January transfer window, fortunately the owners are very rich and can afford to buy talented players, Howe is trying his best to reform the club thus I am not surprised that they are well beaten by Leceister City who had also struggled lately, it's good to watch Tielemans scoring two goals after recovering from calf injury, I believed his absence in their culminated to their bad performance so far in the league.
2694  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My crypto lessons in 2021 on: December 12, 2021, 02:26:59 PM
Patience is essentially the most important quality of an investor. Do not be led by all sorts of news from social networks. Because by and large, no one can accurately guess the future situation on the market by 100%.
One of the major lessons I learnt since my involvement in cryptocurrencies is patience, this had been very difficult for me to handle at the initial stage as a newbie I was always in a haste to buy coins after reading some bitcoin related news, unknowingly  I was buying at the peak i.e high instead of buying at low due to impatient, however I did more research studies candlestick patterns with indicators such as RSI which indicates overbought and oversold zones of the price, above all I don't hurriedly enter trades now but patiently waiting for appropriate area to buy and sell.
2695  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What did you learn about crypto trading? on: December 12, 2021, 07:02:38 AM

I've also learned that Trading is not an easy money machine. It always need your time and effort and most important you have a lot of knowledge, strategies, patience and self discipline. If you are able to enter, you should also determine your trade exit.
This is one most important part to be taken into consideration while trying to get in fully into crypto trading. The basic trading strategies are very important, because if one can have full understanding of the crypto strategies, there will be no too much loose while trading. Also patience and dedication is needed to claim a very huge profit. Cryptocurrency trading is a way to have successful mode of income if patience and good knowledge is been learned.
Since I started crypto trading I never relent on learning trading everyday, despite Live trading with some small account, I kept on studying how candlestick patterns are formed, the ones that indicates price reversal, the ones that indicates pullbacks and exhaustion candles, I knew it is a long journey what I needed is perseverance, consistency and hardwork in learning while having the mindset that in the long run, I will surely be rewarded for all my efforts in term of consistent profit earnings.
2696  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: December 12, 2021, 06:44:46 AM
Among all the games I watched this weekend, the one I love most was the Arsenal vs Southampton game. After losing three matches out of four, and Arsenal were even contemplating on sacking Arteta and bring in a new coach, they finally won yesterday.
Southampton did not see their goal post, they played an impressive football and kept a clean sheet there.

If Arsenal can be consistent for the next straight 10 games, winning back to back,I believe they will be in the top four.
I also watched that match, it was indeed an exciting match with Arsenal utilizing all their chances, the scorelines could have been more than 3 goals, Saka shot on goal hits woodwork, in the other end Ramsdale did some magnificent saves to keep Arsenal back on track however I hooe they continue with the winning mentality and not conceding cheap goals thus consistent in wining their subsequent matches, I am also backing the team for top 4 spot this season which is going to be very competitive coincidentally they will play another top 4 contender west ham on Wednesday.
2697  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: December 11, 2021, 08:47:54 PM
It's sad that Manchester United has gotten this low. Norwich City shouldn't cause a Manchester United on paper but in recent times, the red side of Manchester have been shoulder of themselves. Winning team like Norwich isn't suppose to make them sweat like they did. Relying on Ronaldo's penalty to see the game off.
This was quite a difficult game for Manchester United but Ronaldo got fouled and won a penalty which he took and was a well take one as well. And in most games Ronaldo has scored these guys have won... And with Less than 12 minutes to go can these guys hold this lead against Norwich city who keep putting pressure on united.
They have the three points but it's a bit disappointing to win with just a penalty shoot and supposed the penalty didn't occur it would have ended a goaless draw. Norwich from many prediction was meant to be a smooth walk over for united but it was a war of thugs where united had to labour too hard although the match
I said it earlier that playing against any relegation battling team can be very challenging this was exactly what played out today when Man Utd could only manage to win via apenalty against a low rated Norwich side, if not for the penalty that would have been a bad result for the Red devil a match many soccer analysts had predicted an easy win for Man Utd probably with a wide goal margin considering the depth of their squad, but struggled to win with a lone goal.
2698  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: December 11, 2021, 05:19:53 PM
Lots of goals from penalties in multiple matches for the top teams competing at the moment.
Liverpool VS Astonvilla Salah penalty goal, City vs Wolves sterling penalty goal and chelsea vs leeds are currently a draw due to two penalties

maybe in today's match only arsenal will win the match without a penalty goal Cheesy

edit

chelsea lead 3-2 with a decisive goal from jorginho from a penalty too Cheesy
Funny enough Rudiger created the two opportunities for Chelsea in Leeds Utd 18 yard box, I was curious what was a Chelsea defender doing in that area? He a took a gamble and it worked for their team, in other time when a counterattack by their opponent is ensue he will surely pay for it, overall it was an entertaining match I believe Leeds Utd deserve a point, they play attacking football from the start to finish, congratulations to Arsenal also from bouncing back from a back to back defeats.

I started my trading journey with some small fund just to test run how I am going to fare, I have to take a drastic step after learning and practicing for so long, though I had not done badly, I was just trying to grasp the whole idea of Live trading by controlling my fears and emotions as well as getting to know my mistakes particularly using technical analysis to trade, honestly trading is not easy it is very tasking , I started small before trading with some reasonable amount of funds later, so far I had gained some valuable experience with candlestick patterns and formations that will aid my trading.

Despite having ownership change,  the New Castle United club is still struggling to show up some good performance. The only thing they are doing is either losing the match or a draw. The fans were expecting new players and management to join in after this ownership change but still nothing has been done. Anyone following this club? are there new players coming in.
For now newcastle can't do anything because they haven't been able to improve their current squad, the transfer of ownership of course doesn't really affect the team's performance because they really have to wait for the transfer market to open later, I think we will see a lot of changes in newcastle later on January and with the amount of money they have of course they will be very active later in the transfer market.

What I don't understand now is that after Newcastle had improve on their current squad are they going to overhaul the whole team after January transfer window? I believe doing so would be counterproductive, they really need just few more quality players added to the current squad and blended to be formidable enough to get favourable results, atleast they just need to escape relegation thereafter at the end of the season they whole squad can be overhaul by starting afresh.
