If you are sure your password is not higher than 9 characters i can try to find it with btcrecover using a GPU rig, but you also need to install btcrecover and give me the info needed to so i can try find your password without sending me wallet.dat  I will need that info YmM6.... so i can try find your password. If you need help to install btcrecover i can send you a link on youtube which can help you to install it. I bought at lower price than now in past and also buy at 3200$ and i will hold for long time. Now in my opinion think is still a good time to buy bitcoin and hold, and for all who invest, invest only money that afford to lose because maybe they want a fast profit and maybe bitcoin will not grow as much as expect in short time.

I also preffer hold my coins in hardware wallets, and not exchange, at least i preffer to hold my coins on wallets where i own the coins, i also for safety not recommend web wallets which can be hacked, attacked or owners run away with coins.

This depends on coin price and also how much will cost to get the coin via PoS and how much is the price of coin and if total price is higher than cost to produce is ok, but for some coins is better to have PoS, less cost to produce and if price is ok, a good profit.

No this is not satoshi wallet, satoshi didn't sell any bitcoin and i think he will never sold any bitcoin. This is possible an exchange wallet or maybe someone who bought bitcoin over time. But the price will not drop, i read somewhere that this price drop happen always in past and after always bitcoin grow higher than before.

I also recommend hardware wallet, i use ledger nano and never had any problem and i use it almost every week, but please always check the address you send on your ledger screen to be sure you not have the virus that change bitcoin address when copy and paste.

I started with ledger nano and i still use ledger nano hardware wallets, maybe you can check youtube reviews and see what can be the best option for you. I never had any problem with ledger, and all coins are safely stored and also support is ok, and now with ledger software is more easy to install wallets or updates.

If you or your friend is poking around a "found" usb with btc data...on a computer that you use regularly and/or with your personal wallet on it, there's a really good chance that you'll soon be back here posting about how your wallet was hacked. If I was you and had a wallet on a computer that you plugged that usb into, I'd move the funds to a different wallet on a different computer of phone, STAT. You dont mention it, so I assume you didnt do this: anytime you find a USB and want to see whats on it, you should use a "live CD" boot on your computer. In this laptop i don't have any wallet, and the usb stick belongs to my friend. I use hardware wallets anyway.  keychainX can you tell me steps i should follow now and what to do to see address? |

No, bitcoin will never go to 0, because a lot of factors, the inflation and also the limit of total coins that can be created ever, bitcoin is not like fiat money, that governements can create money when they need. And i think next year we will have a good grow.
