Judging on the many complaints against Robinhood, I agree that a newbie into investing should shy away from this platform. I admire Robinhood because they are providing easier access to any investor, and they have grown a lot through the years thanks to a good marketing strategies, but beyond the classy image lies some problems which up to now the company is not able to adequately addressed to the satisfaction of the many. Still, am hoping that Robinhood is going to be listening to their customers more and make major changes so that problems in the past will not be haunting them in the future.

As is usual for @franky1, He raised some issues with your whole funding model. You have received > 6000 Dollars. And still have a good balance to continue doing this. Have you addressed the issues that franky raised? Finally, what are your thoughts on making this healthier?
This is actually a big problem with many charitable institutions - they are not doing enough to make the vote of trust and money really transparent enough, especially in the eyes of the benefactors. We usually give away money to charity without even thinking if the lead organization is doing good with the money or if they are doing some shenanigans behind. I am not here to put any doubt in for such a noble undertaking of helping other people, especially the needy, but it is also true that we already have the technology that can put more accountability and transparency to the whole process. And in addition...would it be great if in addition to pizza they can also contact a food provider for healthier options, and I am sure there are those in the directory. |

Funny how this shameful man is still getting the attention he does not deserve. Yes, he can have the whole copyright to the Bitcoin Whitepaper, and it will not matter at all. He can use the court to order all publications of the whitepaper be stopped or deleted...and yet it does not matter at all. Just owning the copyright to the whitepaper will not have any bearing as to who is the real Satoshi Nakamoto and certainly will not mean that Craig Wrong will have any influence on Bitcoin. He already got his own BSV so why not focus on his energy in there?

AT WHAT POINT OR DAY DO WE SAY THAT THE LONG TERM ASPECT OF BITCOIN HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISH?
This is not an easy question, and it is because we all have different views and expectations for "long term." Now, in my own personal view, maybe when Bitcoin has already been here with us for 20 years that can be the time to see if indeed Bitcoin has achieved the many things it should have and can be classified as something that is here to stay. Right now, I would not still consider Bitcoin to be solidified on its footing as there remains to be big risks and challenges ahead. Still, I am hoping that eventually Bitcoin can be the best store of value and can be adopted by many countries as legal tender. |

Recently everyone is very anxious, the market from time to time falls...
Bitcoin's volatility is not something new...well maybe it can be new to newbies but for us who have with the coin for the past two years at least we are already accustomed to its rise and fall...and we certainly know how to deal with it emotionally. I am not actually anxious if Bitcoin is dipping I just smile and hope that soon it can be back up high. Bitcoin will not be that popular without its volatility. People will never be investing with Bitcoin if its price will be as flat as a stablecoin. And if one is willing to see Bitcoin go up and reach a new ATH, one has to endure its usual dips and that is what is happening right now. So there is no point to be actually anxious that is just a big waste of time and emotion. |

I don't really agree that the market should go tank because banks based in China are now blocking cryptocurrency transactions. This is actually very old news...and should have been done in 2017. Let all the banks in China give press releases telling people they are no more into cryptocurrency, so that by 2022 the purge has already been done. The China FUD will soon stop and anything related with China will have no more effect on the market...and this is coming soon. And this is actually big good news...

In 2017, any kind of negative news coming from China really affected the cryptocurrency market. I could not actually imagine that in 2021, the same thing can be happening again. The big difference is that China is now so bent on kicking anything related to Bitcoin out of the country, hence the miners are getting out of the country and transferring their business somewhere else. Hopefully, by 2022, there will be no more China factor. The purge has to happen right now. We don't need China. China does not need us so the feeling is mutual!

I love the idea of giving and of course with fighting the ill-effects of Covid-19 but I can also sense when a project is just using a noble intention to gain investors' confidence and trust. Right now, there are so many charity coins and tokens that I can feel that the idea is now very much abused. Anyway, am not here to actually judge the future of ShibaCharity so am still wishing them good luck.

I am not really a tax expert, but I know is that if you are a US citizen you have an obligation to report and pay taxes no matter if you are right now in the USA or any other country. Of course, it would not be easy as ABC. What if you opted to retire in El Salvador and use your Bitcoin to pay for goods and services...will there be still an obligation for you to pay taxes. Well, I am hoping someone can be clarifying this whole thing for us though this does not bother me at all since I am not an American citizen nor do I live in the USA or El Salvador. I am in fact lucky because my government does not yet care about cryptocurrency-based income.

In the real art world, we know that popular paintings and items can fetch millions of dollars both in the legal and underground market. And there is a big business that can be made here, so much so that forgery is quite abundant, with some forgers able to really fool even experts. Now, can this whole thing be prevented by NFT? Maybe yes, maybe no. I heard that there is already a technology for this that can be applied to prevent forgeries or unauthorized duplicates. And maybe this is where the blockchain technology is really coming.

We must be ignoring anything coming from this man, as he is not actually not anymore helping the cryptocurrency industry. He came in and became an influential to the rise of cryptocurrency, especially in the early part of this year...and then he was one of the reasons why we are experiencing the ongoing crypto dip we have right now. Okay, I am not here to blame him or anybody else...but it is time to move on. Let Elon Musk concentrate on his non-profitable Tesla and his quest to live on Mars. Definitely, he can take Dogecoin with him into Mars, anytime.

Aside from the fact that meme coins are considered to have less value and just burst into the scene more when Dogecoin got pumped by Elon Musk, I think all kinds and types of coins and tokens are affected these days with only a few exemptions, maybe. Now, having said that, meme tokens are surely going to be categorized as pump and dump tokens. With many new meme coins project being introduced every now and then, we can never expect them all to reach the moon - many of them will be dumped even before tasting the pump. I would never put my money at risks with any meme coins but I am so willing to accept them for free.
