2701  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: December 27, 2021, 05:38:32 PM
Early in the second day, the English bowlers found the truck. Before lunch, the Australian team collected 131/4. Now Head and Harri are at the crease. If these two batsmen are out before the end of the second session then England will be able to fight in the second innings. Otherwise, Australia will give a lead of at least 150 runs. As a result, another humiliating defeat awaits England.
Right now Australia have gained good momentum considering the starting overs. Somehow it has managed to score 219 runs losing 8 wickets. More two wickets left which will probably allow Australia to score around 250 runs. Anyhow Australia will set around 50 runs lead. Pat Cummins on the crease and this time England have got a chance to make use of it.

Australia managed to score 26 runs. Looking at the position of the pitch, it seems that the pitch is helping the bowlers. The batsmen have had a hard time collecting runs. 267 Although there was not enough collection. However, since England's batsmen are not in form, Australia's lead of just 82 runs is enough. Moreover, England lost 4 wickets and is still trailing by 51 runs.
The pitch is supportive to the bowlers than the batsmen which is the reason for low total on the innings. But, Australia manages to make more runs than England. Even in this innings Australia have lost 7 wickets when the run was 200, but later it has managed to score 67 runs. Why this isn't possible with England. Pitch is one factor, and there were more other factors that keeps England low.
2702  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can you really predict Bitcoin at this time on: December 27, 2021, 05:30:26 AM
Even Satoshi Nakamoto who is the innovator of the technology couldn't predict the price of bitcoin. It all happens of its own, there'll be manipulation. The same manipulation could drive the market in some direction, but there won't be someone who could precisely give answer on the price.

Apart from this influencers with huge volume of holdings have the ability to change the market movements which also drives the market to some extent beyond which the market operates of its own.

There are signal providers who give suggestions, sometimes it coincides and sometimes it won't. The credits will be taken by the signal providers and the wrong predictions will be thrown over the market.
2703  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have shared about bitcoin on my class on: December 27, 2021, 02:30:45 AM
People are getting much interested using cryptocurrencies and now the same people find it more enjoyable sharing the technology learning with the people next to us. As a result nowadays it is quite obvious to see more and more ways of spreading happening about bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. Saw in our forum about the teaching of bitcoin in an innovative way UPDATE: Am I Doing My Students a Disservice?

Without much on advertising bitcoin have grown good and reached more and more number of users through word of mouth. Now it has moved to the next level of spreading through a different process.
2704  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Donald Trump Says Crypto Is 'Very Dangerous' ... but ... on: December 26, 2021, 06:39:40 PM
Business people keeps many things more confidential. To the outer world he is in a situation to take a stand against bitcoin and support dollar. If not, this itself will get turned to be a big controversy. For sure he'll be having bitcoin in his portfolio, and these high profile people always keep themselves updated with the technology. This is what we can see through the launch of Melani's NFT through the Solana platform.

Soon we can see Donald Trump talking positive on bitcoin Smiley
2705  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [LIST] Gambling sites with internal exchange on: December 26, 2021, 05:36:29 PM
Primedice.comBTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, BCH, XRP, TRX, EOSN/A Buy crypto via MoonPay
Stake.comBTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, BCH, XRP, TRX, EOSN/A Buy crypto via MoonPay
I am not able to find any internal exchanging feature with primedice and stake anymore. Do I miss anything regarding this? I am aware of their ranking system like higher end features are accessible/visible to only VIP gamblers but I remember I was able to use exchanging features but not right now.

If it is confirmed that primedice and stake are no more supporting the exchange feature then I guess OP might need an update to reflect the latest. Thank you.

No, there is no internal exchange on primedice and stake casinos. You can only buy crypto via MoonPay, and also, as stated in the OP, exchange coins using the third party service dinabot.exchange. I think that's exactly why Stake and Primedice are in the "Special Case" category.

Right now it has got only the buying access through third party service. Earlier it had got the swapping access with which it is possible to change from one coin to other deducting certain amount as fee. This internal exchange has got certain amount limitations, without which swapping isn't possible. Now there is difficulty of withdrawing to specific exchange and then convert it to the choice of the users.
2706  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can be a gift for some persons on: December 26, 2021, 01:51:53 PM
It's not just a gift, it's more than that. If you give a small amount of bitcoin to friends or family, hopefully it will be something very special for them. Maybe they have more time in the future. If the assets increase, then you've not only given bitcoin, you've given them time, and that's wonderful.
I had an experience presenting cryptocurrency as gift. I did it on my brother's daughter 1st birthday. Month before her birthday my brother asked to invest on cryptocurrency and gave little amount. By the time ethereum was around $400. For the amount he gave I was able to buy 0.75 ethereum and knowing this I gave 0.25 ethereum after a month on her birthday. Now it is really a big gift as it has grown ten times the investment.
2707  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stake.com & responsible gambling? on: December 26, 2021, 07:47:51 AM
Addiction is something a hard thing to be resisted or simply be cured and thats why everything that would really be triggering to those gambling urge would really be hard once you do see it again.

I cant blame out OP on why he do reacts like this on which it turns out that Stake shouldnt have done that thing but as i say that if he do really wants to simply quit gambling then he should

stop on accessing those sites or emails or something that could possible connect him to gambling once again.Yes, its hard but it can be done.

It is true addiction is something that hard to resist and if a person is already decided to quit on his gambling addiction any temptation that would again make him near to the thing he was insisted to refuse will probably provoke the time he spent to move on from it. We really can't blame OP if he reacts that way by the promotional and bonus emails that he got from the gambling site. We do also have our own interpretation by the thread but  I do also understand that we may have different interpretation about it. I just do hope that OP could finally quit and win his battle against gambling addiction.
Overcoming gambling addiction is really hard, one among hundred succeed in it. Gambling is business for the house owners, but for the common man it is something like a way to earn. Very few think it as a fun platform to spend some time and money beyond the life needs. Stake has gained good reputation, so surely op will get the proper solution for the issue.
2708  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: December 24, 2021, 11:03:55 PM
2 big test matches are starting on 26th right after Christmas and I am excited for both of them. One of them is basically the decider for Ashes 2021 between Australia and England and I feel like England will win or draw the match.

The other match is being played between India and South Africa and I am expecting India to whitewash South Africa on their turf based on my research.

LOL... after such pathetic performance from England, you still expect them to win? You sure that you are not being overly optimistic? And I would say the same for India vs South Africa as well. The tracks are going to be bouncy, and supportive of seam bowling. I heard that Nortje is injured, but there is no dearth of pace bowling talent in South Africa. Still, it would be interesting to see how the South African batsmen fare against the Indian seamers (especially Quinton de Kock, Temba Bavuma and Aiden Markram).
We've seen a one-sided game so far during the Ashes series. Australia is the top choice to win. India doesn't have the best record when traveling to South Africa. But, India can definitely win this time in South Africa if they follow the basics properly without overreaching. The numbers are certainly not ones that the Indian team is proud of, but there is a chance that they can be improved this time around.
Australia will play better, because they're free to go for batting and bowling as the team doesn't have pressure as England. Because, England team is in compulsion to mark a win.

India vs South Africa doesn't look to be big rivalry as the match between India and Pakistan. However there is less chance of a whitewash by India.
2709  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon doesn't own Shiba? on: December 21, 2021, 11:58:03 PM
I think this is good news, if without Elon Shiba's performance could be very good like this, of course this is because the Shiba community is getting stronger, and I'm optimistic that the decentralization concept works well in Shiba because the team can convince investors to continue buying and holding.
Initially some hype is being given by the influencers. Later the team doesn't depend on it, but it started working over the same. Now this has made the community go stronger than ever with the holders count increasing regularly. Even now one of the crypto whale have added 4 trillion Shiba to the portfolio. Shiba has been supported by Nicehash's exchange and the team makes some regular update making the community grow.

For all users who have been pointing it a memecoin have now started to buy whenever there is dip in the market. More Whales holding ethereum have now concentrating on Shiba holding. So, the network is getting stronger by days.
2710  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slot providers... which one is the best?! on: December 21, 2021, 11:43:33 PM
Without a doubt, I'd go with Pragmatic Play.

They are simply one of the most established players in the market and have consistently offered a good product.

And their games are a lot more creative compared to the rest, which is something that I like.
I'm not sure how effective is the pragmatic play, but I find the product having good winning edge against others. This might've happened out of luck, but I've seen more people making wins through pragmatic play. Almost every product were similar, maybe some difference that causes players choose one over the other. Cheesy
2711  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Economic Advantage on: December 21, 2021, 11:23:36 PM
The young generation of the country making a life out of the blockchain technology, cryptocurrency trading and related activities is really appreciable. But, how far this is effective needs to be analysed.

In real life the adoption rate of bitcoin is not more than 3% around the world. Among that USA hold a maximum part, and the rest gets divided. So, the number of person going financial independent is quite low. People finding it an opportunity to earn is good, but it needs to an investment/trading asset apart from a job to meet their life needs.
2712  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Logan Paul vs Mike Tyson on: December 21, 2021, 11:15:39 PM
These publicity matches are always hard to analyse beforehand, but looking at the results here most of us seem to go with Mike Tyson. Not sure if this match is going to be gigged. Logan Paul is in it for publicity and fame. Even if he loses he will have achieved that. Mike Tyson is more in it for the money and with all his experience he will not give up easily.  Honestly I wish we could have seen Mike Tyson to fight these YouTubers during his prime time. All the fights would have ended in a knockout, would have been hilarious.

I think everyone knows that his is a pr-stunt and not much else and i usually don't watch stuff like that but because it's mike tyson i make an exception here, which i already did for the Tyson Roy Jones Jr. fight even though i can't Logan Paul and everything that he is doing and releasing. In the eighties i was still to young to watch a fight of Mike Tyson live so i take the chance now even though i am totally aware that this has not much to do with a real fight of Mike Tyson when he was in his prime. I am not that sure, if a knockdown or even a knockout will happen because i think they will use bigger and softer gloves again, which Tyson already did in the Roy Jones fight.
The match is given more and more hype and through some means people are kept attracted towards it. Making similar controversial interviews in a funny way makes people watch them as well as boosts them set a reminder. Everything is perfect business and this is destruction of the boxing. Even if Tyson gets down it isn't gonna be a big deal for some reason.
2713  Economy / Economics / Re: Banks will die crypto will take over in 5-10 years on: December 21, 2021, 06:40:16 PM
Saying banks will die is just like saying government will seize to exists which is impossible, government will make centralised entities and powers to live on till the end of time because that's they can maintain their power, decentralized is striping off government power 100% and that's why gov don't like decentralized entities, it's giving real power to the people
Decentralized system promise to fulfill banking without a bank, which in real life is not possible due to the fact hat majority of what we need can only be bought by fiat, and with that said, without bank fiat would not exist, I hope everyone understands that simple logic.
The middle man gets removed, but how far this happens in real-time is clearly described. As of now the cryptocurrency usage around the globe have increased, but the same hasn't happened in terms of direct usage similar to fiat. The usage of bitcoin as a form of investment, trading asset have increased, but as a legal tender isn't much preferred. If such thing happens we can think of crypto taking the role of banking.
2714  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin legal tender in UAE (Dubai) ? on: December 21, 2021, 05:31:36 PM
I was reading this news Dubai World Trade Centre to become a specialized crypto zone. No country can do such promotion for crypto currencies unless it is legally accepted in their country.
So does it mean that the Government of the United Arab Emirates has declared crypto legal in their country?
The news doesn't mention anything as Dubai considering bitcoin as legal tender. It is into developing an infrastructure for the cryptocurrency usage. The Dubai World Trade Center is going to get served as crypto zone. This is for the regulation of cryptocurrencies, develop framework to restrict money laundering and illegal transaction. Soon more cryptocurrency exchanges will head in Dubai.
2715  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: First Bitcoin City on: December 21, 2021, 03:34:50 AM
I really hope the price of bitcoin can stabilize or rise to prevent naysayers from bashing bitcoin over this and discouraging future leaders from creating similar types of bitcoin cities. However, the price action of bitcoin is unlikely to deter further global adoption as we see in El Salvador.
To a far extent bitcoin price has been stable enough, anywhere around 40k is still a bull market, and judging from recent price movements Bitcoin is more stable now than ever before. Bitcoin global adoption may take some time but it will eventually happen.
Yes, the market isn't bearish. It has been stabilizing, and this time traders make regular earning out of the fluctuation within the specific limit making its less risky. Global adoption requires more time, because at present around 2% of global adoption have taken place. This needs to grow gradually. Some countries keeps supporting, the recent one being Dubai setting it's crypto zone on Dubai World Trade Center. Through this it has planned to be regulator of cryptocurrencies, products and exchanges.

2716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin you hold for Next Bull Run on: December 20, 2021, 11:59:23 PM
The movement of bitcoin every day is getting better as well as the top altcoins. Next bull run is the time we are waiting for in the crypto market, I have prepared several altcoins in my portfolio such as Salona, Cardano, Matic, ETH and BNB that's all my preparation for the next bull to come, I prefer to look at the top altcoins rather than the new altcoins.
All that mentioned were potential coins. Along with this I prefer adding of tron, because it hasn't grown for a long. Days back CEO of tron made a move and a new person is gonna take responsibility. Maybe there can happen some progress. I prefer adding doge and Shiba to the list for a different reason. Though these two are memecoins, the team has started to work continuously and make regular updates to the platform. This seems that the market will turn bullish to some extent at some time interval or through some hypes. Even yesterday there is doge and Shiba getting added as payment on GameStop.
2717  Economy / Speculation / Re: Reason for the dump in Bitcoin and most of the Altcoin? on: December 20, 2021, 11:51:12 PM
I had already commented about it some time ago, in October people were buying a lot of bitcoin because of a possible approval of a physical-backed Bitcoin ETF (not this bitcoin ETF future ) but after 1 month the SEC showed that it will not approve a physical-backed Bitcoin ETF anytime soon and the market reacted with this drop and then came this new variant of covid that is forcing governments to come back with restrictions, all of which caused the price of bitcoin to drop a lot in recent weeks

It is unfair to indicate the new mutant of covid as the reason for the market crash. Months back during the peak spread of COVID-19 cryptocurrency market was that progressive. By the time world markets were facing its hard times. So, the inflow of money have decreased due to several reasons.

Almost every December we'll be experiencing similar market scenario, and maybe something from an influencer could manipulate the market. If not I'm sure to experience slow and stabilized move for some time period.
2718  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 13 top celebrities adopt cryptocurrency in 2021 on: December 20, 2021, 11:40:43 PM
The list is good and it makes way for more common people get into cryptocurrency usage. These people easily make money out of the market than the common man. As per my view the real adoption is the one that happens in the ground level. This means when the common man starts using automatically this will term to be a big change. Right now this can be experienced in El Salvador as the government itself have legalized the usage of bitcoin. Maybe similar change can happen with different countries through different celebrities who are in hard analysis about cryptocurrency usage.

In my country popular celebrities have begun to come on cryptocurrency exchange advertisements, but none have revealed any statement on the same.
2719  Economy / Economics / Re: How far is bitcoin from full adoption (100% mass adoption)? on: December 19, 2021, 11:54:20 PM
We're at the very beginning days of cryptocurrency adoption. I've voted for 5% based on the calculation that were made few years back. By the time it was mentioned that around 20% of the population is aware of the technology and it's associated product bitcoin. I don't know how far this is true. Compared to those days, now we've got a massive change in the userbase and support from the global market. Based on the factor I believe the adoption will be between 3-5%
2720  Economy / Economics / Re: Maybe good time to loan money to invest in crypto on: December 19, 2021, 11:18:11 PM
Going for a loan to invest into bitcoin is good. For this user should always have plan A and plan B. Here we aren't assured of the profit, because the market volatility can give good profit as well as cause big loss. To stay high in the market and keeping the portfolio strong isn't an easy thing.

When you go for a loan it is always good to focus on cryptocurrency that give short term profiting, because higher the loan tenure higher will be the interest being paid. If the plan A didn't work, immediate execution of plan B should be done. Only then it is possible to limit the loss, else the loan along with the loss will make us suffer.
