2681  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum in 5 years on: July 18, 2017, 02:15:17 PM
Well, as of today there are a lot of important investors talking about BTC reaching USD 500'000 in three years, so I think we could expect ETH to be around USD 200,000 or USD 250,000 by then. I think is possible because I expect a sequence of major events happening in the coming years regarding crypto currencies.

Fool, you have no idea what you're talking about, and clearly neither do those investors. Do you realise what you're saying, what they're saying? 99,999% sure those guys have a tonne of money stashed in BTC and ETH. They want people to believe it's possible, so they say stuff like that. If BTC is worth 500K and ETH 250K, we're talking about a total global marketcap of cryptos of about 20 trillion. That's about 1/4th of all the money in the world, and that's not counting other massive coins like XRP or LTC. Also, if someone buys BTC at 500K, they believe it will go even higher. Making claims like this shows how little you know of our economy, and how blatantly those so called 'experts' are willing to lie for their own gains.

From what I believe from my own extensive research and 4 year experience as a financial expert and consultant is that BTC could reach 30K within 10 years IF global adoption happens according to plan, with ETH reaching about 4K, as that it's backed by companies the consumer trusts (microsoft, jp morgan, ...). I also believe it won't go much above that. Everything has it's limit.

Last, if you want to become rich, like we all do, don't just buy, hold and hope for the price to go x100; buy, hold and accumulate. Investing 300$ a month, 200 in BTC, 50 in ETH and 50 in a different alt (may I recommend START, ANS or MNE), will grow your assets in a slow but steady way. In 10 years, you'll have about 15btc (if you managed to sell at highs to invest back in dips) which will be worth 450K. You'll also have around 15ETH, which will be worth around 50K as well. Last, your alts, lets say you've accumulated ANS. I believe it could easily be worth 200$ within 10 years (basically its Chinas ETH), so if you buy for 60$ every month, again following the btc strategy of selling high and buying back low, you should have a bag of about 150 ANS, adding another 30K to your worth. Don't forget that you bought your entire holdings with a total of 36K, and you ended up with a total capital of about 530K, by investing a mere 300$ a month. With 530K, you can buy 4 decent appartments where I live (Belgium), which will give you a rental income of about 3K a month, which where I live means you don't have to work anymore.
2682  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / ETH in upcoming weeks (towards August 1st) on: July 18, 2017, 01:40:01 PM
Hey guys, I believe ETH could see a fall back to around 100$ as a result of the increasing FUD concerning the possible split. Basically ETH isn't doing all that well trustwise, as there have been a lot of rumors surrounding whales getting ready for a new dump, what do you think?
2683  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What Altcoins do you want to hold in 2017? on: July 18, 2017, 01:16:17 PM
Holding is stupid, accumulating is smart. Don't buy 100 coins for a 1000 bucks, buy 10 coins every week for 100 bucks so you have a better chance of catching the dips and selling the highs.

I believe in START, ANT, MNE, XEM, LBRY, SIA, and ofcourse I will buy BTC after august 1st if the market looks good
2684  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Minereum - First Self Mining Smart Contract - TOKEN SERVICE NOW LIVE on: July 18, 2017, 12:53:50 PM
Buy and hold on,MNE will go too the moon Grin

Are you sure ?   Grin Grin Grin

I'm fairly certain 20$ is very reasonable for 2018. Given the current volatility of the market MNE won't be back up to the usual numbers (6 - 12$) for the next couple of weeks, so now is a good time to buy and hold, maybe trade a little bit of the highs and lows with a little extra coins.

People love saying 'to the moon'. Don't fool yourselfs; if you say it's going to go up to 50$, someone is paying those 50$ expecting it to go even higher. That's the market. We pay 2K for bitcoin because we believe it'll be worth 20K one day. I pay 2$ for MNE because I believe it will be worth 20$, maybe 50$ by 2020 if and only if the devs deliver everything they promise and a lot more
2685  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / STARTCOIN speculation on: July 18, 2017, 11:59:40 AM
What do you guys think of startcoin? IMO it's an excellent coin, and I'll tell you why:
* Limited supply of about 70 million coins, which is 20 mil less than ETH.
* Still very cheap but rising gradually at around 0.035$ (0.00001564btc) giving it a market cap of about 1,6 million.
* It hasn't gotten a decent pump in a long time
* Overall great concept of a crowdfunding coin that rewards supporters, could easily become the new standard of crowdfunding
* Proof of work features also used with bitcoin making it a very safe coin
* Holders and the supporters of projects get small amounts of the coin as a reward

My prediction is that it could definitely rise to 0.1$ by the end of this year easily, which would effectively triple your investment if you invest today. A 1$ START is within reach for 2018. Don't sleep on a coin with this much potential and such a low price
2686  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Antshares Dropping Significantly! on: July 18, 2017, 11:23:43 AM
Definitely go long here, ANS is basically the chinese's ETH. China doesn't like Eth because it's incredibly Western, so to speak. It's backed by a lot of great companies like JP morgan, Microsoft and so on. Not quite China's cup of tea. Enter ANS. As you know, China has an enormous interest in cryptos, which means a great coin like ANS could literally achieve more than Ether has achieved here. 200-400$ per ANS isn't unrealistic, I would even venture a guess that it could see 50 by the end of this year, 500 by 2020.
2687  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Most UNDERVALUED Coin to pick up during this dump? on: July 17, 2017, 01:46:37 PM
Buy POSW aka Poswallet. It's on the floor, can't get lower, good updates coming. It will eventually get its good huge pump to a new ATH, just like all these other coins that randomly get pumped. Can't go wrong with holding some POSW.

Absolutely terrible reason for investing in a coin, if you only assume it's gonna go up because 'it will eventually get its good huge pump ... just like all these other coins that randomly get pumped'.

Investing is always kind of a gamble, but if you believe in a coin, if it serves a purpose and if the devs are actually doing what they claim they will do, then you have a coin that's worthy of being invested in. Otherwise you're just funding a potential pump and dump, which is very risky and only makes a handful of investors rich. If you want to build wealth, buy, hold, and accumulate less than a dozen different coins and watch them grow. You won't earn 100K with a 1K investment right away, but over time (+-10 years) you will have acumulated a whole bunch of coins worth 50 times each more than what you first paid for them. Believe me, this is the long yet easy way to build wealth. You might get lucky with a pump and dump, sure, but you have a vastly greater chance of becoming a millionaire in 10 years by accumulating bitcoin and a few other great altcoins right now. Buy the dips, sell a little bit during the highs and use that profit to accumulate even more. You'll be able to accumulate 1 or 2 bitcoins a year, and by the time they're worth 50K a piece you'll have 10 or 20 of them, and the same goes for the alts. By now they're worth no more than a couple of bucks a piece, so if you start accumulating now, and get a few hundred each year, again buying the dips and selling the highs to accumulate more, you'll have tens of thousands by the time they're worth 10, 20, 50, 100 bucks each. This is how you build wealth. More importantly, you'll learn how to read graphs, how to control your emotions during crashes, basically how to work with your money the way a sophisticated investor does, which means you'll be able to keep building your wealth all your life. Getting lucky doesn't teach you anything, I'm afraid.

What is the reason you put minerium on the order of three, minerium so cheap to be ranked third.

I believe MNE should be in the top 5 because it has one of the best chances to ensure mass crypto adoption out of all the alts. The Minereum world app they are currently developing will work like pokemon go. Imagine if you could walk around your city for an hour and come back with a couple MNE, which you will then be able to spend in certain stores, invest in the MNE crowdfunding platform, invest in the MNE lottery, or invest in other MNE based coins.

It will bring cryptocurrency closer to the mass population, giving them something they can relate to and they can understand. That's the biggest problem for mass adoption these days, it's all way to abstract. You can't pay with ethereum, why should i buy it? Bitcoin was used for criminal activities, are you sure it's safe? It's decentralized, but how does it work without an authority? These are all questions the uneducated and scared people ask, questions the MNE platform could answer very easily by allowing people to earn MNE, fund business with them, buy them as an investment, create their own tokens, and so on.

Right now it's cheap indeed, trading at less than 2$. I believe we'll see 15$ by the end of this year, 50$ by the end of 2020. This is ofcourse all speculation, but the circumstances to achieve these feats are definitely there.
2689  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Most UNDERVALUED Coin to pick up during this dump? on: July 17, 2017, 12:04:03 PM
ANTSHARES, because they're basically China's Ethereum. We all know what happens when the Chinese start getting in on a coin. Not only that, but Alibaba is working on Antshares integration; can you imagine what this will do?? Antshares could see a 1000% increase in value before this year's over. Price today is still around 5$, I believe we could see it rise to ethereums height by 2020, which means you can get 2000 of them for 10K now and retire within 8 years.

STARTCOIN, only 2 f*cking cents right now which means a 100$ investment gets you around 5000 of these badboys. It's an incredible Peer to Peer crowdfunding platform, designed to invest in micro businesses. I believe an organic pump for this coin is well overdue (just look at the graphs, does it look like the LTC graph or what?). This coin could see 10$ once it gets decent adoption, as the developers are working really hard and keep the community involved in their work.

MINEREUM, based on the ethereum platform and now valued at around 1.5$, the minereum token has seen an ATH of around 12.5$ a few weeks ago. Basically it strives to become the first crypto lottery, as well as a great crowdfunding platform, token creation platform and an app called the Minereum World, which will work like the Pokemon Go app. The devs are also working on a Minereum2 coin, which we don't know the purpose of as of yet, but we do know you need to have the original minereum coin to purchase the second one. I could see this coin reaching mass adoption just as quickly as ETH and BTC, which will increase it's value to 20$ a coin easily by the end of 2018, and maybe even triple digits by 2020.

SIACOIN, recently heavily affected by the dump, but not less valuable in the long haul. It provides cheap and secure cloud storage, which could make it very interesting for large companies who pay big money for dropbox. I could see this coin easily triple in value by the end of 2017, and end 2018 at around 0.20$, which would turn a 100$ investment today into around 3000$.

LIBRARY CREDITS, built around the idea that e-books, movies, music and all sorts of digital media should reward the creators, not the middle man. The lbry platform could easily compete with netflix and youtube, making it a great investment opportunity right now as it still only trades at around 25 cents. My prediction is that, due to terrible youtube advertisement restrictions for a lot of content creators, and the restrictive nature of the patreon platform, this coin could lead the way to cheaper support for the creators we love, and better compensation for those creators. A 5$ LBRY credit is well in sight before 2020.

As you should know by now, the value of a coin doesn't only get determined by the amount of adoption it might get, or how many problems it might solve. A project that has a lot of potential could easily spark an organic pump, bringing the value of said coins to 1000% their current value (ask yourself, how many people/companies are actually using ethereum by now?). People buy bitcoin at 2500$ without a problem, not because they think that's what it's worth right now, but because they believe (as do I) that it will be worth 10.000, 20.000, even 100.000$ in less than a decade.

We know savings accounts don't make us money, at all. They're great for storing money that you should be able to use instantly, but other than that, they actually cost us money (at least where I live, and soon everywhere around the world, guaranteed). Bitcoin could be 'the middle and lower class's' ideal investment opportunity to inrease their wealth. Imagine if kids in school today get educated about bitcoin, urging them to put around 5% of their paychecks in bitcoin every month to build a retirement plan. Imagine what this would do to the price. This could very well overthrow the current financial market. We all know the internet is only growing, and cryptos are the currency of the online world. Even if they'd account for half of the global financial market cap, they'd still be worth 2 trillion (assuming the cap doesn't rise in the future), which would multiply the current value by 20. This is no hype train anymore, it's a plane ready for takeoff, and a lot of seats are still wide open. Don't be like the doubters standing on the sideline, telling everyone this plane will never take off simply because they don't understand it. If you listen, you can already hear the engine running. The greatest platforms and websites on earth are already trying to integrate this amazing technology, banks are desperatly trying to create similar applications. Imagine being one of the first 1% of people that have invested in google or apple. Invest now, and retire before your 40th birthday.

I have a question, eventhough I believe in MNE as a great product and addition to the crypto world, how will it generate value for it's holders? I mean, bitcoin rose in value because people compared it to digital gold and as a new payment system. Eth rose in value because of the smart contract applications, and as a safe haven in the crypto world. Tonnes of other coins all have their ways of growing in value, but MNE still hasn't answered that question to me. In the world app people can earn coins for free. The token creation also is relatively cheap. How will MNE ever go back to it's all time high or higher, other than speculation that the price will actually rise?
2691  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Minereum - First Self Mining Smart Contract - TOKEN SERVICE NOW LIVE on: July 13, 2017, 07:58:41 AM
The same people who are laughing at me for believing in litecoin and ethereum, are laughing at me right now. I can't help it that you guys bought at a high. 'ethereum is a scam and will be dead by june!' Did it now? 'Litecoin offers no value, it will never get back to 5$ again!' Did it now? The loudest voices are the most insecure voices. Put your trust in arguments, in the development, in the coin. It's funny how most FUD spreaders don't have arguments. They mostly just insult the coin and anyone who believes in it. Have patience my friends, I can see this coin get back to 12$ by the end of this year, and over 50 by the end of next year.
2692  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Reason behind this dip? on: July 07, 2017, 03:37:41 PM
Reason for current correction? I've been away for a few days and was barely able to read up on the market when suddenly I see pretty much all coins in red? Why is that? I've already bought some extra coins here and there but I simply don't know why it dropped the way it did.
2693  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Minereum - First Self Mining Smart Contract - TOKEN SERVICE NOW LIVE on: July 06, 2017, 01:47:29 PM
this is a sinking ship!

Get off then, quickly, don't invest, run for the hills! lol
Not even 3 months old and already newbies claiming it to be worthless. You're like the guys that bashed apple, tesla, bitcoin, ethereum, ... AKA dumb as a pile of rocks. If you really can't see the potential of this, you have no clue about what makes a coin become valuable
2694  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Minereum - First Self Mining Smart Contract - TOKEN SERVICE NOW LIVE on: July 06, 2017, 12:03:35 PM
If you are not the owner of a genesis address, GET YOUR MONEY OUT OF THIS!

With this shitcoin you pay out daily the people who recognized it in the beginning, because they get coins for free every day. Also, this is not the first self mining smart contract, as this contract is not really SMART and it is not the first coin to mine itself.

Believe me, every cent that is invested into this stupid scheme will be followed by a cashout of genesis address holders. Maybe they will have patience sometimes until price goes up to 10$ again, but this piece of crap will NEVER GET HIGHER!

Last but not least, the inflation on this coin is as huge as nowhere else. EVERY DAY there are tons of new MNE and this shit lasts for 128years until there are billions of MNE. So maybe start investing in 2145....

You seem like a classic FUD spreader who wants it to drop down to 1$ again so you can buy in, I saw the same type of people claiming ETH is a shitcoin, a scam, a waste of money and 'will no way in hell ever go higher than 25$', laughing at LTC going over 5$, claiming it's a scam, and bashing on dozens of other coins. Guess what, that won't work. MNE isn't even 3 months old and already you claim like there's no use for it. Not only this, but you also blatantly lie about it. The inflation of this coin is actually really mild, taking 47 years to get to the max supply of 136.000.000, that's a little bit over double of ethereums max supply.

In 3 months it got listed on 3 exchanges. That's impressive. Before the end of this year it will be listed on Polo and Bittrex. Also before the end of this year, the Minereum world app will be launched. This means you'll be able to pay with MNE. Please, if you don't like this coin, fine, leave, more coins for us.

Personally, I've never felt the need to bash on a coin I didn't believe in. The only reason I can think of why one would do this, is because you bought in at 12$, panicsold when it dropped to 4 or 5 bucks, so now you want the value to drop down more so you can buy in at a very low price, compensating for your loss.
Also, typing in red caps doesn't make your statement more true or intimidating. It's like a child telling someone 'my dad could kick your dads ass'.
2695  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: LBRY(LBC) price in long time ? on: July 04, 2017, 09:53:21 AM
And we already have an ad-less platform in youtube. but should that ever change...

True, but a lot of content creators that only do youtube to make a living are getting fucked by the ad policy or ad blockers. This leads them to either A. set up a patreon account, which is a decent solution right now, B. create ad-friendly content, which might not be what people wanted to see from that creator, or C. Quit youtube.
The thing is, the vast majority of subscribers are not willing to pay a couple of bucks, yet they might be willing to pay 0.5 LBRY per video.

I don't know, I think blockchain tech will only grow in the future, so all applications or online businesses that don't incorporate that will be replaced by the ones that do
2696  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: LBRY(LBC) price in long time ? on: July 04, 2017, 12:05:17 AM
It could go somewhere, definitely. The way I determine the future value of a coin is by looking at giant corporations or applications of today and think about whether or not a crypto/blockchain version of those things, like SIA is a clear competitor of dropbox, Digibyte is a potential (online) gaming currency, Minereum could become the next lottery, ... LBRY could become the next youtube platform, where content can be bought for very small amounts of money, which would result in an ad-less platform that people could use to support their favorite channels. Today we have patreon, but LBRY could become the crypo version of that. Not to mention books (ebooks, audio, ...), movies, ... All of this could potentially run on the LBRY platform. Very, very interesting imo.
2697  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Triple Figures in 2018 on: June 29, 2017, 09:03:19 PM
Minereum, a limited-supply smart contract coin that'll make cryptos a lot more attractive for the main masses who are still mostly sceptical and afraid of crypto, they offer personalised token creation, they have a great team that keeps it's promises, they're building the minereum world app which will draw in a tonne of new money guaranteed, and it's built on the ethereum network, which even though it's quite volatile right now still offers a tonne of qualities to the crypto world. Right now it's still just 5$, but I can see it going to about 25 by the end of this year, and triple digits by the end of 2018. Btw I'm not a big bag holder, I have just 5 of them mostly because I'm interested in the token creation that's coming soon.
2698  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My Crypto Portfolio. Will I be able to Retire in 5 years? on: June 28, 2017, 09:10:38 PM
Sell your potcoin and buy minereum. Also, buy Bitcoin, as it's chances of survival and practical adoption by the mass population are higher than any other coin. Maybe diversify your litecoin earnings, put a couple hundred bucks in SIA as well.

Btw only stupid people need 2 mil to retire, if you get to 750K you can easily buy 3 appartments which you can rent out for about 900 a month (2.7K/month of passive income), and you'll still have enough to invest in some promising startups.

Based on what you have right now, it's very much possible, but please don't put all your hope in this. People more clever than you have lost money doing smarter things than this

You guys should try to get listed on poloniex, price could multiply by 10 in a matter of days if you do that, the thing is, nobody knows you exist yet. A big exchange could fix that. Anyways I love the principle behind MNE, happy I bought some
